A quiet, scenic and laid-back place. Had nice relaxing stay at the resort. The service was very good and friendly. The rooms were spacious. We, a family of 4, were very comfortable in the room.
The view of resort in the evening with lights on and rains in the sky was amazing experience. View of infinity pool extending over to the backwater lake is awsome.
A bit more lively environment would have been good for kids.
This place is actually a time share but they allow outsiders to use their restaurant.
If you have a lot of time on your hand, then this is a place to go.
It takes over 45 minutes to get your food from the time you order.
But let me tell you, the quality of the food is outstanding.
Unfortunately being a time share, they do not have a bar license so you cannot get liquor and even if you are carrying your own you can’t consume in the restaurant.
But ambience is fantastic and relaxing

I recently had the pleasure of spending one week here and was impressed with all aspects of the stay. The staff, from the manager down, were all polite and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, the waiters/waitresses were very attentive and the food was delicious. The facilities were good, including the pool, basic gym and games such as table tennis and snooker, and the view over the lake was spectacular. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained, all with lake views. 9.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Such a gorgeous resort having mesmerizing views in the heart of nature. Great place to relax and create memories with your family and loved ones.
Food is superb here, found it better than that served by some of the local restaurants. Food menu (especially breakfast) is limited but not bad. Indoor games and activities also available to enjoy your time here. Staff is also soft spoken, friendly and quick to respond. They are always eager to provide any kind of support and information. Kerala weather is hot and humid. It also rained couple of days. Overall had a fab time here.
Me and my husband stayed there for 4 nights. We enjoyed every single day there. We worked there along with enjoying such serene and picturesque views. There are multiple spots in the resorts where you can work and enjoy your tea/food along with viewing backwaters and lush greenery present all around. We are back and missing the place so much.
Went there for late lunch. Service was a bit slow as it was almost time to close the kitchen. But the food served was awesome, especially the Alfredo pasta. Recommended this place for some friends who traveled there after a month, and they too liked it.

A beautiful place to stay in kumarakom. The staff is very courteous, the rooms are great and the ambience of this place is wonderful. The food in the in-house restaurant is delicious, go for any Indian dish and you won't regret.
Stayed for 3 nights, The resort entrance is charming and nicely set up👍. The staff at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and the service by all housekeeping and restaurant staff was friendly ❤and gave great attention to our needs. The rooms were disappointing as this resort was quite hyped by the Karma sales/marketing team during the membership signup. It doesn't meet the hype-created and expected property with a simple kitchen set-up similar to Karma Jimbaran. The 1st-floor guest walk noise disturbed our sleep a few times, other than that this place is good for couples and families. Keep the alfresco/balcony door closed before sunset to avoid insects getting into your room.
Fantastic resort with the backwaters in front. Very scenic and serene. Excellent food, especially the local cuisine with good service and friendly staff.

Absolutely breathtaking location. This resort is located just beside the backwater and the view is superb. Coming to rooms and services, it is top class and u will have no scope for any complaints. The food in their restaurant is tasty and not very highly priced. All rhe staff here in front office, restaurant and house keeping are extremely polite and always smiling and receive the guests with lot of warmth. Kudos to the entire team at karma chakra
We loved the whole resort. It very relaxing and peaceful. Each and every staff member is very polite and respectful. Ms Minto, the maintenance head here was very helpful. The services here were also fast and great. Overall the experience here was amazing.
This property is for members and affiliation clubs only. It's awesome location especially sunset is too good.
