This is one of the oldest local coffee place in Kumbhakonam operating since 1914.
Food taste was great and service was excellent.
The coffee was good, but didn't meet the hype it created (my personal opinion)

Degree coffee is first explored here. Coffee taste is very good here. Cleanliness is also maintained here. This hotel is very near to temple near shopping complexes.

108 year old hotel serving pure vegetarian food breakfast lunch and evening snacks. Simple old fashioned decor. The famous Degree coffee was invented here. Food is served on plantain leaves and the place is clean. Located in the congested market area this place is best accessed by walk.

When customers increase they are slightly confused and not able to serve. Went there when it just opened for the day and what we experienced was after part of the meal is served they forget about that customer and start serving others, that is dosa is served and the waitress forgets to give sambhar
This is one of the restaurants which gives you a proper nostalgic experience of the city. The dishes were well prepared & degree coffee is a must try. Pocket friendly & super sweet staff.
Best filter coffee till now ever had, with tht Creamy milk on topping it was wow factor.
