It remains a cult name and now in the age of bloggers/ reels it has become a tourist hub as well in the city of Nawaabs.Though there are other good kabab shops in Lucknow as well,no one can debate the popularity of Tunde
First things first, for travelling to this place one should rent a cab or rickshaw for a hassle free travel as this place is in aminabad crowded street area.
As for the Kebab they certainly live up to their popularity.

This is a place to eat so don’t go for ambience. And ambience is not bad. It’s just that don’t expect high class restaurant feel. BUT the food is tasty. Service is fast.

We liked Mutton Tunday Galoti kebab. They serve it with paratha. We also tried chicken and mutton biryani. Biryani was good in taste, but we like Hyderabadi biryani more than their biryani.
Well the food is good, they don't have much variety, they focus on only two things kebab and Biryani. I was disappointed with no variety of dessert in the menu.
The service takes time, although staff was polite with me. But the waiter take too much time to take order.

We ordered Galauti Kebab (4Pcs/160Rs), Mughlai Parantha(2Pcs/50), Mutton Biryani (190Rs), and Chicken Biryani
Definitely recommend this place for best in class Mutton Kabab, thats really awesome and has great taste. The only issue which I felt is the unclean washroom. I think they should focus more on the convenience.

The oldest, busiest, crowded restaurant of Lucknow, I’m lucky enough to write my opinion and the taste of tunday mutton kabab (galawati) with rumali roti which is heaven on earth, the tunday was so soft and tender.. Highly recommend to try if ever made a visit to Lucknow..
Now I know why this place is so famous.. amazingly delicious tunday kababs, so flavourful and it just melts in your mouth.. a must try..
