Since childhood i am seeing this place and crowd comes here. We decided to visit this place and treat our tastebuds.
We ordered following things from the menu:
Cheese paneer frankie
Strawberry shake with ice cream
Chilli garlic noodles
Dry chilli paneer
Coca Cola
And trust me all the food served was mouth watering. Even though prices are not as per their quantity. All total bill received was of 710 inr
Rest place is good for family and friends outings
Sitting area is not for large crowd but either you can have standing table to eat or u can order in your car as well.
Rest all is good here.
Rovers has always been my favourite because they serve the best frankie in the whole of Lucknow for me. Their paneer and veg frankie is so good. ❤️
Everytime I visit Hazratganj, I make sure to grab my meal from Rovers.
The only thing which comes to my mind when u talk about rovers is “wow & amazing”. From food to quick service, rovers is just fab.
One thing which specially stands out is the detail to customer request & care they take care of every instruction.
Special shout out to kushagra Pandey who runs the place. His hospitality & behaviour is just so heart warming & ever so welcoming.

What's not to like, its LUCKNOW’s one of oldest hang out place. Especially in the winters, it's amazing. Complete street food options are available. Even though food prices have increased a lot over the years, clearly not pocket friendly anymore. But a lot of Nostalgic chills.
I have visited this place a lot of times and i have never been disappointed by the food, its very tasty, flavourful, hygeinic and good quality. Whenever i want to eat something street style fast food i just go there, my personal favourite things are chole bhature, cheese chilli toast and rolls. So i highly recommend this place.
Nice place to have quick food. You can get your ordered in your car and enjoy! Specially love to go here when I am on drive with my friends
The great the thing about their Roll is that they are frankies. Best ones I guess especially the mutton frankies and they serve with a smile. The ambience is also great. Visit with your family to enjoy a great outing.

Most of d tym i have been dre to hav ice cream.. Its frankie rolls are also tasty.. I feel its bit overpriced.. but it is fun place to hang out wid frnds.. 👍
I've been seeing this restaurant ever since I can recall so its one of the oldest places in lucknow where you get yummy dishes with great service. I visited hear for a bowl of soup in a winter evening but couldn't resist from trying other delicacies as well
Nice place for foodies...wether vegetarian or a non veg lover... Located in the heart of the city rovers has been the love of foodies for over a decade.. Starting with snacks to the main course..in the snacks for vegetrians rovers offer burgers and roles and same goes for non veg menu but different ingredients.... I have been a fan of mutton role ,the best in town and at a very affordable price and is enough for for a times meal.. In the main course chinese is what i had and it was also good....

Lucknow being my hometown, its been almost 18/20 years i guess that i always came to this joint to satisfy my cravings for "fastfood" since there werent any Dominos or McDonalds at that time. This used to be my go-to joint everytime i was in Lucknow for my vacations. The only thing i ever had and still continue to have at this place is its "FRANKIES."
The paneer frankie and the mutton frankie is highly-highly recommended. Just one of the tastiest frankies in the city, second to the Boti kebab rolls near the Dainik Jagran Office.
The rolls are a complete value for money and a must have on anyone's list who visits this place.
My recommendation would be the Paneer Frankie for the vegetarians out there and the Mutton Frankie for the hardcore non vegetarians like me.
This gets a 4 star from my side.
Best place for getting your stomach filled when everything is shut down.it is opened till 3 in the morning which can overcome your hunger problem
I was to catch a movie nearby in the evening so I went over to this place for a quick bite. Owing to the reputation that it holds for rolls and frankies, I ordered for a paneer Frankie.
It came just in time and was a sumptuous surprise of stuffing laden big hefty chunks of it. Ketchup and green chutney to go with it was filling a good. The place is quite clean and is quite welcoming if you just wish to eat and get going.
I have been visiting this place since childhood. It used to be my parents go to place for Frankie's which still are the best.
This was like the only place where I ordered veg frankie.
They used to have a seasonal sarson ka saag thali which was accompanied with buttermilk and jaggery and was delicious.(it's been a while since I ve been to this place, so am not sure they still have it.)
This place was value for money.However it's been way too long since my last visit. I ve never been inside the restaurant (we used to eat in car) but the food is perfect for a quick grab in winter nights
A perfect drive in feel I get from so many days with tasty rolls and some good Indian food and Chinese food with hot and cold beverages

Their mutton franky and mutton burger is a must try.Rest everything is quite okay.However,service is slow,especially if you are on a four-wheeler.
Since childhood I am coming here and it's so changed in good way! I come here for burger, veg & paneer frankee, chola Bhatura and Pav bhaji 👍🏻 staff is quick in response and you get to park the car easily.

The food is amazing..... The rates on menu card in zomato are old ones so please make sure you cross check them before ordering for home delivery. The quantity and quality both are up to the mark and I would recommend this joint to all. Try once and you will like the food for sure.
The oldest and the most quick served snacks place in lucknow.it provides both self service and fine dining.mostly the people park the car and the staff members come to ask the order,and deliver the snacks in the car itself. It gives an essence of home,as one can go inside ,near the kitchen as well to check his snack.
Prices are fine,but taste is superlative and unmatched, it is one of the only few food place which is opened till late night. I remember during diwali time ,we went there at 1 am,and it was the only place which was serving ,and provided our stuffs very fast.
Overall it is a must visit place for light brunches and snacks like franky and burgers with heavy taste,not being heavy on pockets.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE. I've been visiting here since childhood, and the best part is I've always sat in the car and ordered food, especially chhole kulche and sarso saag & makka roti during winters! The waiters are amazing since forever, and service so quick! Since its located in the centre, its always full and that's a good part too, its really a cool place to hangout! My dinner dates with dad have always been so memorable here. :)

It used to be a landmark during my college days I never had anything there except burgers those days in hazrat ganj area rovers was the only place to meet friends you can try fish tikka it's nice
I am surprised by suchi a low rating! The place is so popular! The food served is okay though. But then again, I have not really had a great food experience anywhere so far, so Rovers in my opinion is one of the decent eating joints around! I really like the fish tikka. It's really good! Their Indian Thali is also nice and they makke ki roti and sarson ka saag is pleasant too.
Service is a bit slow but it's okays nonetheless. The rates are quite cheap so that's a plus.
I recommend this place to everyone. Must try atleast once, after that you decide if you want to come back or not!
The chola bhatura of the rovers is the best for me cz it shares a lot of memories for me.

My uncle, cousin and i visited Rovers again. Can't get enough of the place. We had dry manchurian, rover's special chowmein and american chopseuy. The taste, appearance, quality and quantity were all up to mark.
I love this place, whenever we are hungry we just go there, place an order and eat it in the car. The food is as always yum. I love the chole bhature and aloo franky and my brother loves the dry chilli paneer.
The filtered coffee is so yummy, I end up having two one in the start and one on my way home. :D
The place has been around forever and the best part is it always delivers to the expectations. Always has been a place for college and school treats. Fond of this place . Surely must visit it.

This is by far the best place for school goers in town ... Its often seen crowded by teenagers during the school hours.. It serves the best frankies in town .. Their burgers are amazing as well .. The shakes are just fine .. Its an ideal place for a drive thru in the buzy streets of hazratgunj.. They even have a restaurant bt u can best enjoy ur meal in ur car .. Their service is quick.. N the place is affordable..
Man this place is just the right place for a drive thru..through they have a restaurant but still the best way to enjoy their food is sitting in the car..their Veg Franky is something that u should try! 😉
If its midnight, all the food points are closed in the city & u r out for dinner, park your car outside Rovers, order some food & enjoy it. This experience you might not get in any other Restra of the town.

Visited it after 20 years !! I was always fan of its burgers and Frankie which was rare back then. Rovers was renamed to Ranjan Cafe which got it's name form the adjoining fuel station. I was very happy to see the good old name Rovers back !! The area now is much larger and is shared by two, good old Rovers and Ranjan Cafe. The trees are no longer there, probably gave way to the concrete surface. The orders are still placed over a mic as it always used to !The chicken burger still tastes as it used to and I enjoyed devouring it. Rovers now has an ac dining place too which is pretty good, however there is no parking space in front of it(at least not a legal place to park and I did see the Police crane taking away 2 cars). I was tempted to visit the adjoining Ranjan Cafe which I did wondering what their chicken burger would taste like. It has the same price bit it was more elaborate with a few potato chips thrown in and a cheese slice and more veggies in it. So it definitely gives more bang for your buck. In the end its the patty which matters and I always found the Rover's chicken patty great and have missed it and after having it after so many years I would simply rate it better!

The good thing is that one can sit in the cozy atmosphere of his/her own vehicle and enjoy the delicious food in large quantity that too in vry reasonable price! Great place situated on the road side just near the petrol pump. If you are in Hazratganj then you need to visit here for delicious food. You need to just cross the road from GPO and you see the rovers its such a great place you can visit with your friends family or love once. Service is also good. I am sure when you go there you love the taste and affordable place its too old and as always said you grab the taste of lucknow here. Great options in vegetarians.
Not a bad place for a quick snack but far away from authenticity. They have their own recipes and yes would not care for a thing. Since my childhood we qh e been visiting the place but still feel like a stranger over here. The rolls and the Frankie is a popular dish of their menu but like I said their own style.
The best part is the cleanest painting of actors enjoying a burger here.

Good food, been there since my childhood, but the habit of waiters asking for tip as if it's mandatory to be given seems bit offensive, I am going there from past 20 yrs but it's high time that management there should pay their staff well as the restaurant is earning well, I think the management need to relook into this aspect

I have been going to Rovers for the last 12-13 years and surprisingly their aaloo paneer Franky taste still remains the same, variety of food options to choose from and almost all are good, late night hungers solution for the lucknow people although the rates are on little higher side but that's understood only problem is the parking...rest all is well ...
