Yes, it's a Dhaba and it is in one of the national highways of the country. But, it's not like the ordinary once but one of unique dhabas you will ever visit.

This place is highly recommended if you are passing by the Lucknow Barabanki road. You can take a "Break" have some good food, chill and proceed.
Excellent place with nice ambience and food as it is located at the outskirts of the city it's one of the most popular places for visiting.
The service is good and the prices are comparatively very less as compared to any other fine restraunt. You also get a chance to choose your dinning place between the restraunt and the huts.

I love their paneer paratha that I travel all the way to break point dhaba just for that. I like thier options for seating. But I'll want to ask them to improve cleanliness and service. Masala Dosa was average. Lassi is good.

It was an amazing experience to be there, a long drive away from the hustle and bustle of the city life to a place with lush green open spaces. The restaurant has used earthen pots and 'kulhad' and have come out with new amazing taste concept. Kulhad kheer is amazing, sweet lovers must try it. The mutton, chicken are just unbelievable. Try this restaurant if you want a long drive along with good food and really want to spend decent time with your family and friends.
No matter what's on the menu, no matter what's the cost, because it's always worth it. The quality and quantity of the delicacies this dhaba delivers is far more better than most of the best restaurant in whole Lucknow. Breakpoint dhaaba situated at Faizabad Road near Golden blossom Resort is one of the beat dhabas jn nearby Lucknow which actually gives u the dhaba feels. This dhaba has two sections one is indoor with AC and second is outdoor without AC separated into small small huts.since we were therr with dhaba feelings so we sit at outdoor. The view was scenic full of greenery all around. That was really wow. Combing to food I had tasted masla dosa, allooparatha, alootikki, pani poori and Kulhad tea. All things were amazing except alloo paratha. Masala dosa was so good that I became fan of them. Prices are so so so normal. Yes service is little bit slow. Kulhad chai is a must try her.

This place is located on faizabad road ahead of Indira Canal. This is quite big place offers you plethora of veg and non veg dishes. break point dhaba is a nice family dhaba. lots of open space and AC halls available for sitting, you can also find some fancy huts here. main attraction is spices which they use to cook, every dishes are really good whether its veg or nonveg. must visit place.

Went thr for lunch and the place was okay we couldn't sit in the open area coz of summers ...but it looked really good .. Taste wise Non Veg food was much better than Veg (the turmeric was too strong in Handi Paneer) and the pani puri was tasty as well...And price was very much pocket friendly as this place is mostly one of the main go to places for student of Institutes around.

The food at this place is just amazing. It gives a total Indian authentic taste to it's food specially non veg. It's delicious and a delight for the taste buds. Special mention to their chilled kheer served in khullad. It's one of the best indian desserts you can have. It's good place for parties too. They have the open space to organise the winter lunches with fresh and got food. The quantity and quality both are worth the penny spent. Definitely a must go place to eat.

This is dhaba styled restaurant serving one of the best butter chicken and chicken masala and if you wanted long drive before having your meal then this is perfect place.

Went there for dinner. What an amazing place. Specially the Lawn Area. There is a big Lawn with huts , and tables under the huts. The weather was quite breezy, so it felt nice.
The food was great. We had chicken tikka, chilli chicken dry and chicken kaali mirch for starters. Chicken Kaali Mirch was simply delicious. For main course we had mutton curry, mutton bhuna ghost and chicken curry. All the three dishes were amazing.
For dessert, we had Kheer. This is one of their speacial dish. True That.
The staff was very cooperative and the service was fast.

Don't just go on the name 'Dhaba' people have the physiology that dhabas are usually unhygienic or the place where basic food is served but your thinking will definitely change once you visit this dhaba.
They have both Veg and Non- veg food. In veg, one can go for their Handi Panner, Kadhai Panner, butter Panner and mix veg.The quality as well as the quantity of the food is good. In non-veg one can go for their roasted chicken, chicken kali mirch, mutton korma or butter chicken every thing is upto to expectation except the butter chicken. If someone specifically wants to eat butter chicken you may try Tunday Kabab aur Dastarkhwan.
The place has vast place to eat, 2 A/C restaurant,one tin shade, a couple of huts and one open park where you can have your food within the hut. Overall this place is really good if they just improve their Non-veg good, I won't hesitate in giving them 5/5.

A simple dhaba style restaurant with a variety of non veg and veg items in their menu.. Taste wise almost all the items are tasty specifically chicken kalimirch, paneer kulcha, roasted chicken and not to forget the kheer which is a must have.
Me along with my friends ordered matka biryani and asked them to deliver it to our place. Being biryani fan we ordered matka biryani which costed us 180rs but was totally worth it. The rice tasted amazing and was served with a gravy and salad. I felt the chicken could have been made tastier and was a bit undercooked.
This review in on the basis of past experience and i don't guarantee if things have changed now. Well it was couple of years back when i and my friends decided to try out a dhabha in the outskirts of Lucknow and we came across this. It is located on Lucknow-Faizabad highway, few kilometers ahead of BBD university.
It is roadside dhabha with a touch of sophistication. It is earthy and will give you a proper feel of dhabha.ย
Food was good and would satiate your hunger. Price is reasonable and can be an affordable joint with fewer pennies in pocket.ย
They serve is small quantities. What is half serving at regular places, would mean quarter here.ย
rest is fine. Place is usually flooded with commuters and students from neighboring university as this could be the best place for college goers in that area.
P.S In my recent visit i realized the place and its serving is changed. Now they serve in decent quantities at decent prices. I have raised my rating by 0.5 to make it 4.
Food was good and particularly well made because most of the times when I end up in a place like this I always had food which is too spicy or to bland,but this one was good and the quality was well proportioned by quantity and also not to heavy on the wallet

you can't say exactly what you're gonna experience, been here several times though, food is good but sometimes service is awful, chicken dishes are good almost have tried every single one, if you want chicken which has heat go for handi chicken, if you want a little homey touch go for chicken masala, student discount is available here don't forget to take id card.

Break Point is called and known as a dhaba. It operates like a dhaba but it looks like a dhaba so there is no way I'm going to judge it based on its looks. I will solely concentrate on one single thing these places are expected to deliver - good food.
If you take off your fine-dining glasses and look at it, you will find it quite pleasant. The floor is clean enough, there is a wash-basin, the service is quick and the huge property ensures that you will get a table, no matter how crowded it is.
We ordered a Chicken Latpata, which was an oil-laden gravy dish which comes in a decent portion size of 4 spicy chicken pieces. It came wrapped in aluminium foil and it came in quick. The mouth-watering dish was hot and delicious! The tandoori rotis served with it were among some of the best I've had in my life! Crisp and light, they complimented the juicy gravy pretty well.
The lawn seating in the backyard is quite peaceful, airy and serene. If you wish for some privacy (and darkness), choose any of the cute huts. It is an alcohol-free place so that ensures the safety (and integrity).
The steel utensils were clean as per dhaba-standards. You can use a few tissues if you want to feel more 'hygienic'. And there is mineral water too. So here you are! All safe and germ-free!
Reaching here is not difficult. Keep going straight from Chinhat towards BBD University, cross Mercedes-Benz showroom and then Stallion Honda workshop. Keep going straight for about 200 meters and Break Point would be on your left.
Overall, Break Point is one of the best getaway food junctions from the city. Perhaps that's why they've named it such.

Situated just on the outskirts of lknw on the Faizabad highway...this is an awesome place if one wants to go out and have a desi experience with all the spicy food and stuff ..with a comforting ambience...which provides a mix of huts,indoor and an open air experience.since alcohol is not allowed here ,one can visit this place with their families as well.
I like the place as it deliveres what's expected from it. Awesome food, somewhat reasonably priced which is justified by the humble qty of food being served. A good joint for that once in an year or so craving of dining in a good dhaaba if Ur not that frequent traveller .

Location is good in outskirts of Lucknow. After a long drive, we were happy in Trying mutton handi. Mutton pieces were so tender and cooked that I couldn't resist attacking the first lot. Gravy masala was lip smacking

This is a road side dhabha or eateries which are found on highways. It is an absolutely no frills place. Very spartan and basic. They serve fresh food that is authentically local. You should insist on low spice and less oil if you want it that way.
Favorite Dish Kadak rotis, jeera alu, dal tadka and salad. There is a small shop outside selling pan/betel leaves, nuts and other mouth freshners.

The food is average. You can eat the same food with same taste in the city. As it is situated at outskirts of lucknow. So if you are travelling then it will be a good choice as compared with other places. Not much costly food. AC hall is there for sitting also there are several huts maintained in a nice way to have your meal. Tea is good here with paneer and mix pakora. Ample parking space. I will consider it an average place.
If you want to eat a nice and tasty meal after having a long journey then it is the right place. Paneer butter masala and butter chicken is amazingly delicious here.

There is a lot of variety to chose from, during rush hours the service is a little sloppy but other than that there are no let downs, the quantity which they serve is value for money, infact there are only a few places whose portions are this big.
The parking is available here for free.

We were traveling to Ambedkar Nagar from rudrapur.
Nearby Sitapur we felt hunger and decided to find a restaurant to dine but we couldn't find even after continuous search on Google maps.
Finally we seen the restaurant Break point Dhaba.
We found the parking have lots of vehicles so felt comfortable to dine with family.
We found different options to sit like ,open , AC and cottage kind .
the food was good, and the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was festive. When we arrived, we were surprised to see the restaurant. The host asked us where we would like to sit and we chose a booth in the back in cottage. The restaurant looked like it was just pulled out of a 90s magazine. The entire restaurant was purple and white, the it was really festive, but not what you would expect from a 90s restaurant. I expected to see a Hispanic theme what we saw was a fifties diner. That wasn't bad I liked the lighting it was neon and all lit up like a Christmas tree. The best thing by far was the attentiveness of the waiter (we were the only customers). As time went on, people started to show up and the place seemed less empty. The prices were wonderful for four people to eat it was roughly 1200 rs. Our meals cost about 1200 rs. Which for the amount of food we were served was great! By the time we were half way through the meal,. It was delicious I loved every bite. The food was given to us fresh, hot and steamy from the kitchen.
