First of all this will give home like atmosphere and food.
Because the food which is served here comes directly from the homes so it is authentic in the taste and definitely hygenic.
I loveeee boti kebab with phulke, yakhni pulav amd not to forget mutton korma 😍
Trust me you will love all the dishes.
Recently I have tried chana aur karela ki daal which was equally amazing. Keeping in mind i hate karela.

Hidden gem in Lucknow. Just love the vibe of this place and the food just cant express how delicious it is. I always go and try my favorite Boti Kebab with Phulka and Mutton Korma . I just love these dishes. Its like my patent order which i place whenever i visit NK. I also love their Yakhani Pulao ,it is the most selling dish of NK. Must must try and visit this place to have ghar ka bana khana. This is the best part about this place ,they give full home made food. Highly recommending this place super delicious and tasty mughlai food in town.

Really nice, home cooked food. We tried the Kachhe Qeeme ke Kebab, Muttom Qorma, and Boti ke Kebab. Simply delicious! Although the prices are high, compared to the Lucknow standards, the place is still worth a visit.
Perfect in:
Hygeine, quality of ingredients, service, music, ambience.
Not so good in:
Seating space, cost effectiveness, size of pieces, location
Can't say about the taste. Loved it but all of it was too plain for what I am used to. I think the dishes are meant to be enjoyed slowly while experiencing every mild flavour that the spices have to offer. Taste was good from a standalone perspective but being used to a level of spiciness made me wonder if I would visit here just to enjoy their menu. This place is perfect if you want to bring guests and indulge them in Lucknow ki mehmaan-nawazi aur zaika.

Your ultimate stop for Awadhi food was right here and most of you don't even know!(I'm assuming). No, I haven't been paid to say this, but seriously you HAVE to try Naimat Khana This was my first visit yo Niamat Khana, which would otherwise have been really hard on my pocket but god bless zomato gold. It was our 5th GOLD visit. We had Boti Kebab and Phulka, which we were told was one of the specialities of this place and it stood on it's name. This was hands down, one of the best boti kebab I've had in town. You could savour the taste in every bite. However if you're looking for a good quantity, you'd be slightly dissapointed to see the small bowl of boti kebab, but trust me the taste would make up for your loss.
The next dish we had was Yakhni Pulao, another of their star dishes. If you have a taste for Traditional Awadhi food, you are going to keep coming back for the Yakhni Pulao. It was great, right from aroma to it's authentic flavours. The ambience, the classical songs and the ghar-ka-khana kind of hospitality would take you back to the authentic culture of Awadh and your nawabi roots. Naimat Khana is a 5/5 for me. Do check this place out.

It's a hidden gem tugged in Kaiser Bagh Lucknow. An absolute delight and I feel really lucky to found out this place. Amazing food with traditional awadhi taste. We tried their boti kebab, mutton korma, Shami kebab, yakhni pulao and moong dal ki kheer and I must say everything was too good. The yakhni is to die for I have never tasted such a light version of yakhni and the mutton korma what you usually get in market is so heavy in spices and bloating but this one was so light and flavourful.
I would request all the staffs and to all those people behind this to maintain the same quality and big thank you for starting this venture.
This is a beautiful place that gives you a very homely feeling. The women here they welcome you with their wonderful smiles and greetings and feed you with so much love. Naimat Khana isn't just a restaurant, it is an experience.
Now coming to food, you can try anything and everything there on the menu without any doubt even if you think you won't like it, because you are gonna love everything that they serve!
Nice quaint place. Slightly uneasy to find. It's a very cafe esque interior with a good menu. Nothing too elaborate but then everything tastes like home. One may consider the need to get to this place to eat out, but then, once in a while, it's good to be at such a place. Good service. Run entirely by female staff.
Roghani tikiya and kababs are undoubtedly the best. A beautiful concept with authentic food that is drool-worthy. Kachche keema kabab is the best one of the kababs. The ambient old house that it is nestled in is a delight too complete with a wooden jhoola.

Have you ever wanted to have Lucknawi homecooked traditional food but you can't figure out whom to ask?
Here is the answer.
Naimatkhana at the sanatkada crafts shop (easier to locate that way) is a brilliant endeavour by the founders to preserve the heritage culinary taste. The food served here is all home cooked from the old families of Lucknow and is supported by the women volunteers /in mates of sanatkada.
The ambiance is quiet, soothing and it feels like a lavish room in late 80s.
Starting with varieties of sherbats (mocktails) we have an option to select starters, main course and a mini meal combo.
The nonveg dominates the veg on the menu (since its awadhi home cooked food) and my personal favourite was kachche keeme ke kebab with rogni naan.
I also tried chiken korma, plain simple ginger garlic onion spices in oil based gravy and slow cooked chicken. Doesn't fail to win hearts.
I am not a fan of yakhni pulao but for curiosity you can try the same.
If you're into eating like me you can have a full meal for 3 in ₹1000.
Service might not be the best (since the nve the ladies aren't IHM trainees) but it reminds you of home where you'd wait for rotis to come on the table one by one and dropped in a basket.

The concept of this restaurant is really good . They bring the taste from homes of Lucknow to ur plate ... the ambience is homely soothing . The pricing is a bit high as the food is home cooked so prices should be a bit reduced ... the best was there green chutney ;the aroma and flavour of that was awesome .there roti and non veg is very good but the only disappointment was biryani ....

Naimat Khana as the name suggests can literally be translated into a blessing!
Saying so, this place is literally a blessing for the food lovers.
A recently opened restaurant at Qaiserbagh, Naimat Khana serves food directly from the Lucknowi homes. And the taste is soooo authentic and Lucknowi
I tried their Chicken Qorma, Boti Kebab, Galawati Kebab, Baigan ka salan and Roghni roti.
I was immediately reminded of my mom's cooked food. The boti kebab has a certain smoky taste and the qorma was rich.
Another must try is the veg shammi kebabs which tasted exactly like the non veg ones.
Located near Sanatkada, the only negative is the lack of parking space.
The basic concept of naimat khana is that it serves home cooked food.
Its a traditional lucknowi cuisine which is still carried on by families in lucknow.
The best part is everything i had over there was finger licking good.

Allo gosht with roghani tikya will leave you speechless
They also had yakhni pulao which was new to me and that tasted great too.

Hello foodies :) My visit to Naimat Khana was a very special one and so is this review. Naimat khana, located at Sanatkada Office building, Kaiserbagh serves "Authentic awadhi food from the homes of Lucknow". Isn't that an amazing concept? This is the first time something like this has come up in our city. Age old dishes, authentic flavors, traditional recipes are cooked by women in Lucknow's oldest households and brought to public for consumption at Naimat khana.
It was a pre Holi lunch visit with friends. As I entered Naimat khana, I fell in love with the place. It is such a simple place, yet has so much warmth to it! A small restaurant serving upto 30 people at one time. The interiors are all white, comfortable seating and a beautifully painted wall that adds up to the ambience of the place.
As per the food, it was the best Awadhi food I have ever had. Both Non Veg and Veg dishes were extremely delectable. In non-veg we were served, In starters:
1. Boti ke kebab
2. Kache keeme ke kebab
3. Shaami kebab
Lightly spiced, Cooked to perfection and absolutely melt in the mouth kebabs.
With the kebabs we had Roghani tikiya which is a kind of awadhi parantha. For main course we had:
1. Aloo gosht
2. Chicken korma
3. Keema do pyaza
4. Yakhni pulao(mutton pulao)
5. Chicken biryani
The dishes were extremely flavorful and the meat was cooked to perfection. The thing I loved about all these dishes was the right amount of oil used which made the food light on the palate unlike the oily Awadhi food we have in other restaurants.
Since I am a hardcore non vegetarian I indulged in more of that but the vegetarian dishes are not to be missed as well. My favorite from the vegetarian dishes was:
1. Khatte Baingan
2. Vegetable biryani
3. Dal ke shaami kebab
An absolute must have and the best way to end the meal is with their exotic desserts. We were served:
1. Moong dal kheer: A very different recipe prepared by the onwers mother.
2. Shahi tukda: super soft and perfect in taste and sweetness!
The owner and the staff was extremely hospitable. If you wish to have an exquisite experience, totally worth the money then don't forget to visit Naimat Khana.

Per jankari ke liye bata dun ki ye jagah eklauti aisi jagah hai jahan logo ke gharo se Bana Pakwaan parosa jata hai.
Jiska matlab hai ki ye koi mamuli restraunt nai hai jahan sabkuch miljata ho balki ye ek aisi jagah hai jahan ek he chatt ke niche kayyi alag alag gharo se bane pakwano ka swaad lia jasakta hai.
Yaha per aapko Lucknow me kayyi saalo se rehne wale kuch pariwaro ka unke apne tarike se pakaya hua khana milsakta hai.
Yakeen maniye yaha ka khana kafi lazeez hota hai.
Har koi har ek chiz acha nai paka sakta per har ek ke haath me itna hunar hota hai koi ek chiz wo behtareen banskta hai.
Bas yaha wahi alag alag gharo se bana behatreen khana parosa jata hai.
Yaha ka zayka zaban pe chadh gaya hai.
Agar aap kabhi yaha jaayen to ye kuch chize zaroor se khayen..

I have good news for you all, a new place to enjoy authentic, home cooked, home recipes and authentic awadhi food at (Naimat Khana) where you will get to enjoy awadhi dishes all the way from homes!! Recipes & that typical home cooked food taste will make you go drool.
What all I had :-
Kachhe keeme ke kebabs, Shami Kebabs, chicken Qorma, Aloo Gosht, roghani tikiyan"Indian bread" mutton biryani, yakhni pulao and in the desert - Moong Ki Kheer- it's must eat and Shahi Tukda - yummy.
All these dishes were excellent. It's a must visit place for sure! You will feel like you eating amazing home made food.

"Ghar jaisa laziz khana"
This place deserves a huge shoutout for the food and I must say it is a hidden gem for avadhi people as they serve some lipsmacking avadhi dishes which has been passed on to generations. And the best part is that the food that is served comes from the homes of these families who have preserved the recipe from ages. This makes the place very unique in its own way, plus the cutlery they use is so damn beautiful!
The dine-in is inside a house (Sanatkada), with very peaceful and calm surroundings.
Landmark - Near Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital, Qaiserbagh.

•Boti Ke Kebab, Kacche keeme k kebab, Shami Kebab in starters.

This was the first time I had this dish and became my favorite from the day. Salted pulao with super tender mutton pieces. The chicken biryani was good too.
•In veg - Tried khatte baigan k bharte was really well cooked.
•In desserts - Shahi Tukda was good with perfectly balanced sugar.
And Mong daal ki kheer - everyone must have tried mong ka halwa, here you should try mong ki kheer. Again perfectly balanced sugar in it so that a diabetic person can also try.

Inside you also find sanatkada shop with beautiful art & craft items, kurtas and lots more to keep as souvenir.
Overall it's a must visit place guys.
Lovely place to be at! More than the food it's the whole concept which will drag you towards the restaurant - the warmth of the owners and staff is only a cherry on the cake! I went to their stall at Sanatkada, they prepared Kabab-paratha exactly like home. I hope the same stuff happens at their restaurants, because there are few places that serve home-like cheat meals (PS: I am on diet). 😄😊

We chanced by Niamat Khana as our taxi passed by the lane. A quick google search and call later- We found ourselves walking into this quaint cafe restaurant. Beautiful ambience, amazing delectable food- Exactly is what we were looking for but hadn’t realised. I’d recommend it to everyone who’s visiting lucknow and wants fragrant, rich food direct from home kitchens.
