Last night i found myself winding around on gomti nagar roads and ending up at cheer peer-metropolitan club for a friend’s birthday dinner
The food came in- And believe me when i say this,
This is by far the best array of buffet starters in lucknow. Hands down, No argument it is amazing!!
My conscience does not allow me to tell you how much i ate 😅
But it was a lot!!!!
The tandoori fish? Best i’ve had
That cheese and chicken cutlet thingy? Best i ever had
The wings, chilli fish, chilli paneer, corn, dahi kebabs
And THAT GALOUTI KEBAB, oh my god that Galouti kebab, you know what i mean right?
Well at this point you’re thinking why i gave this place 4 out of 5 if i loved it so much?
The reason is quite common around all buffet places
The main course
Less variety and inferior to the bar that the starters had set same with the desserts although i loved the mango ice cream
But all that wouldn’t matter because by the time you’re done with starters, you’d literally be rolling on the floor
I plead you, if you’re someone like me who’s gotten bored by the monotonous tone of BBQ Nation’s food, then give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed
And remember overeating causes obesity but who cares 😂

The service here is very good,the waiters are very courteous and most importantly the ambience is top class.The buffet is rich in vegeterian food but lacks options in non-veg as you only have a gravy chicken,mutton and biryani.But the dessert makes up for it with a lot of options from do nuts brownies,pastries,fruit custard n all.Out and out its a really recommended to visit Cheer peer as its worth every penny.

Its always a delight to be at Cheer Peer, the Restro-bar concept is at an all time high in Lucknow and Cheer Peer is definitely winning hearts.
When you arrive, the staff is friendly enough and they'll show you your seats and provide you their 'Welcome drinks'. The ambience is slightly different, nonetheless cheerful and relaxing, with soothing music and even live performances, at times. The seating is comfortable and the interior is amazing. Now, because they are a Fine Dine, the prices are moderately high, but the food and the quality is worth it. Starters are one of the best things they serve, which go together with their Shakes and Mocktails.
Their Buffet is served in both, Vegetarian and Non vegetarian dishes and it can be quite a spread, along with an extensive choices of desserts - Brownies with Ice cream, Custard and Pastries.
They also provide premium brand Liquor, which is obviously expensive. But do try the Mocktails - Voltage 440, Grenadine Rickey.
Cocktails - Mai Tai, Margherita.
Food - Navratna Korma, Dahi k kebab, Afghani Chicken, Lasagna and even the Mexican food, are all a must try.
Visited Cheer Peer for family dinner, took non-veg & veg buffet! First of all I like the interior and buffet was nicely set up. Starting with starters there were so many starters I enjoyed all the dishes and sweet dishes were delicious. Service was excellent they took care of me very well. Overall amazing experience, I am visiting again very soon and it’s a must visit place.

We had made reserations for veg buffet and we were surprised with the selection of starters and desserts available. Awesome selection and yummilious food.

The starters were lip smacking. They have number of varieties. Starting from chicken tikka,fish in Singapore style to American chilly corn everything was perfect.The service was quick.The ambience was nice.Lastly the dessert was finger licking. Brownies were moist,custard was subtle,Gulab jamun was hot and delicious.
The only minus point was they din had vanilla ice cream with brownies. Instead they had strawberry and butterscotch.

It is quite possibly better than Barbeque Nation in my opinion because the food is awesome. I've always gone at the time for dinner when they have the option for a buffet and they just give the best possible food. The ambience is nice and the waiters are really friendly. The service is on time too. There is less choice for desserts but when you come to that part, you're so full that you can't complain quite frankly.

3. Murg Makhmali Tikka was ok, seemed a little under cooked.
Shakes:
1. Cold Coffee was good topped with wipped cream.
2. Chocolate Shake was way too sweet.

Visited Metropolitan Clubs with my friends at Cheer Peer . They have ample variety of snacks served in buffet . Main course buffet have lots of choices . Desserts are laid out like pastry , gulab jamun , variety of ice cream, jalebi , Chena kheer, Chocolate mousse, Baked angoor rabri etc . We enjoyed food a lot. Nice staff stewards are friendly.
Metropolitan's Cheer Peer !! Really satisfied with the food. The starters especially are amazing and a must try for everyone. And if you're into non-veg then the afghani chicken is a must or paneer tikka for vegans. Cheer Peer absolutely deserves a chance-and it won't disappoint.

Ambience - 4/5 A very nice place to go out and have a nice evening, with soft background music. When we went they were hosting a bday party of a young kid, thus was quite loud. Nevertheless was a good experience. The seating and buffet are very nicely set up.

Metropolitan’s Cheer Peer is one of my favorite places when I have to decide a place for a meal with my family.
It is located on Gomti Nagar near Sahara Hospital and has interiors good enough to give you a royal feel. They play slow soothing music so that makes your visit even more peaceful.
We tried the Buffet Dinner, Navratan korma, Matar mushroom, Biryani and lots of bakery desserts placed on buffet counter.
The food is finger licking good. I'm sure you will keep eating more and more till you cannot stuff more inside!
Service is fast and food preparation time is also not much. Recommended.

Went there last week. Ordered the non veg buffet. The starters were good, thought variety was not so great. The main course tasted bland but the desserts were excellent. The ambience was awesome, but service needs improvement. Nothing compared to the buffet of barbeque nation or colours, but worth a try. The price was a tad bit higher

Tried this place by seeing suggestion in zomato. Amazing place.. amazing food.. They have a very large number of starter variants. My veg friend (who usually cribs about less veg variety) found this place immensely satisfying. I loved both veg & non-veg. Though main course isn't much on the buffet menu, the exorbitant amount of desserts makes up for that.
Well, it is a very prestigious place for alcohol as well as non alcohol drinkers. The place had a great ambience and is there at the Metropolitan Club.
As we are non alcoholic drinkers we had Toots Mocktail which was great.
Good experience with great food on a Sunday buffet dinner, Cheers Peer is a place where everyone can enjoy their exotic snacks and the ambience there.

The chicken wings was good to start. Murg kastoori kebab, shrimps in hot garlic sauce and paneer peshawari was all well coocked and seasoned served with assorted chutneys and sauces.
In mains I tried the mutton biryani, dum aloo banarsi etc which I enjoyed all of them without any comments.
To end it by lots of desserts which were really mind blowing.
The hospitality and the warm welcoming is awesome which everyone feel at home surrounded with his family members.

Metropolitan Clubs !! People started talking it's one stop destination bcoz u can find variety of outlets at same place. Being in Lucknow I have never dined here. That ended yesterday. To start off , the ambiance and decors was really pleasing. Love the quotes funny written on the walls. The service was really good surprised.
As for as the food goes, I tried the Thai mutton chopps, hawker prawn dumplings and the Thai chicken sausage. The mutton chopps were nice and tender.
Surely gonna visit this place atleast thrice a month.
Visited this place for second time today they have really improved their food n service . If u want to get the worth of money, this is the right place to come . The place is always full no matter what time and what day u visit them, so booking a table is recommended. The food is defiantly Punjabi when it comes to grill counter , chicken tikka, mutton seekh and even paneer and all . Now the twist is the taste and ingredients, they have infused something different in every food items. For the other part of the food such as fish in Apple sauce should not be missed, same si with the jackfruit cheese shot, both of theese things can bring me back again n again to this place no matter what .

Metropolitan buffet section didn't excite me much the food is delightful but the serving as compared to others is less. Interior is beautiful,service is good but there is scope of improvemnt if it is compared to other restaurant buffet.
I heard about d place several a times so today i visited here , the place was almost full , but the staff was so friendly that they arranged for us quickly.... started with mocktails followed by starters... which were perfectly cooked and good in taste. The place is a little difficult to locate. If I hadn't been with a friend who'd been there twice already I would've likely gotten myself lost. But the place itself is nice - has a reasonable amount of space for parking, is within a complex that houses 4 or 5 different setups and is well lit with tolerable music in the background nearly throughout the complex. The seating arrangements are nice, well spaced and the buffet is well placed considering the space available. Considering the location, 4.5/5 for ambience.
While the dinner was a buffet-only, the drinks menu was provided after a lot of cajoling and repeated reminders. That was my first hint of the service that was to come. We took our seats for the starters, which we were told would be served at our table followed by the main course to be taken at our leisure. We asked for water, and a beer to go along with the starters.
Now to begin with the place was practically empty; we had their undivided attention and they spoilt us. They did, however, neglect to bring us some water. They started off with a paneer malai tikka, which was frankly amazing. Their twist was to serve it as a sandwich of two slices of paneer with the malai in between; delightful. The other vegetarian starters included a cheese onion kebab, the standard honey chili potato fries, chili paneer.. there were a couple of other items that they served that I fail to recall the names of. They were all, without exception, well prepared. The service was, however, another matter. They brought us water after 20 minutes of continuous requests. The food supply nearly dried up once a large group showed up; and mind you the group itself was served just fine. We watched for a while, and kept asking them to serve us seconds (or thirds :D). I'm not sure what went on there, but they damn near ignored us. It was excellent food and ruined the mood completely. We also asked for a beer; apparently they forgot about that too. Or perhaps they were just greedy and didn't want to serve us something that was less expensive (we asked for a carlsburg - not chilled - asked for a kingfisher - not served till carlsburg was chilled). Either way, I was extremely disappointed. I finally lost my cool and gave them a piece of my mind. They were apologetic (not that they had an alternative) and it was a lot better after that.

The food itself, in case I haven't stressed it enough, was excellent. I couldn't pick a fault with anything except the veg botis - a little heavy on the spices, but forgiveable on the whole. The non vegetarian fare was just as excellent I was assured by my friend; and on the evidence of what I had, I am inclined to believe that. The dessert was a reasonably large menu; nothing extravagant, just lots of well done puddings, cakes, gulab jamuns and the mandatory ice cream (though the ice cream could have been better).

If it were not for the blip with their service and their location, I could have considered a 5/5, As it is, they provided excellent food that I shall be going back for. Overall, 4/5.
Metropolitan clubs food & all types of services are really great. Or we got a lot of mocktails& cocktails really were very funtestic , super really super. we will visit again.
Last time when I visited @ Metropolitan found the Cheer Peer nice well created ambiance delicious snacks n main course. This is the place known for best class gathering of families for dinner buffet. Bcoz they have no limit of snacks everyday introduced new starters in their menu. I personally like cheer peer better as compared to other lucknow outlets. This is a paradise for food lovers and people who appreciate for continental n tandoori preparation.
They are the best at their service and hence they have a long waiting list for them. I had Buffet they have so many varieties butter chicken, Leena kaleji, biryani any many more... Everything was good and I liked their lemon soda served in campa cola style. I must recommend this place for people who are real Foodie ....
This is one of the best place in Lucknow for foodies and specially the starter's of different cuisines if u want to eat good food in Lucknow I will suggest u to visit Cheer Peer. If u have a craving for kebab that too with a buffet u won't find a better place in Lucknow. As usual a service is at top notch as it's it used to be at Metropolitan Clubs.
