One of the best places in my neighbourhood to try out chaat and other dishes.
Food: This place serves an amazing aloo tikki and paani ke batashe are to die for. Also i should not forget to mention their pyaaz ki kachori (which is available during the day time only). Oh yes and their kulfi 🤤 i would say the best in town. Besides that they have got options like dosa,chola bhatura, indian sweets, snacks, bakery items and few other fast foods to choose from. The best place to visit in the neighbourhood if you are craving for some street food i would say.
I’ve tried alot of things from this place and its onw of the best sweet shops ! I’ve had from rasmalai’s, chenaa to batashe and chats ! Everything is amazing!
I love the food and quality of the place but a little improvement is needed in staff service!
The staffs are quite rude and slow at their service!

For food is good .. this is small but very good restaurant for food .. it is small but great food and service. We ordered lots of street type food. Dahi bhalla , dokla , dosa and etc. They have also lots of option for sweet , namkeen
Come here for the lip smacking tikkis and delicious faaluda ♥️♥️♥️ also its a traditional shop for sweets so that is really tasty as well. ♥️
Shyam swaad is a reputed one stop place where sweets n snacks are tastes good.I ordered besan methi sev brown bread and cream roll besan methi sev tastes good not very spicy chatpata kind of but with mild spices besan methi sev are good .Cream roll also taste awesome it refreshes my childhood memory

This place is know to me since my childhood days I have seen it grow like many other restaurants in town but in my opinion the food is above average with good portion been served sweets ,pani puri ,chaat should be your preference if you go there ...
Thus is place for sweets and dining place with all sort of fast foods. They have a great section of sweets and bakery products also. The best thing is you can also taste pani ke batase and tikki..
Good place overall. Indian food is too good. Great choices to the customers, service is delay sometimes. But its a one place for everything. Its a kind of bakery, restaurant along with providing street food like chaat and all. Highly recommended.

Shyam swaad is a very old sweet shop cum bakery cum restaurant.
It serves very amazing delicacies with huge varieties of sweets , cakes , pastries , Chaat , paanipoori and many more.
It has got its own restaurant too which is completely vegetarian and serves variety of North Indian food , South Indian food , Chinese food and more with amazing taste.
Service is good. Staff is attentive.

Place is lil bit crowded but the taste is really good, specially lucknowi chats are awesome with reasonable price. A must visit place for localites specially aliganj area.
Aloo tikki and pani batasha are mind blowing.The desserts served here are delicious and well prepared.A hygienic and decent place for an evening outing with family and friends.
I ordered this Chaat from shyam swaad. The taste was good overall also the quantity was amazing. It's a must try Chaat. Highly recommended. Also the rates were nominal for the Chaat. overall it was an amazing experience. Do give it a try.

sweets are best here. food is good but was better some time back. prizes are bit on high side for the food, and they have lessened the quantity and accompaniments. overall good family fun place if a bit on a higher side.
Better than i expected... Was finding a place to have good pav bhaji.. N i must say it was awsm.. Great taste. Loved it. They can do something for the seating thing. Its very crowded.. Otherwise everythinv good.

Shyam Swaad a very old restaurant and sweet shop. Well this place is kind of normal family restaurant and has good variety menu.
This place serves some awesome sweets and snacks.
Their cakes are awesome fresh and tasty.
If you want to go and have dinner there and I'll say you can if you're not that much particular about the taste else the sweets are very tasty, dhokla and other snacks are marvellous.

When it comes to Sweets, Namkeens, Dalmoth, Breakfast Items (Khaste, Samose, Deshi Ghee Jalebis, Paneer Dhokla, Plain Dhokla, Pyaaz Kachori, Aloo Bonda and Paneer Pakodas) Shyaam Swaad beats many places hands down.
In winters, Gajar Halwa and Moong Daal Halwa are two things worth trying. To top it all, also try the Steaming Hot, Aromatic and Delightfully done Keshariya Milk served in Kulhads.
During Summers, Lassi and Keshariya Kulfi are legendary Items of Shyaam Swaad.
A good place for having quick bites, snacks, sweets & chaat with friends and family.
They serve North Indian, South Indian &a Chinese cuisines.

Good service and varieties of sweets. Crowded place in evening for samosa and alloo chaat. Best alloo chat here and pani puri. Good quality food and taste is amazing.

Nice place to visit if you are a chaat lover. Basket chat is just amazing. Even the golgappas are good. Good place for sweet's but not that good for bakery items. Pav-bhaji and dosa are the dishes one can try. Bit overcrowded especially after sunset but the staff is quite energetic and I must say they are extremely fast in their work. Once again basket chat is a must try.
Chole bhature, chaat, n pani Puri all are our fav.. it's like if u need to try different n delicious water of pani Puri must visit this place
Serves good food with decent service. This place is great for having a good time. Nothing much fancy but would serve the purpose when it comes to small events. You'll like the ambiance and the staff. :)
It is a perfect family place to visit, you might not like the ambience of this place but the food they serve there is amazing. Try their handi paneer, it is the best.
Now this place i first visited coz of delicious looking golgappe or pani batashe. They offer different flavours which are served in a hygienic way.. Not to forget their chat n dahi chutney ke batashe... Believe me if u a chat lover this place will not dissappoint you as it has never dissappointed me.. Even imarti n falooda kulfi is also tasty. It has an indoor restaurant which offer south indian, chinese and indian meal which is fine.. So its a good family hang out joint for all weather. :)

Great food!!! Worth every penny. One can encounter rush on holidays and weekends in the evening. Purely a veg restaurant. I've had chinese and indian food. Kadhai paneer and paneer do pyaza are great. Their veg munchurian and garlic noodles are also good. If someone is looking for ambience then Swaad would not be the right choice, in my view its all about taste. Service may be slow on some occasion but otherwise its OK.
Basically a sweet shop with add on fast food. Today in the evening while on the way stopped here due sweet cravings. Tried there kesariya milk which was excellent with crispy imarti . I got to come again for the kesariya milk again in this winter. May try there chaat also.
Located in aliganj still near to jankipuram ..loved the warm kesariya milk in winters and sweets of this shop as it is the best competitor of radhey lals sweet shop .

A found this place when I was searching for jalebees. I was lucky to have them they were crispy and tasty. Tried their moong dal halwa too at winters. Delicious 😋 and sweet enough. But when it comes to food with salt, they become swaadless.
Good for traditional Indian desserts. It also a dine-in which is pretty average but decent enough and economical. Go for "ladoos", they are are must have @ Swaad/ Cheers Foodies!

The ultimate place for a chat lover! Though they offer snacks, desserts and other things too, they are best known for their chaat.
They serve the tastiest pani batashe you can ever find, usually with 2-3 flavors, teekha pani being the best. Their samose, dahi batashe and kulfi are also very delicious. The snacks are quite good too though I'd advise you to relish in chat if you come here.
A good place to drop by with your family and frienda if you love chaat and other main course items. Also they make good mithais and other items too. Ambience is decent with proper seating. Centrally located and a good adda to meet up with friends.
