I tried food from this place as was looking forward to dine in here before lockdown. I ordered Tandoori chicken in starters which was very good and honey chilli potato which was good. In main course tried their Chicken tikka masala which was good in taste but had more oil than I would have preferred. In breads tried garlic naan and roomali roti which were good.

This place is beautiful!😍 The ambience is really good and would give you a royal feel altogether.
They have piano for you to play while the food arrives and that adds another classy touch to it.🔥
So let's come to the food now-
1. Veg Salt and Pepper- It was crispy corns sauteed with black pepper,garlic,spring onions and had a really amazing taste! It had the sweetness of corn which you would feel at the end of each bite but will fall in love with it as well.
2.Paneer Shashlik Sizzler- The rice in Sizzler took my heart ❤️ and the paneer tikka was really exotic. I personally liked it.
3.Fresh vegetables roasted-This took my heart again! This vegetables were cooked so well and had a really pleasing taste.
4.A welcome drink(Forgot the name😅)- I did not like it. It tasted somewhat like strawberry soda which is something I really don't like.
Overall-A good place to dine inn with friends and family if you aren't low on your pockets.

Was here few days back for my food trail by zomato ......its a beutifull place with pleasing ambience, perfect place for both veg amd non veg lovers ......though the location marked for the resturant on maps are incorrect which made little inconvient for mee ............coming to food i started with
- the drink known as pink panther (which was beautifull in colour but i didn't liked it taste much )
- crispy corn (they were good with perfect crispness)
- chinese green vegetable combination(which includes baby corn ,mushroom ,broccoli etc )
- paneer shashlik sizzler with tomato rice (loved the taste of paneer in it which was little tangy while rice got little spicer )

Just want to give additional marks to the marination of the chicken
it was marinated well , that's why the Meritnation was spread all over the chicken the deep cuts help a lot to absorb it
so in one line I have spent a lot on it but the result was satisfied but yes if they can decrease some amount of money that will be great help for middle class customer overall need not to explain anything else.

The place is well known in Gomti Nagar and it attracts many people because of the grand piano it has as its highlights.
This restaurant has 3 things a fine dining restaurant, a open air grill cafe and a bar.
We were greeted well by the staff members and there were two singers singing with a guitar for making the environment more natural and soothing.
The food here tasted pretty much average i.e 3.5 on 5 on my Tastometer.
But was good for the price it has and was reasonably good.

Urban turban as the name suggest is totally a turban full of surprises. The dishes when served just penetrate your nose tickling you from inside as you cant resist anymore without having a bite.

The food at Urban Turban is fabulous. The variety is great. It also has healthy options and it’s not just about non-veg food. If you are vegetarian it has options for you too. I have been a fan of it since it’s opened and all I have to say I have never been disappointed with the quality of food or the service. You can also hang by the bar while waiting for your table. Unfamiliar in the area, I chose this place as per reviews on Zomato. It was a Thursday afternoon so obviously there wasn't any crowd but I could imagine the place being pretty crowded otherwise. The food ordered was pretty good as well. This is a perfect place to sit chill and catchup with friends. Overall location and area is good. The restaurant has peace with good music playing.

Food was delicious. They is no doubt about what whatever menu they served. All are tasty. It would have been better if they could provide more options in food. Service was excellent. Nice place to celebrate Birthday, Corporate & Kitty Party. The price is at higher side. But if you want authentic food then you have to that much price. We enjoyed the time here.

Ordered cream of mushroom soup which I only like from some particular kitchens and this became is now one of them, fish chilly was fresh and capsicum was done just perfectly (cooked well while retaining the crunch and freshness ) fish was fresh..
Dahi ke kebabs seems to be their speciality which I tried on Zomato recommendation and liked.
Handi chicken took some time to be prepared however fresh chicken was worth the taste..
Quality and quantity of breads were on the higher side.
Perfect place to spend some good time with friends and family..

To begin with, the menu is well defined and covers a lot many dishes. The bar menu is also vast and thus gives many options to the visitors.
The appetizer we ordered was jalapeño cheese cigar which was crispy, cheesy and completely filling. In one plate they served 10 pieces so another point to the quantity.
For mocktails, I had summer cool soda which was also chilling and had a unique chocolate flavor.
In main course I had paneer lucknowi and garlic naan, paneer was soft and tasty(neither too spicy nor sweet). Presentation was neat and ambience was soothing.
Dim lights, soft music and friendly staff added to the charm.
Cost: 1100 for 2
Only advice: Though there were just a few occupied tables, it took around 20-25 mins for the order to arrive.

We dropped by the other day. My first time here, so I thought it would be like any regular restaurant with some fancy name in it. I was really surprised when I tasted their food, the quality was really good - I don't know how it can taste so different from other places! I ordered beijing lamb with jalpari tikka and kung pao chicken and it opened up my taste buds.
It's the place i'll go to from now on as no matter how much you had you can never say no.

Urban Turban offers a posh dining experience where you can enjoy drinks,snacks,delicious food on regular days and soothing live music on weekend is a welcome add-on.The staff is very courteous and they do attend their customers duly.In starters the Chicken chilli along with corn is good but the Chicken tikka kali mirch is the best !!In main course Paneer tikka masala is quite tasty but the mutton rogan josh is ok.Chicken dum biryani is good.Overall the non-veg starters are very nice and so is the vegeterian food but non-veg lovers wont be excited.Overall Urban Turban is a must visit place if you are out to drink and dine.

Minus marks for the location in the interiors of Gomti Nagar. It is a family restaurant with an understated yet elegant ambience. The staff was courteous. There was a family celebrating a birthday when we visited, they were quite loud so it was a little annoying but nothing the restaurant could do about it. We ordered quite a variety of starters which were all delicious. Too bad we got so full on them couldn't try the main course. Prices were a little on the higher side but justified by the quality of the food. It is a nice family restaurant to visit anyday.

The soup is tasty. All kinds like tomato, sweet corn and lemon coriander. In starters the spring roll is okay but seekh kebab is good. Then in main course paneer lucknawi is close to awesome but dhaniya aaloo is not upto the mark. Breads are quite large and soft. In chineese chilli garlic noodles are again good but Manchurian balls are not as good as the gravy. The desert is okayish.

It was family outing, we ordered all veg...since it is navratra....food preparation was excellent, some people felt food was little spicy, but i loved it. Chilly paneer, namkeen lassi, dahi ke kebab were excellent, hara bhara kebab was okay, stuffed mushroom we're good....all the food was just lip smacking. sizzler was good..and...even dal fry tadka was tasting good. Just a great experience.
I saw an update of Metropolitan Clubs serving Vegan food during Navratri. So thought to pay a visit yesterday. I was there along with my cousins and everything was just upto the mark. They just didn't use the tag of 'VEGAN' but served the same indeed. The food was absolutely delicious. You guys have to visit here once to taste the true authentic vegan food in Lucknow.

I recently visited Urban Turban and found that this is the best multi-cuisine family restaurant in Lucknow.
They not only serve the traditional Indian, the rich Mughlai but continental, Mexican and Italian as well for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.
The peaceful, hushed and dazzling ambience with a live piano in the background and unmatched hospitality of staff members, all together gave us a heavenly atmosphere to relish the luscious flavours.
