Free Spirit is one of the best cafes I've been to. It has become my super favourite place. It is so calm and soothing with positive vibes that you forget all your problems. Whenever I think of going out to eat, I can only think of this place. I have visited this place so many times that I literally know each and everything about the menu and the place.
The cafe is a retro music themed place. Games like ludo and uno are available. A few books are available too. The great thing os that you get cool props for clicking cool pictures.
The staff is polite and courteous and the delivery is quick.
Talking about the main part, the food - It's amazing! In my visits in the past one year, I've tried their Pizzas, Pastas, Garlic bread, shakes, coffees, mocktail, omelette, sandwiches and everything else.
The white sauce pasta is to die for. The best in town. Perfect in the amount of white sauce and tastes superb. Yellow pasta is a new invention by the owner which is equally amazing. It's a must try.
The pizzas are a treat to your tastebuds. My favourite is corn crunch.
Among the cold coffees, Cafe Frappé happens to be my thing.
Some exquisite things that you'll find here are Chocolate Sandwich, Deep Fried Oreos and Affogato.
The prices are pocket friendly. No extra taxes to be paid.
The owner, Mohit has done a commendable job by opening this fantastic place which as I said, has become my favourite and that is why I've edited my review after a year.
One of the best cafes I have seen in Lucknow. Ambience is nice and cozy with a good collection of songs in the background. The service is good, the food delicious, the menu elaborate and the prices pretty reasonable.
After all the so called cafes you see in and around Gomti Nagar which are more of an apology for an eating joint, this comes across as a refreshing change!
Rather than liking the page there should be an option of loving it too.. �
Well I love the cafe the food and when the owner of the cafe is so charming who would not want to visit it again and again.. ���

This theme based cafe is so good and the food is delicious. I mean seriously it's a cafe. Most of the cafes nowadays have hukkah and all due to which there is smoke all over the place. This cafe and the music they play, they make it more refreshing for the person. And then there is that cold coffee�

It's the perfect go to place for a delicious brunch or even dinner... The place is small yet the ambience is well maintained and the constant jazz and rock music played in the background along with beautiful dim lighting is really a cherry on the cake.
Apart from this.. the place has some really mouth watering and unique recipes of their own which can melt ur foodie heart right away.
Recommended : Yellow sauce pasta, Bread pizza, Egg noodles, Chicken lollipop, Eggizza.
Ambience: lovely, retro and even the songs playing were retro(they were really sticking to their retro theme) loved it!
What we ordered: crispy corn pizza, veg noodles and crispy corn appetizer
The food was amazing except the veg noodles.We didn't quite like the veg noodles.
All in all, a great place to hangout with your friends as they have a few board games and uno(my personal favorite) check out the images I shared!

It is one of the oldest n finest cafe of Lucknow. Being situated at a very prime location n area, it has a sober ambience with proper seatings. It is a kind of place where you can sit n do your office stuff, or you can sit alone with a cup of coffee n spend your time with some jazz or retro music playing around, n ofcourse you can go for a date too here.
If I'll suggest something you to eat, it will be their Animal fries, cheesy nachos, deep fried oreo, in drinks (i haven't tried much) you can go for blue lagoon.
Overall it is a perfect place to visit.🙂

A good place to hang out with friends. The ambiance was decorated beautifully. The food was really tasty. I tried Mix Sauce Pasta and pizzas. Overall had a good experience.
Have been visiting this place since 2017. It is a small cafe, tucked in a building but the vibe makes up for it. The cafe walls are adorned with vintage stuff and the music is lovely. The food is really satisfying. The price range is very affordable too. The service is quick. Their pastas are really yummy. Truly a must visit.
The best place with good ambience. The best of all dishes was the cheese garlic bread and white sauce pasta.
The place had comfortable seating, we trued their white sauce pasta which tasted good.
I've been there on the last Sunday and found it really nice 😍 pizza was the best and also the hot chocolate ❤️ It's ambience is pretty good and you'll feel cozy and warm and comfortable there 💕

Had an wonderful experience there with food and environment. The staff is very quick. The food is so good that You'll feel like home there. Best serve is pasta. I will surly go there again and suggest everyone to give it a visit.
What a cool ambience! Definitely loved it as soon as I saw it. The music they play will remind you about the good ol bands that you used to listen to as kids. Also, the food is really good. With some items you'll feel that they're a bit expensive but for most of the menu they're priced at a much lesser cost for the quantity provided. Definitely a thumbs up for this place. 👍

Recently visited free spirit for their new add on in menu.
° Ambience - it's a small , quiet and peaceful joint with some great music .The theme is crafted so beautiful that one can instantly fall in love with it.
°Food - just like ambience ,menu is aslo designed so brilliantly and unique.Below are the dishes we ordered.
• nachos with cheese - I love the cheese in nachos,it is was so creamy and scrumptious.
•blue lagoon & bloody mojito - the mocktails have amazing tangy taste .
•mac n cheese and potato masala sandwich- the pasta was super delicious and full of cheese,melts in mouth Instantly. & Sandwich are yummiest one just like home made spicy n tasty.
•bbq pinapple pizza- the was tempting n pinapple topping was amazing. It was thin crust and taste lil sweet and spicy.
•afagato-its something new for me.i tried this as a dessert n I loved the taste of coffee.ill recommend this for those who love strong coffee.
•Deep fried oreo- this was my favorite ,fried oreo with vanilla icecream and topped up with choco chips.it was damn crunchy and tasty.

Recently visited free spirit cafe, it is crafted as a piece of art, every frame nd article own its place. Music was soothing to ears, great collection of songs.
Staff was polite, decent and proactive.
Ordered pizza, animal fries and a hazzlenut, every bite and every sip has taste. And to my surprise for the first time i had to pay lower than expected in any cafe.
Just had a classic coffee and french toast ...and needless to say they were quite classic in taste ..just the perfect brunch 👍 what I love about this place is that the owner dude is quite responsive and addresses all complaints made ..you won't find this else where ..it's a pretty cozy place to come. Usp of this place is the song selection and the service ...damn wow 😍
I think this is everyone's go to cafe. The quality of food is good with a decent price.
The cafe gives you a very cozy vibe and the beautiful decoration adds up.

Had heard a lot about this cafe and it didn't let me down! This cafe is an incredible cool place to hangout with your buddies. Cozy and family like vibes with UNO, ludo etc games and a blend of old school and modern interiors. The staff was polite and well behaved. We ordered animal fries, cheese nachos, corn pizza and cappuccino. A complete cheese-delight! Great taste and prompt service. Place is really good. The service was great, food was on our table at reasonable pace and the ambiance is good too. The food was really good. We were served piping hot dishes. Pizza was delicious, garlic bread was fabulous and pasta was tasty as well. I would definitely recommend people to visit Free Spirit.

I have been planning to visit this place for quite some time now and needless to say it was worth it. I really liked the environment and the food. Heard a lot about the Mac and cheese and undoubtedly it’s the best I could ever get. The strawberry smoothie is a must try as it doesn’t feel like artificial flavours at all and the best thing about this place is that they use recyclable straws which is very eco friendly.
A highly recommended place.
Free Spirit is one sane place in the city with real music taste.
Whenever I come here, I get to listen to Queen, Nirvana, Lynyrd Skynyrd and many more.
Food is great, their cheese fries is amazing. Staff is real damn nice.

Located on first floor of the main IGP road, never expected such a surprise.
Order garlic bread and it was so tempting that I had to review the place do visit guys nice ambience great food best part the order was perfectly hot.
So finally I went to this cafe...it is cozy and beautifully decorated...keeping in mind the era of 90's...it is kinda vintage and perfect for small groups and couples...the food is delicious and I must mention its affordable too...it will satisfy your taste buds...will visit it definitely again!!

Recently I visited free spirit cafe... tried Aglio-E-Olio pasta which was quite different but better than expected (one must try). I also tried bread pizza, red sauce pasta and oreo shake , that too were delicious. Their food is flavourful.
The service was undoubtedly quick and staff was very gentle.
Cool place to hangout with friends or family. The pleasant ambience here definitely takes all the stress away.

Finally found an outlet where I can have bread pizza . Your bread pizza was awesome ,I enjoyed it alot . You can improve the taste of maggie though because amount of oil was more ok ,baki meal was fantastic👌👌
There's a nice effort there in creating such a mini yet cozy hangout space for everyone. Be it college buddies or school chaddies 😂 all can come at one place to have variety of maggi and wai wai noodles.
I would not recommend this to people who are in mood of some variety or hookah 'cause this place doesn't offer such. There menu is limited . But overall it's cute. The effort put is appreciable.

Being a hot chocolate lover, my quest for a decent one ended at freespirits, after having terrible experience with some other places. The quality was top notch and it came as a happy surprise that its not exorbitantly priced considering the quality. kudos to the team.

Been here 2 times and have tried a couple of things including dry chilli paneer, paneer noodles, chilli garlic noodles, margherita and garden fresh pizza, jalapeno loaded garlic bread, honey chilli potato, veg cheese maggie. It was pretty fine in fooding but the last item honey chilli potato ruined it all. You can guess its taste xD

The name suggests the fame.... music 🎶🎶 is in the air !! Like the free spirit in the whole of the cafe. The presentation of the food was commendable, competing with it's taste.....
Overall a great experience." The restaurant also brings recreation through games such as UNO,Chess and ludo. And a special counter for hookah🔥 is also available.

This place is totally amazing. Ambience is awesome and goes by the theme free spirit. Their playlist is really nice and soothing. I always love their playlist no matter what time I go.

Besides these, shakes are also very delicious and loaded cheese and corn nachos are also great to try. Their white sauce pasta is also creamy and equally delicious. Corn cheese garlic toast is tasty as well to try.

The place has its own bliss of solitude. There was dim lightening ( the best part I liked about it ) and there were songs being played on too. The service was unmatchable and the coffee was just the just the way I like it (hope you will love it too). And finally the good thing is you can sit there and enjoy writing or reading books.
The price was not so huge to panic about.

Talking about food animal fries, nachos(with their fresh white sauce) , pineapple BBQ pizza, sandwichs are must try.✔ Mocktails and shakes were just delicious. 🍻
Affogato was amazing,a perfect blend of vanilla ice cream topped with fresh espresso shot, chocolate syrup and choco chips.I had it for the very first time at free spirit. ☕

Great ambience and equally good food! The only problem was too much delay in serving the order.
I love the food at this place. I generally never visit a cafe again (even if its great) but then somehow I keep coming back to this cafe. Their hospitality is also something worth noticing. If you plan to visit this cafe.. do order pizza's, whichever you like. Their crust is the best! The only thing I'm not happy with is the quantity.
It is always amazing visiting this cafe . I just love the whole vibe of this place which serves you a pretty space with small sittings. I love all their foods but my most favourite one is Garlic Bread and Animal Fries. Do give them a try and you will not regret . This place is my all time favourite to hop in.
