THE DISH WAS PREPARED VERY DELICATELY AND YES THE DISH VERY GRATIFYING. THE RESTAURANT'S EXECUTIVE WAS VERY COUTHY. THE CHEF UNDERSTOOD THE NEEDS OF AN INDIVIDUAL AND GAVE IT'S BEST.
