I am going to this bakery since childhood,and cakes are my favorite, also i love patties very much, this bakery is very close to my heart and is highly recommended in Lucknow. They make all kind of theme based cakes and every one must try their chocolava cakes, which is highly recommended.
I have been visiting this bakery since childhood and it is my favourite one since then. It has been years and the taste is still the same. The quality of the food is amazing. I love all the products from patties to creambuns to cakes. Coffee cupcakes are my recent favourite product that they sell.
One of the oldest bakery in town serving the best quality products since years. My favorite place for cakes in birthday times n also at reasonable price. Really love the choco lava cake....it's amazing😋😋.The cleanliness is up to the mark n the staff is quite polite n generous.😊
Absolutely love the food and desserts served here. I’m from bhopal. Visited sunder bakery when i was in Lucknow few months back. Tried a lot of things listing cream bun, coffee cupcakes, chocolate cream biscuits and what not. And trust me it’s been months and it’s still difficult for me Select my favourite from all of it. A highly recommended place to get treat yourself.
Whenever I come from Mumbai ,I definitely visit the bakery, it has so many memories attached of my childhood..just love the creambuns and coconut buns,cakes and patties are my favourites 💯♥️

I have been going there since I was a kid. This used to be our favourite hangout place in school. The hot dogs, aloo and paneer patties, sandwiched were favourites. But the quality of food was much better then as of now.

Sunder bakery... a budget friendly place for eat..... They serves nicely garnishing with good taste... But seriously they need to improve their speed of serving food... They take too much to serve..other thn this all is good.
this place serves satisfying food in good price .. n their paneer dosa is best .. n a must have from this place.. always have a happy pocket frndly n a happy tummy after visiting this place..

Its good bakery chola batura and dessert are good even nice small samosa is nice and everything is good bakery looks good and nankeen r nice.
The uniqueness of this place is their witty quotes written on dishes sticked all over the walls.Shikanji and honey chilly potatoes seems to be their signature.

They dont have much of a variety in pastries and cakes, but yeah I love their chocolate balls. Rest of their pastries are cheap but worth the price. I mean come on 40rs pastrie gives you much more than any other high class bakery. They have a wide range of namkeens which are really good. So you be the judge.

Food quality is good. Bakery items are really good. Almost tried every variety and all are good. All time favorite is cream bun and chocolate cake .
Decent bakery wid average ambience and ok food. Everything they serve will be in budget although not much difference in taste of food as the normal ones.
Been here a lot 😊 a known bakery and it's pretty ok 👍🏻 breads are good , pastries are ok and cakes pretty ok. So I would suggest get some new stuff and do lil make over.

Being close to indra nagar,sunder bakery is the bst place to have a snack,the bst is the bakery items.magnificent...i often hang out wth my frnds at sunder bakery..good food! 😁

Reasonable prices and punctuality in the timing makes it unique from other such bakery.
Being a regular customer, I have never seen any negative results till now.
The only thing which I feel is missing is the multiple branches of it.

I have grown up eating the bakery products of sundar bakery and still it is the best bakery in bhootnath market..its wide range of bakery products say masala rusk...or dhokla r patties n small sized samosas are all yummy.... the cakes r fresh n great in taste ..hope 2 njoy the same taste in the upcoming years too..
Its been great visting here.. Serves ultimate eatable varities that is more than yummy as well.. ambiance is much more comfortable.. plus its centralised location makes it a well known bakery shop all over lucknow..

This review has been a long time coming. I have been a Sundar Bakery fan since the past 15 years. :)
All of their bakery items are quite good, and the dry fruits are top-quality and very reasonably priced.
But the absolute delight are their gujiyas. These people make the BEST dry gujiyas in the world. And I am their biggest fan. So much so that I crave these every single Holi that I have been away from home.
The outlet is mostly crowded, but service is quick.
In my opinion, its a 4.5, but I go with 4 because the fast-food and quick-bites added to their menu in the past couple of years is really very average.

Worlds best patties cakes pastries bhujiyas cookies.. U name it dey have it!! Nd honestly spkn i find u above all d confectioners in Lucknow!!

I have been i customer of sundar bakery since 8 years when they had a small open shop with no walls and a very traditional way where customers did not get any cash memo of their purchase. Today, sundar bakery is one of those commercial outlet at Bhootnath which have maximum customers. It is always crowded yet very organized now where one has to take a token of items selected and give it to the cash counter, receive a cash memo after purchase. they have even opened an extension right across the lane, separately for cakes and bakery products with a fast food join on the floor above.
Every month my family purchases goods of not less than Rs. 1000 and so is the story of every house in my colony.
Sundar bakery provides almost every bakery product one needs on a regular basis. The products are cost effective and few like banana chips and butterfly biscuits are even addictive :)

some of the fascinating dishes were their veg franky as well as macroni all were awesome.
the quality of food was good .
their fried rice was a bit disappointing but overall a good place to enjoy decent food in less price.

This is decent place to enjoy economical fast food in Indira Nagar.
The rates are quite economical and it doesn't burden your pocket.
The service is quick which is natural of a snack counter or say a fast food counter.
Among various dishes shahi paneer roll and cheese burger is delicious.
The shakes and pizza's weren't fascinating rather disappointing.
But all said and done other than pizza's and shakes there is nothing to complain and everything is worth.
So it's a good place to enjoy fast foo in bhootnath after a tiring session of coaching or shopping. :D
You can buy verity of backed o teams and namkeen from here either hand made or branded ., cakes dhokla paneer is also delicious., I found cake little bit less fresh and foggy but over all it’s amazing to shop here in good prices .,

A well established bakery joint. A wide array of bakery items - biscuits rusks cakes cream rolls and lots of variety !Good service and helpful staff.
It has always been a great experience visiting the place especially the new vintage cum modernised rework done at their Laxmanpuri branch. All great but I was honestly expecting some new additions or something new added to the menu or an upgrade in terms of food and services but it's still not there. I have been going to the store for past 30+ yrs and it's great to have the old recepies intact but with the new look I thought there would be more excitement in terms of food options and quality. I am not able to pin point it but something is missing. It could be because they just reopened two weeks ago not sure. Please take it as a suggestion not a critic as I want all the best for the place that makes me feel like a family.
Anyways congratulations for the beautiful store. I was so mesmerised with the renovations that I completely forgot to click pictures.
Hope this feedback would help the younger generation to experiment with taste a bit more.

I personally like the taste of their bakery items like cakes, pastries, patties , namkeens etc. Sundar bakery is a place who has been maintaining their original taste & quality despite of being in this field from more than a decade.
They have two shops on both the sides of road. Their old shop has a restaurant too.
Great place with a lot of stuff. Bread products are extremely good and have nice quantity. The cake quality has gone down in the past 10 years but it is still the best on Bhootnath. 1 stop solution for all eating desires.
Visiting this store since i was a kid.. Being close to my school.. there was not a single day that i didn't came here. A one stop solution for all bakery and snacking needs. Do try Creams Buns .
Good & well known bakery. they have wide variety of products to select from and they're know for the quality..
while they have two shops, one on the other side of the road. earlier it has space to dine in & resturant size space but now there has been some construction

One of the oldest bakeries I know. Best in price and always have almost every bakery product in stock. Cakes need a little add on innovation as there are so many now exploring. And desserts have already reached next level. But cookies, namkeen and all other basic products are good in quality. It's a go to place for us for all basics except for cakes and desserts.
They provide you different kinds of bakeries and you are definitely going to love it. The taste is really good and price is pocket friendly.
