A very good place to eat and paneer was very tasty and their quality is too better and found too be a very good place in ludhiana which increase foodies in ludhiana.
Since 1978 ,I have been a regular customer of this shop ,may it be any party or gathering ,quality is always the same superior one .Dahi bhallas need special mention ..such soft n wonderfully delicious bhalla n thick ,creamy n optimumly tasting curd are d U SP of this particulsr dish .Paneer pakode are unique ,nowhere else we can get such soft ,just rightly spiced n best quality of cottage cheese are just awesome .Finger licking sweet n green chutneys are just wonderful .Veg n bread pakodas are too good .In all ,if u taste d paneer palodas n dahi bhallas once there ,u will be a life time customer ..Maintaing d quality n taste for 3 generations is commendable ..Only thing is that if something can be done to improve d ambience of outside place ,where prople eat .

No one can make the Paneer ka Pakora as good as this place. The softest paneer ka pakora and whats annoying is that the stock doesnt last past 5pm in the evening. So if you wanna have tea and enjoy the beat pakoras in town you ought to have them before 5. Also famous are the dahi bhallas and bread toast.
The paneer pakoras are the best. The literally melt in ur mouth, u cant stop urself from eating more and more. Whenever u go u will get to eat fresh pakoras 👌😍
The only place in India where you can have Paneer Pakoras that melt into mouth is this place . It has been over 20 years that I have been enjoying these pakoras whenever I visit Ludhiana .. served with hot Green chutney .. it’s Heaven .

Panna singh pakode wala is the oldest in ludhiana and provides some scrumptious varieties of pakodas. The ambience of the shop is average or below average but as we say do not judge a book by its cover so please try his snacks and you will fall in love with delicious snacks he offers.

Panna Lal Pakodewala is the oldest one in ludhiana. I remember during my childhood my father used to bring veg and paneer pakode from this place and i used to have a handful of them. If you are pakoda lover then you must eat from this place and your taste buds will always remember the taste

A best place for tea lovers. Tea is never served alone. It comes in the combination with pakores. A variety of pakora such as potatoes, onions,paneer is served wrapped with taste and chutney. I give 10/10 rating to it.

When ever i visit my hometown Ludhiana my dad takes me to Panna lal for Paneer pakoda's. Its just a take away place or obviously you can stand and eat.
Tried my favorite panner pakoda's which was out of the world . The outer covering of pakoda was crispy and spicy had strong flavour of mango powder and inside the cottage cheese which was fresh and soft
They serve they pakoda's with red ( sweet and sour ) and green chutney (spicy) which are made of imli and coriander. These pakodas are die for and the stock is out after 4pm mostly .
If you live in Ludhiana and you haven't been to this place than you are seriously missing a lot in your life. The pakodes they make are just out of world. I have been eating here since ~2002, and it has been there since before my dad's birth. There dahi bhallas are simply delicious. The chutney that they make is fresh and the mixture of both the red and green chutneys is a perfect side dish to the pakodas and they compliment each other. The perfect scenario is when during rainy season, you are eating the pakodas of punnu and a tea along with it. I personally love the bread and paneer pakodas but their mix pakodas are to die for as well...
Overall I will suggest anyone who is coming to Ludhiana to try them and don't expect that you will get them after 530, if you do than you are really lucky.

Visited here on a cloudy September, sunday in 2015. Everything right from making pakoras to pakoras is XXL. Was amazed to see the volume being churned out every 30-40 minutes. Tried the mixed vegetable, paneer, bread and pyaz pakoras and it was heavenly. Had to skip the dinner, must visit place if you care about good food...
A shop that sells only pakodas- I'm still amazed to witness it. There's a variety of pakodas that you can enjoy. I had the privilege to have the pakodas in monsoon season. When it rains, oh I bet everyone crave for pakodas. I ordered a plate of paneer pakoda..It was a delight to my taste buds. It's a proper shop and sitting arrangement is not there. So the rating is not for ambience but just for the yummilicious pakodas..

Get a token from the cash counter.... and be prepared for dhakka-mukki
Simply present your token to the one with the weighing scale... nd in 1-2 minutes.... you have sizzling hot fresh pakodas with green and red chutney (eat both... tabhi kirpa hogi)... Pakodas are tasty... tasty... tasty....

Best pakode for any season. A little difficult to locate the shop and some might not find it to be hygienic but the must have pakode if u r in ludhiana. Paneer pakode are the best paneer is fresh and soft and the perfect blend of chatney and paneer. They also serve bread pakode and mixed veg pakode which are also nice
Best paneer pakora in Ludhiana,cheese is fresh,no extra amount of green sauce inside..try dahi bhalla,an another good option from this place..though regular mix pakoras are just about same..have patience,wait for ur turn,n since no sitting place,get it packed n have it with tea,at ur own place,n if its rainy day..its like sone te suhaga...n yes its best to visit before 5 pm..

The stuff out here is legendary. Paneer pakoras are to die for. It is all sold out by 5 so better be there. Going there ever since.

Taste is best, but prices are so high👌👌. Bhalla is not as soft as it was earlier. Paneer Pakora is good when it serves hot. They need to control the prices of their food.

It was fresh and really hot. The flavour is very delicious. It may be one of the best paneer pakora I had in some time.
I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately, I dropped 1 star because of cleanness. Theres 1 small table that everyone eats on and I doubt it's often cleaned. Its a stand and eat table. With covid, everyone is standing tight with each other and eating. And with this, I'm not sure how they clean the plates either.
Otherwise it was really great food and I enjoyed the taste of it.
