Have been at Rutba many times now and I must say their food taste and quality is very consistent. Their Skybar offers amazing views of Ludhiana and their staff makes sure you have a lovely evening.

I had a really amazing experience at this place. It was so fun here. The live band of musicians full of zeal gave me a sensation inside. I really enjoyed this place and the ambiance there. I must suggest the youngsters visit this place for there energy swings.

Great ambiance, we preferred dining at the rooftop! Their was not much crowd as we visited the place on a weekday. Will definitely try visiting the place on a weekend next time to experience how lively this place is!
Tried their chicken tikka, quality was good and quantity wise also it was satisfactory. But not all drinks from the menu were available, i think they need to work on this!

Went on Sunday evg. It was Live Band Night at skybar. Place is amazing nd one of the best in Ludhiana. Staff is too good nd cooperative. Warm welcome by Manager, and awesome service continued thereafter. Place is very happening. Hope to be on Saturdays (DJ nights). A must place to hangout. Bring your family and friends to rutba...
Good food with good LIVE music in skybar every night. Their air-conditioned Glass house on the Skybar is the main attraction & you can enjoy a nice Dinner while not sweating out as is the case with other sky bars in Ludhiana. I really liked their fusion food especially Pasta makhani.

Visited there for Dinner and found it, a nice place. Ambience was Great, Live music was good. Food was tasty n service was up to mark. Keeping in view highly priced food, served quantity was too little. Either you should enter there with your pocket full or you will come out empty stomach.
In totality I would rate it as a nice place, situated at the most happening area of the city..

This place is Lit, especially the skybar. Absolutely amazing feel on the terrace top. Service is an issue on the weekends but yummy food worth waiting for. Chinese is an expertise for them. Don’t miss out the Rutba Special Dessert. One hell of a good thing. I’d love to go again n try other listings in the menu.

A nice place - Rutba Skybar. Good ambience and décor. Beautiful location, rooftop for winters. And courteous staff.
Food was yummy yummy. Not even a single thing we ordered was bad. Though I wish they had more variety in the menu. The most recommended is hakka noodles. I really found them well cooked.
But live music sucked. One it was Christmas so the songs should have been more relevant than just Bollywood numbers. Second they should get a better singer.

Coming to food, when asked for the best dish they serve, the answer was 'sizzler' and in the name of sizzler it was just chilly garlic noodles; made no sense. Disappointing!
Then in drinks virgin mojito and pink berry were savoury. What I loved about rutba is there indian cuisine. From dal makhni to shahi paneer and veg pulao to even masala papad, I loved every bit of it.
Overall, it's nothing very extraordinary but the experience is great.

We went there last Saturday to celebrate our marriage anniversary. They have two sitting areas - the top floor restaurant and the terrace lounge area. We decided to sit in the terrace area because of the lovely open air ambiance and the night lights. Thoroughly enjoyed the look and decor of the place especially with the slight chill of a winter evening. The food menu has a good variety of Indian, Chinese and Continental. For starters we ordered the vegetarian Indian and Chinese platters. The Indian platter was supposed to have pineapple but none was served and we weren't informed about it either. Taste wise the Indian platter was good especially the broccoli. But we were disappointed with the Chinese platter - it had chunks of paneer suitable for the Punjabi palate but not mine. For main course we had the Mushroom Fusion (some of the best mushrooms I have had - done in an interesting green sauce), Veg 888 (their version of veg triple) and Veg Taiwan Sizzler (would have been better of they had served it with fried rice instead of steamed). The food looked and tasted good. The service was a bit iffy. When we entered, there were no guests and one of the managers was giving a severe talking down to all the waiters. That probably made them over zealous during service and they just wouldn't let us eat in peace. Later in the evening, they had a live Bollywood music and the singing was pretty average. They have different themes on each day of the week. The rates are a bit pricey but probably worth it for the ambiance and good. This is a good place to relax, unwind, soak in the weather and enjoy some good food and drinks.

I love the name 'Rutba' and the ambience is beautiful. The rooftop dining area is small, but feels cosy and great.
Food quality and taste are a 8 on 10.

Rutba is a beautiful place to dine in with your friends or family. The live music performance at night by the band adds to its beauty. We ordered mixed sauce pasta along with cheese garlic bread and Cold coffee. We relished the yummy food. Thanks!
Rutba lounge is for loud music lovers, and skybar for open air mist lovers. I could sneak to a cosy place, single table reserved near the waiting area at skybar; apt for my family time.
Veg Quesadilla were well tempered awesome preparation vege loaded.
Daal makhni really needs to be improved was just okish.
Paneer butter masala was great.
Indian breads were nicely prepared.

This one is located very upfront in the main Saraba nagar. They provide valet parking and that's a plus these days. The sky lounge is obviously an open deck with chick interiors dim lights and live singer and a big screen. They also have a Indoor resturant as well, but I prefer the open one if the weather is good. The sitting is comfortable and inviting.
Coming to the menu they serve Indian, conti, Chinese, tex-mex. I must admit that they have a very vast choice in all the cuisines. We had Paneer tikka, mushroom platter, Veg cheese enchiladas served with chipotle aioli and salsa dressing, Veg Biryani, pasta alfredo , Veg Chilli paneer with naan ;)beer and virgin Mojito for drinks.
The paneer was perfectly grilled and very delicate totally mouth watering, mushroom also had a good taste, the biryani had a good flavour to it, enchiladas were awesome too, pasta was just fine, though chilli paneer and naan tasted perfect.
Food is just excellent doesn't matter if it's veg or non veg. If you are going with friends take one of those sofa sitters right in the corner. Good hospitality and nice cooperative staff as well as owner.
I would definitely recommend this one and would like to revisit it soon. Just go for it. 👍
Visited this place in the mid week. Maybe that was the reason of a slight disappointment in the mood of the place. Was expecting a bit more. Coming to food and drinks, this place scored decent. Had veg Caesar salad with drought beer. The preparation was good. The presentation could have been better though.
This is located in the top most food circle of Ludhiana. Easily approachable, good valet parking service and a decent entrance to welcome you.
Heard a lot about this place but this was the first time I enjoyed the sky feel with live romantic music.

Try the corn Crispy and Paneer Tikka Butter masala - they tasted good. Avoid Dal Makhani - not that high a taste.
Order Breads as you need else the water jets blowing above will render roti's uneatable.
No finger bowl here - rely on moist tissue paper.
Over all a good place to relax and enjoy food.

The sky bar is so chilled out. Great ambience for a night out with friends. The menu is exhaustive. Service is good. Food was average. I had a non veg mezze platter which was nothing spectacular. Garlic chilly chicken was good. The chicken and mascarpone risotto was passable. Need to improve on the food quality and presentation. Otherwise a great hang out place

Went to Rutba for my sister's bday celebrations. I was impressed by the ambiance and food preparations. Live singing was an icing on the cake.
Finally Ludhiana has a place to hang out at weekends with live bands and good dj. I went there last weekend and loved continental food. Chinese platter is must try.
Went to Ghazal night yesterday.. Enjoyed yummy food with mesmerizing music. I recommend this place to everyone coz they really fill ur special occasions with beautiful memories.

Good place to go. Really liked the ambience & the quality of food. It has got multiple stories, as per the comfort & mood one can enjoy any amongst the two lavish dineouts. Live music is the steal. Perfection of weather has been maintained with well installed mist blowers. Sitting under the moonlight having dinner with family or friends, listening to great music is what this place hold in.

Rutba - as the name suggests is a very classy place with a special emphasis on its interior & ambience. The interior theme is what attracts your attention as soon as you enter, there's a rich mix of colours - they have different types of chairs, tables sitting patterns which makes it interesting its not exactly blingy & they've actually made good use of everything end result of which is quite classy.
Food was good we ordered something like 'Pasta Lababdar' from their fusion menu which was basically Pasta with Indian flavoured sauce. Paneer in hot garlic sauce & veg noodles were also good but the quantity of veg noodles was questionable. The presentation is good with again various kinds of cutlery which makes it all the more interesting. Service was good but we were there on a monday afternoon the restaurant was fairly vacant so cant really comment about the service on a crowded evening. Prices are comparable to other fine dine restaurants but they charge service charge which really is a put off & I had an argument about that with their manager too.
Something which needs a special mention is the music being played. Its top notch really builds & uplifts your mood & is really their USP at least for me

I went to this place with a bunch of friends for Brunch. This place is exceptionally good and the ambience is perfect for a day out with friends. Our entire order was good especially the Mezze platter and Chef Creole Style.
Will definitely visit this place again.

Amazing aura on the roof top..great food..not overpriced..the band performance was mind blowing..haven't heard such great live band for quite a long time now..best place in town if you want to have an amazing time with friends and family..congratulations to team Rutba for putting up such an amazing place..
I have attended lot of live band nights at this place & it is never disappointing . The bands are always mind blowing , they have always succeeded in giving me the perfect weekend with their yummy food , awesome ambience & that spicy spicy guava ( mock tail) . The rooftop is another wow element . In winters specially it was the sexiest place to eat with that beautiful red tree & the lit furniture . In summers , if the ambience matters more to you , then it surely is a good pick with those water misters & the acoustic singing . The staff is super cooperative & donot miss their new Chinese platter , it is finger licking yummy .

Skybar with night fog mist and a bright red tree creates an aura to enjoy liquor and food. It had a good seating arrangement with all types of chairs but was a bit overcrowded. Soup tasted good with perfect blend of ingredients and the dinner we had was rutba chicken which was again very delicious. Staff seemed to be decent. A good place for dinners, preferably weekdays ,and not overpriced.
@Ludhiana is full of Restaurants that serve delicious food but I have never come across a Restaurant like this one before. Rutba is a multi-cuisine restaurant in Saraba nagar , that serves the best food in Ludhiana. The place is neat and clean and has an outdoor seating as well, which gives you a nice view to the open sky ...
