The chicken ghee roast was so delicious and the pepper pork was very soft and juicy...But the star of the meal was the payasam, it was so buttery, creamy and the sweetness was just right! The ambience is nice like an antique beach house in pondicherry. The service was really good, the staff were really welcoming!

We visited this place very randomly but found one of the best veg biriyani here. Place is super hygienic & clean. Ambience is cozy & warm. Staff are friendly & humble. We also had paneer starter & cheese balls, which were yummy too. This Biriyani will always have a special place in our hearts.

Food was delicious and the service was very nice. We were welcomed by Mr.Bheem, very humble and respectful. Thank you! Iced Mocha and Fruity Iced tea were tasty and soothing. Szechwan rice is a must try here. Manchurian, salt and pepper prawns (my fav) and oyster chicken were also good! Over all it was a nice experience and the vibe is authentic and homely.

A hidden gem in Coorg !! We reached Coorg on 24th, a dussera day, and it was maddening. We were told no deliveries would be available post 8pm and randomly found this restaurant on google. We ordered online and then came JP(Jayaprakash) with the food warmly delivered at our hotel. The next day, since we were tired, we again ordered from the same restaurant but this time through Zomato. Again, JP being our savoir, ensured the food was delivered on time and needless to say the food was just fantastic🤩. The third day, being exquisite, we finally decided to go to the restaurant and vola...it was just mesmerising. Beautiful antique setting, clean and hygienic place and so beautifully designed ! Here we came across Mr. Bhim Singh , a ardent hotelier with half a century experience, who ensured we had a lasting evening like never before. I'm really not sure why the restaurant has low ratings, but for those who truly appreciate hospitality this is heaven !! Thank you to the entire team for ensuring a great evening for us 😊

Visited the place for dinner during my visit to Coorg. Staff is courteous and prompt in the service. Food portion size is decent and taste was excellent. They have variety of local and standard cuisines. Restaurant architecture is of British era and is spacious. There is enough parking space for Vehicles. Had an opportunity to meet and interact with one of the owners Mr.Bhim Singhji who has enormous experience in Hospitality industry with passion to create delight for customers and that reflected in his involvement towards quality and service of restaurant.

Raintree restaurant in Madikeri exceeded expectations with its delightful culinary offerings. The Lemon Butter Fish and Mushroom Pepper Fry were standout dishes, both bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The delectable taste of the dishes showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality. Additionally, the coffee was a pleasant surprise, adding a perfect finishing touch to the meal. Overall, Raintree provided a memorable dining experience with its delicious food and inviting ambiance. Also recommending Bhim for his service.

This is the best restaurant in Madikeri. This is located very close to the city centre and all the other popular tourist places around it. The restaurant is an old home converted to a restaurant with various rooms. The building is located a bit below the road level and you can bring your car down too. It has enough parking for 5 or so cars. Pinki served us well here and the food was delicious. We actually came all the days we stayed in Coorg. We would recommend the Chicken Ghee Roast, Chicken Lollipop, laal mass, panner butter masala and kulchas.
