The food tasted good and we had a good lunch but many dishes were not available. The service person was good and polite and the place was clean.
Had kari dosa and briyani, as expected briyani was not up to the mark. But the Kari Dosa was superb🤌🤌. Didn't expect the taste of it. Need to try this dish if u visit here.
Going to this restaurant after 8 years - still they maintain the same quality and taste.

I had mutton kari dosai as well as mutton kothu porotta which was ok but was way to pricey. I had the same back in Thiruvananthapuram but that was way more delicious by a great margin.

One dosa is enough per pets. I also tried the same dosa in kumar mess madurai.
But konar mess curry dosa is best.

An authentic South Indian non veg restaurant. We tasted almost all main starters, which was flavourful and delicious.
Especially mutton chukka, mutton omelette and ayirai fish gravy was awesome..

Went there for the famous kari dosa since it was not available for lunch had the parota, mutton chukka, chicken chettinad and biryani and it was sooooooo good! Absolutely recommend ✨ a great food experience in Madurai.

A very old establishment famed for mutton dishes. The mutton Kari dosa is an experience, quite filling. Seating area is basic, servers are quite busy. Chicken biriyani is another item you can check out. Rates higher than expected.
