One of the classic bakeries in Madurai. Good place for college students to hang out for some quick bites. I love the mini samosas here. My suggestion would be to stick on to bakery items rather than fast food items.

Fresh cream cake and Normal cake also too good here...u can order previously for best service..recently I ordered a panner sandwich as a suggestion of chef for my brunch.really so yummy juicy and flavorful .it cost is rs 90 ..worth for money.. foreigners preferable place ..puffs and cake also is too good..combo is also reasonable..... must visit for evening time snacks with children... before order take a suggestion of chef....

The only good fast food around periyar, the food is very tasty. The pastries are of higest quality. Loved it. The service is super. Wonder ful place for a short meal.
I have visited british bakery cafe a lot of times
Their paneer Mayo sandwich is the best I had,
The chicken burger I ordered was good with lot of Mayo in it,
the staffs are frndly and the service is good meanwhile the tables and the floor doesn't look good they should maintain their floor atleast sweep them found them bit dirty
I ordered a chocolate truffle cake but that didn't taste like a truffle I was bit upset
They have good combo's
Had Egg puffs and cappuccino here.
The cappuccino was decent. Worth a try. The egg puff was dry (when I had) and less of filling.
The service was warm and ambience looked decent.
Suitable for having pastries, quick bites and coffee.
Nice bakery in Madurai, all items were affordable, mouth watering, quality & quantity was really outstanding. We got to taste mushroom puffs (delicious very unique) veg Danish ( good filling) each cost 20rs. They also serve chat and other items.

Purchased cakes for Christmas. Cream cake, plum cake and tea cake were real good. Previously bought pizza which was good. Overall it was a nice experience with British bakery.
Really nice taste...Good food, Clean preparation, located at Periyar... I feel comfortable and more peaceful while eating.But, so noisy and dusty outside the shop. They carefully designed the shop in the way that the customer will forget about outside traffic and pollution after entering the shop.I love chilly Chicken here... Very nice

But, the only thing I want to suggest is, they could improve the attire of the bakery inside, so that customer like me feel comfortable and more peaceful while eating, it was so noisy and dusty outside the shop. Great place to hang on for all sorts of chat items. Very affordable prices with superior quality! Coffee is served very fresh. Fried chicken 🐓 is too good. Pudding, mini samosa n cookies are loved by kids. Must visit place.
