Best restaurant out of the four at Le Méridien. It's open only for dinner and the seating capacity is limited, so getting a place on weekend is difficult. Chef Hemant was really good at hosting us and provided us some of the signature dishes. Biki was super fast with the service. Loved the food and service, will visit again.

Excellent and Exceptional Experience. A separate Room for celebrating our Lil one’s 2nd Birthday was made available without and special request. (Early Reservations preferred) The place is really posh and chic. The entire Staff is really well trained. Being a part of Le Meridien, they have enough open space and parking facilities. The ambience is good Food is fantastic. Indian Bread quality can be improved. The in-house Artist(Singer) is apt for creating a special occasion and personal recommendation are also welcomed. The team were generous enough to celebrate our sons birthday and surprised us with a Personalized Chefs Special Pastry to celebrate the occasion. A memorable experience at Chingari Cheers

Let me start with the booking experience: Vishwanath was extremely warm and had a special table set up for our celebration. He greeted us with soo much enthusiasm, it just felt special. Bhushan took care of our table service, he was very warm and gave us a great experience. Special mention to the Chefs Sufiyaan and Hemant who made our Avadhi food with impeccable taste. Rahul from the bar stirred up a lovely drink. Definitely must mention the live singer Amar, made the evening very enjoyable. Such a warm and hospitable team and great food at Chingari. We will be regulars here for sure.

I would really take a moment to leave my feedback for Chingari. First and foremost I did not expect a North Indian restaurant as excellent as this in a quaint place like Mahabaleshwar. Saying that I was pleasantly surprised will be a gross understatement. The ambience and decor was soothing and chic. Lets come to the food now. I have been working around the globe for more than 15 years and I travel extensively. I am a great connoisseur of good food and am known for my finer taste in food amongst my friends and acquaintances. However I have rarely tasted food this good in my lifetime. The kababs, curries and bread were simply oozing with flavor yet nothing was overpowering. The meat was succulent and had such a delicate yet aromatic balance of flavor. I was blown away by my feet. I have saved the BEST for the last. More than everything else i enjoyed the hospitality of Chef Hemant. This chef is not only an expert in his culinary skills but he just knows to win hearts. He made me felt at ease and made my whole experience extremely comfortable and endearing. He guided me through the menu, made great recommendations and always made it a point to check that I was comfortable. I noticed he was doing it with the other guests too and everybody could feel the warmth of his hospitality. His charming smile and personality made my experience so memorable. In today's world of rushed and materialistic service, such a personalized and warm attention by Chef Hemant is extremely precious. This Hotel Management must have done something great to deserve a Chef like Hemant. I feel he is a great asset and will make it very very BIG in the culinary industry in time. I am ready to come back again and again to this place just to enjoy the services rendered by Chef Hemant. I have already spread the word to a huge number of my friends, colleagues and acquaintances about this restaurant and Chef Hemant and they are all eager to visit this restaurant. Chingari and Chef Hemant will be having very busy days ahead. I hope this restaurant management does everything possible to retain a STAR chef like him. Thank you Chef for making my experience so special!!!

Best dinning place, we really loved the gentle of gesture of the head chef, who made sure to attend all the guests at time intervals fo a small chit chat over the experience and food served.

We had a lovely time at Chingari! The atmosphere was lovely and the food was exceptional. However, the winner that night was the service. Talented chefs, accommodating waiting staff, and a warm welcome is what we experienced here. My sister and her fiancé (not pictured) even got a congratulatory cake that the staff got together and baked for us. Truly a lovely experience and some of the best authentic Indian cuisine I've tasted in a while.

As expected it was a five-star experience. If you are going then please do ask for chef Harmeet, he is an awesome cook and extremely nice man. we just trusted him and everything that came on our table was mind-blowing. Ambiance, staff, food everything was perfect. We went there to have our anniversary dinner and guys over there didn't let any stone unturned to make it more special.

Chingari is one of the restaurants in Le Meridien, Mahabaleshwar. We were treated to some delicious food by Chef Harmeet. Excellent service and good portion of food served. We had beetroot galouti, dal makhni and kulcha (all of these were lip smacking). Dal makhni was the best of the lot. Unfortunately, could not try other food items on the menu. Left with fond memories and a wonderful taste in our mouths. Worth visiting if you are in Mahabaleshwar. 5 start restaurant in the true sense.

Excellent restaurant for Indian food at Le Meridien. Prices are on the high side as expected in a 5 star resort. But the food and service is worth it. For the non vegetarians, chicken lababdar is a great one. Try not to miss eating here.

We were here for dinner & loved the ambience. Nice music added to the dim lighting. We'd Dum Ki Biryani (Prawns); it was delicious. Our server made us feel at home & was a pleasant fellow to chat with.

I can't think of a better way to cap off a day of sightseeing than great food and that's what Chingari provides. Rahul and Vishwanath were our hosts for the night and were always present anytime we required anything and were very helpful with their recommendations. The food was delicious and if there was one recommendation I could make it would be the Chakunder ki galouti.

This restaurant had the best dal makhani I have ever had! Every bit was so sumptuous and savoury I couldn’t compare it with any ! The appetisers were also good! The food is pricey but you get what you pay for! The dal makhani truly steals the show!
