The place is quite nice, you get good seafood for reasonable prices. Staff is courteous, However the Menu provided on Zomato is old one, The current Prices have gone up by about RS.50 per item.
Out of all the beach shacks I've been to, Mish Mar stood out from the rest mainly due to their outstanding hospitality and customer service. It's was a place where I felt at home. The food was great and so was the price! The ambience and service provided by this place makes me wanna visit them again! Which I will, soon! 😊
Located at one of the good beaches in South Goa, Mish Mar is a good place for a peaceful evening. There is no floor, it's all sand. Take a walk on the soft sand and visit this place for a calm evening. There is hardly any light near the shack. The menu is broad from English breakfast to Goan cuisine. The food is just fine. Drinks are reasonably priced.
Best butter garlic wings ever. Service was great. Dinner on the beach by candlelight watching the sun go down, can't be beat. Prices reasonable and food was great.
Mish-Mar staff was very helpful and trustworthy. Every morning, the first thing I did was asking them to safely keep my phone for 30 minutes while I went for a run by the beach. After collecting them, I asked for some drinks and snacks, seat on one of their deck chairs at front line of the beach, and they would bring them to me. It was perfect.
Always spend a great deal of time here at the shack when in Goa, it's a must on any trip. The food is great (there is no better way to start a meal than with masala papads!), the owners are a lovely couple who go the extra mile for their customers, the staff speaks English and understand extra wishes and don't even get me started on how wonderful it is to sit inside the cool, breezy shack while the sun is burning down from the sky, looking out on the beach, hearing the sound of the water in the distance.

A nice quiet beach side shack serving fresh seafood. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely, however the prices are on the higher side which is usual being a sea side shack in Goa.

Their tables are spaced so that you have your own privacy, not sitting right next to the table next to you.

Visited Mish-Mar Shack last week, food was awesome!! Very tasty and served without any delay. Server Rocky was very polite and helpful. The prices are also reasonable (unlike as in Baga or other beaches).
If you are in Marjoda beach, this must be the shack you must visit without a second thought, Good job guys, keep it going!

Excellent service especially by Kushal Kumar (KK), Sandeep and Munna. Owner and the lady were nice too. Had beers, Goan sausage, white pomfret, chicken Manchurian and egg fried rice. All were good in taste. Highly recommend for the service and hospitality of this shack.
After albert's this is our go-to shack now. David and the rest of the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Also, the food is incredible - don't miss the butter garlic fried fish!

The only drawback is the occasional wait during peak hours, but it's worth it for the overall fantastic beachside dining experience.
Mish Mar is one of the best places I've been to. Truly made me feel like I was at home. They have great service amazing views (obviously, it's the sea) and really good food. The people here are a joy to talk to and the place is peaceful. If you're worrying about COVID, the servers usually wear masks as well and the seating is pretty well distanced.
Camillo is amazing and gotta give a shout-out to Vicky, who has been a wonderful waiter. Camillo will also help you with cabs and housing, if you so need it.
If you want good food, good company (or silence and quiet, you'll get both, and a good experience, Mish Mar is a a good place to visit.
They made a solo-travelling girl feel safe while alone and that is not something that is easily available.
