Excellent hospitality, delicious food, nice property for a day's out with family or a group picnic. Above all, the very humble person behind all this is it's owner Mr. Phelomino who makes your day there great.
This resort is near Utorda beach. Went for friends wedding reception here. Beach side resort. Lovely view of beach from resort.
Excellent beach side view, nice food, good prices, friendly staff.
Nice place. Great ambience. Prefect to host weddings. Only downside is that parking is a great issue as it is limited and may cause inconvenience. Also service road is very small

I want to clarify that Pooja Raipurkar ॐ had visited Islandview for booking inquiry . and I had given her the venue and decor rate at the spot on the same day and time she first came for booking inquiry . We had even told her that we dont block the venue for anyone unless booking payment is done. Venue is open on first come first. I had even written on the paper and given her the rates. She was insisting to reduce the rate which i had already told her we have already reduced our rate due to covid and thats the last price.
If she was really interested she should have made the booking payment and blocked the venue. .
When i had already given her the Venue rate why did not she booked the venue immediately instead of waiting for days .
She said she was calling me ( may be)and may be i was busy and could not pick her call. But if she was genuinely interested in the venue she should have visited the venue and done the booking.
Thirdly No where i have threatened her . I had only requested her to remove her biased or (may be even paid) post against me to defame me.
I dont know why she is putting allegation against me (Either she is paid to do that or trying to cover up for her mistake).
The purpose of this post is not to prove anyone wrong but to keep the facts before the audience which Pooja has not mentioned in her post.
Awesome location...friendly staff....nice food preparations...ideal for family n friends gettogether, birthday parties, wedding receptions...clean n serene environment...ample space with restricted car parking area..safe n secure open area with accessibility to utorda beach...can accommodate about 300 person comfortably...had very nice outing..
Its nice for a cozy wedding, good ambience, however better parking facilities (as parking lot gets full) & perhaps standing fans placed prominently as its too hot & humid otherwise esp in summer
