Had been to this place for official work and got a chance to taste their thali. It's budget friendly and quite affordable. They also have lodging facility. If you are visiting Majuli and is looking for a place to stay and also would like to taste the ethnic food then this is the place.

The aesthetics of this restaurant is very good. And dishes offered is clean taste very well. The owner and staffs are polite and presentable. Has variety of dishes to offer from traditional Assamese thali to North Indian and continental. I personally will recommend to visit if you come to Majuli. A
Brilliant little guesthouse on the outskirts of town. Amazing value for money. Everything was there - hot water, a cozy room, wash basin, geeser for hot water and a decent restaurant. All for 400 a night.
Would recommend to anyone to stay at pulu only.
I am a pure vegetarian and dined at the very centrally located Pulu Restaurant just opposite ASTC bus station at Majuli , the owner Babu served me very delicious pure vegetarian mixed vegetable curry alongwith hot nice good wheat flour Rotis, he is very courteous, self overseas customers exact taste
Best and clean premises with delicious and authentic Assamese dishes. The proprietor and staff are very courteous and polite. They also have 4 rooms available to stay which are good in size and extremely clean.

The food was superb n staff too good. All the dishes were excellent. The owner is customer friendly n takes care of them very well.
Pulu is a great little restaurant near the main square of Majuli. Availability of dishes on menu can be a bit scarce, but can recommend the mix veg (Chinese style sauce), paneer butter masala and the chow mein is great value for money. We came back twice just for their addictive butter roti!
Awesome testy food... But base on quality price is so costly.. It's simple.. As a tourist place.. But foods are higenic and quality is also good.
