I have heard about this place from my brother .so while returning home from our goa trip we decided to go to this bamboo restaurant for lunch . Before going there I found some good and bad reviews hence bad reviews where like it’s overrated and all bla bla bla . But I always love to check by myself
This place is heaven for all Non veg lovers as their food has authentic taste and is mostly famous for seafood
We also ordered veg thali and it too tasted so good. It contained 2 varities of bhaajis, dal, curd, shrikhand, solkhadhi, roti/bhakri.
As they serve delicious food this place is always o
Absolutely wonderful. True malwani food.. budgeted , quality and tasty.
Waiting time is 30mins on weekends and public holidays..its worth waiting..
Fresh fish...big pieces..
We had our Best sea food at this Restaurant while staying in Chivla. The place is quite crowded, waiting is more than an hour. But the food makes it all worth. All the sea food items from crabs to fishes was so good. Also Solkadhi is worth a try. Pricing is very affordable comparing to other Sea foo
As always this is the best place to have fish in Malvan. Will be crowded in peak season and waiting time may be more than 45 min. So have patience. Parking also may be a challenge sometimes. No doubt the fish is best.
Awesome experience. We ordered crab thali and it was awesome and tasty. Quantity was enough for 2 people and so it's worth the money. Because it's a famous hotel, you will find huge waiting list here during weekend or peak season.
Atmosphere is basic (just a line of tables and chairs). I liked it due to its sheer efficiency. Food is good too. Service is fast and courteous. Best for times when you are in a hurry to eat and want to try the malvani food at reasonable rates
Foods are very tasty. Try surmai, bangada thali. Amati, means fish curry was very good in taste. Definitely eat at this hotel to satisfy the tastebuds.
Quality food with pocket friendly rates.. staff is very humble, helpful, and quick.. Homely taste.. Highly recommended...
Came here after many years.
Food quality and quantity was very good.
We ordered Khekda Thali, Surmai Thali and fried prawns. Good taste.
Atmosphere is also good. Saw some renovations from last time.
Very filling food. The amount on food for offer is really nice. We had Chicken Thali, Fish Thali, Kingfish Fry, Mori Masala. All their dishes were delicious. The food is value for money. Kingfish Fry costed only 300rs for 2 big slices which would usually cost 500 in Goa (i am from there).
This is one of the budget friendly option only.
There are many more fine dining places to visit. But if you are looking out for something on a budget then this is a good place to visit
Decently priced
The taste is good.
Serving deep fried fish .
Great sea food. Period. Crowded open and noisy, but go there simply for well made sea food.
Nice food.. nice atmosphere.. but staff looks arrogant Some time. Rate are affordable as well as not cheapest for some people. But good option for food
Awesome place for Malvani food Lovers. Authentic malvani masala used for all preparation also fish is very fresh... we tried all types of Thalis Kingfish, pomplet, mutton, mori thali... also calva masala.. must visit on tour to malvan
Just need to wait in line for our turn to come..
The place is very old and famous for fish thalis. Thalis are a bit expensive but considering the fish size, it may be justified. You have to wait for at least 40-50 min since there is always a huge rush.
The food is good and fresh, specially seafood and also it's authentic and gives a different experience. This place best if your budget is tight.. as one thali is more than enough for one for a single sitting..
Availability of sea foods and it's taste very delicious .. Must try.
