I have heard about this place from my brother .so while returning home from our goa trip we decided to go to this bamboo restaurant for lunch . Before going there I found some good and bad reviews hence bad reviews where like it’s overrated and all bla bla bla . But I always love to check by myself so I went and trust me this was till knw the best restaurant I have been. We ordered mutton thali which was 300 rupees and in that u get rice unlimited and curry to . And best part was prawns fry which was just 250 and the quantity was really nice its was like good portion so I wld suggest u shld try prawns fry . And after we had a bill we were talking to owner abt the food and taste owner was to down to earth . We told him that food and price are really good .they were so happy looking customer happy . In that time one of the guest came saying that why gst ur taking but its not there fault it’s government who has implemented that . And they where just talking 5% gst only and they have mention there on print out paper . Anyways ignore this kind of people i would definitely say must visit place bamboo restaurant NO.1 for food and ambience loved it lot . Looking forward to visit again .timing i guess i just checked that it was going to close 4pm

This place is heaven for all Non veg lovers as their food has authentic taste and is mostly famous for seafood We also ordered veg thali and it too tasted so good. It contained 2 varities of bhaajis, dal, curd, shrikhand, solkhadhi, roti/bhakri. As they serve delicious food this place is always overcrowded with the tourists even locals have their food here. So the only drawback is you have to book a table and wait for hours for your number. They serve on a first come first serve basis. So you can go and have your number book and then roam around nearby place and come back within the time so it will avoid long waiting hours.

We had our Best sea food at this Restaurant while staying in Chivla. The place is quite crowded, waiting is more than an hour. But the food makes it all worth. All the sea food items from crabs to fishes was so good. Also Solkadhi is worth a try. Pricing is very affordable comparing to other Sea food restaurants.. Hospitality is top notch here as waiters will push you to serve more & eat more, which makes it feel very homely.

As always this is the best place to have fish in Malvan. Will be crowded in peak season and waiting time may be more than 45 min. So have patience. Parking also may be a challenge sometimes. No doubt the fish is best.

Awesome experience. We ordered crab thali and it was awesome and tasty. Quantity was enough for 2 people and so it's worth the money. Because it's a famous hotel, you will find huge waiting list here during weekend or peak season.

Atmosphere is basic (just a line of tables and chairs). I liked it due to its sheer efficiency. Food is good too. Service is fast and courteous. Best for times when you are in a hurry to eat and want to try the malvani food at reasonable rates

Very filling food. The amount on food for offer is really nice. We had Chicken Thali, Fish Thali, Kingfish Fry, Mori Masala. All their dishes were delicious. The food is value for money. Kingfish Fry costed only 300rs for 2 big slices which would usually cost 500 in Goa (i am from there).

This is one of the budget friendly option only. There are many more fine dining places to visit. But if you are looking out for something on a budget then this is a good place to visit Decently priced The taste is good. Serving deep fried fish .

The place is very old and famous for fish thalis. Thalis are a bit expensive but considering the fish size, it may be justified. You have to wait for at least 40-50 min since there is always a huge rush.

The food is good and fresh, specially seafood and also it's authentic and gives a different experience. This place best if your budget is tight.. as one thali is more than enough for one for a single sitting..
