Nice place to hangout and enjoy good food. We ordered lamb sausage pizza and ginger honey lemon tea. Both turned out to be very good. One can sit at the roof-top and enjoy the complete view of mall road and snow capped mountains.

Cafe Signature is located on the main Manali Mall Road and it is situated above Chopsticks restaurant.
The restaurant is spacious with 1st floor and roof top seatings available. The ambiance is cosy and comfortable with a graffiti made on the wall. I went here twice for dinner and both the times chose roof top area as it is just way too good. The lights, view and good music sets the mood even if the temperature was around 4°.
The menu is huge with Italian, Chinese, North Indian and Tibetan food being available. December being the non peak season so the items from tandoor were not available. Options are great for vegetarians and non vegetarians and prices are not too high actually it is pocket friendly if compared to other places around as both times we group of 5 had around 2 to 3 pizzas, garlic breads, burgers under 1k.
The service is quick and the staff is helpful and attentive.
What We Had -
Garlic Cheese Bread -
1st time overdone and perfectly executed on our 2nd visit. The bread was great with nice amount of cheese.
Veg Burger.
Falafel Burger -
Fresh buns served which was a great feeling. The veg burger was basic with only tomato and cucumber along with some mayo and mix veg patty. The falafel burger had nice crisp fried falafels along with beetroot mix with mayo and some veggies. It also tasted decent.
Burnt Garlic & Pepper Pizza.
BYO Pizza -
Their pizzas are great for the price paid. Thin crus, available in 6 & 8 spice size which was topped with fresh veggies and good amount of cheese. Both the times for every pizza the crust was perfect and overall the pizzas tasted great. However I would like some additions in their pizza menu which should contain paneer.
So Cafe Signature is a perfect place when you are in Manali and you are bored eating the regular food hence do visit here and definitely you won't be disappointed. Also they will be introducing new items soon.
A hidden gem in a not so foodie friendly city.. was desperately searching for a place with good food that isn't maggi...
Everything we ordered from this place was fabulous
➡Honey chilli potatoes-- Some of the crispy-est HCPs I've had.. there are too many East Asian restaurants that can't deliver this quality..
➡All the veg burgers- Good burgers, but surprisingly what really stood out were the fries and tartar sauce they came with.
➡Arabiata (Red sauce) Pasta- Upon receiving this, we asked for it to be mixed with some white sauce and the staff were prompt in their response.
➡Service- Friendliest staff in Manali! Always smiling and willing to share the Wi-Fi password! Plus, after I dropped some of the fries, they replenished them with no extra charge!
➡Ambience- I'd highly recommend the terrace, view is pretty awesome.
All in all, I love this place and will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Manali.

One great outlet worth the visit, out of all others in this neighbourhood.
I with two friends after a hectic biking tour from Rohtang visited here on 14th August evening. Unfortunately whole Manali was going through power cut at that day. We decided to take the terrace for open dining as there was no power backup either, surprisingly the neighbouring outlet was well lit.
Being skeptic already after trying a lot around this market, we riskfully ordered the penne arabiatta (red sauce pasta), which came out to be authentic Italian taste, so we furthered with Veg Thukpa and Cheese Chilly (paneer).
We were not let down by any of the dishes and thus decided to keep this outlet as selected one for our next visit, as finding good food had been a risky affair in this market.
We also celebrated one of the friends birthday the same evening, smoothly executed and enjoyed.
The serving person was a newly joined and did recommend us with options that were frequently liked and ordered per his experience. Everybody in the staff was helpful and humble.
To the mgmt.- You guys have been doing great as a team, the chef is doing a super awesome job.
We loved and enjoyed the visit and will recommend anybody who reads my review to visit here for authentic food in this market.

This cafe has a rooftop overlooking the market and is right on mall road. The chicken broth was amazing. There was quite a variety of thin crust pizzas. The pizza that we ordered was called locally sourced lamb sausage pizza. It was pretty good. I loved the crust and the cheese on it.
Overall, it was pretty nice and inexpensive. Cool place for tourists right next to the bus stop.
I was looking for a place to chill before catching an afternoon bus and happened upon this great cafe. This place was so cozy, food was inexpensive and delicious too and of course the mountain view from the cafe roof top was just perfect. It was a lovely lazy morning - I recommend it!

Perfect choice for anyone visits manali. Good ambiance, good service, good food without a doubt! Located at the heart of mall street, it's an ideal choice for people who search for multiple cuisine at one place - Continental, Indian, Chinese, Tibetan, Italian and more. I had Grill chicken sandwich, spaghetti carbonara, and Schezwan Chicken fried rice, Ginger lemon tea, single shot espresso and hot chocolate - and I LOVED it all. The ambiance is exceptional comparing to other places I've seen in new manali. Roof top place is so peaceful with light music and a view to the mountains, park and to the streets. Customer service was unexpectedly good, well attended with respect and friendliness. The appearance and infrastructure was very appropriate. They have unisex restroom facility, but that was not up to the mark. It was a bit untidy but properly functional. Any how, had a great experience with Cafe Signature.

Food here is fresh and delicious. This is located well on mall and only place which at first glance where you think you can good decent food. However, looks can be deceptive.
We had ordered baked vegetables which as per the menu should have had zuccini, broccili among other vegetables however, they had put peas, carrot and some other regular vegetables. How stupid can one be.
Also, i had ordered grilled chicken which led to food poisioning.
Avoid this place as not even drinks are bearable. A cafe which cant make regular tomato soup should not even exist.

A cosy and intimate cafe on the Mall Road of Manali, this is perfect for an evening where you just want to chill. We had their chicken pizza and chicken thukpa. Both were delicious.
