Everything went brilliantly. All thanks to our dear friend Dheeraj and Ashish Seth for hosting us at their hotel persimmon Manali. Ashish Seth Not only a great cook but he chatted to everybody throughout the evening answering all their questions. He looked after everybody really well and the food was terrific. Thanks for setting it all up We would like to express our sincere thanks and delight at the food you prepared for us the next day - it was very tempting for me to try Kadi patta Mutton .Excitement, anticipation and passion is something that is rare these days but that's what I feel when I'm about to be treated to a meal cooked by Ashish seth Food Soul Mumbai. Having first experienced his cuisine at the persimmon, Ashish menu combinations are always enticing and his presentation is exceptional. We had booked our first safari in Pench, India through Mountainsoul. We didn't have much knowledge regarding which safari to book at which gates, considering there were so many gates in the core and buffer zone. Vinit was in constant touch with his local contact at Pench national park and really guided us in booking the safaris in both core and buffer zones based on the recent visibility of the tigers. We were able to spot 3 tigress in 3 out of the 4 safaris. Even the tour guides and the drivers were very knowledgeable. The overall trip was very nice including the hotel stay, food spread and the prompt hospitality. Would definitely recommend booking safaris through Mountainsoul..
