Live counter of waffles and omlette is visible and dosa will be provided on order as part of breakfast.

I have been to this place many a times with my family and friends, and haven't any more beautiful ambience, accomodating staff and absolutely lip smacking food.
Their weekend and festive buffets are budgeted and luxurious.
The chef janak makes each plate of food worth the wait.
The staff lead by Mr Micheal Dsouza, the restraunt manager are friendly and professional. On prior request Mr Micheal will arrange rooftop poolside table and they provide excellent hospitality.
Coming to the food, absolutely no complaints each plate is a celebration in itself.
I am staying in this hotel while i am writing this review. I have had multiple breakfast buffet, a la carte meals during lunch and dinner time. So this is not a one time experience. I have tried all the cuisines right from indian (north/ south/ manglorean) to Chinese to italian. South indian food in breakfast buffet is something, which is the highlight. Upma was awesome.
Consistency in taste is the key for this restaurant. It always surprised me with the variety they offer. Authenticity of taste and flavour is something i liked a lot.
Drinks are awesome and a must try.
My sincere thanks and compliments to Chef Shiva and particularly to a very cal and refreshing serving staff Mr Rakesh Shetty. I would be disgracing other staff members if i fail to thank them because at the end, its a team work.
Only suggestion is to shorten the time between order and service of food during lunch/ dinner
Visit for luxurious hospitality... interior is cosy... crew is super diligent..menu is what you'll get in star rated hotels. Everything...

Extensive menu for lunch and dinner. Good buffet spread for breakfast. Very friendly staff. I will particularly single out Diwakar Poojary for his attention to making things comfortable for us.

One of the best coffee shop cum multi cuisine restaurant of country Inn Resort, Udupi and no doubt the best Hotel property in Udupi- Manipal area. Professional service and upcourse service with a smile from very well mannered staff. One can easily get a feeling of 3 to 4 Star rating. Value for money.
Loved dining here. Good food, great ambience, excellent service and efficient staff. We were served by Ms Suneeta Chettri who was very patient and nice especially with kids.
Bandhana at the restaurant was super active and warm in welcoming u .
Dharmendra Singh the chef , has magic in hands . He customised Dal E Shaan (Dal Makhani) according to typical punjabi standards
. Even after checking out we kept coming out for dinner and lunch at same place due to The scrumptious food.
Mix veg was customised with ginger and garlic suiting the needs of children to give relief to little sore throat .
Nice pancakes and coffee.
