Guyโs if you are bored of visiting spice goa in mapusa this place is really worth visiting. Actually I am big time fan of spice goa,but was bored visiting it very often. So this time on Goa trip we decided to try Soul curry which is very close to spice goa . Believe me guys its worth visiting this place. All the dishes we had were superb. Fish thali was really awesome. But price are on the higher side.Must visit place atleast once

My wife and I are convinced, this is Goaโs Premier ethnic Seafood Thali place. Weโve been there thrice this week and not once have we felt let down. The food and Service are absolutely exceptional.
The Thali offers a choice of either KingFish or Mackerel and comes with sampler portions of clams and 3 other fish preps, including a main curry to go with the rice. Even the accompanying Salad is crunchy and fresh and the small glass of sol kadhi is absolutely the real McKoy, made with coconut milk.
One of the good places around Goa Institute of Management to have decent food. It had a nice ambience and service is really quick.
One thing I like here is the Fish Thali. Tasty, Filling and worth the price. Apart from this, they have a wonderful and mouth-watering non veg menu too. All their chicken dished are simply amazing. Apart from this, the seafood platter is like the cherry on the cake! Highly recommended to visit this with family

Best I liked about the staff was they were prompt on follow up regarding the confusion which I had regarding my zomato gold.
It was not their mistake and I was confused however they handled situation quite perfectly and professionally.
The prawn vindaloo curry could be less tangy, otherwise it's quite good.
They had this cocktail santra mantra , it's was too soothing in that heat.

Must try Tandoori Chicken. It's very delicious with perfect taste and spices. Quantity of butter chicken was also good. A slightly different taste but nonetheless it was definitely tasty. Along with that we had ordered Naan which was very fresh and had the right amount of crisp and softness. Will always go here whenever I go to Goa.

Our visit @soulcurry was totally unplanned and spontaneous. since it is close to where i stay we opted for soul curry. I decided to try out their fish platter, but was disappointed to hear that it wasn't available that day. The place was packed (which is a good sign ๐) and we had to wait for atleast 15 mins, but the manager took our order and made sure we get served as soon as we are on our table.
The menu had some amazing set of dishes and we decided to try something that had caught my eye on their Instagram handle that is the 'mutton ghee roast'.
Trust me guys, i love mutton and the mutton ghee roast @soulcurry did justice to the dish.
It was perfectly cooked,the tender meat and the hint of curry leaves made my taste buds crave for more. A must try when @soulcurry goa.

Places like Soul Curry are a blessing! Located in Purshottam Hotel, off the highway - if you haven't been there I don't know what you're waiting for.
Their Goan thalis are THE best. And that's what I always get. A complete meal - rice, curry, fried fish, kismoor, clams, veg and a few other items; it's complete value.
Tried some Chinese starters once too - Dragon Chicken and Chicken 555 - and again, so good!
Can't wait for the next time I'm in Goa.

The ambience itself explains the classic experience one might encounter soon. The classic fine dining presentation with the hues of blue and white. A perfect atmosphere to enjoy a meal with your family or friends.
On my recent visit, I was keen on trying their North Indian cuisine and ended up trying my all time favorite butter chicken,murg biryani and bater fried squids paired with some tandoor rotis.
Service-Warm and curtious staff.The serving time was ideal.
Butter chicken was a classic hit with an appropriate balance of diverse flavours. An exception to the butter chicken served at most joints. The butter chicken served here wasn't completely sweet but highlighted the flavours of the various species used for its preparation.
Murg biryani - Firstly I would love to highlight the quantity of the food served in one serving was good enough for more than 2 people. The spices were randomly added in bulk loosing the spirt of a true biryani.
Batter fried squids -Great starter to relish upon. Not much spicy or oily skin.
Beautiful neat and clean ambience, polite and friendly staff. Every meal was super delectable be it Chinese dragon chicken, continental stroganoff, goan fish Thali or Indian kebabs. Giving one star less cos we waited pretty long for kebab platter though it was worth waiting. Definitely a must try place for everyone

The place is lovely, friendly and warm staff but gets very claustrophobic on being busy. The Goan seafood was amazing, the fresh white pomfret, squids masala, and masala rava fried shrimps.

This place has an amazing ambience. The colour combination of the decor that they have used it also makes you feel a bit different. Location of the place is also nice along with parking.
I havenโt tried anything else then the fish thali here. I would just go there to eat their fish thali. Itโs one of the best in mapusa. They take around 30 minutes to serve but when you get such tasty and yummy food, itโs worth the wait.

We visited this place on a Thursday afternoon after looking at the pictures on zomato. We had king fish thali and prawn thali. I was inclined to have King Fish thali which the staff made sure was provided despite of not being available as a thali option for the day. Each dish in the thali had a very distinct and amazing flavor.. right from the fried king fish to the mussels. To end it they provided us with a complimentary dessert which had a very creamy texture and one of a kind flavour.. would recommend every person visiting Goa to must try this place. Right from the starters to the dessert everything seemed flawless.
For the starters-Some form of rolls (with the perfectly melting cheese)and pepper chicken which too was very tasty.
Next came the fish and it was super fresh and nicely done.
For the dessert also you are spoilt for choices with some great things on the menu.

Ordered Chicken Hong Kong. It's delicious and quantity is also worth the price. Main thing is the Chicken pieces are not coated by corn flour as done by some restaurants.

Recently visited this place with one of best friend coming all the way from santacruz just to have a taste of this restaurant. That have good variety in staters section in both veg and non veg( even sea food ).
We ordered butter garlic squids and rawa fry chonak. Butter garlic squids i have to say this, was my second best after kismoor restaurant ๐. Till now I had not found any match to kismoor restaurants butter garlic squids but I think this the place you have to be in if you feel so.
We also ordered Fish Thali which has a variety too. You can get mackerel fish thali which normal and also prawns and kingfish one.

Itโs a very family friendly goan restaurant, perfect for dinner or lunch when you have guests over or just having by yourself too. Since itโs in a less crowded area you can totally avoid the crowd and chaos. We had the fish thalis, which had good quantity and quality of food. Bonus they also serve chapatis and dessert in your Thali which is quite hard to find in most goan restaurants. The Thali also included a vegetable preparation that had squids which was quite unique and impressive. Courteous service with a casual dining atmosphere.

Excellent food and brilliant location! The manager Aniket and his team deliver a seamless dining experience in a family friendly atmosphere. We tried some veg dishes and some fish delicacies, and all dishes met our expectations. Lastly, the value for money aspect is on point.
Superb taste. I had fish thali as well as prawns butter garlic the sauce of prawns was mind blowing and creamy. So recommendable place to every one.. whoever loves the seafood must visit this place atleast once you come to goa.

After a long time something nice opened up in mapusa.
We had their fish thali (pomfret) which was perfectly filling( otherwise I usually end up not finishing then cry about it) the fish was tasty n the fish curry was authentic and delicious. Other options like kingfish thali and prawns thali was also available.
Price was it was okay.
The seradura just melted in the mouth.
N the mocktail wasnโt disappointing at all.

Great starters my favourite were the stuffed cheese mushrooms and the dragon chicken accompanied it with the santra mantra (orange) mocktail.
For main course the punjabi chicken with roti was very rich in taste nd the flavours were just as needed.
In rice the chicken fried rice is my all time favourite and comfort food was light and was in a perfect quantity for two people.
Last, the desserts the caramel custard was really very nice but the fried ice cream stole the show. The pricing and quantity is reasonable. And the taste and quality of food is great.

The food taste and quality is up to the marks, sea food is a must try from the menu, specially Rava fried fish. Apart from this if you're a non-veg lover then you must try the chicken tikka. The chicken served is really tender, juicy, and perfectly spiced.

Great food, well priced. Ordered the squids batter fry, american chicken chopsuey, Singapore chilly chicken, chicken cafreal, chicken spring roll. All the dishes were tasty and served hot, although the chicken cafreal didn't have the authentic Goan taste. The ambience is perfect for family dining, with good amount of lighting and well done interiors. Service is good, waiters are polite. The washroom is a bit out of the way, requiring one to use his soiled hands to push through the doors.

The food was amazing. Tried the Banjara kebab and fish fingers. But was greatly disappointed with the fact that they didn't have all the beers mentioned on the menu.. infact there was hardly any choice of beer available!

Excellent food and service. We had the seafood platter, and it was so satisfying. From rawa fry to rechaed,and from butter garlic to cafreal. It had everything you could ask for . And around 10 different types of fish. We also had chicken 555 and dragon chicken (tossed) both tasted kinda similar but were luscious. There's rarely any chance to complain about the food. Nothing goes better with fish than a super chilled beer. We also had a mocktail- Atomic cat, pretty refreshing but nothing spectacular.
The service was quick. The staff was cordial and polite. Nothing worth mentioning about the ambience or decor except for the patterned lights in the middle of the sitting area. All in all a great place for a meal with family or friends.

This is a must visit place in North Goa. The food is just fabulous. Unfortunately King fish thali was out of stock so we had to go with chicken thali. The food is very authentic and the ambience is neat. Highly recommended.

Honestly one of the best places in Goa to have Goan meals. The quality of the food was so good. The chicken was top notch and cooked beautifully. We had been to some touristy places before to eat which was just hype and no real quality in food. But this place my god cured us of the quality food that we were craving in Goa.

Our first choice in mapusa for lunch is Spice Goa but we thought to check for a new option this time. We just saw good reviews on Google and decided to go here. When we visited this restaurant around 1:30 pm on Thursday it was almost full. We ordered full fish of chonak with partial masala and rava fry. It was good, cannot say excellent. Then we ordered prawn masala, it was good but masala was proper Punjabi style. Even though it was good in taste it was not that suitable with fish. Then we ordered our favourite rice menu that is prawns biryani. Prawns ๐ค biryani was really good is taste. I heard this is famous for dessert also but we didn't get a chance to taste it. Thanks ๐

Good food, really nice staff. Ample parking. But they have a lot to improve on. Service is on the slower side (but they offer a complementary starter which keeps you munching), their fresh lime soda is modified to have a masala flavour, not to the satisfaction of many, it's not bad, but it's different and it depends on individual taste. The ambiance is good inside, the outside, there's a pool that has polluted water, it would be nice to see a clean pool... Apart from these, it was a nice experience.
We had a delightful dining experience at Soul Curry. Our order included Rogan mutton josh, surmai rava fry, and prawns chilly, all expertly cooked with just the right blend of spices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant.
