Not sure about any other dishes but indeed they serve lovely chicken' biryani . The ambiance to add the to lovely dinning . The hospitality is also commendable . Indeed a must visit for Mapusa residents during a weekend ♥
Visited on 6 June 2019 for some food and beverages.
Food: Ordered for cheese garlic naan, masala kulcha, Surmai fry, squids fry, dal tadka, rice.
All food was great but dal tadka was quite disappointing.
Service: The restaurant is jam packed may be that's why service gets delayed in terms of food.
Overall: The food served here is very good but they miss consistency as the taste changes everytime I visit here.
Bumped into this place only to have an enjoyable experience of an authentic Goan fish thali. Lovely ambience of traditional Goa. Way to go Ronaldos 👍🏻
This restaurant is near the municipal garden in Mapusa. Ordered the chicken stuffed papad(which is difficult to find), prawn pulao and chicken manchon soup. The soup was refreshing. The stuffed papad was a delight and different experience. The papad was crisp and the chicken stuffed inside was tasty. The prawn pulao however lacked flavours and was very bland. It was more like a tawa rice with powdered spices and topped with boiled prawns. The chutney served with the papad is a must try. Staff is courteous and service is prompt.
We had ordered for one fish thali ,one veg thali and one chicken thali ...must say the quantity and quality of the non veg food items were too good ....specially the Goan fish curry...lovely but the veg thali was waste of money as it was not good at all as in ,in taste ...but would surely suggest pppl to have non veg here ...
This is the only reasonable place in terms of price around Baga beach area. The food is decent. AC is working. Service is good ..place is good for college students who don't want to spend more during their trip to goa. Green peas fry starter is good! thanks ronaldo's . We would definitely visit again!
If running low budget and time Ronaldo's is go to place. Located close to mapusa bustand .Service was quick and good. Food quality was also descent. Loved the interior decor.
Kingfish thali at 100/- rs with roti and stuff Awesome place.... Impossible to get such a great kingfish thali at rs 100/-... Ac restaurant with good ambience right in the heart of mapusa city with unbelievable affordable rates. Good service and quality food with clean see through kitchen. I heard they have opened 2 more outlets in goa 1 in panjim and other in baga also 1 more outlet outside Dadar railway station in Mumbai
The thalis out here are definitely amazing and remind you of home food,loved the decor and had a peaceful meal,will go back soon,they could consider increasing the food items in a thali
Their thali is worth the cost. The other food is very yummy. A good place to hand out and have couple of drinks. The costing is super fair for the quality and quantity.
Chicken 65 & Prawns fried with rava are really recommended.

Situated at the core mapusa market area this place seems to be a frequently visited place by the locals for the cheap food. We had ordered for prawns curry, veg thali and kingfish thali. The quantity of the fish and prawns was very limited but nevertheless the food did taste good. The interiors of this restaurant walls have murals(cartoons) all over which reminds you of Mario Miranda who was from Goa as well.
Ronaldo's was better than we expected. The veg Thali costs only 80rs and includes two sabzis and dal and a decent quantity of rice. The veg fried rice at 100rs was worth the money too. It wasn't anything extraordinary but great for people on a budget interested in a decent place for a meal. It was crowded for a Sunday afternoon but there was a separate family room.
Overall, ideal for people with a budget and a little time on their hands.
After shopping at Mapusa,we were really dam hungry and started looking up for good place to eat a good food.
It was almost a three o clock and the restaurant was about to close for the lunch session,but on our request we were granted to to get in.
Ambiance was nice and decent perfect family kinda i would say.
Service was quick,food was good but not great.....We ordered butter chicken...veg kadai both were too sweet to taste..Dal khichadi was nice
Only a food was a bit disappointed otherwise would have been rated by full ratings.Rest everything was just superb.

One of the nice restaurants in Goa, We had dinner at one at Baga beach, nice ambience, calm place, delicious food at really cheap price in beach side restaurant...
panner(too soft) is their speciality ..must try if your are not getting good veg food in goa...keep it up guys....

Located at walking distance from mapusa bus station. Treid Paneer Kaju Masala here which was quite decent. Ambience is goos and gives you beautiful view of goa from window. Service is quick and food is inexpensive.

I have been here every time I have visited Goa. This place is very affordable but the quality also remains top notch. I ordered Surmai Fish Thali, Pomfret Rava Fry and Pomfret Tawa fry. Everything I ordered was tasty af and worth it. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone.

Value for money restaurant with good sea food. Pomfret thali came with a small fried pomfret, dried prawns chutney, Goan gravy, veg bhaji, roti and mussels fry. Prawns biryani was also delicious, and the quantity was good. Situated near the bus stand and mapusa market.
This place is close to Mapusa bus center. Have tried the King fish thali the first visit which had two fish servings along with sauce, peas masala and fish curry and a chapati. The other time was the Chicken thali served with one chicken curry, egg curry and fish curry. Taste is bit spicy for normal servings. They have a decent amount of drinks including local Feni which has a strong odour.
Service is quite good at the place and you can see a variety of lively artwork depicting the local culture.
If you happen to visit Mapusa, this is a good place to eat though I didn't see any families in the afternoon time.
Good food at a budget price. Yes, the ambiance is just about ok and customer service can definitely be better, but if you look beyond that, you'll see solid VFM food. We ordered fish thali, soup, roasted papads, a beer & a salad - bill was ~550/-. The same at one of the beach shacks would have cost at least 2-3 times. This restaurant is near the Mapusa bus stand, so easily trackable. The place has some nice artwork on the walls.
