A typical Goan bar and restaurant in Seraulim, South Goa. Fish On Fire is a no-frills spot away from city noises and honking traffic. Like many Goan restaurants and bars, they do amazing seafood and everything else is below average, especially Indian and vegetarian food. But it's the seafood one should go for, and that doesn't disappoint. The recheado prawns are heavenly 🐟
This spot is great for a weekend drinking sesh with your friends. The prices are reasonable, service is friendly, the seafood is cooked in a variety of ways and you'll be left licking your fingers.

The food were very tasty. Their rice and fish curry also very tasty but sometimes they took too much time to serve.
Visited for lunch with family. Ordered mussels rava fry, prawn fry, bluesnapper fry and squid fry. The taste was lovely. Just a suggestion that all the items had the same masala and taste, would love to try something different. Must visit restaurant.
Fresh, crispy and tasty rava fry fish from this seafood bar is pure bliss. This spot is highly recommended for seafood lovers. Places like these are real hidden gems. Ambiance is simple yet decent. Perfect place to hangout with your friends.
Must try: Chilly stuffed bombil rava fry, Lepo rava fry, Chicken chatpata, Modso rava fry
We ordered:
- Chilly stuffed bombil rava fry: Highly recommended. This is one of a kind preparation and you won’t find it anywhere else. It’s bit on the spicier side because of stuffed chillies.
- Modso rava fry: Their rava fry fish is simply delicious!! The owner suggested us to order catch of the day. Modso was super fresh!
- Lepo rava fry: We absolutely loved lepo fry here. They were so good, within few moments we finished it all.
- Prawns recheado fry: Loved it. Their recheado masala is lip smacking and on point.
- Chicken chatpata: This is highlight chicken prep to order to complement it with alcoholic drinks! Must try. You can even ask for fish fry with this masala.
- Chicken tava fry: Must try. Chicken chunks fried with spicy, delish masala. It’s more like dry fry.
- Squids batter fry: This tasted good too but squids were bit chewy.
Service: Quick service. Helpful staff.
Cost: Pocket friendly. Most of the items are in range of 150 to 350 bucks.
Would definitely recommend you to try this place!

Being a Bengali and a strict fish-itarian, amazed by the quality of fish and other foods as well.. tried 4 kinds of fish and it was superb!!!
This place is one of the best place for seafood in and around margaon area. Easy place to miss, might look like a local restaurant from outside but fish here is literally on fire. Prices are nominal and lots of variety of seafood prepared in different ways. Highlight is batter fried calamari.

A local bar and restaurant with awesome goan cuisine. Try the different varieties of Fish fry. It was delicious. Order both starters as well as main course at once so that you get your dishes at early. No parking issues.
We eat surmai fry, prawns curry and chicken handi... All 3 items are delicious 😋
Good taste of fish enjoyed here. Atmosphere is sooo cool and enjoyed.
Good place to sit with friends over drinks for a long talk. Away from traffic. Mostly quiet. Moderately crowded. Giant screen for viewing live sports. Food is good and competitively priced. Open late night.
Great local eatery for seafood and the usual indian dishes. Also have screenings of sporting events from time to time. Ideal for a budget no frills meal and drinks.
Food was great. Less spicy. Expensive menu but worth visiting
