Food is good...but rush is high all time...it takes time to get a table and due to this rush it affects the atmosphere and service ofcourse but it is a good place we visit frequently
So there are 2 Shankar, one is for the fast food and other is for the North Indian food. We have food in bath I found it average. Service too was slow. I was shocked when of the waiter in North Indian restaurant said mujhe mera kaam mat sikhao when asked to clean the table. Although he apologised twice. Service is good and food quality need to be really improved. We ordered masala dosa whose masala did not look like masala at all and in Punjabi we ordered sabji which had very high amount of salt, one of the waiter accepted its high salt other says it’s because of tomato gravy. It’s pure veg and hygiene wise it’s good in the area
Small Restaurant with decent ambience.
Serves great taste.
Hygiene maintained.
Must try stuff here is Bedai Sabji, Chole Bhature, Dhoodh Pakodi and Kulhad Lassi, will not recommend Pav Bhaji.
Waiting time was quite too long.
Seating area is lil congested.
Restaurant should improve their preparation/cooking time and work on increasing the seating space.
It's a small restaurant near holy gate. Clean and maintained but the sitting area is small. Staff is humble and active. The food is delicious but cold coffee with ice-cream can be improved. They don't have a proper parking place and the road outside is too busy so you have to park your vehicle at your own risk. They even deliver food through Swiggy so you can even enjoy food from this place just by sitting at home.
Food here is tasty and will feel a lot like home. Place is hygienic and staff is friendly. The place is in the busiest part of the city so there will be a parking issue for four wheeler. You can get a variety of food here from regular snacks to your North Indian main course. And out all I have tried, I liked 'Dum Aloo' a lot. So, happy fooding!
We were in mathura for chunri mahotsav. A group of 20 people looking around for food and we got to know about this restaurant. First when we saw the sitting area we found the place to be very small. We were hesitant to order initially as they had everything in the menu from starters to Chinese to north Indian.. We ordered starters first and we were really amazed with the taste. No onion garlic is used. The paneer Tikka, honey chilli potato tasted really good. We ordered main course as well and everything was good.
This restaurant is quite good. It serves great taste. Clean and hygiene maintained but the sitting area is little congested.
Must try of this places includes (CHOLE BHATURE, KULAD LASSI, BEDAI KACHORI,HAKKA NOODLES).
If you are coming here try to be little patient as waiting time is for about 15-20 mins.
Staff is active and humble.Quality of food is also good and healthy. Ambience is kinda ohkay ohkay!!! Even pricing is reasonable.
-As per my Perspective:
They should work on cooking preparations to serve as fast as possible and space sitting arrangement.
Shankar sweets was already famous in Mathura...with the addition of Shankar foods it just adds to its glory...a decent environment with a taste of purity...cost friendly and nice service...
Awsome foods taste was too good ... I recommended try once time 1😊
This is the best place of vegitarian Indian food and the taste was very tasty
Food Good, Atmosphere Good , but service too much slow . 10 person on table but they give 8 plate , 6 spoon etc. Waiter transfer his work to another Waiter . Unprofessional staff totally .
