One of the few still authentic places to eat. Spoke to the owner and he is also the head cook.he personally picks the fish and always cooks to perfection. His main customer base are his regulars and he says he doesn't really market his business much because he is content with how it's going and does
Best place for Fish fry in Mayiladuthurai. Costly for the Ambience. You have to buy meals which have 2 fish pieces which costs ₹300. Opens anytime between 12 - 2pm. No change in the place for almost 15years.
The non-veg meal served here is awesome. But, the ambience will not suit for everyone. It is a typical town mess where you get good food. People do not prefer to have in their meal can always take-away their food.

Small shack, tasty food. Had lunch on a Sunday on our way from Kumbakonam to Chennai. Rice and 2 slices of fish fry is 300 rupees. You get fish kozhambu, chicken kuzhambu, vegetable curry included. Mutton as extra is charged. No biriyanis here. I felt it was a bit on the expensive side for that area
Gone for lunch with friend.Awesome hot fish fry served with hot rice! Had a voracious meal.They should include prawns,......much more varieties.Usually fish meal with fry they serve,mutton varieties also available.Great treat for palates!

Hotel Opens at 1 PM and not at 12 as it says. Homely Sea food , Good at taste, yet the price for a meal with 2 small piece of Fish is 300. Seems to be quite high .
Great food. Mutton curry and fish fry are must try. Giving a 4 star as it is highly priced. ₹400 for a meal is too much for what you get.
