Famous for it's Kota kachori or the Hing kachori. Will also recommend you to try Pyaaz kachori & Shahi Samosa. Just amazing! They also have Indori Poha if you're fan of Poha & other sweet dishes to try.
Regarding food, I tried 2 types of kachori's one was kanda kachori (onion kachori) and oh my god the taste was on text level I just loved the taste the smell it has, talking about the second one it was kota kachori and that was also good mainly kota kachori is for those who doesn't like to eat onion
