One of my favorite spot for having beverages and food like cakes / cookies....I love this place I visit here atleast thrice in a week so as we know winter are here so everyone wants to have some hot beverages over cold ones I like Hot chocolate....

The vanilla mocha coffee is amazing.. you need to give it a try and also the vanilla cold coffee with icecream was awesome.. would definatly recommend this place.
Had cappuccino with walnut cake. The coffee was great with good texture and proper taste of coffee. It really charged me up. And the cake was delicious with that creamy layer on top, yumm!
I usually prefer ccd coffee but it was my first time when I tried Costa coffee. Coffee here is really nice. It's little costly like Starbucks but worth it.

Best coffee in the mall, so much hype created over starbucks but people don't know costa is as big brand as starbucks.

I totally love this place. When it comes to coffee- this is my place to be. Aroma, flavour and the perfect blend makes their cup of coffee stands out ! Also, I tried their Chocolate Muffin, quite liked it.
We had two lattes and a blueberry muffin which just melts in the mouth. The place is open, so you get a view of the stores around. Their sandwich is also good. Not a place to sit for long and be cosy but for quick coffee grabs before and after all the exhausting shopping sprees!
One of the best places. Coffee and cakes are awsome. Totally in love with Costa. The staff management is very nice and it is a very hygienic place. The only negative point is that it has very high prices. Still #yummy

Not a coffee lover exactly, but the moment you step through the outlet, you will instantaneously fall in love with the aroma of roasted coffee beans. The location of the Costa Coffee at NCM is a matter of choice... the open space may either please you or stop u from taking a halt at the outlet. The preparation of the beverages is good enough, quick serving and polite staff. The price point may be a limiting factor, but no extremely expensive. Overall, a good experience.
Location of this coffee place is just perfect, right in the centre of the mall lobby. The staff is too humble. They replaced my coffee just because I did not like it. The brownie with Icecream is a treat to the soul. So soft & gooey ; melts in your mouth. Although the experience was quite good but I, really do not conform to the prices. Bit too high !
Nice place with a good and open seating option available. The cold milk based options are good, and the snacks are also light and nice. Worth a try.
Though, there were flies in the seating area, Costa is a relaxing coffee shop in the middle of the mall. It's perfect for when you are tired of shopping and want to take a break.

Concept of open sitting in ncm is a good but it's just sitting is really close to other sets and space become tidy.
Service is really good and assists are really humble.

My visit to this place was a small stop during my shopping venza. This place is good for sitting relaxing and having coffee of your choice but not for couple DATE. Dont think of going to this place and having a perfect date as its a open sitting place and whole mall can see you. Apart from this, go n enjoy coffee

A very comforting place amidst north country mall where one can relax a bit and enjoy some titbits along with a cup of their trademark coffee.
This costa coffee outlet isn't any different from their other outlets. Speaking about the staff, there were only 2 staff members and were quite confused about what they needed to deliver in my order!
I ordered for a regular mocha coffee. Coming onto the place, it was packed with people and was quite relaxing! The coffee was made in very less time and was perfectly blended. It was served on the table along with some extra pouches of brown sugar. I relished it to the core.
One can easily realise upon the fact that they do need some extra staff members so as to cater the needs of people because at times there isn't just one order that they need to serve.
**A big thumbs up especially for the location, it just adds that catchy impression over the customers.

For a takeaway order, we asked for an iced latte.
They served the coffee in a very nice take away glass.
The coffee was customised according to our desire.
Like an ideal iced latte, it had right amount of milk and coffee added to it. The aroma of coffee was to die for. It was above average in taste.

The cappuccino of Costa Coffee is the best I have had in tricity. Best for its portion they offer and its served piping hot, which makes my day whenever I visit this place. I love the carrot cake too but they need to add more of carrot cake than the creme. Rest perfect place to sit in the middle of a mall and have your cuppa coffee... So, all the coffee lovers do hop in here and have your piping hot coffee!

Awesome beverages, nice ambience, staff that has the knowledge what they are selling. The crowd that gathers here for a cup is nice. Perfect location. Altogether a very nice experience if your goal is to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in solidarity or with friends.

Shopping around in the north country mall, one can easily spot this coffee outlet due to its unique location.
Located almost in the middle of the mall, with unique sitting place it just becomes the idle place to stop by for your doze of coffee.
Had the iced latte. The taste was great even the quantity was nice, I just ordered the small glass and even the small one was sufficient.

Situated at the right place in the mall, costa coffee cafe is of great relief to my coffee lovers. Here we had one cappuccino, one mocha and one caramella along with one veg and one paneer sandwich. All the coffees were good, and in sandwich I liked veg sandwich more than paneer. Service was fine.

The prices are a bit on the upper side, and it's not for the people who are looking for some privacy. Apart from that, all the coffee lovers should go there when they have some money to spare, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. :)

Does this Brit. coffee bar needs an intro? Well I guess it is essential, since I see no reviews and practically no ratings! First of all, its location in the North Country Mall. It is nicely situated at the center of the most active arena of the mall, this is the place where you see all the activity other than the anchor stores. Nice and comfortable seats which offer less privacy though, but that’s ok…who needs privacy in malls anyway? (lovebirds, excuse me please). Although the prices may appear a bit on the higher side to most of the people, yet I would say every sip of the coffee and every bite of the delicacies is worth your penny. The only problem with the place is availability of food. Most of the food trays are empty for most of the time. This can have a positive edge too that they are running smooth and serving fresh. The coffee is creamy, foamy and has a hint of caramel even without the added flavours. I ordered a piece of walnut, fig and dates cake with my coffee. The cake is soft, fresh with a hint of butter. It was the best coffee and yet the best cake I had in this particular mall so far. The courteous serving staff will treat you well, which adds to the deli-experience.

Coffee is my weakness 😩 and hazelnut cappuccino is one of them. I usually prefer Nikbakers hazelnut cappuccino but I amazed to found out Costa's was equally good. Now, another outlet is fixed for my coffee needs. Thumbs up!👍

Location is perfect, it is at ground floor of VRPunjab. Open sitting and quick service is a plus. Otherwise taste is like other coffee shops and price is a little over. We ordered 2 shakes worth 320rs. The belgium chocolate shake was yummy, didn't like the Madagascar vanilla much. But experience was absolute.
