Amazing discovery!
decoration, music, cocktails and the stars of the night: theirs dishes 🥰.
An explosion of flavors, beautiful plates, beautiful colors and taste. Congrats for making this Spanish chef happy, happy. Wish you all the best in this wonderful restaurant you have.
Giving full 5 stars for all Food, the service and the vibe of the place. Each small thing at this place is carefully crafted. The food is made from all authentic ingredients and processes. I loved the Ahuna mutton, it was slow cooked to perfection. Each prepration I ordered was just super delicious. This is worth visiting a place for each Goa visit.
I regret to find this amazing restaurant on the last day on my trip. I would have definitely visited more than once.
The food was fresh, has an authentic & refreshing take on new & different flavour combination. Me & my partner were so tired of eating junk everywhere in goa & this is what we really needed. Very homely atmosphere. Value for money, no junk, all healthy & easy to digest food.
If you want to eat Real Food this is a must visit place.
It has to be said, Sid and his wife have fantastic taste from flavours to aesthetics and style. The hospitality and food were an experience not to be missed in Morjim and this place truly deserves to be on the map. Their passion for food, it's source and quality is clear and if your are into supporting passionate independent eatery's as I am, this needs to be on your list of places to tick off.
Hands down one of the best places to eat in North Goa. Their unique menu and taste make this place stand out. You will not find such taste anywhere in North Goa. We had ordered Chicken Taash and Berry Pulao. Both were 100 out of 10 :) It was my birthday and they were courteous enough to serve us a complimentary dessert. Gulgula Banana pancake… Uffff… I mean no words to describe this dessert it was that good. We highly recommend this place. If you are in North Goa, do visit here and you will be so happy and fulfilled after eating the food that you will definitely go back again.
This is one the best restaurants I visited in Morjim. They have a beautiful twist to Indian cuisine. We tried the rice paper rolls, sarson maachh and puri platter. Kokum an d curry lead lemonade was refreshsing. Everything was delicious. The ambiance is lovely too
There's hardly any place that would come close to the freshness, authenticity and deliciousness of Kuchun's. I randomly stumbled upon this place and was craving Puli Rasam. They did not disappoint. The taste carried me away like it carried Anton Ego to his childhood kitchen where his mom mad him Ratatouille. I grew up drinking Rasam for sore throat and I sat there amazed by the flavour and tanginess of their Rasam. Reminded me of Amma's cooking.
The ambience is phenomenal with no over the top music. Sitting areas are comfy and accommodating. Kind and reciprocating staff. Service times are genuinely decent compared to the quality of the food you get here.
I'll make it a point to visit here everytime I come to Goa. New favorite unlocked.
Amazing ! Must visit when staying in Morjim, Ashwem, Arambol. The taste is s earthy tangy and flavourful. Following are dishes we had and their rating
Kacha kela tacos: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Tangy, sweet, texture of taco and potato also vegan !!!!
Panta bhat rice roll: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Texture of translucent momos (if you had before) with crunchy cabbage and soft rice… accompanied with mustard peanut chutney !!!
Dal khichri salad: 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome salad with dal vadas..
Do visit, they have limited vegan options but what they have are amazing and deserving second helpings.
I stumbled upon this cute little place mastering in fusion cuisines in my recent trip to Goa. The manager and staff are so welcoming and their hospitality is beyond the measure.
We ordered Jhinga Masala Tacos(a fusion of Mexican and Goan cuisine) and Chicken Taas (fusion of Bihari cuisine). The dishes were yummy and portion size was adequate.
The music deserves a special applause as it was very soothing and the Marshall speaker did its magic! :)
I recommend this place to anyone staying in North Goa as a must try.
All their cocktails are great! They have great veg/vegan/non veg food options.
Price totally justifies the taste and quality!
Awesome spot. Incredible food, friendly atmosphere.
Every dish we had blew us away, full of flavour, but also fun & inventive. Special mention to the deconstructed build your own prawn lettuce leaf rolls (imagine Indian duck pancakes), Mutton curry (classic massive flavour) & papri chaat. Delicious wine as well.
Sid the owner was so friendly & helpful.
Thank you to Sid & his team for looking after us.
I happen to stumble upon this lovely place on the Morjim beach road. Glad I did. Lovely ambiance and food so good you will come back for more. Host was friendly and gave all the info you need before you order. Sid and his wife have curated the menu so well, it's the recipes that they love and now they want their guests to savor the same. They prep and cook the orders all fresh from scratch from locally sourced seafood to Rajasthan mutton. I also tried few of their cocktails made from fresh fruits to beat the heat. Bit heavy on the wallet but definitely I recon this place a must visit when you are around here.
Indian ‘fusion’ food - a lot of which was inspired by food from the state of West Bengal.
While a lot of people would be impressed by the menu, being from the state, I felt it was a bit overrated. The hero of the evening were the prawn tacos - I would definitely recommend and order those again. The mango chili margarita was also yummy. Everything else was good too but not wow! The service, however, was awesome.
Yes it’s expensive and the portions are quite tiny.
Kuchun’s serves Indian Fusion food. Their food was really delectable and tasty. The decor was cute as well.
What I was disappointed was with the portions of their food for the prices. The portion size was rather small and it felt like even their mains (Big Plates) was a starter.
Will I visit again? Perhaps. Because I am indeed a fan of their food.
Oh and their Malabar Paratha was one of the best I’ve ever had! Super delicious!
Had the Ahuna mutton which was delicious. Owner was very friendly and agreeable. Pity the beer price is about double the usual, so decided to have a cocktail instead. Came because of the excellent rating and have no problem adding to it's almost legendary status. Nice place
Fantastic new restaurant in Ashvem-Morjim stretch of the main road serving traditional food with some interesting fusion in a chill homely setting and a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of natural light all around. The food is mostly inspired by Bihar and West Bengal, but uses locally sourced ingredients. Everything here is served in lovely earthen dishes giving it a super earthy feel. Highly recommend the slow cooked Ahuna Mutton, the kacha kola tacos. Their cocktails were fresh, balanced and tasty. I really appreciated the hosts personally taking our orders, making sure we were comfortable and having a nice time. Also appreciated their passion for their menu, the craft of cooking each dish, and how they make all their dips, sauces, masalas in house. Must check out!
Absolutely delicious and fresh South Indian food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with friendly and helpful staff. We highly recommend the Aloo Chop, Kacha Kela Tacos and the Berry Pulao.
We’ve been touring India for a week now and this was one of the best meals we’ve had!
