The restaurant is located in the Juhu Residency Hotel in what used to be a very popular nightclub called J49. Today it is one of the more preferred choices to dine out in Juhu, which says a lot since there are ample restaurants in the area to choose from. The décor is simple yet pretty with wooden furniture along with elegant Buddha statues and paintings on the wall that makes you think it serves Oriental cuisine.

This was the 1st place i visited which have a rule of table that have 2 colour glasses green and red.
So if you having non veg the glass would be red and for veg people it would be green.
And they give you a tablet as a menu card with detail ingredients of food. Which was very impressive.
Like this place and food too.
But it was tooo expensive just because the service they provide. All over a good experience

Simple veg fried rice tasted awesome..and to go with it we ordered hunnam and one schewzan I would suggest to go with hunnam paneer gravy..

I'd heard about this place from a couple of different people and was really looking forward to visiting - especially after a subpar experience at one of the best (and most expensive) restaurants in the city. If you're someone that cares about food above all else, go here. That's not to say the ambiance and service are bad - just that the food is reliably perfect. Indian-Chinese, biryani, butter chicken - they nail 'em all. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Bombay :)
A very good place to enjoy your food. They aim to please you. The captain Mr. Sanjay loves his job. He’ll wish each and every person and make sure they’re comfortable. We wanted to order veg and non-veg starter which would have been too much for us. He was kind enough to suggest that he’d serve us a platte with both. The Buddha paintings,statues make sure they soothe your senses when u dine. The distinction of red and green cutlery to distinguish between veg and non-veg patrons was interestingly thoughtful. Portions are fairly good. The desserts are equally tasty. Wish the sevai in the kulfi rabdi falooda was cut small. It was a tough time trying to pick it up from the dish. The Bavarian chocolate cheese cake was yum yum!! Be sure to come out with happy tummy. 😊

The food was really tasty. I had the exotic stir fried vegetables dish with the cottage cheese with 3 peppers. The manager, Mr Thakur, was so patient and kind with us. Felt very welcomed and pleasant. Great experience. High recommend!
Been visiting Melting Pot for few years now. The food is simply great, with the service and hospitality of the General Manager Mr. Thakur and his team, it becomes even a better experience.

We went at this place on 28th Oct 2019, Diwali -laxmi pujan day, there was a lot of waiting as during this day there is always waiting at most of the places but even after giving starter and main course order together, still after the soup, they got food after 55 minutes and it was disappointing...
Murg tikKa(Chicken tikka) was very nice but the roti was little burnt...
I visited the restaurant with my family today, and I'm really in awe of the food, service and the over all ambience. We are a vegetarian family, and I think the top two dishes for me personally were the Dum Aloo Amritsari and the Dal Makhani. Since it was our first time here, we requested the general manager to help us out with some different vegetarian options, and he really took the effort to get us the best! He was extremely polite & courteous, which I really appreciate! It was a really good experience overall! Kudos to the entire team :) definitely coming back!
It’s been an awesome experience dining here.. superb food.. from the doorman to the owner.. made us feel so special!.. each an every food item was authentic and best to the taste buds!.. Culminating with the rose petals melting in your mouth like chocolate.. that’s the rose petal kulfi for you!!.. We were so engrossed in the food that.. I was off social media not did I take any pictures!!.. but the experience was just exhilarating!!

Melting pot is our go to restaurant for family dinners. Love the service and food here. The quality of the food is up to the mark so consistent since so many years. The ease of a Multi cuisine restaurant to order the best dish from every section makes me love the place even more! Do try the chocolate fondue cake, it’s my favourite dish here!
A very nice family place to some delicious North Indian food. They serve Chinese as well but mostly eaten north indian at this place. Been here a couple of times and hence have ended up eating quite a few things from here and none have been disappointing. So go ahead a order anything that catches your eye on the menu and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

It's a good choice for dinner with family. The Indian and Chinese both is equally good..I loved the tandoori kebabs and the veg steamed dimsums here.
The dalmakhani here is a must try, very creamy and rich in flavours... You'll be left wanting more.

I was a regular at this place years back and had eventually stopped visiting this place as many restaurants had come up close to my place . However , visiting this restaurant yesterday was such an amazing feeling .The ambience , the hospitality, the gentry , the taste every thing of Melting Pot is so welcoming .
We had a mix of veg and non veg food , and the restaurant is keeping itself abreast with what fellow players are doing in cuisine , from offering differential cutlery to non vegetarians to having some fan and fair while serving some amazing starters.
The vegetarian choice and the taste at The Melting Pot is really nice , we had the stir fried vegetables , stuffed mushrooms , lemon coriander soup, veg manchow soup and all were simply amazing , full of flavor .
For main course we had panner kurchan , stuffed kulcha , vegetable pot rice ( brown gravy ) and loves them all .

I have now visited this place multiple times & every time you visit this place, Melting Pot never ceases to WOW you with its tasty food.
Melting Pot caters to various cuisines across Veg & Non-Veg palates.
I being a veggie, at times do get a little uncomfortable with the sea food aroma, in case it is served at the adjoining tables. But, apart from that this place is bang on with flavours for everyone’s palate.
This visit we ordered a mix of Chinese & Punjabi cuisines.
For kids the evergreen Veg Hakka Noodles - perfect on taste for kids!
We adults opted for Punjabi dishes of Paneer Makkanwala, Dal Tadka & Subzi Lahori. And for breads a mix of Missi Rotis, Methi RotiS & Garlic Nans. Along with that we ordered a few cold drinks & Boondi Raita as accompaniments.
The subzis & dal were superb ... and tasted awesome with hot breads.
Melting Pot has a unique factor that it forces you to visit this place again & again.
The staff is friendly & attentive.
This place is absolutely recommended for multiple visits.
They truly deserve 5/5. The taste was so awesome, we tried paneer lababdaar and amritsari dal. They gave some munching chips also while we were waiting for the food. The quantity per portion is more than enough for 2 people and could have been enough for 3 as well. The hospitality of staff, courtesy and politeness is commendable. Like i have hardly seen this kind of polite and hospitality in delhi’s restaurants. I belong to delhi! This is next to Tenone but try this restaurant coz tenone is a bit desi one. We also got a small plum cake as a gift on christmas occasion!
So, i would give you one advise - “jab kabhi bhi Juhu aana, chook na jana MELTING POT ka khana”

Being an avid lover of Chinese cuisine (as available in India) went there with family. The ambience was good and so was the food. From starters to soups, everything was cooked well with right quantity of ingredients.
In a lot of places serving chinese, salt becomes an issue, either its more or less. They had the perfect taste.
Staff is helpful, eager to help and being in Juhu as can be the go to place after roaming in the vicinity.

Melting Pot is the go to place if you are craving for some fantastic food coupled with fine dining experience. We went to their Juhu restaurant close to midnight and found the restaurant packed with what I would rather call Melting Potters (yes they do have a cult following).
We were ushered in politely and comfortably seated at a table within a span of few minutes (seamless experience - something which most restaurants lack). We were attended for promptly and given ample space to decide from the menu. Since we are very familiar with the grub on offer it was an easier choice. We ordered for the main course directly. Prawns Lajawab to go with Naans n Steam Rice.
Prawns Lajawab is a tomato onion gravy. A unique blend of masalas which get varied flavours out as soon as the first morsel hits your palate. Truly delightful. The naans were soft and completed this dish perfectly. I highly recommend to try this gravy with steam rice though. Our dinner as it always turns out at Melting Pot was a lipsmacking affair😊

It was a surprise lunch date and our first time at melting pot.
A very courteous staff just looking to make us comfortable.
The manager came in to help us with our orders.
1) Butter Naan - crisp and moist as it should be. Butter overflowing and ready to be all eaten
2) Spicy Prawns in butter garlic - a recommendation by the manager. The prawns being so fresh and so massive. A must try.
3) fragrance rice- Again a recommendation by the manager and it was different and nice. I loved it as it perfectly went well with the prawns.
4) chicken angare - was nice too
5) mutton based starter in slices with some amazing Indian spices .
A must visit and a very comfortable place. And such good service and homely feels.

This place was a surprise, recommened by a former staff of this place. We didn't eat much.. but the soup and chicken was to die for. Dont miss the mustard soup.. ( i will come here only for this next time fir a double serving), and the pathra chicken just melts in your mouth.
16th june,2018: we went to this place on saturday. We were to go to beach first but it was raining heavily that time so we decided to hav our dinner first and then stroll on d beach!!

Not too spicy but the peri peri certainly hits home and the paneer too was extremely soft. The naan were extremely crisp and well prepared. The tiramisu and bavarian chocolate cheese cake too were really well prepared. We had a naan which was a bit undercooked which was replaced in an instant without any questions with all politeness. Kudos to the management and staff. Great place worth visiting.

Awesome place for a friend's and family get together. We had a private room booked for 10 - the service was top class, great food (super recommend the steamed fish singapore style) and great private set up.

We were a group of 12 visiting this place & were provided a separate room on the 1st level. The room was nicely done up with a TV and attached Rest Room. The room had a 12 seater table and it was a awesome experience. The service which I thought would be a concern was excellent. The food was extremely good right from soup to starters to main course to dessert..... It was a awesome experience as we had the privacy and we had the most Wonderful time.

The rate is a bit high but the quality of food, atmosphere and service is super awesome. The place is neat and tidy.

Visited again after long time. They have changed the interior, it’s more spacious it felt like. Chinese food is also available. It’s almost like a 5 star as far as the rates are concerned and food is also great.
Well maintained well lit North Indian food at melting pot. Only issue is that there was a strong smell of maybe some non vegetarian items coming on and off. Not sure why as we have eaten in many non vegetarian- veg mix places and haven’t experienced this.
But as taste of the food and service was good I have given 4 stars.
The restaurant is very calm and nice. Food is great according to price. We tried some dishes and those are very testy. Also starters are great. Staff is very nice, polite and their service is great.
What a great restaurant! Nice ambiance, menu with tons of choices, delicious food, one of the friendliest maitre d’s we have encountered anywhere. Good prices and top-notch service all make for a more than satisfying dining experience. Diners can find much to like among the Indian and Chinese menu items, including fresh seafood, a superb butter chicken, a wonderful starter of grilled fresh vegetables, won ton soup (one order of the last three items more than enough for two persons). Extremely popular with local residents so reservations are a must.

All dishes are tasty and quality is maintained. Valet parking is available. Seats are limited and filled fast. Better to book in advance. Have a separate area where 20 persons private food can take place. Located on a busy road. Restaurant follow their timings well so check timings in advance and book.
