I am very happy that @tajmahalmumbai takes customer satisfaction very seriously and is cognizant of the fact that a customer was not satisfied with their service. This shows how serious they are about customer satisfaction and I am convinced that such issues would not be repeated. Thank you, Mr. Shekhawat and @tajmahalmumbai. ========≈=============================== Visited on our daughter's birthday. Considering that this is a restaurant in one of the first luxury 5-star hotels, I think we expected a bit too much! The service was nowhere near 5 stars. The stewards/waiters were slow to respond when called and the service was mediocre at best. We were not impressed. We have been to many restaurants in 5-star hotels in the Middle East and can vouch for the level of service. When I made the reservation at the restaurant for my daughter's birthday, I was surprised to be informed that they do not make any special arrangements for birthday bookings; no decoration on the table or anything else. This came as a shock as most restaurants (whether in 5-star hotels or otherwise) would do something special (either free or for a charge), at least a small pastry for the person who is celebrating. The food was superb though. Everything we ordered was great. My only complaint is that the complimentary popadams they brought to the table were soggy. They replaced it, but still got soggy in under 2 minutes. I think this was due to the humidity and they should not have served the poppadoms in the first place. I am sure they take customer satisfaction seriously and this will not be repeated with anyone else.

The Taj Mahal palace, staff is too kind they guide you and help you. Food is too tasty, amazing, delicious, best quality, great ambiance.

Definitely a must if you fancy fine dining. Overall it has a really polished ambience and comfortable seating. Must try the butter chicken and the citrus chocolate mojito(omg it tastes very unique and delish). +10 for the hospitable and welcoming staff.

We decided to visit Taj Mahal Palace for the first time to surprise my parents on their wedding anniversary and that decision was perfect to choose Masala Kraft at Taj Mahal Palace. Everything was perfect at this place. Starting from the greetings at entry, the ambience all over the place, fragrance inside the restaurant, the desk manager who helped us get the right place for all four of us, the food, the service, the hospitality of all restaurant staff, everything was amazing! There was a special Karavali theme when we visited there so everything was beautifully decorated with all South Indian themes including all flowers, coconut, staff attire of lungi etc. We ordered butter chicken, chicken soup, roti and biryani. There was not a single thing we could complain about the taste of the food. It was really delicious. They served us the food in very fancy dishes. Since, it was my parents wedding anniversary, the restaurant staff surprised them with a little chocolate pastry cake. That was really a nice gesture from them. The rates are worth the price considering the taste of the food and the service provided by Masala Kraft restaurant staff. I really wanted to thank everyone at Masala Kraft for making my parents first five star hotel experience one of the best in their life. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this Masala Kraft restaurant any time.

The staff at Masala Craft Hotel was exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable.

The exquisite flavors at Masala Kraft restaurant are truly a delight for the taste buds. Each dish boasts a perfect blend of aromatic spices, creating a symphony of tastes that lingers on the palate. Royal experience, beautiful ambience, rich tasting food. It's an Indian restaurant so only Indian cuisine available. You can try kalmi kabab, Tandoori jhinga, ajwaini Mahi tikka in appetizers. Chicken Tariwala is a simple yet delicious gravy. Crab Kalimiri is one dish you've got to try! Bread pudding is mind blowing. Moong dal halwa, angoori rabdi and paan kulfi are the perfect sweet endings to your meals! Do give it a try to experience Tajness!

Went to Masala Kraft for dinner to celebrate birthday. Dining or staying in Taj is middle class dream but it doesn’t stay up to the expectations. The food options are good and tasty however the service was average. We had ordered 2 veg appetisers, 2 main course dishes , roti, naan and mock tails but the waiter forgot to punch-in few orders to kitchen. We had to constantly follow-up for the order. It’s just good for one time visit.

Masala Kraft is one of the Best Restaurants located in Taj Mumbai. They have excellent cuisines both in Veg & Non Veg. They have an amazing staff who takes care of all the clients.We went with the Entire Family and had an amazing time.
