Amazing selection of dishes. Everything is cooked to perfection. I visited the Bandra one and the Andheri one. Bandra is beautifully decorated, quite large and Andheri one is very cosy. Great customer service in Andheri. Sushi is amazing, that’s the first thing I go for, great selection, they should have more varieties! This is my new favourite place �
I make it a point to visit this place few times during the year. Sushi varieties have decreased though what was available was absolutely fabulous. Sashimi was as usual awesome. Overall a great place. Loved it as usual.

Its a buffet place. Starters served at table, mainly oriental and Indian.
Close to 10 starters were served at table, its not over yet. Plenty more on display, you can have a look and just write the table number and dish name on a slip. It will be brought to your table. From tempura to Sushi, Dimsums everything was present.
Food was tasty but I felt since they have tried to add so many things in the menu and mainly oriental, many of the dish was tasting similar.
Perhaps along with variety in dish, they can work on variety in taste.
Main course also had a mix of Indian and Chinese. decent taste.

I love the fact that they do not serve basa here. But this branch doesn't have offers that its other outlets do. They serve BR's ice creams but at the same time such poor quality of pastry...so dry. I met a celebrity here. But some office crowd had a party and didnt bother about other people in the restaurant they were so loud.

I regularly dream about this place - it's heaven on earth for an Asian food and buffet lover like me.
Firstly, the ambience and service is fantastic. The decor is that of a fine dining Asian restaurant but none of it is over the top. The service is quick, speedy and polite.
Now coming to the food - it's stuff that will blow your socks off. With a variety of over 40-50 appetizers (including both veg and non veg) there is something for everybody and all of it is stupendously yummy. I only ever have the Asian starters but they have Indian ones as well like Chicken Seekh Kebab etc.
My favourites: Prawn Tempura Sushi, Custard Bun, Barbq Chicken Bun, Prawn Dimsums, Chicken Teriyaki, Prawn Tepenyaki, Dori Fish and the Fried Chicken Wings
Trust me I have only named a few of my favourites, there are lots more to choose from!!
Coming to the mains - I usually don't take more than some fried rice and a side of chilli crab, but there are lots of options here too with an addition of Indian mains as well to ensure everybody in the family is happy :)
Healthy array of dessert options - I usually get a slice of the chocolate cake and a ton of ice cream :)

I was planning to visit this place since many years. Finally went there for my birthday treat to a friend of mine.
Ambiance of this place is great. As I went there on monday, the place was almost empty.Cost was Rs. 975 per person for unlimited buffet. Ordering system is buffet for salads and main course, where you could go and take anything you want. For appetizers, we have to go to the counters and give chits of whatever dish we want, which they bring it on table.
Salads had varieties which I had never seen till date. I took one piece each of almost everything. But I did not take raw fish I was sure I cannot eat that. Sushi was something unique. This was the first time I tried it. Only flavor of the sushi was from the filling in the center. Not something which I would like to try often but worth trying.
Appetizers were freshly made and hot. Baked chicken was the worst. It was stinking so bad, I actually wanted to ask them to take it way from the table, as I felt like puking because of it.
I did not try anything from main course as I was full with others.
In an all, there is nothing from this restaurant which I would remember or want to come here and try again, All the dishes were ranging from bad to good, nothing was excellent.
There was no flavor in anything out here which I would remember or for which I would like to come here again.

Nice place, food tastes average, service quick and prompt especially one of staff Padam service was very quick, we didnt liked the prawns as it was under cooked and even iced tea taste different when we ordered second time but he bought the cheesy prawns starter again and even iced tea made under his supervision..overall nice place to hangout with friends and family, food worth the price with lots of desserts, starters and unlimited soft drinks.

I have visited Global fusion four times.
You can imagine how satisfied I am with the place.
The ambience just leaves you moved. It's such beautifully lit with fish ponds all around the place.
The food of the place is really amazing especially the starters. This includes Stir fried vegetables, Shanghai paneer and garlic bread. The dumplings are served hot so they certainly make a case for themselves.
The best thing about this place would be its deserts. Basking robins ice cream with a variety of indian sweets leave you feel happy at the end of the meal.
Amazing place and definitely the best outlet of global fusion. Ambience is so pretty especially the whole China Town vibe is amazing. They have the biggest menu and their buffets are very well priced for the quality they offer. Loved everything of our meal here. Some recommendations - Pepper mushroom, Tandoori mushroom, shanghai paneer, baby potatoes, veg stir fry, corn cream, sushi, salads 😍, manchow soup, unlimited Baskin Robbins Icecream! Their main course is smaller in variety of dishes compared to their starters.They have dal and rice,a paneer gravy a chole gravy ,a chicken gravy,hakka noodles,crabs and some more.

They also have some free drinks included in buffet like a lime soda drink and 1 other which are not great.I am not sure,but I guess you can order some order drinks but you need to pay for them seperately.

They have a full dessert counter with desserts for people with different flavours.Theres something for everyone.They have pastries,truffle balls,icecreams and much more all in different flavours ,gulab jamun,etc and they were all yummy.

When you enter global fusion the ambience will leave you awestruck. They assign an attendant who will treat you like a homie. There are over 40 starters and every one of it is filled with taste. My favourite are the dumplings which come in 3 different types.
They also have sushi and raw crab and prawns.
Coming to the main course, there are many options in the main course served with rice or noodles .
Then in desserts, there are as many as 25 kind of pastries and 4 types of Baskin Robbins icecream.
Last but not the least is the gulab jamun and sheera .

Sushi?
It's a fine dining resturant that specializes in oriental cuisines. They have a huge range of items from dimsums to baos, kebabs to garlic chicken, sushi to steamed fish.
I was excited to try some sushi with food here, so I had chicken sushi rolls and steamed fishes like salmon and tuna with the legendry Wasabi and soy sauce. Well, my misconception about sushi being tasteless was blown away. It's said that there is a specific way to enjoy any kind of food thanks to my Korean boss he guided me well.... And I really enjoyed the steamed fish.
Coming to desserts, options were plenty. Ice creams here were fresh and seemed quite natural in taste...really liked it. I felt options for vegetarians were few and their most beloved Panner starters were lacking in variety.

Well I had been here today with my staff for lunch. Service was decent 4.5/5. Ambience 4/5. Food 3.5/5. Specialised for a Variety of starters and desserts! One time visit. All of us loved the coriander paneer starter. The soup was bland. Main course menu had the Thai Curry which was good. Noodles were decent. Sabzi tasted good too. The fresh lime soda that I had ordered wasn't chilled enough and tasted weird too. Needs improvement. Overall all of us enjoyed and had a great time. Thank you so much !

Global fusion is truly what the name ductates. Global plus fusion. Ask Indiian and you have it, ask Asian and it's plentiful. From different preparations in different meats ranging from lamb to fish to prawns to chicken to crabs, u just think of the dish and they literally dish it out. A wonderful array and a super concept. The starters are the main attractions so gorge on them.
One of my most favorite restaurants . Their buffet is amazing . By amazing i mean so so many starters across asia that your stomach gets full just by eating it . The sushi spread is amazing . I enjoyed here more than even other parts of the world . Ambience is nice and i found it value for money for the amount of sushi you can consume . Their desserts are very nice too . I hardly had their main course as mainly had so many starters and sushi .
I am a regular at the latest outlet of Global Fusion at Atria Mall , Worli. The one at the linking road is equally good. Best fusion of Indian and Oriental food at reasonable price. Really value for money!

Global fusion is one of the most lavishly made restaurants of its time. The decor is like no other restaurant. I really appreciate the format in which the food is brought to your table. Also the idea of going and selecting small portions is exciting. The fact that the portions are small, makes it easy to try out more if their dishes. They serve a bit of Indian food too. So if you don’t like Chinese, you always have an option to eat Indian. Desserts are ok, but the almond crisps are a must!!! I can eat like 20 of them at a time. They are irresistible and addictive too.

The buffet spread was amazing.... And the desserts were just simply aww.... The dimsums, sushi, salads, prawn tempura, teppanyaki prawns, were really tasty... Best place for Seafood lovers.... Reasonably priced..... Great place for family celebrations.....

This place is massive with a lot of seating place...Went there on a week day and it was buzzing with action... Large statues, water bodies, lighting, live kitchen, the works makes the ambience of this place really impressive

There was only the choice of buffet... Their starters were out of the world... Indulged in the seafood starters - creamy prawns, prawns dumplings, prawns cracker, prawns in schezwan... Really enjoyed the starters... Generous and continuous flow... For dinner again enjoyed the seafood - prawns again with some noodles... The biggest let down was the desserts... They looked so appetizing but the taste was all artificial and not fresh... This was the biggest let down of the meal....

Very descent place and happening too for family visit I took my NRI cousin they were happy to had such a tasty food as I am veg I took them there to have non veg and they really loved it

Starting with the ambience, this place is very cozy and very spacious. They have many big tables to seat bigger groups. But some parts of the restaurant are not well lit
The food served here is great. They offer a wide variety of cuisines such as Asian, North Indian, Chinese, and also serve delicious sushi. If you are a dessert lover, then you get multiple options to choose your desserts from, all of which taste pretty good.
The buffet definitely provides a huge variety of appetizing food.

The live counters of dim sums, sushi and sashimi are very attractive. The chefs show off their cooking skills to the guests. They serve large variety of veg/ non-veg starters, sushi, chinese and north indian. To top this, they have varieties of cake and ice creams to end a perfect meal.

Having a Flare for Pan asian Food I enjoyed the whole Buffet. It's a Superb combination of sea food and Meat. For a vegetarian it's not so worth it compared to a Non Vegetarian! The Food is amazing and the crackling spinach is wonderful. The sushi and live counter cheesy prerana are a Must try. The ambience is also very light and wonderful. For a foodie, it would take few hours to relish the food at Global Fusion.
Had arranged for a first bday party of my granddaughter in global fusion bandra.
Must say the staff were very polite, and courteous. Service was good and fast all the guests enjoyed the food spread which was vast. I personally enjoyed the variety of sushies and dumplings. Everything was perfect except for some misunderstanding in the end regarding another issue but not the food part.

It was an amazing place , with beautiful interior and sitting arrangemenrs. The staff was also very friendly and guided us well. The food was delicious and were in variety. The dessert was amazing. Had great fun.

Heaven for prawns lovers. This place has so much variety on offer. It seems we will have to visit at least 5-7 times to get a taste of all the dishes. It's simply outstanding, The staff is so polite and always there to assist particularly Mr. Padam was too good. Hope this weekend too we will have a great time as usual. Good going guys.....
The ambience is really pretty and peaceful. We had the lunch buffet here and they have a huge variety of options to choose from like sushi's, main course, dimsums, pastries, desserts and what not! The taste and quality was really good too, everything is made right in front of you. The seating area is also huge. Must try

My search for the ‘reasonable cost best buffet’ in Mumbai ended with Global Fusion Bandra. They have multiple outlets here. With #EazyDiner discounts, a posh lunch buffet comes at Rs 1100/- per head for a fabulous Pan Asian buffet with Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malaysian, Western, Indian and Chinese dishes. Let me assure you, a standard sushi ramen restaurant at Mumbai will cost you more than this! And current young Indians prefer the Japanese/Korean cuisines more! So if you throw a celebration party or a corporate get together here, almost each of your guests will eat their preferred cuisine and go home happy. The seafood and deserts were absolute top notch.
To add this is bang on the cheap Linking Road street shopping alley, so you come you and shop cheap too!

Had it not been for mediocre sushi section this deserved a 5*. The sushis were not perfect. Mildly chewy and not melt in the mouth as they should be...
It started with me and my husbnd goin to this place for our anniversary as i love sushi and there are other great options for my husbnd as well like chinese seekh tikka etc..and has now become a every other month thing.. absolutely love the place
A huge spread Indian and Asian food items at Linking Road, Bandra. Lots of varieties of Veg and Non Veg starters, main course and also deserts available on all inclusive buffet meal. Variety of beverages, both alchoholic and non alchoholic available. Crowded on weekend but the restaurant can accomodate large number of people, so not really and issue. Parking can be challenging, though valet parking is available. Very good restaurant for outing with family and friends.
You would expect a lot when you pay around 1800 per person for a buffet. Global fusion matches the price with a wide array of seafood poultry and veg food and each dish was delicious except may be 1 or 2. We would have got at least 15-20 starters and we filled up like never before. The only issue was they kept bringing in starters too soon and all the food started getting cold at the table we couldn't each those after a point of time. Overall it's a good experience especially for nonveg lovers

I have been here for the buffet lunch/dinner and also attended a couple of private parties. My comments here are based on the service received for the private parties which also includes the normal buffet provided.
Ambience of the restaurant is awesome.
The private party hall is good but the AC cooling kinks off at certain pockets of the hall. This has happened at 2 separate parties I have attended
Service is average, wen u order something from the restaurant that needs to be prepared it takes a minimum of 45 mins. I had ordered lemon fish and some sprouts that took so long. The lemon fish was dry as hell. This again happened at 2 separate occassion/parties
The food is good especially the starters like cheese prawns and all the prawns starters. Love ld the Sushi and the Sashimi
Lastly if u ever plan for having a private party here please read and double check the menu agreed upon. This time the manager was charging us for cocktails(really sad ones) when it was a part of the sunday brunch menu
