If you are a fan of Kerala food or if you’d like to try authentic Kerala food, this is the place. We tried Kizhi parota, and it was finger licking good. The ones serving were also very friendly. Parking during peak times is a tough job here.
This place is amazing for Fish & Prawns. This was my first time visiting this place, so I was definitely clueless on what to order. They serve authentic Kerala food. Had ordered Prawns Chilly dry, it was not like Chinese it was Kerala style gravy. The served Tiger prawns and quantity was good for two. We also ordered Plain rice, a bit of sambhar, Banana Fry (I thought it would be some kind of chips, but it was Banana dipped in some batter and fried) which was quite new for me. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be visiting again for Prawns. The complete cost of the Meal Prawns Chilly Dry, Plain Rice, Sambhar, Banana Fry, 3 Malabari Paratha was 675 Rs, which I found extremely reasonable. Also they have 4 types of pickle to taste, I liked the Sweet mangi pickle. Definitely looking forward to more Kerala food. Amazing Food, friendly staff, plus they gave us a complementary desert Kheer, which was also different and the taste was amazing. Being a foodie, this place has got me hooked.
In one word, this is absolutely bliss if you love dishes from Kerala. Both veg and non veg options are available here. They also offer thaali which gives absolutely value for money and amazingly tasty food (with a free lot of pickle options)

🔹Kerala special veg thali (Sadhya)🔹
Sadhya thali is a traditional and elaborate meal from Kerala, South India, that is typically served during festive occasions and special celebrations. It is a vegetarian feast that consists of a variety of dishes served on a banana leaf, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Kerala.
The rice is typically accompanied by parippu (dal), sambar (a lentil and vegetable stew), rasam (a tangy soup), and a variety of vegetable curries.
The thali also includes several side dishes such as avial (a mixed vegetable preparation cooked in coconut gravy), olan (a white gourd and coconut stew), thoran (stir-fried vegetables with coconut), and pachadi (a yogurt-based dish with vegetables or fruits), Parotha or rotis.
HIghlight was the Mango based curry which had a hint or rawness and sweetness to it.
Whether you are a vegetarian or simply appreciate the flavors and diversity of Indian cuisine, experiencing a sadhya thali is a must when visiting Taste of Kerala

If you are looking for a good kerela food in South Mumbai this is the best place where you can visit. It’s situated in fort area and they serve authentic kerela food. You have many options here from veg to fish you can get all. The quality was great and the quantity was decent. This place is very crowded so check your schedule. Money is also decent not very expensive. Do try it and for more such content follow me on Instagram @thefoodienomad
Hello Kerala Peoples If you guys want to Try Kerala food Just Go here you will Love it ...I have tried Butter Chicken and And our precious Kerala porotta taste really good 👍 😋......
Authentic kerala food. AC and non AC seating available. A great place to try sea food items as well as other non veg dishes. Having said that, their veg thali, served on banana leaf is simply awesome with lots of different dishes including sweets. There is a special thali especially on sundays. The taste is very homely with the right amount of spices. Definitely recommended especially if u want to try some South indian food.
Both types of seating are available in AC & Non AC.
The service is fast and the servers are friendly.
It was our first time trying the Kerala food so as a first timer we enjoyed the food, the food was good in taste, didn't find any major difference in the taste when compared to other restaurants.
Since it was our first time trying the Kerala food we need to taste more Kerala food to give a perfect review on the food taste.
The dishes we tried were Chicken Chettinand,Chicken Kerala roast with Paratha , Iddiyappam and appam.
They serve the food on Banana leaf & have Pink hot water for general serving which is popular in Kerala.
Overall we had a good time must visit once.
Frankly, I was looking for a place where I can get authentic Kerala delicacies, and finally found one ! We had SADHYA.
Sadhya is a vegetarian feast consisting of a minimum 27- 30 items and served mainly during onam or vishu. Onam!! A harvest festival of god's own country "Kerala". Onam is celebrated for 10 days, it starts as Atham, Chitira, Chodi, Vishakham, Anizham, Thirketa, Moolam, Pooradam, Uthradom and last but not the least is Thiruonam. Back to sadhya,Trust me!! It was bloody delicious, each dish consisted of delicate spices infused with coconut milk and coconut oil. For me, the most interesting part is the serving process, each serving starts from the tip of a banana leaf. The main dish of sadhya is "Avial" mixed vegetables cooked in coconut milk, Matta rice i.e, Red rice, Shakkara Varatti - Fried Banana coated with jaggery served mainly in snacks, Kalan- a thick gravy and finally payasam also known as 'Ada Pradaman' while writing this i am seriously tempting for this i have never tasted such payasam before.
While there are a lot of other dishes served too like pineapple pachadi, varieties of sambar, olan, erissery, sweet and tangy pickles, pappadam, chips and much more.
Accompanied by Duck Biryani, Idiyappam and Bangda fry. All three were finger licking.

Excellent food. Enjoyed the preparation and liked the spread available for a Kerala thali. The chicken curry and prawn roast were really tasty.
Taste of Kerala is one of the Authentic Kerala Cuisine Restaurant in Mumbai. Food is good and delicious. Service is super good. Ambience is ok. Prices are on the higher side as compared to other Karala restaurant which are nearby. Please make sure to ask about pricey of dishes which are served as per size because they served me Rawas Fish for ₹700/- and Prawns Sukka for ₹800/-
Otherwise everything is OK.
