JIA is one of the best looking restaurants that I have visited, located near to the iconic Gateway of India. This place is a must visit for all the Asian food lovers and especially the ones who love sushi.
The interiors of this place are jaw droppingly beautiful, it has two sections one of them is upstairs. The service here is also top notch. I am glad that I was invited here for the review.
Coming to the food, the first thing we ordered here were the sushi.
Jia Special Roll
A vegetarian sushi roll which consists of asparagus tempura and some in house sauces along with some fresh thinly sliced avocado on top of it. It was presented in way which made it look like a dragon. ORDER IT!

My most favorite sushi will always be a Cream Cheese Roll Sushi, it has Blanched Asparagus, Avocado and lots of Cream Cheese in it. The quantity is perfect and the taste is outstanding. ORDER IT!

This one was similar to a Cream Cheese Roll instead of Cream Cheese it had Cucumber and a different in house sauce over it. This on was also a very good vegetarian sushi.

Crispy Kung Pao Tofu
Premium quality tofu was fried till crispy from outside and later was tossed in Kung Pao Sauce. The tofu was so light that it just melts in your mouth. Amazing Dish.

Sauteed Mushroom with water chestnuts and Basil leaves
Lots of fresh Water Chestnuts and some Button Mushrooms tossed in a spicy sauce. The Water Chestnuts retained its crunch while the Basil leaves gave a amazing flavor to it.

Stuffed Silken Tofu with Vegetables in Black Bean Sauce.
By far the best looking main course at any Asian Restaurant! Amazing presentation skills, cylindrical shaped Tofu stuffed with finely chopped Water Chestnuts and Carrots. It was topped with very small slice of pickled orange and one small slice of sun dried tomato. The Black Bean Sauce was served separately.

Veg Udon Noodles
Udon Noodles are Thicker and softer than normal noodles, it was made using some Soy Sauce, Garlic, Onion, Red and Yellow Capsicum. Udon Noodles are always my priority over normal noodles.

Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse
This one was Eggless, a very dense Hazelnut Mousse with Dark Chocolate in it. So the best dessert for Dark Chocolate Lovers. It was served along with Tender Coconut Ice Cream

This place is not only alluring but also has some very unique asian dishes, the food here was outstanding and the Sushi here were my favorite. The staff is very polite and is also very attentive and the manager also helped me by suggesting some of their signature dishes.

Jia the fine dine offering from the Royal China Group. Another goto for top notch Asian specialities. Interiors are well appointed and it is fitting for a fancy experience. Service is up to tge notch as it comes from good lineage and lots of the servers and staff are from the sister restaurant. The food does not disappoint either, to me the dishes are very similar to Royal China however the addition of a great sushi menu sets this place apart.
Prices are in line for a fine dine. Good choice for upscale Asian in town.

I went to mumbai dew days back to meet my cousins over there and we were craving for some good oriental food and we came across this outlet, Jia oriental kitchen and man i was taken aback by the food options they had everything looked so so good and there were so many dishes i have never heard of. So we ordered
1. Shanghai chicken soup dumplings
2. Fish in supreme soya chilli sauce
3. Chicken pan fried noodles
The food tasted so heavenly and i was impressed by three things, their food portions, fast and totally hygenic delivery, and their extensive food menu.

I ordered Prawn and Chive Dumpling
Which was really tasty and delicious. I recived it in a really good packaging and in totally hygienic and safe way .
I really thank the restaurant for such an awesome dumpling.
Tried some delicious koreon fried rice and vegetable burnt garlic rice. Very good in taste and can feel the freshness and also the uniqueness in its varieties. Their packaging is great which is must in this lockdown time. So surely give it a try. Lovely food❤❤
Ordered hakka noodles and manchurian soup from these restaurant the food was amazing and quality and quantity was very upto mark and it is totally worth of money packaging was quite impressive and they maintained hygiene very properly and delivery was fast overall having an great experience ordering from here👍

I ordered dumplings and maki roll from here and to my surprise both the dishes were simply amazing. Delivery was hygienic and it came on time. The food arrived in a very good condition. The menu is also extensive. They have lot of different style and variety in their menu. The food which was delivered was extremely tasty. The packaging was also very nice. Recently found this place which was functional and was delivering food with all the security measures and proper sanitization.
after checking the previous reviews found the place is among the best places which are well known for some amazing Chinese and pan Asian cuisine.
We ordered for some tempur prawns along with Singapore styled chicken noodles which were amazing in taste and great quality with top packaging which made sure the food was served hot and fresh.

Owned by the founders of Royal China, @jia_theorientalkitchen, in Mandarin it means ‘I love my family’. The ambiance of this place ensures you have a complete fine dining experience. Coming to food, their menu is vast, spanning everything from a vegetarian dim sum platter to succulent prawns in Japanese tobanjan sauce. However, some of their most recommended tryouts are Dimsum (Jain), Fried Turnip cake, Prawn Sushi, melting chocolate Dom, Spicy Hargow Prawn. Everything served had the perfect authentic touch to it. Whilst royal china serves authentic Cantonese cuisine Jia expands further into the flavours of the orient by adding in more Asian elements like Thai, Japanese, etc over and above the usual Chinese. Plenty of Sushi Sashimi and Nigiri on this menu. The Dim sums, Pork Belly and the Tenderloin in red wine sauce are all popular dishes on the menu. Jia, The oriental kitchen , has been a restaurant we visited very often. I was craving for their kitchen , so we ordered.We ordered for chicken in human sauce , & burnt chilli garlic rice ! The delivery was on time , the package was packed well , the food was just awesome as we eat at the restaurant.Food was full of flavours , cooked to perfection ! You should try it too !

Jia the oriental kitchen located in Colaba serves some authentic asian and Japanese dishes. The food was delivered very quickly. There were no sign of leakages. The food was good in quantity as well as quality. We ordered veg wonton soup. Later we ordered asparagus tempura roll which was very spicy. Then we ordered special Jia veg roll which was their speciality. Overall the experience was great would love to order once again 😊

So the string of orders from office continues. Today yet again we have another Chinese place near my office. So like I had heard a lot about their mapo tofu. But tbh i am not a tofu guy, I avoid soy products. This time i was so overwhelmed by one of my colleague's review for their food. So i ordered the mapo tofu and burned vegetable garlic rice so that if my experience with tofu goes wrong i can atleast have the rice. To my surprise the taste was really good. Like i didn't regret it at all. The taste is obviously different from paneer but it's a really good substitute. The taste was subtle, you could taste all these flavours yet they were all doing their part and not overlapping. The rice was fresh and steamy and im very pleased with their packaging because the food was yet steamy hot when I received it. For desserts I had the mud pie and vanilla ice cream. I mean you can't ever go wrong with it. There were however more daring and authentic Chinese options like the honey noodles and sticky mango noodles but I choose to go with the tried and tested dessert and i wasn't wrong.
Jia The Oriental Kitchen is a really very good place if you want to have some Pan Asian dishes with a really very good hygienic so today I ordered from this place some Pan Asian dishes and trust me all was really very delicious in terms of taste and in terms of quantity as well as in terms of the pricing they have been so well priced that I can't even explain in words because they are certainly perfect and they make the things really very good and the packaging was also good enough and I believe as per the photos which were been provided by the restore and they maintain a really very good hygiene in this time in this period if you want to have some delicious Pan Asian food definitely try the Oriental kitchen you'll love it for sure

Coming to the food quality, the soup was warm and was really good and the hakka noodles was delicious aswell. Last week I placed order for some dishes which turns out to be amazing.
The dishes ordered were :
1) Chicken and Coriander Dumplings
2) Crispy Spring Rolls
3) Rainbow Roll
4) Chicken Fried Rice.
The dumplings were soft and delicious. Tye spring rolls were crispy from outside and juicy from inside. The Rainbow rolls were my favourite. Chicken in fried rice was well cooked and juicy. The rice was long and aromatic.
Proper hygine was maintained while cooking and packing. Strong packaging was done.
Delivery was done at time and proper safety measure was taken care while delivering.

When I was in Mumbai few months ago, I ordered food from this place. The food delivered was well packed, fresh and reached us hot in time. Ordered chicken hakka noodles with mix veg in chilli n black bean sauce. Also ordered chicken wonton soup. The chicken was not very chewy and soft to have. It tasted good. Noodles quality was good. The soup thickness was perfect. Chilli and black bean sauce made the veges taste real good. Overall experience went great.

Ordered from this place few days ago. The Chicken Pan Fried Noodles was delicious. It was a bit spicy and well tossed in the pan. The Chicken Fried Rice was also good. -Jia The Oriental Kitchen is located in Colaba, it is a very well known place for Asian and Chinese cuisine.
-When i was at my cousin's place, we ordered Chicken Fried rice and Chicken Manchow soup.
-The prices would seem to be costly but trust me its totally worth the price.
-The quality of the food was very rich, likely it also tasted lovely.
-The quantity of the food was more than we can expect for chinese.

If you're a fan of Oriental food, this is is the place you need to definitely try ordering from here. Such huge variety of food! Everything you wish for in Pan Asian cuisine will be served here. My favourites from their menu are Sushis and their dimsums. In specific, I love Dragon roll sushi and crispy duck roll dimsum. Well cooked and amazingly flavoured. You just cannot have enough of it. I am surviving on the lockdown on delivery food from here every 2 weeks! Delivery is quick and packaging is also done well. They make sure to maintain maximum hygiene. Would definitely recommend everyone to try.

Heard a lot about this oriental place and wanted to see what was the hype about. Its a fine dine restraunt with good jain food.
It is located in the heart of mumbai, next to The Taj Mahal Palace!
The ambience is subtle with minimalistic decor. Please make sure you have a reservation if going in large numbers.
You wouldnt face a problem if you reach around 7-ish however its pretty crowded at peak hours.
Plates for the palate:
1. Avacado and Edamame Roll
It was a sushi roll served with avocado madness and edamame with a slight creamy dressing to top it up, it went well with the authentic spicy sweet chilly oil which was a little on the sweeter side however it has the authentic oriental flavours.
2.Pan fried noodles
Pan fried noods which was tossed in mildly spicy black bean sauce, along with water chestnuts, red and yellow pepper,zucchini,brocolli,and many other exotic vegetables to go with.
They also have an option for white sauce which is blande and creamy, as an alternative to black bean sauce!
They also have other jain varieties so you wouldnt really have a problem, please do try the dimsums we missed on it this time, surely going again for it!
Fun factor-We also tried our hands on chopsticks,we kinda just passed that test.
Those who know it , must say we are proud of you, cos its pretty hard!!

Jia is my favourite restaurant to go to for sushi. The quality of their fish & their sushi rolls is amazing! They have great variety for both veg & non veg sushi’s! For main course I absolutely loved the truffle rice & sliced lamb 😍

Hands-down best place for pan Asian food in town. Reasonably priced, fresh ingredients, awesome service. Love their Sushi, Tom yum soup, dimsum and duck salad. Table booking is recommended over the weekend. Cocktails are equally great.

Was here for a Birthday Dinner with a few close friends. The Ambiance is bright but when tables are full there is too much noise on the ground floor. Due to this we decided to move upstairs to talk and have our dinner in peace. It would be great if they added a glass plank on the first floor so no noise reaches there and people can sit in peace. It can really get very noisy and everyone doesn't enjoy that.

Owned by the founders of Royal China, @jia_theorientalkitchen, in Mandarin it means ‘I love my family’. The ambiance of this place ensures you have a complete fine dining experience. The restaurant is elegantly designed with large grey honey combs as part of its decor. One thing to note is that their working hours are strictly with respect to the average lunch and dinner timings. Coming to food, their menu is vast, spanning everything from a vegetarian dim sum platter to succulent prawns in Japanese tobanjan sauce. However, some of their most recommended tryouts are Dimsum (Jain), Fried Turnip cake, Prawn Sushi, melting chocolate Dom, Spicy Hargow Prawn. Everything served had the perfect authentic touch to it. The staff helps you with the minutest doubt you might have on the menu. The service is top notch and time between all the dishes is decent so that you could savour it`s taste ! Overall this place is highly recommended for a fine dining Pan Asian food experience with your family. .

Very good place.soft and relaxing ambiance.very promt service.curteous staff.DYNAMITE PRAWNS and SOFT SHELL CRAB is a must try...dumplings is their speciality as they have a seperate menu for it.
Specify if you’d like non-spicy. Also found it a tad oily
Really good food at Jia. We had a Jia Special roll (non-veg) sushi (recommended by Navin, our server) and it was fabulous. Especially loved the crisp fried fish roe on top and the topping. Delicious and highly recommended.
We followed it up with Korean fried rice and some lamb which were also very enjoyable.
The ambiance is very pleasant and the service is prompt.
Not only i love this place but my husband and our kids love it too. We eat at Jia at least a few times in a month. The best sushi’s in Mumbai hands down.The top favorite has to be Jia special roll sushi in veg and non veg. Edamame truffle dumplings, Chung fung crispy prawn roll, 5 treasure truffle pot rice , pepper chilly tenderloin and even the hazelnut chocolate pastry and the disappearing dome. It’s the best meal I can think of in Mumbai
Jia has an amazing array of asian cuisine and gastronomical delicacies. Have been there about 5-6 times in a small group of 3 till upto a group of 15 ... and have never left disappointed with food or service. Have thoroughly enjoyed their varied sushi, prawn and chive dumplings, prawn with burnt garlic and almond flakes (just awesome), pad Thai spring rolls, Mongolian chicken balls, Pan fried noodles, ... and oh so many more. Wish I had been patient enough to take some pics too. Next time for sure.
Great food, ambience and lovely hospitality offered by the folks of Jia. We ordered a prawn dish starter that I can't pronounce, egg fried rice and Jia's special chilli spiced chicken.
It was a great dinner outing with friends, 10/10 recommended!

One of the best Asian places in Sobo. I have been here thrice and writing this review for my 3rd visit. Right from Dimsums to Appetisers to Mains. This place serves some amazing food with a burst of flavors and wonderful service by the staff. Truffle Edamame Dimsum is a must. I had the Fried Soft Corn Curd as Appetisers and it was decent. Ordered for the Veg Burnt Garlic Rice with Silken Tofu in Black Bean Sauce which was really good. My friends called for chicken and prawns for starters and mains which they really liked. The Chocolate Dome is definitely an amazing note to end the dinner on. Icing on cake was 2 of out of 5 of us had Zomato Gold and we were charged less for 2 starters. A must visit place for Fine Dine if you love Asian and are in Colaba. A little expensive but quality of food is great.
An absolute favourite for me. The food is delicious, well presented and amounts to plenty. The sushi rolls are a must try here. My recommendations are the Special roll and the Rainbow roll.
Another must try is the five Mushroom rice with Truffle butter.
I'm always coming back for more.
The food here is a little on the expensive side but the sushi at Jia is yummm! I look forward to coming here again soon to eat the sushi and dumplings
Excellent food ! Thai curry , the egg fried rice, soft shell crab, turnip cakes, rock shrimp tempura could be better - a little more crispy it was kind of soggy the char Sui puff is perfect , truffle edamame dumpling , their sushi I would maybe pass, sometimes we get so lost In the appetisers that we can’t make it to the mains .. the mains are really good in desserts the milk cake is fab !

This superb Asian restaurant in south Mumbai is serving the best lipsmacking options to its Chinese lovers. Jia is located in colaba and you'll leave with a smile on your face with the range of its amazing food.
We tried some of their new dishes and heres what we have to say about them .
1. Royal sweetcorn soup ‐ Consisting of sweet corn asparagus and green chili this is the first dish we started off with. It was delicious and tempting to try out.
2. Burnt garlic prawns with almond flakes - Deep fried to perfection with the burnt garlic taste turning out to be really delicious, the prawns were crunchy coated with the almond flakes. A must try dish for all seafood lovers.
3. Mongolian chicken - Its a famous Chinese American dish with sweet and spicy in taste. Served with lemon wedges.
4. Pad thai spring rolls- These spring rolls were stuffed with pad thai noodles and served with sweet chili sauce. This is an amazing dish in Thailand and flavors turned out really well.
5. Chicken dumplings - These mouth melting dumplings were something to die for. The chicken was so soft that it just melts in your mouth.
6. Jia special chicken with veggies and fried rice - This dish is one of their special ones. Chicken was sauteed in chili oil and the veggies were stir fried in black bean sauce. They were served with fried rice. The taste was spicy and delicious.
7. Melting chocolate dome - Chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice and caramel sauce and covered with a chocolate dome. The presentation was amazing so was te taste.
8.Traditional mango mocktail - This sizzling mango flavoured mocktail is going to take your heart away with its fabulous taste

Probably the best Oriental cuisine Ive ever had in Mumbai. Service is a bit slow but the taste of food is just amazing. There is a wide variety of choice and the best thing is the location.

JIA- The oriental kitchen is situated at a 2 minute walk from the Gate Way of India. A perfect restaurant to have a fine dine experience along with an amazing ambiance. The music played here is at the perfect volume and one can have their conversations in peace. The staff is very polite and helped us decide the perfect dish as per my taste.
The dishes we ordered:
Soup:
1) Royal Sweetcorn Soup: The best sweetcorn soup I have had till date. It had the perfect texture while having the authentic taste of corn, along with beans and carrots. Would recommend this soup.
2)Hot and spicy soup: Having tried Hot and Spicy soups at various place, the soup at this restaurant is quite different. While keeping the actual expectations of the Hot and sour soup, we were served with some noodle looking ingredient which was so so soft that it dissolved in the mouth as soon as one ate it.
Starters:
1) Pad Thai spring rolls: The spring rolls are cooked to its very core. It has various layers of crispness, beneath which the filling of vegetables never dissapoint. The sauce alongside is a blend of sweet-sour ingredients.
2)Crispy Kung Po Tofu : The Tofu was reaaally soft and melted as soon as eaten. 101% recommended.
3) Crispy Seaweed : MUST HAVE. Crisp Sea weed seasoned with various flavours which has a taste of sweet-salty-chinese all at the same time. Do try it out.
Main Course:
1) Mixed vegetables in black bean sauce: These are various vegetables sauted and mixed with a black bean sauce. It is not very spicy but has flavours which can go well with rice.
2) Vegetable Fried Rice: The rice was perfectly cooked and also had a very nice aroma. The quantity is sufficient for 2-3 people.
Overall JIA was an amazing restaurant that can be visited with friends and family. Would totally recommend this restaurant.
JIA has become my go to place for asian food ever since my friend took me here on a dinner.
My favourite on the menu is chicken in chilly oil, honey grilled sea bass, pan fried noodles, chicken and coriander dumpling.
I never fail to order their chocolate dome as its always a delight to watch the dome melt away in that hot caramel sauce. The flavours, too, are well balanced to end your meal on a perfect note.
I would highly recommend JIA to anyone looking to eat Asian cuisine in south Mumbai.

We really loved our visit at JIA , from the delicious meal to the sophisticated ambiance to the service. You’ll crave back to go there.
They serve one of the best sushi’s in town, it was the perfect amount of ingredients and was very flavourful.
They offer a varied menu of dumplings, and all are prepared in different manner.

Try their lobster with ginger & Spring onion stirring; that is so delicious. The quantity is quite enough for two, and the price is reasonable with high quality (around 1/3 the cost of Wasabi, but different styles of food). The melting chocolate-covered brownie is tasty too.
Service is slow. The mixologist is not there on week days which means cocktails are carelessly made. That said, the food was excellent. The sushi and the prawns plus the edamame sticky rice. A real treat.
Had a relaxed lunch with my friends here on a weekday afternoon. Service is good, with staff wearing masks. We had a fully vegetarian meal.The hot and sour soup was tasty, so were the starters and dim sum. We didn't order any main course as this was quite filling.
No crowd, so we enjoyed the quiet surroundings.

Best Sushi I Ever had…. Amazing food by Jia the oriental kitchen in Colaba near Gateway of India
We tried the Mocktails Jia special Mocktails that were really good in taste .. and perfect to start with the meal . We tried the tiger prawns with crispy curry leaves which were crisp from outside and unique in taste served hot and the Mongolian chicken was absolute delight we loved the sauce and the chicken was great in taste . In sushi we tried the Jia special roll Nonveg sushi it was the best sushi I ever had absolutely tasty and the sauce was also too yummy we wil go visit again to try the sushi ..we tried the king pao chicken with cashew nuts which was sweet spicy taste of sauce and taste was made with perfection ..chicken in chilli oil and spring onion was also spicy and taste was wow spendid . Pepper taste and a delight .we tried the pan fried soya chilli garlic noodles I absolutely love the crisp n soft noodles they were thin and topped with loads of veggies exotic and stirred in sauce was amazingly delicious..we tried the Jia chocolate meting dome that was a wow , a brownie topped with icecream and hot caremel and chocolate to melt the dome made it absolutely perfect and presentable and the taste was extremely delicious .. staff was so very cooperative and helped us to select the menu too .. the ambience was very very luxurious and we love the interiors lights were classy and so the theme .. the mocktail bar counter was also beautiful .. five stars to the foods and ambience and ofcourse the staff .. must try the Japanese food and Asian food I loved it absolutely

The ambiance is warm and cozy yet very elegant and chic.

Love the edamame truffle dimsums. One of the best in the city. Perfect!
Great sushi. Fresh and flavorful.
Crispy lotus.. flavorful, however these could be better. A little hard and chewy.
Mapo Tofu.. spicy and flavorful. Loved it.
Vegetables in black bean sauce .. good. Would have loved a little more sauce/gravy.
5 treasure mushroom rice with truffle butter. Delicious. So good even by itself.
Lychee pana cotta.. good. Well balanced.
Overall a great place to dine. Perfect for a celebration or a date.

As for the food, it was delicious and the portion sizes are very generous! Surprisingly, I liked the veg sushi (California roll) just as much as the Jia special roll (fried tempura prawn roll)! 10/10 will re-visit multiple times.
Nice ambience and staff were friendly. Our favorite was Prawns, Crab and black pepper dumplings.
Sushi were tasty although we felt it to be extremely small in size!

The place is located deep within. There is valet parking available. Advise would be to come by cab and/or walk the last few metres as the streets are narrow to maneuver. Jia - This place has touched my heart and soul unlike any other. What do I say about it? The best Asian Cuisine Restaurant in Mumbai. The experience that you get here is just beautiful, it’s not just dinner but a whole another level of beautiful experience.
The ambiance is nothing short of luxury with high ceilings and a royal decor with a small yet aesthetic bar at the centre where the bartender works his magic with bubbles and smoke, looks fancy but the drinks are amazing!
So we had one of the weekend lunch offers here, which is 1500 per person which gets you 2 drinks, 5 food items, and 2 desserts. It’s totally VFM if you love Asian food.
So we started with the drinks which was Spicy Guava Delight and Lavender Fizz. Both the mocktails were so amazing, especially the Lavender Fizz it just tasted so good I ended up repeating it twice. The spicy guava delight was a thick and sweet with a mix of spice that was also good.
For the 5 food items we decided to try the Sushis and Sashimi with rice and gravy for main course. The presentation of the food is A+ and the flavours and taste is A++. Believe me words don’t do justice to this place. You just gotta visit this place at least once.
Dessert also was a mini experience of it’s own with the Chocolate Dome and Lychee Panacotta. Both were not too sweet, had just the perfect amount of sweetness.

Jia the oriental kitchen is the new talk of the town. This restaurant serves authentic Chinese & Japanese cuisine. The ambience is absolutely soothing and the service is phenomenal. That's not all the food is finger licking good. We started with their Soups: Chicken Wanton and Chicken Tomyum Soup. These soups were amazing and true to their ethnic flavor. To go along with the food we ordered their Spicy Guava Mary and Panda Mocktail bith were the perfect company to the delicious food. The Dynamite Prawns were delicious, tiger prawns crisped up with the sauce definitely a must try! The Shangai chicken Soup sumplings were suoer moist filled with soup, i absolutely loved these. The Crispy duck salad was superb. The texture, the crunch, the flavor everything was on point. Next we had Crispy Lamb in Mandarin Sauce. This dish was more palatable to the Indian taste too, best of both flavours. The chicken Pan fried noodles in Soya Chilli sauce was one of the best dishes for the night. The noodles were Scrumptious and really fulfilling. Special mention for the Quantity: Being a Fine dining restaurant we expected the quantity to be less but this place was different. The quantity as well as the quality were amazing. The dish of the day was definitely the Dessert: The Chocolate Melting Dome. The dish is a chocolate dome with a little surprise of brownie and icecream inside. Hot caramel is poured over providing the drama and the flavors for a mouth watering Dessert. We visited Jia The Oriental Kitchen for their A La Carte Unlimited Lunch on the weekend (Soup, 5 items & Dessert). It is priced at just 1500/- per person which is a deal grabber. The food is outstanding and the service is spectacular. Jia is definitely one of the best restaurant with Beautiful Interiors in SOBO serving outstanding Cantonese, Japanese, Sushi, Chinese, Asian and Thai food.
Coming to the F&B, we ordered,
Chicken Wonton soup – Super yummy Chicken broth and Chicken wonton with Carrots and mushroom. It was super yummy.
Jia Special Roll – This is a must try Sushi at Jia. One of their specialty & totally outstanding. We tried the Prawn roll and it was made so well. This is like flavors of avocado, Prawn, rice and mayo bursting in your mouth. Highly recommended.
Spicy Har Gow with Truffle Caviar – Spectacular, Prawn dim sum in Red color which looks so stunning & taste even better. The combination of Prawn with truffle caviar is too good. Again a spectacular dish to try.
Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun – Cheung Fun is also a form of dim sum, which is a rice noodle roll. It actually is a Cantonese dish from Guangdong. Spectacular in taste. Two rolls cut into 10 pieces and served with soy sauce. The taste was lip-smacking.
Thai Green Chicken Curry & Jasmine Steam Rice – Thai Curry with very prominent Lemon grass and coconut flavor with Mushroom & chicken. It went so well with the Jasmine rice. This combination is totally worth trying.
For dessert we tried (Both the dessert are highly recommended)
Chocolate Dome – A dome shaped chocolate covering Brownie & ice-cream served with Hot Caramel sauce. The combination is remarkable.
Lychee Panacotta – Very mild Lychee Flavored Panacotta which melts in the mouth. Jiggly and soft with the right amount of sweetness which melts in your mouth in seconds.
Jia Special Splash – Taste and presentation wise, this gets a 10/10. A mixology of Pineapple & cranberry flavored with a punch of lemon.
Virgin Mojito – Made to perfection, Sweet and sour drink which is my all-time favorite.
Overall, Jia The Oriental Kitchen is one of the best restaurant in terms of food and service I have visited recently. I am definitely going again with a bunch of friends to grab the weekend offer till it last.
Experienced fine dining at this place and we were highly impressed by the overall ambience, vibes, food and service. We had burnt garlic fried rice, mixed vegetables in chilli and black bean sauce, spicy chicken dimsum, melting chocolate dome and spicy guava cocktail.

Went to Jia after years and was delighted to see how good the food has become!! Had an absolutely lovely meal and a great time.
We started with the Jia special sushi roll which was hands down the best dish and a must try!! I also loved the turnip cake and mockmeat dumplings which came embedded in a lovely sauce.
For mains we had the truffle edamame garlic fried rice which tasted heavenly along with the lotus root and water chestnut in a hot bean sauce.
For dessert we had the mud cake which was moist and yum!
On a side note, I absolutely loved the sauces which came with the meal! They were so good and really enhanced the dishes. Also, the service was very timely and the staff was very polite and accommodating.
For anyone that wants to go for lunch they also have a great deal on a set menu so I definitely recommend to check that out!

Went to this amazing place 2 day's ago with a friend. It is located near Gateway of India, hardly 2 minutes walk away. This place serves delicious food in Chinese and Asian and also Sushi's. Here full bar is also available. Ambience here is decent.
Moving on to what all we tried so we started with Pinacolada and a Bartender special Mocktail based on watermelon, and absolutely loved them.
Talking about food so we tried Turnip Cake with Burnt Garlic in small bites which was hands down the best dish ever had till date, a must must try for everyone, Jia Special Veg Roll in Shushi, tried Shushi for the first time ever and already in love with it, staff was way too polite to help us with everything.
Moving to Main Course so we went for Classic Paneer Chilli with Fried Rice, have tried Paneer Chilli at multiple locations but here it was one of the best I ever had, Fried rice was amazing too, not too oily like some places.
Last but not the least, for Dessert we had Chocolate Dome and mann I'm short of words to describe this, I've tried Dome's many time's and this was actually the best ever, a must must try for chocolate lovers.
In short Each n Everything we tried here was just perfect, the best ever Chinese restaurant in Mumbai so far I've been to
If you're a Chinese, Asian n Shushi type of food you just cannot miss this place. Infact if you're not even a Chinese fan still visit it, you'll be one for sure.

We visited the place in our anniversary. It was simply awesome to say the least. The ambience, hospitality and the cuisine are absolutely detectable. It indeed does give you a very warm feeling befitting the ambience. Certainly a must visit place which will not be regretted.
