Just before the lockdown I had been for a Sunday brunch at @grandhyattmumbai and this was my first experience with them and let me tell you that it was a beautiful one!
The first thing we generally feel and see is the vibe and its ambience, so warm and welcoming that you wouldn't wish to leave ever. Every corner amazes you with the explicable presentation, different themes and the colour palette!
My fav? This doughnut tree 😍!!
They have all their cuisine, prepared by their best and served to us, starting with salads, soups, cocktails to relax, different main course cuisine and finally ending at these inviting desserts! To add to the day, we had music to shake our feet and dance 😁

Glasshouse at Hyatt offers continental and indian cuisine. They have a good buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner. I liked the Indian cuisine that they served for dinner. The kebabs and butter chicken were particularly good. However, I found their pizzas bland and not up to the mark. The Blueberry ice cream they served us was heavenly and so was the caramel custard. Breakfast was a lavish affair with lots of choices. The Indian parantha was a winner, well-made and delicious.
Had visited glasshouse on 4th Mar 2020, to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was such a pleasant experience. They had both the option of A-la carte and Buffet; we opted for la carte. Dal makhni was excellent. Spices were too the minimum but it seemed perfect. Palak paneer too was impeccable, amazed to see the colour which surely wasn't by any food colour but was natural. Ambience was lovely, jazz and melancholy mix kind a music was playing which lit up the whole place. Staff was so courteous specially Alex (you're an amazing soul Alex), he not only served on the house sweet but when he came to know about the birthday, he managed a chocolate truffle cake too. Such a sweet gesture and overall a top of the line fine dinining experience.
Desert's were limited with Ice cream and Gulaab jamun missing......
My kid compared it with other because his favorite 🏜️ was missing.....

Hyatt’s always got cream crowd visiting the hotel. The vibe is very soothing, plus it’s located on the airport road which adds to the vibe of the hotel and makes it prettier. You should definitely go for dinner buffet.

Had been here for lunch on a weekend. Liked the buffet spread that they had. Salads, main course, desert everything was well done. Infact they have a variety of items within these categories. The staff as well was courteous. Overall a nice fine dine experience.
During my recent 10 days stay with them I tried their breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and few times opted for ala carte.
Breakfast buffet: the best meal you can count for in Glasshouse. Fruit and salad sections are perfectly managed, other parts are okay type.
Dinner buffet: Loki halwa was only thing I liked and some healthy oats preparation was yummy too. Opt only if you are not having time for go out for dinner.
Ala carte: during my many attempt I preferred daal, roti, salad and hot milk which was better rater than struggling in dinner buffet what to eat while you are calculating for calories.
Overall Glasshouse breakfast is one must try, staff is amazing, little busy during regular breakfast hours so try to eat early.

Glasshouse is one of my favourite Brunch destination. Recently, they have come up a fun Picnic Brunch which happens once in a month during the Winters season! I happened to visit The Picnic Brunch over the Weekend and it was one of the best Brunches I’ve visited in a very long time.
I just relaxed over good Music, chilly winds, pool time and a heartfelt meal. The Picnic Brunch at Hyatt Regency is all about giving yourself the much needed break admist the hustle bustle of the everyday life. They had a great music setup, pool access to chill, live chef special Al fresco food counters, Bar, popcorn - Chaat stalls, fun area for kids, and a very delicious dessert counter. The entire service was well taken care of. Kudos to the staff for such great hospitality With such an immense crowd.
They had special Brunch combos which varied in price and the drink menu options. We opted for the one with Alcohols. Because what better way than to sip Beer and dive into the pool and bite your delicious meal.

We decided to celebrate my Mom's 60th birthday here. A couple of weeks prior we made a reservation and were dealt with very professionally via email.
We were a group of 12 people and enjoyed the loveliest 60th birthday party ever. Everything was arranged so well, the poolside table arrangements, the service at our table and the complimentary birthday cake. A special shout out to Vishal who was very obliging and prompt throughout our lunch. He ensured everyone got what they asked for. We chose a couple of alcoholic brunch packages and a couple of non alcoholic brunch packages. Their Sangrias were very good and so was their variety of mocktails. The wide array of food options to choose from were such a delight and everyone had a feast that day. The spread had food that would suit each and everyone's palate. The ambience is lovely and is a perfect setting for a relaxed Sunday Brunch. I'm so glad I chose Glasshouse at Hyatt to hold my party, I highly highly recommend this restaurant!!
As always, courteous service from all the Glass house staff, Chef Sunil and team, thank you for the personal touch in ensuring requirements as per norms one follows are met. Not to forget Mr pawan, chetand and chef Roshan.
The housekeeping team too are very prompt in there duties. Just to mention a few, likes of Mr Sakreshwar mehatre who was very kind to fix my suit in a matter of minutes.

The gravy of the main course unlike most buffets, was not very watery. It had good consistency.
I loved the quiche here so much, took like 7-8 helpings of the same.

I visited here for buffet, and it was one of the best food i have ever had. Moreover, it is multi cuisine with great pool side view. Continental food was amazing, I spoke to the chef (Rajiv) present. I will be surely coming back for more delicious dishes @Rajiv. Staff was very courteous and polite.

Am a frequent traveler to mumbai and one stop I like to make is Hyatt Regency especially due to the sumptuous meals the Chefs prepare. The aura is superb and resplendent. I would like to commend Mr. Rajiv Das, the Chef who not only knows how to add the right mix to food been made but also has a warmly hospitality towards the guests. His stellar team is equally impressive and would like to thank a few of them namely Prathamesh, Reynold Desouza, Gaurav, Sujit and Sriyash from the glasshouse restaurant.
Vaishnavi from the guest relations is very welcoming and friendly too. Last but not least the entire concierge team, Akshata and Rubeg chadha from house keeping too deserve recognition for the efforts they all make to keep once stay at Hyatt memorable.

Had great pizza which was hummus pizza and chef rajiv prepared a great cottage cheese dish for us. Highly recommend the place and specifically speak to chef before ordering. He really goes through your taste and recommends the dish. This is our 5 visit and we always love to come back

One of the best buffet lunches. Butter chicken, gosht Biriyani and desserts were delicious and mouthwatering. Live counters of chaat and pasta were worth a try. Overall the ambience and the Ora of the place was very classy and quite sophisticated. Day to remember.

This place is just awesome. I like to go to 5star Hotels with my wife every weekend because my daughter is just 18 months old and she gets cranky in small places.
This restaurant is amazing , and the best part is its multicuisine , so with pizza we ordered biryani. Haha.
Staff was extremely courteous and well mannered , and the food was really tasty. The ambience was very airy and not cramped and they even had an infants play area room.
Its way better than my experience of ITC and the lobby of hyatt is also extravagent.
I would go again to this restaurant to try new cuisine.

We went for a team dinner on Friday. They had wide variety of foods in Asian, India and Chinese.
I had very good time over there.
So starting from ambience..It was nice and calm and they had very cooperative and polite staff.
For Strteters I will give 3 out of 5 as there were not much variety.
Potato feeling with mushroom and cheese was very good
Paneer tikki was soft and tasty..
One good point they had two types of appetizer Guvava and pineapple.. so we dont had to order mocktails separately.
Guvava appetizer were so good with masala chilly. 5 out of 5 for that.
They had pizza,pasta pav bhaji.. all were very authentic made as per the crowd.
Main course had lot of variety as you can see in photos. Noodles and vegetavle Chinese were awesome very different from what we eat regularly.
Salads was amazing. They had different types of cheese to try with roasted almond and cashews
Now coming on Desserts and sweet dish.
They had so many variety to eat. Pudding, Green tea pastry was best and never had before that ever, Rabdi, carrot pastry and Ice creams...

I have been staying in Mumbai from past 2 weeks , have tried various outlets here but my dinner is fixed at Glassdoor as after eating here I don't miss the home food , it feels like you are eating your mother's food. Food is really amazing here with a wide variety of selection . Staff is very courteous and friendly.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful towards guest and kids .... Loved the food. Staff are amazing. Manager & captain make sure we had wonderful time. I would recommend to everyone to try once n you don't disappoint.
It was my quick plan to have buffet, so i chose this place and I absolutely have no regrets about it , the food here was excellent, and above that the staff was extremely polite and hospitable, I highly recommend these boys. The experience was great, the service was amazing, we had the Japanese there, must say the sushi is good. They’ve really nailed the California rolls. The tempura in the salmon rolls kinda took out the flavour of the salmon, but can’t complain. Kudos to the team!
Sunday brunch is great value for family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids for approx 4.5k . Access to pool and kid activities all included with buffet. The buffet has live sections where you give your order and chef will prepare fresh and service at table. Salad section was excellent with Lebanese items. The buffet had wide variety from indian to continental . Service is excellent and fast .
Really awesome place.went there for a family dinner buffet at Glasshouse ,wide range of Asian and continental dishes options in sea food was less but was compensated by good chicken and desert variety.
Place was quite empty. And it was around 11 that we went there and quite pleasant atmosphere. The hospitality was pretty good. Ordered a chicken steak which was bomb. The mash potato was creamy and great texture. Sushi was pretty fine and we ended it with briyani which was also good. Overal 4/5.

The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price.. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine especially Dixit and Sujith I seem that they are enjoying their work alot.. the restaurant was beautiful-peaceful and relaxing.
Ever since they made the flyover towards international airport you rarely end up stopping by at Hyatt Regency. But one client meeting led me to stopping by here for lunch. We had to choose between buffet and ala carte and we choose the latter. Buffet spread seems really good but also pricey. Post Zomato Gold, the pricing on Ala carte appeared reasonable.
I ordered a grilled chicken with veggies in brown onion sauce. I had requested the chicken to be well grilled and they did hear my heart. The food came in decent time and the the dish looked fabulous. The chicken was well grilled yet tender and juicy. One of the best chicken dishes I have eaten and the brown suace went perfectly with it.
Will surely be a repeat choice when a well done chicken dish is gonna fetch ₹500 odd post Zomato gold.

Have always known Glasshouse for its buffets, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Truth be told, I have never ordered a la carte in this place before. Love the brunch spread.
But last week for dinner, we decided to try their Japanese set menu and Chef Ganesh Pandit personally came to the table to help us make our choices. The food took some time to come which gave us enough time chat. The miso (soup) and maki was to kill for, authentic Japanese cuisine with the real udon noodles. The food was worth the wait. Met Chef Ganesh as we had to thank him for such a lovely dinner. In our collective opinion one of the best food we have had till date.
Would soon go back for trying more of Chef Ganeshs food.
The ambience and service was fantastic! ♥️ The à la carte menu food was great, but the buffet was average, maybe because of that day's particular selection. Ordered the 'Veg Burger' and 'Spaghetti in Fresh Tomato Basil Sauce' which were both fantastic 👍 Didn't try the Indian food at the buffet, but the more Oriental Asian food was nice. The veg variety was limited, but that was due to my personal preference. The desert was a good spread, the only negative being the Green Apple Sorbet which had a very weird after taste. Overall, a great place to dine, but à la carte 👍
We went to the Glasshouse last Sunday for brunch to celebrate a birthday in the family. We were pleasantly seated in the central portion of the restaurant. The spread was excellent with Salads, Sushi, Maki, Salmon & Tuna fish, it had a big indian selection as well with Chaat, Parathas , Biryani, Roast Chicken, the cheese selection was wonderful with excellent ham, service was very good, we enjoyed the sangrias & ushered in a wonderful afternoon

I must say I rated this place as 5🌟 mainly coz if the Management & Amazing hospitality of the staff. They took care of every lil detail on request and even surprised us with their kind gestures.
As for the food at the brunch it wasn’t something I’ll remember however the chef who made my eggs benedict at the live counter made it to perfection 👌🏾

Right from Chinese , continental, southeast Asian , South Indian , Mexican , Italian and ofcource our Desi Indian fare , you have it all .
The ambience is serene , staff is friendly n helpful . The food is delicious, lots of live counters n delectable array of desserts especially the rose and toffee ice cream which is a house specialty.

I booked the buffet for my husband’s b’day today . We had an amazing time! The unlimited sangrias, the yum desserts and the most Amazing mutton biryani was the highlight !! The buffet included complimentary pool access which prolonged our lunch from 2-4 pm. The staff esp Kedar were on their toes to cater to every whim and fancy. Our 8 year old had an awesome time and wants his b day to be celebrated here next year - it was that fun for him ! Though the staff didn’t know it was his bday - we still got some a amazing discount vouchers to their salon and spa !! Woohoo hoo!!

I came here for a dinner and i already had a reservation. Unfortunately the pool was closed and i couldn't cherish the view. The hotel is well lit and the ambience is amazing. Although the AC was cranked up and we were freezing. I ordered the make your own pizza with chicken, prawns, squid and bacon toppings, it was delicious. The base was thin and loaded with cheese. Next on my entree list was the spaghetti pasta, even thst was fantastic. Kudos to the staff for being kind and courteous.

What an incredible experience it was at Glasshouse! Tried their Sunday brunch for the first time. We were devouring their delicious buffet spread from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Bread counter, salad counter, Chinese counter, pizza and pasta counter, gosht ki dukaan, fruit counter, dessert counter, pancakes and crepe counter, ice cream counter and many more!!!
I am very fond of Chinese food and was absolutely delighted by their Chinese spread. Beggar chicken and chilli garlic Oriental fish is a must try for all the Chinese lovers out there!!
We had mushroom and chicken pizza and it was delicious! Also try the garlic cheese bread , it was simple yet tasty.

I am always looking forward to yummy desserts and the buffet did not disappoint us. From fruits, pastries, yogurts, cakes, ice creams to delicious mitthais they had it all.
Everything here is a must try!!

I recently dined at Glasshouse and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a delightful meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout the evening.
The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, every bite was a delightful surprise.
Moreover, the service was impeccable. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. They also accommodated any dietary restrictions we had without hesitation, ensuring everyone had a memorable dining experience.

What's an ideal brunch they say ?
Poolside , crates of desserts , wine flowing , confused souls wandering what to eat due to elaborate spread .
That's exactly what it was at Glass room .
I was impressed by the spread
Starting with my favourites , the Chef had put in lot of thought and effort behind the desserts
From Strawberry profitel to Indian sweets like Kashi katli there was all
The jaamun cheesecake was a unique combination.
Also the stack of cupcakes lying made a very pleasant site .
They had waffles pancakes and yes icecream in waffle cones too . That's not about it ! They also had a cart of fresh fruits . I loved the spread .
They had displayed chowpatty gola and coconut water too .
Also they had selection of wines , cocktails and all
They have a kiddies section too to play while the parents enjoy the meal .
They had hummus peta bread to assorted pastas to pizzas
Oh yes did I mention ? There was fresh juice being churned for you
That's not it , they also had chaat counter .
I know I am using a lot of also but I can't help it as they had so much . Kebabs , Biryanis, starters they had it all .
Not gonna forget to mention the Warm staff and efforts a chef puts behind .
Overall had a beautiful brunch !
I use 3times one is dinner other 2time is morning. it is amazing place for me. taste is good for us and hospitarity is so nice. but when last breakfast , I pick up 1glass for fill orange juice. I found 1insect (small fly?) in the glass so I change this glass to new one.
Food quality and taste was quite nice, had tried Indian vegetarian food there, Desserts at this place I found too good.
The staff behaviour I found quite good and professional. Service was okay.
Overall nice experience there.
Courteous staff ! Tasty food ! Good experience ! Although limited starters , but uniquely crafted salad dishes and fruits like dragon and star , haven't seen them in any 5* restaurant .
Buffet dinner with the hubby. Amazing rich spread of Asian, Mughlai delicacies, salads, desserts, breads, coffee and tea, and juices. Ambience is out of this world, (I live in Sahar, but unlike any other hotel this place has everything that is grand and celebratory)
Hey and you know what's even better, the waiters and chefs are cheerful and seems like they love their job. The good vibes really add to your appetite.

It's inside Hyatt Regency Mumbai. It's one of the most beautiful restaurant that I have ever seen. Whatever you wish that u want to have it, that will be serve in your plate. Chefs are awesome. Food quality is the more than best. Catering service is great. Waiters are helpful and disciplined. U will get right from delicious stomach full lunch to the desserts, cakes till Pani Puri.
