Our go-to for Thai cuisine has to be Nara Thai, truly one of the best restaurants in town with great food & ambience. The place is beautiful and perfect for a weekend brunch. Our recommendations would be: Rak Bua Tord, Satay Gai, Khanom Nung Sai Kraprao Je, Po Phad Karee, the classic Phad Thai and Khao Soy.
In desserts we really enjoyed the Chocolate Crepe Cake and the Thai Tea Panna Cotta.
Papaya Salad should make you cry not literally...
But this place has a feel of Thailand and Thai Cuisine.
Nothing on the menu can go wrong and if your feel you are confused as the staff.They have studied the menu and have some good suggestions.

Another visit to one of my favourite thai restaurant 😍😊So many wonderful flavours that work so wonderfully together. Sweet, salty, spicy, sour, and rich, and in Nara thai anyway fresh, local ingredients are usually used, sending the gustatory experience over the top😍❤️

Went here with my family for birthday celebration. This is our favourite place. Best place for authentic Thai food.
Mr. Surendra served us and he was very genuine and friendly. He served us very well. He suggested us some dishes too.
We had authentic Thai meal. Their quantity is not that great but trust me you’ll love the food. It’s heaven in every bite.
Can’t help but reminisce about this lip-smacking meal at Nara Thai! Their signature curry and rice along with some gluten-free noodles were simply outstanding. However, the icing on the cake was their decadent 7 layer chocolate crepe cake that simply melts in your mouth! Can only hope that the situation normalizes soon so that we can all revisit.
This place never fails to disappoint. Authentic thai food. The morning glory is a good appetiser to start with. The tom kha soup would be my favorite soup. What I liked the most is the Sakoo Piek, which is coconut ice cream with some blue pearl like rice. There is also the coconut ice cream with condiments, although this can get too sweet for some people.

I often struggle finding good kid friendly restaurants for dinner. Nara won my heart for not just allowing kids of all ages but being so cordial towards them! The staff suggested what would suit the baby and it was perfect. She finished half the dish. I’ve forgotten the name of the dish but it was a omelette with chicken. Would definitely visit again.

Visited this place in the afternoon! It was chilling and breezy. The outside sitting just added another star to our experience. To be honest, being vegetarians we could probably see the same dishes that we ordered on other tables as well (the point where we knew, "oh, even the seems to be vegetarian"). It would really be a task to mention the name of these dishes in the this review (pro tip- they have a picture menu :P).
But overall I never had anything list this before. Loved every second spend at this splendid and elegant restaurant. The food, the staff, ambience, everything deserves appreciation.

We ordered one Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken, Veg Khow Suey and Coconut ice cream with various condiments.
The Noodles were cooked to perfection with every strand as separate on its own and combined by the flavour of it all! One of the best ones around.
Khow Suey started as sweet in your mouth but by the time you have eaten it, it leaves a spicy tangy favour in your mouth. The gravy portion is more than that of fried noodles.
The coconut ice cream was absolutely delicious! When you taste the condiments separately ( water chestnut, corn, peanut, sticky rice, coconut jelly) will not taste that great, but mix it with the ice cream and bam! Flavours all the way!

Came out here for a family dinner and the vibe of the whole place was super chill! The outside seating area is just lovely. A first time visit to a much awaited place! It was a long wait to get a table for 7 but quite worth it! Surendra our steward was on his toes and the service was accompanied with a smile at all times! Nara is located right next to Cin Cin. Apart from an indoor seating arrangement, Nara also has an open air seating arrangement. The ambience is great. For starters, we ordered stir friend chicken and cashew nuts in sauce. It was average. For main course, we ordered Pad Thai which was really good. Also, we ordered a dish which had fried betel leaf and a tangy sauce. A good place to catch up with friends and family looking for a fine dining experience.
Came here for a birthday dinner and their food was amazing and authentic! Favorite meal was the minced chicken meat with basil and chilies! Their appetizers were all superb. Most of all, the service was amazing and the waiters were extremely attentive and timely. Definitely worth a visit!

I was here just today and I will start with saying amazing Food!
So these guys have indoor seating , outdoor seating and private seating ; we were hoping for outdoor seating and had no idea that we have to request the seating preference at the time of booking since zomato or the staff did not really ask us for one we had no clue about it hence had to settle indoors. If you would want to enjoy a good winter feel with pleasant songs please opt for outside seating and also do not forget to mention the same during reservations. I wish you played some music indoor too.
So coming to food- It made me feel so peaceful like seriously. My sincere Thank you to the chef because it really made my taste buds dance.
Crab in yellow curry and the rice (flower) recommended by Surendar was just the best combo also quiet new to me. The staff was courteous and attentive. Also the Kafir lime ice cream in our dessert was tasty and unique.

Been goin to Nara often - food is usually great but the Jain green curry was disappointing this time. We were headed towards Yauatcha after attending an exhibition at the MMRDA ground last Monday & took a lst minute decision to dine at Nara since we had eaten previously at Yauatcha in Bangalore . We did not have a table booking it was about 7.35 pm & the hostess graciously offered us a table for one hour. The restaurant is very well done up & manned very well. We ordered a Chicken Nam Jim for the starters & it was a wonderful start to our meal. By then the restaurant got almost full which was amazing for a Monday evening. For the main course we had Chicken Red Curry with Jasmine Rice & a Chicken in Black Pepper. We enjoyed the meal very much & happy to see the quality of Thai Food being served in Mumbai. A very pleasant experience indeed.
Absolutely love Nara thai. My favourite thai in Mumbai, been here several times with different friends and everyones enjoyed it. The fried bettle leaf is worth a try, all the desserts are also delicious.

Was very skeptical to try this place as its very rare to do a good job with Thai cuisine here in India. But they surely didnt let us down!
Nara Thai is a perfect place if you are looking for authentic Thai cuisine. It's a fine dining restaurant. Staff is really courteous & prompt. They have good options for veg food along with tasty non veg Cuisine. We ordered mocktail - Butterfly pea ice tea & cocktail - Sukhothai Fizz. For vegetarian, crispy lotus root & morning Glory is must order. Tom yum soup is lemongrass flavored soup. Veg Phad Thai noodles tasted sweet n spicy. Among all the desserts, mango sticky rice & kaffir lime chocolate bar is a must try.
Nara Thai is located right next to BKC One. The word Nara in Sanskrit means Thai woman. The brand Nara was actually founded by a group of thai women. This place is very beautiful. The staff here is very kind and attentive. As soon as you enter the restaurant you see some beautiful Violets. They serve some very authentic Thai cuisine.

What astounded me post my lunch to see a fully packed house, not just in the restaurant but also in the outdoor seating area of Nara Thai at BKC. Surely this speaks volumes of the love for comfort food being served by this outlet.
The ambience is subtle, minimalistic without any fancy trappings to come strong with the Thai concept. Bookings are purely on reservations, service is quick to ensure table movement is snappier.
On the food and flavour front, their Thai classics are impressive and consistent. Flavours rule without being loaded with the indian spice touch tones.
What we tried:
Chicken satay - Deliciously spiced grilled chicken skewers are perfect with a sweet-and-tangy peanut sauce. Wholesome and perfect.
Larb Gai salad – Outstanding creation. Larb gai is a dish of browned ground chicken, mint, basil and red onions dressed with lime juice and ground red chiles that's popular in the rural sections of Thailand. Mouth-watering and juicy, blend it with the sweet and spicy chili sauce for more drama.
Stir fried chicken and cashew nuts - This dish of tender stir-fried chicken and roasted cashews in garlic sauce tastes just like take-out, only better. Quite filling.
Spicy stir fried noodles with chili and basil – flat rice based noodles, one of the best I have tried in recent times.
Nara coconut ice cream with condiments – Very low on the coconut flavours but you will love the elaborate way in which they serve it to you.
Red wine sangria – Fruity, fun and perfect party punch to sync with the spice flavours of this Thai food menu.
What they could improve on:
1. Pushy floor managers who keep sending the clearing staff to ensure you munch your meals faster than expected. (just noticed, fortunate it didn’t happen with me)
2. Flies around the place.

Thai was our plan and we thought of trying out Nara... The booking was easy through Zomato with a quick confirmation... As we got there,the ambience was very pleasing and gave an Asian feel... We seated ourselves on one of the smaller tables and went on to order their famous Papaya salad which was quite refreshing,crunchy with that tanginess of the lemons and spice from the chilies... We then went on to order their butterfly peas iced tea along with their appetizer with okra which was equally amazing... The okra were crunchy and well seasoned and we absolutely enjoyed them... With a lot of gossip and laughter with gorgeous looking plates of food doing the rounds we went on for our maincourse, we ordered a portion of the Khow Suey, the Thai chili basil rice and Pad Thai Noodles... The fried Thai rice was the best out of the three,with the Pad Thai following on... The rice was absolutely flavorsome and sent me back to Thailand... I was disappointed with the Khow suey as it was sweet and had an overpowering flavor which was unlike the Khow suey I have had at other Thai restaurants,it kind of had a powdery feel... But overall it was a good Thai meal with a beautiful ambience and enthusiastic staff... I however also missed the peanuts which feature a lot in the traditional Thai cuisines back in Thailand... Will definitely want to revisit to try the non-veg options they have to offer...
So we came for quick snack here but we ended up have a full 3 course meal...that place screams awesomeness!!!
We tried gai phad prik (stir fried chicken), phad kee mao ( chilli basil noodles). Last we ordered the dessert chocolate and kaffir lime bar which was the best thing which cannot be missed AT ALL!!

We were served by surendra who recommended some amazing chicken starters and soup... lovely vibe on the outdoor section, the only draw back are the mosquitoes but they provide u with coils which make it better... service was apt... Beautiful ambience coupled with excellent and very attentive service. For starters we had chicken wrapped in pandan leaf. Stir fry mushrooms in black pepper sauce, water chestnuts with cashews were all yummy. The veg khow suey and green Thai curry were also very tasty. Ambience was up to the mark, so was the food - 5/5. We were served by NoorJamal. He was extremely polite - 5/5. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the front desk lady named 'Mehek'. Not only was she super rude, she even insulted one of my colleagues when she was asked to change the seats (which were extremely dirty). Last but not the least, when we asked her to click a picture, she even cropped one person completely. This is not how you behave specially when you are placed as the front face of a fine-dine restaurant. Please look into it, as I was completely disheartened with her attitude.

Went with great expectations but Nara Thai disappointed me a bit. On the plus side , the ambience is good and they have a good choice of music though the volume could have been a bit lower. Interiors are clean and uncluttered .
The Thai passion fruit cocktail had a lovely flavour .
I would definitely recommend the shrimp cakes ( appetizer) . The spicy chicken salad was drowned in the sweet sauce which robbed the flavour of the other ingredients added to it. The bamee noodles with crab meat was flavourful since I added some of the chili sauce.
For dessert, I enjoyed the fresh mango with chocolate and mango sorbet, though I felt the chocolate shell could have been thinner ( it was difficult to cut through it with a spoon) . The Thai tea panacotta is a must try. On the whole it was a good dining experience ☺️

It's a nice place to have dessert. Presentation is excellent and taste was tempting to order
A fine dining place- excellent food - both taste and quality, people taking orders are knowledgeable - adjustments and modifications are made according to the diner's taste. A must visit.
