This is my husband's go to place for some great music, crowd and beer. This is an extremely old place with a very warm owner who is present all the time. The staff too has been there since a very long time and hence are pretty trained. Quick bites are available and you can simply enjoy the beer with some sports on the TV. It's old school pub so bear that in mind though. Over all Greta place.
Have the Kheema and Chilly Chicken with some Tandoori Rotis over a cold glass of draught while listening to some old school rock! Oh and don't forget to add some lime! ;)
A small place but a great vibe! I loved the ambience of this place, and the rock music playlist they had. The drinks were fairly priced, and the snacks were good too. I enjoyed my time here.

The place makes you really feel as if at a Garage!! The whole ambience is High as very common for a lot of foreigners and the music is good. There are less spaces between seats but over all the experience is good.

One of very few places in Mumbai which plays Only Rock Music.. Toto’s has always been a choice to hangout with friends with a similar liking for music. Most of the time you will find regulars here. The place still has the same old good vibes. Always crowded and you may end up waiting to get in.

We had a great time at Toto's. Who is this place for? Anyone who wants to just hang out and chill, loves 80s music and some Coldplay. The bar bites and starters are excellent. Don't miss the Malai cheese chicken Kebabs. We loved the fact that they didn't try to imitate other bars and made burgers and pastas available. They have kept the menu plain and simple which makes sure they deliver.
Do go early if you don't want to stand near the kitchen and drink as it is a small place. But the cramped seating has its distinct charm.
Visit this place for the unique ambience. You have a retro look of a garage with cramped bar stools and classic vehicle models hovering above you. The servers are also in yellow worksuits. The blaring music takes you back to the 80s with hits like Manic Monday, Piano man. The funny experience was Billy Joel s Piano Man playing in the background and resonating with most of the mood at the bar. Couple of classy old guys with their drinks were ruminating the old times.
The food and drinks are pretty affordable. You can try the regulars like Masala peanuts, finger chips, tandoor sausage and a host of drinks. But the place has maintained its unique style across years. Be there for the experience and drown your melancholy in a few pitchers of beer.
Indeed housed in a garage. There’s a volkswagen beetle hanging over the bar. A little cramped but it adds to the distinct character of the bar. Enjoy a pint of beer here while listening to Chumbawamba and Coldplay.
As told by the locals, it is one of best kept secrets of Bandra. Hidden in plain sight, few meters from Janta is this gem. Beautiful ambience and music collection. Sit on the bar stools and have amazing finger food with your poison of choice.

Rock and roll bars are dying in Mumbai. If you're a fan of the Ghetto then you'll love Toto's. It's Bandra's very own altar of Classic Rock music and just no-nonsense drinking. It's almost always packed so you may have to wait for a bit or just bide your time at a standing table. The alcohol is quite reasonable and service is fantastic. The servers have been here for several decades and know exactly how it's done. Food options are limited here, especially for vegwtarians. There's the usual paneer tikka and French fries and crispies. But non-vegetarians have quite a few options. You'll meet some really interesting people here. Also a popular hangout for expats. Decor is very grunge and classic.
This place needs no introduction. It's a next door bar with some amazing food on their menu. Everytime Ullu hops over to Bombay this is a must go place for decades.

Few places have their charm just by being there with nothing being changed. This place gave me a vintage feeling. It has loud music and dim light but that's what gave me the garage vibe here and I found it really cool!
Food quality is debatable but I would like to go here just for that 80s' vibe to chill with my friends!
Another good place to order north indian food in faridabad is this place. Whenever you order and whatever you order they serve the best. Trust me. Im a big time fan of their creamy drums of heaven and rara chicken. And Kadai Chicken in veg main course is too good. Loved it completely. Will be ordering soon again
This place is always great fun. The only downside is that its too small. I’ve been going to totos for so long but i tried their green chilly kebab for tge first time and its amazing if you like super spicy food. I wrnt there twice this week, the second time around I went for the kebab.
TOTOS one of the oldest and best place where you can have some good drinks with delicious food in Bandra. They still play the amazing Rock and Retro Music also they have an amazing decor. The place is mostly occupied with seating. They have full bar available there. Visited here few days back with some friends since we were starving for some good food and drinks. I enjoyed some of their delicious dishes:
Tandoori Baby Corn: Perfectly cooked and loved it's good taste.
Veg Footlong : It was presented in an old style
Chicken Malai Kabab with Cheese: Full load with meat slices and cheese.
. The staff was really polite and humble. They Served us professionally would surely visit again.
The most friendly iconic bar since 1992. Have been going there since ages. Just rocking food great prices and lovely ambience. The aloo parantha and schezwan fingers are awesome. The draught beer is fresh as always.

One of the most iconic bars in the city run by real passion. The decor hasn’t changed a bit since I was a kid and the still have a Volkswagen Beelte hanging over the bar. The alcohol is priced decently and they have all the well known beer snacks. It become even smaller since the road widening but the place continues remaining iconic!
Let's go back to the era of rock n roll baby. The place is an absolute madness. The interiors are of a garage and the staff is dressed up like mechanics in dungarees. The alcohol & food are both pocket friendly. If you're an old school guy, then just put on your shorts and slippers and crash at toto's. A great place to meet n chill with your old friends or chuddy buddies. A must if you're hanging around in bandra.
Even though I couldn't sample the food, the sheer vibe of this place felt like being in the 1980's. The wonderfully eclectic Neon red glow dominating vibe of this place made us feel like we've truly arrived at the coolest place in town. I've heard so much about this cool - old school bar. If only they had a pool table & pinball machine, this place would be PERFECT! I've heard things about their Keema Pav & Chilli Chicken from many veterans of Bandra. Safe to say that I am very excited to go back here again & order a stiff drink with some meat. A cool place & a cool owner & mind you (never ask him if you can shoot a movie at the pub!). Haha! This place should stay exactly as it is till the end of time.

This place is a garage themed pub started by a bunch of friends who have grown old with this place and the man behind the bar Mr. Pandey ji who manages your bills with smile and good gestures while the bartenders make sure you enjoy every sip of your drink. The place is usually packed with some familiar faces of you keep going often as I do. The Food is excellent specially mushroom cheese and meatballs. Price is very reasonable compared to the size of the portions. The best thing I like about this place is the vibe here it makes you feel that you belong here. A small tip enjoy this place i have been doing it for almost 8 years now its a must for me if I come Mumbai I gotta go.

One of the only places that plays Rock! Drinks are fairly priced. The food is pretty decent. Don't miss the thai chicken..its like chicken pakodas..perfect with a beer! Been going to Totos for almost 15 years! Its definitely a place to visit.
Toto's plays a good music set. Ideal for having drinks and chatting. Wouldn't recommend the food though. On the whole the place is decent and can act as a good starter to more elaborate evening plans.

One of the oldest joints I'm bandra, Toto's Garage has been a regular joint for many many people all these years ! Interiors haven't changed one bit for the last 8/9 years I've been going there ! Food menu remains the same as well ! It's a no non sense place, with great rock music and good food !

Toto's is a small neighbourhood place which experiences a lot of people everyday either its a weekday or weekend.
I have been there 3-4 times now and must say that it's a quite happening place. In my three visits I have just tried food once that is Saute Chicken. It was quite wonderful.
The staff is quite attentive and keeps your glass filled, every time you make it empty. Smoking area is just outside the bar.
You will see a lot of same people everytime you visit, being a neighbourhood bar. Great place to be at if you just want to visit comfortably somewhere.
This place is one of the iconic pubs of Bombay. It plays great Rick music and the has a great vide. The pub has lost some space and is small yet would say don't go by the size but just give a try and it will keep you back. Loved to be back here after a long time .

This is really a garage with a Volkswagen Beetle hanging on top of the bar. Very small and stuffy place but drinks are at cheaper rates compared to other places on Pali hill. We ordered fried chicken sausages - it was horrible - better ti concentrate on the alcohol or go by the server's suggestions if you want to eat.
Amazing ambience, music was good(blast from the past 90's) a place to spend crazy time wid close friends over a couple of 🍻... must try sausages wid fried shallots, chicken and cheese omelette! yum!!yum....

Its a reasonably priced bar with good food, music, crowd and friendly staff. We had ordered pitcher for all of us and veg and non veg platters for starters. Everything tasted good and was served quickly.

Reasonably priced, grunge yet funky ambience, I like the cosiness of the place. The dim lighting just accentuates the whole feel. The food is actually quite finger licking too!

One of the oldest pub bar lounges in Bandra. Totos has a comforting feel to it. Its small and sitting is decent with great food . I love the keema pav there (main reason of visiting Totos) Also their Music . Rest Choice of drinks is pretty average.

Ordered KF Draught tower and pitcher for drinks.. For food, we ordered masala peanuts, chicken chilly, chicken Lollipop and kheema pav.. Taste was good.. Ambience was really unique.. stafffers dressed as mechanic too..

Reasonably priced, small but selectively stocked bar, good bar food. This is unreal.
Even before I put pen to paper, I cradled my first beer all those years ago on a nervous pubescent date. Nothing materialized from it, however the love for the beetle on the roof that kept me coming back time and time again. A great place to unwind after a long day at work with friends and knock back a few. The staff around are due for long time service awards. They just keep getting better and friendlier as the year go by. A must visit for one and all visiting mumbai. The chicken tikka was good with a whiskey pairing.
So ppl I knew in Mumbai raved bout this place... And when I finally visited it I knew why... It takes me back to the best places in Bangalore... Purple haze or styx or guzzlers...
Rock music, great beer decent food, and nice service. Was lucky to meet the manager (if u see a dude with shades on... Thats him!!) a sweetheart... This place is over 20 years old... And am sure will never go out of fashion.

Toto's garage was one of my favourite places to go when I still lived in Mumbai. I miss going to Toto's. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Toto's is one of those iconic watering holes of the city: a Bandra mainstay that used to be known for its regular crowd and cheap alcohol.
We'll, the crowd's still there and decent too. However, the alcohol isn't cheap anymore. Think INR 200 for a beer without taxes and INR 250 for a 30ml of decent IMFL.
The ambience is cramped with a car above the bar, guessing it goes with the whole garage theme! The place tends to get quite packed and is throbbing with drunken chatter on weekends.
The service is fabulous and the mechanic inspired dress sense adds a twist of a hilarity.
We ordered the sausage platter and chilly chicken for food. The sausage was great but the star of the night was the chilly chicken! Perfectly cooked and tender chicken in just the perfectly spicy chindian sauces. YUM! Give me Chindian any day!

This is an old Bandra joint. Peanut chat is nice. Homemade style bhurji pav and mixed pakoras. Best snack for evening with beer after a long day at work.
It's been 15 years and I still come back to this little corner of bandra true to its rock music and chilled beers . Yes it isn't as smoky as it used to be but nothing much has changed ... sometimes you like things just the way they were when you grew up .
The other unique thing here is the range of customers all from their teens to the fifties are seen chatting , laughing and enjoying every moment of their toto's evening .
Food : they donot experiments with your pallets. They serve you all you need with fresh beer , and that's good . Ask for the chicken and cheese omelette and some chicken on a wire mesh .

This has to be one of the landmark places in Bandra! Right from its logo outside to the fantastic music they play, you will never have a dull time here. Although the place is a bit small. Toto’s doesn’t has too many main course options. It has great options for starters as it is majorly a place to drink. You will love the non veg chinese and tandoori starters, we’ve tried the sheikh kebabs, chilly chicken etc. to go with the alcohol! The prices are very reasonable for a place in Bandra. You will also meet the owner of the place when you go there at night, he is a fun guy to have a conversation with. You shouldn’t miss this place if you are in Bandra!
I remember heading there after a very long time. The prices are still the same and so is the staff. It's one of the oldest pubs around the city and gives you the BOMBAY feel. The stories of the bartender's and regulars are worth hearing, if you just want to have a random conversation this is the place to be.
The moment I walked into Toto's garage, I immediately got time travelling to my good days in Pune where we used to spend time in Toonz... The ambience and the music was exactly the same.
Elderly yet courteous staff is something I noticed here and the crowd too seems to have been coming here for years together thus defining what it means to be in a 'pub' in its true spirit.
We ordered for a round of beers and captain Morgan. Came at lighting speed with some finger bites (the usual French fries, peanut masala etc) that we had asked for. Service is quick. No complaints around the food as well. And cheap too.
Has got the rustic touch with number plates and car bonnets and bumpers hanging from here n there. Good stuff. Definitely would have been home pub had I been staying somewhere close. But I'm definitely going back.

Toto’s Garage is a landmark in Bandra, located at Pali Naka (Junction). Long before the advent of theme restaurants in Mumbai, Toto’s debuted in the late eighties / early nineties. As the name suggests, it is designed along the lines of an auto garage. The wait staff wears orange overhauls, the floor is heavy duty metal and there are enough collectibles to complete the auto garage aura. License plates, hub caps, front grills and also a cut out of an old VW Beetle, I think, that is suspended from the ceiling. Music blares and is jockeyed by someone in the makeshift studio located in the cut out Maruti van. Not that it matters, but the DJ does not accept music requests - love the attitude. The space is quite cramped but still manages to include a bar area and regular seating. The fact that this establishment has survived for so long despite the severe competition in recent times should speak for itself.
For the uninitiated, the place gets real crowded on weekends; so, do not expect to walk in on those days without a long wait. The cramped place and the crowds do not make for the best combination on the weekends. Other than that, mid-week is a good time to check out the place for a first visit. Should you be bold enough to make a weekend visit, have no fear, there are security personnel (bouncers?) to regulate the crowds.
Once in, the wait staff is quite attentive; waste no time to order your beverage. My top preference would be a chilled beer. On more than one occasion, I have found the draft beer to be a bit flat; my suggestion would be to go for the bottled pints of cheer. Lighting is not the best, so checking out the menu, which is all of one page, is an effort unless you are a perfect 20:20. The menu is very uncomplicated, though, and comprises mainly pub food. They have both vegetarian and (lots of) non-vegetarian options, spread between Chinese (?) and Indian cuisines. We ordered the beer in those unmistakable Dutch green bottles; for appetizers we ordered the Chicken Footlong and Mutton Kheema. As I mentioned, the items on the menu are primarily pub fare so after the first round of appetizers, we had various forms of kebobs. The beer hit the spot and it kept our spirits high. Both appetizers were good. Chicken Footlong is a misnomer, it is neither chunks of chicken nor is it a foot long. I can best describe it as a kind of double French toast with a chicken filling and coated on the outside with sesame seeds and served as cut strips. Going past the descriptor, it is a veritable appetizer. The Mutton Kheema was also good; served with the Mumbai pao; what was unique about the Kheema was the chunks of corned mutton. It was a bit spicy for my liking but the general opinion was that it was just right. The kebobs were great, the chicken malai kebob clearly deserves special mention.
This place is a “must visit”, at least once, if nothing, for the experience. Service is spotty but overall good, ambiance is unique, pricing is not a bargain but not outrageous and the food is reasonably good or at least as best as pub food gets.
What started out as a small idea of a local garage converted into a cheap and cheery drinking hole and got very famous with the media and advertising industry still is a hit with them and they have always been known to serve affordable food and drinks
If you're having beers and that LIIT they would surely recommend the local Bombay peanuts spiced up with masala, onions, cucumber and more and it's a must have here!

Totos, one of the oldest bars in Bandra continues to be a favourite among the present youth as well. The music is amazing. Right from the 60's they have all sorts of genres of music. The ambience is like an American garage with cars hanging on the top. They have an omni above the bar. The drinks are well made specially their Long Island iced tea and mojitos. They're wire mesh chicken and masala peanuts are really good. Also the the chicken lollipop and kebabs are yummy. A must visit to grab a drink or more with good snacks and amazing music. Trust me the service continues to be consistent.
Ace for or a quick early evening drink and bite over a conversation. Post 8 pm tough to get a table and manage hearing what the other person is saying but then again that's not always a bad thing. Music is a trip down memory lane :)

Went with friends and loved it mostly cause we walked in dressed casually and it was packed, got a table luckily and had some drinks and snacks. It's a great place to hang out. Surprisingly you see a lot of middle age folks hanging out and enjoying the 70s and 80s rock music. It's a great everyday rock bar with a super ambience and a touch bit pricey menu. Clearly one of the places that have stood the test of time and events like COVID. It still stands out.
I no longer live in Mumbai, but Totos is always a must visit when I am there. The atmosphere is great, I love their 70s/80s playlist, and their chilli prawns are a must-have snack. Over the years I have always been recognised and welcomed as a regular. Totos is always a busy but happy place with a good mix of local Bandra people and visitors from all over the world.
I have been quenching my thirst since my early 20s… that’s a lot of beer, good food and awesome crew. Love the ambience, the music and most of all the unique interiors. Please don’t change! Toto’s is a sight for sore eyes, nostalgic hearts and of course rock thirsty beer drinking fanatics.
This place is a vibe and a half! Amazing crowd, amazing team and the owner was a sweetheart. You most likely won't get a place to sit but it's still worth it!
Very good vibes esp the indoor seating. Very small place though, gets crowded on weekends and in the night. Better to go early to get seats.
Good service and food.
Try the Tandoori chicken lollipop, french fries, honey chilli fries... Didn't like the Afghan chicken though.

Very cute spot , but a little too cramped for the hype. The staff are super attentive and very quick, really really appreciate that.
Found the place a little too expensive for whats offered, probably wont be back being a frequent drinker haha. But if you haven't been there yet, pay them a visit, the aesthetics just might suit your taste!
This is one of the best places in Bandra to hangout and chill with your gang! Its a small cozy place where you will find amazing food!! Hats off to the chef 👍👍 best items to try-- Potato Fingers, Chicken lollypop and tandoori chicken with chilled beer!!
My favourite pub in Mumbai!! Good old memories of staying in Bandra and walking to this place on a regular basis. This time around it has been more than 5 years since I visited this place or more! There is an open area out front and is a nice touch! Inside remains the same and glad they did that! Beer was good! Food was good! Most importantly the music - I was attracted to this place for music! Coming from Bangalore we need Rock / Metal while having a drink - and they have the best of it playing! It was a weekday and it was relatively packed and we did enjoy ourselves ❤️
What I liked about the place is that the music wasn't blasting and one can have conversations. I was told that as the night progresses, the volume increases. Well we were lucky. We loved it while the music was at a decent volume.
Well if you're looking for a chill vibe .place where you get a low-key crowd with the awesome ambience of those old times. You must visit this place. The drinks are nominal. Even the crowd seems really good. Could be a good pre booze place as well
Unlike any other place and my favourite spot in Bombay. Great music, great service, great interiors, great ambiance, great food, and always a great experience overall. A must visit when youre in the area! Cant wait to come back again. Theres something for everyone here.

Food is extremely average and the place is crowded and noisy but you have to be here to understand the charm. People are welcoming and warm. Will be back.
A small buy cozy place to have some food and drinks. Most importantly they won't levy any further service charge extra on the bill. Good rock music to enjoy while having something. The staffs are very cordial. Liked the garage theme and ambience with vintage automobile parts.
Great place to hang, food and drinks are great, but it's pretty small and often over crowded.
The outer sitting area is awesome, can enjoy nice evening if you go early.
When in Mumbai, Toto's Garage is a must. For its great food, super chilled beer and amazing 80s-90s atmosphere. Been visiting since 2008. Its awesome staff can sometimes be a bit hard to catch due to being super busy. Be nice and patient. It's a genuine time capsule. Just love it.
