Living up to its name, Gymkhana 91 reminds you of the charm of traditional gymkhanas and take things higher by the contemporary touch. The decor and the ambience is cozy during the day and transforms into this lively space as the evening begins.
The food is absolutely delectable - specially love the Russian cutlets, the veg tarts, the seekh paratha, the pork bao, sri lankan curry, the list is as vast as their menu. This is also a great place for those looking to experiment with their drinks - The Rustom Nu Soda is a personal favorite!

Been here just yesterday and all I can say that it's a very nice place for food and good times with family and friends. The seating is so very comfortable that you can enjoy your food and sit along for long time as well. The staff is very warm and the service is quick. The ambience is very peaceful and gives a positive vibe.
About the food. It's really good sorted menu. With various options for veg and non-veg. The portions are small, yes. But it gives us space for having variety. The price is as per the standard of other restaurants around. Mutton curry was really a bliss. Also the Thus pav was a repeat. Would love to visit again. Happy tummy!

Theyr roast pork belly is to diet for...perfectly balanced flavors and the softness of the meat was absolutely delectable. Tried the smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers....20 on 10...absolute hit...tho wud love each bite size to b a tad bit bigger...over all....super place...super music and lipsmacking food. :)

Ordered Veg Schezwan Fried Rice which was just delicious. Rice tossed in some flavorful spicy sauces with lots of fresh exotic vegetables. Just loved it.

Few days back I ordered from Gymkhana 91, Lower Parel. Overall we had a great experience.The dishes reached on time and everything was well packaged. All the dishes were very tasty. I had earlier tried few dishes from here earlier as well and it's really very good.
They have always been very consistent with the quality and taste of all of their dishes. This time I tired some of their vegetarian dishes for a change and really enjoyed the food.

Exotic vegetable in spiced black bean sauce - 9/10

We love Gymkhana 91 and have always dined here and this time we ordered few dishes online.
The delivery was on time and the packaging was well done.
Especially loved the taste of mushroom with black pepper sauce and the Biryani.
Really liked the fact that all the dressings were given in different containers for Khow Suey.

• Korean style Silken tofu –
Soft tofu perfectly marinated and tossed in Korean sauce and prepared to perfection. By looks of it I thought it would be same as paneer chilli or paneer schzwn. But I was completely wrong it is different as soon as I ate first piece of tofu, it was so soft and the flavors were so vibrant and yet distingtive, I simply loved the dish.
• Crispy Asparagus Sushi –
Sushi is my Love, I always love sushi and its my go to food. But was very skeptical of ordering Veg sushi as I have only tried once and I absolutely did not loved it. The preparation was so good that I fell in love these Veg ones and just can’t imagine how good their Non-veg can be. Can’t wait to order again.
• Nasi Goreng Indonesian Fried rice with vegetables –
Dish ordered of shire many recommendations, many friends of mine had asked to me taste Nasi Goreng because they loved it. It was so hyped within my friend circle that it was in my bucket list. So I ordered the same and cam to know why it is so loved dish among my circle. I really don’t have any words to describe the dish, I can just say now benchmark has been set and I will comparing every time I have with this one. Dish is well prepared in Indonesian style, it has its sweetness, its right amount of spiciness all are brought together and a perfect combination appread.
• Crystal Veg dim sums –
Who doesn’t love dim sums , and when they are soft tender and crystal clear with perfect thin layer of clear coat over vegetables. They were just made to perfection, which a every dim sum lover will love.

This is one of my favorite place in town and happy that they are serving delivery now so I can indulge my favorite food.

So the packaging of the food is perfect and they are taking all the precautions in this situation. So I ordered following dishes.

1 Kuber Kulcha - The cheese stuffed kulcha are my favorite starters from them and they are flavourful. Love it. Definetly try it.

2 Rock Corn Tempura With Schezwan Drizzle - So this is the corn bhajiyas with the Schezwan sauce in simple terms. The tempura was little bit wet but it taste good.

3 Prawns in Oyster Chilli Sauce - Prawns lovers you should definitely try this one. It's awesome.

4. Lajawab Shahi Paneer with cheese garlic Naan - Simple yet tasty dishes. The paneer is soft and tender and it was flavourful.

5. Korean Pot Rice - They are serving awesome continental dishes and this is one of them. The rice is so amazing and I love the flavours of it. Must try.

Overall they are serving the best dishes of them and if you are craving some outside food you should definitely try them. You will not disappoint for sure.

We decided to call for some dishes from here
First of all their packaging was very good with all safety kept in mind , Now talking about the food it was lipsmacking we called for few Starters that is Chicken Tandoori Lollipop which was so well marinated and Juicy that we loved it , also we called for Chicken Dum Kebab one of the finest starters I had in a while , while it's was aromatic the taste was equally amazing too , a must recommended starter here, Now for Main Course we ordered Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice which was absolutely lovely and also a must have and lastly we called for Coriander Pot Noodles one of their best sellers in the menu, to be honest it totally justified it and the taste was very unique with goodness of veggies and coriander
Overall this is a place is heaven for nonveg lover's and you should definitely add to your bucket list of places

Veg Green Thai Curry: The texture is great with zucchini and brocolli added, this coconut based curry is all time favorite for my wife.
Burmese Khow Suey: Another coconut base Red asian delight from the kitchen served with noodles and so many toppings (checkout the pic) -Toppings like peas, lemon, fried garlic,fried onion, spring onion and fried noodles. Glad to explore this Asian Menu.

Have relished food from Gymkhana 91 reataurant on a regular basis in pre covid times , so decided to call for the food from there. It was a seamless experience and the whole process was very smooth. The packaging was perfect, spill proof and was packed very hygienically. As a standard procedure the temperatures of the food associated persons were written on the top of the packaging. I had ordered the following :
1) Jain Kuber Kulcha (5/5 have been my favourate over the years and loved the cheese filling in the kulcha. Must have in veg variety )
2) Jain paneer lazeez (5/5 perfect marinated chunks of tandoori paneer )
3) Jain Paneer chilli ( 5/5 paneer in soya sauce... Can never go wrong with this selection... Loved the paneer out here )
4) Jain paneer lajawab masala (5/5 not to spicy paneer sabji with a huge quantity... Can easily serve 3 people )
Overall a great experience and loved the fact that the taste and quality of their food has not changed in the delivery option.... Do miss the ambience at their restaurant but atleast my food tasting wishes have been taken care of... See you soon once the lockdown ends ..
Gymkhana 91 Bar and Kitchen is always on my list of favourite places to savour delicious food, so we decided to order food from here knowing that every dish we get would be absolutely yummy.
The food was very well packed and hygiene standards were maintained.
Here's what we ordered:
1. CHICKEN & SHITAKE MUSHROOM BIBAMBAP: Loved the taste of the exotic veggies and the chicken pieces. A classic Oriental gourmet cuisine with well rounded spices and generous amount of mushrooms and veggies. A must have here.
2. HYDERABADI CHICKEN BIRYANI: This biryani was really amazing. Boneless pieces of chicken with an aromatic rice. Enjoyed every morsel of this. Highly recommended.
3. KOREAN CHICKEN POT RICE: Absolutely loved the curried rice with exotic steamed veggies and boneless chicken pieces. Truly a hearty and satisfying meal.

Was browsing through Zomato and came across this place which by the name sounds fascinating and hence decided to go through its menu and it was extensive. The next thing I was building my cart and let me take you through my experience.
1 Paneer Lazeez: Start has to be with a starter and Paneer is always the go-to-dish for us Vegetarians. It turned out to be awesome as it was perfectly marinated and creamy. Paneer was tender soft, 6 thick cubes of marinated Paneer blended with Capsicums & Onions, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👌👌👌
2. Schezwan Combo Rice: Best of the lot, Chinese is my all time favorite and this was fabulous. The quality of rice was truly elegant and so perfectly cooked and blended with gravy with lot of veggies- beans, carrots, onions, spring onions, gherkins and Cucumber . The best taste and satisfaction achieved after a very long time having Schezwan Rice, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💥💥💥💥💥
3 Subz Vilayat Dum Biryani: Biryani with fragrant rice , sauted onions on top, Masala blend was perfect and moderate veggies but delicious to give you that cherishable experience. The innovative piece here was use of Gherkins, loved that part HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 💥💥💥💥
4 Paneer Achari Tikka Roll : Very good stuffing with enormous amounts of Cottage Cheese and Achari enough to give you an Umm experience,

Paneer Tikka Biryani, comes with a massive quantity enough for 2-3 people. Super tasty and yummy! Lajawab Shahi Paneer is surely a must try! Loved having north Indian meal after sooo many days!

Gymkhana 91 Bar & Kitchen is a restaurant situated in Lower Parel. With the weekend just upon us, we were craving for some delicious, lip-smacking food and having heard so much about this restaurant, we decided to order in.
Their menu consists of an eclectic array of dishes that fall under various cuisines, namely, Modern Indian, Japanese, Thai, Burmese and Chinese to choose from, which certainly leaves you spoilt for choice.
During this current pandemic, hygiene and safety is of utmost priority. Well, I must highlight the fact that the food from Gymkhana 91 Bar & Kitchen was neatly packed and the restaurant had certainly taken steps to ensure that the food is safe and hygienic. Our order arrived on time and the aroma of the food was mind-blowing, and oh well, we just couldn’t wait to dig in.
Here’s the brief of our meal:
1) Burmese Khow Suey With Chicken Fillets – An aromatic, flavour-packed curry made up of ground spices, coconut milk, veggies and tender chicken pieces. It came along with noodles and was served along with 7 condiments – chopped green chillies and wedges of lime, crispy fried garlic, fried onions, sliced spring onions, crushed peanuts, boiled egg and crispy noodles. This curry was absolute comfort food and my absolute all-time favourite! Love the fact that the coconut milk added to the subtlety of the curry perfectly. This curry is a MUST-ORDER and is certainly worth every penny. Highly, highly recommended.
2) Sri Lankan Chicken Sambal Curry – A fragrant curry made up of tamarind, curry leaves and a chilly paste. The Sambal curry also had a lovely subtle hit from the coconut milk and was served along with exotic veggies and pieces of chicken. Definitely another dish that is soulful and a complete delight to the palate. Highly recommended.
3) Chicken Mussalam Masala – A rich, thick and delicious traditional orange Mughlai Chicken curry which comprised of pieces of chicken as well as chicken kheema, and best enjoyed with a naan, roti or rice. Tasted good.
On the whole, this meal certainly was a great start to our weekend and we were happy with the delicious, tasty food as well as the portion sizes. Certainly a great place to order food from as the food is not only delicious but also safe and hygienic. Will definitely order again!

Gymkhana 91 is one of our most favourite restaurant since the time we had visited it for a dine in experience.
Due to Pandemic we had not been able to visit mor ordered food from outside . However we are aware of high standards of this restaurant and thus decided to give a try to their delivery menu .
We are more than happy to receive great quality food from them. The packaging was perfect and food was warm while it reached us.
The best part of all is that the taste of dine in experience is maintained cent percent even in delivery . We loved their Srilankan Sambal Curry which is definitely not to be missed whenever you place order from here . Lajawab Shahi Paneer is a wonderful gravy preparation . Lastly Schezuan Noodles were super tasty and spicy just the way we expected .

In the pandemic 1st time thought of having some yummy food was craving for a Thai curry. N we all know the best ever Thai curry we get is in here 😋😍 Did a Self pickup from the restro felt more better. The packaging was perfect and no spill outs.

2) Lajawaab Shahi Paneer :- Small Cottage cheese cubes tossed in creamy tomato gravy. I really loved the taste nt a spicy dish but each bite gives you a delightful experience that’s sure.
Overall a wonderful experience I can surely say ordering from her is 100% Safe n reliable n the food is just best.

It’s one of my favourite places that I always wanted to try and finally I did. I’m extremely happy with their food especially Burmese Chicken Khowsuey, it was just yumm. Loved every bit of it. The gravy was amazing and the all the condiments were nicely packed in separate mini containers. It was soo easy to eat and loved every bite of it.
The Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice was again delicious. Nicely cooked and served wit extra schezwan chutney. They even gave fried noodles separately, which is a very important detail that is often missed by delivery restaurants.
The food was delivered on time and packed properly in solid black containers.
We finally decided to order food in this lockdown. After some discussion and debate, we all settled to call for some food from Gymkhana 91. I had fantastic time few months back when I could personally visit the outlet. Packaging was good, delivered in paper bags. Food was reasonably warm when delivered.
We just called for some starters since dinner was mad at home. We called for Kuber Kulcha (personal favourite), Veg Spring Rolls and Kung Pao Potato.
You can never go wrong if you order Kuber Kulcha, mini kulchas stuffed with cheese, garlic and chillies comes with green chutney. Also really liked their Kung Pao Potatoes tossed in Kung Pao sauce and veggies. It was special to finally get back to new normal times and order food from outside. Would recommend all to try Gymkhana 91 for their safety and hygiene standards as well.

I turned to Gymkhana 91 Bar & Kitchen to relieve myself off cooking duties at home on Sunday. The food was well packaged and remained intact and warm on its journey to my house.
We ordered three dishes –
Lajawabi Shahi Paneer: Absolutely loved the Lajawabi Shahi Paneer – the texture on the gravy was perfect and the pieces of paneer melted in my mouth (just the way it should be). It wasn’t spicy at all and the quantity was fantastic.
Sri Lankan Sambal Chicken Curry – I didn’t know what to expect with this dish but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The pieces of Chicken were tender while the vegetables blended in well. This dish was the best one we had and I do recommend it for anyone that likes veggies along with their protein.
Chicken Dum Kebab – Most kebabs you order tend to feature either too much masala or too little, but gladly, the chefs at Gymkhana 91 Bar & Kitchen found the perfect mix over here. Succulent, soft and extremely delicious, I know what I’m ordering from there again.
Overall, a great Sunday lunch at home with the folks and I’m definitely ordering from here again.

I was craving to eat delicious food from one of my favourite place Gymkhana 91.
The delivery was on time and the food i ordered were the following
1. Veg burnt chilli garlic fried rice: It is my favourite,had a perfect blend of spices and was cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend to you all
2. Veg lohori: The gravy prepration of lohori was amazing.
3. Veg spring roll: This is my all time favourite dish. It was little bit bland of veggies and i liked it.
The food was really very tasty and warm at the time of delivery.

Gymkhana 91 is one of my favourite restaurant for dining and when I came to know that they are delivering now with proper safety measures I couldn't control myself and ended up ordering. The packaging was decent nicely packed in a paper bag and other bag to keep the paper bag safe as well. The quantity was good and quality was extremely amazing.
Ordered my favourites and the one I would recommend to all.
•Lajawab Shahi paneer - Not much of a paneer fan but this one was breathtaking. The paneer was soft and definitely delicious.
•Butter chicken - Butter chicken was definitely full of flavours. Cant miss this on any cost.
•Fish in chilly basil - This one's spicy but all worth. The fish is soft not overcooked with nice flavours. I really loved this one.
I ordered from here recently for my dad's birthday. The food was on point too delicious. The delivery was quick with proper care was taken so you can go for it without thinking twice. They have a extensive menu too.
What I had :
Paneer Lazeez : A bit cheesy with a slight taste of Achari Tikka. Cubes were too soft and the marination was done perfectly. Amazing one to start with if you having restaurant food after a long time.
Veg Burnt Chilli Garlic Rice : I ate Chinese after a very very long time. And guess what ? It didn't disappoint me at all. Everything was so perfect here. Would like to order again and highly recommended.
Paneer Tikka Biryani : It should have been more spicy. Paneer was top notch. What's better than to end your meal with a Biryani !

I was craving Butter chicken so I decided to order it. Along with that I ordered veg red thai curry and chicken tikka biryani.
Chicken tikka biryani was good in quantity and tasty. Aromatic basmati rice with chicken pieces. Perfect.
Veg red thai curry was heaven. Perfect mixture of coconut milk, thai spices and veggies. Red thai curry is a must try. You cannot miss eating this.
Butter chicken was a big hit. Buttery and thick gravy with soft chicken pieces and the flavour of kasuri methi. What else do we need? I’m sure I’ll be ordering butter chicken again and again.
The delivery was on time. Packaging was proper. Quantity of was good. And they use best quality of veggies and spices to make food.

Ordered dinner from this place yesterday.
1. Mushroom Tossed in black pepper sauce: Really loved this one. These were Manchurian sort of mushrooms which were really delicious.
2. Veg burnt chilli garlic fried rice : This was like a classic fried rice. This could've tasted better with some chinese gravy. The plain rice didn't taste bad though, it was pretty decent.
3. Paneer makhani biryani : Really loved this! The gravy was creamy and really delicious. A must try biryani.
Ordering from here is absolutely safe, atleast I felt that.
Without hesitation you can go for it!
Was craving to eat delicious food from one of my favourite places Gymkhana 91 , hence decided to do a self pick up. As you can see the restaurant took utmost care by mentioning the Chefs name and temperature of who cooked my food and then who handled my food. That really put me at ease as it is the need of the hour.
Coming to the food:
I ordered for a portion of Veg Crystal Dimsums , a portion of Corriander Pot Noodles and a portion of Paneer Tikka Biryani . The Dimsums (all 6 pieces) were gone in less than 10 secs and were absolutely amazing. Came with a selection of 4 sauces. And the sauces were lip smacking too. The Corriander pot noodles were extremely tasty however they could watch out the oil a bit. The Paneer Tikka Biryani was as always really good.
Overall an amazing experience. Waiting for them to open soon so that I can go with family and dine there again.

I was looking to order food at my office from a nearby restaurant that provides maximum safety and care. I found Gymkhana 91 and since I had already visited the restaurant once and loved the food. I decided to order some food from Gymkhana 91.
The package delivered was in a paper bag and with a list of thermal readings of the chef, packer and delivery person. They also sent me a small poem and message which was really good to see.
The delivery was on time and the food I ordered were the following:
1) Murg Mussalam: Its a traditional Mughlai gravy with cooked boneless chicken pieces in the thick orange gravy. It was mildly spiced and delicious with Chicken Kheema also in it with the other big pieces of chicken. Best enjoyed with a Roti or Chapati. Rate it 5/5
2) Srilankan Sambal curry: This is a coconut milk based curry thats again mildly spiced and tastes best with steamed rice. It's got chicken pieces with asian veggies like zucchini. It tasted decent and enjoyable. Would have loved a better kick of Sambal and also if it would be a bit more rich in the spice blend. Rate it 4.5/5
3) Chicken Khow Suey: Served along with 7 accompaniments this is a mildly spiced thick broth of coconut cream and spices. I totally loved the balance of flavours. Everything was perfect. The accompaniments were fried onion, garlic, noodles, chopped chillies and spring onion greens, crushed peanuts, wedges of lime and a boiled egg. The amalgamation of all these ingredients with the cooked noodles and broth was just amazing. I would definitely recommend this dish. Rate it 5/5
Overall I was very happy with the quality of food and the taste it promises to deliver. Also loved the care they have put into making sure the food delivered is safe for its customers. Loved the packaging and the message.

They serves Modern Indian, Asian and Continental cuisine. I have ordered few items for lunch, food was delivered safely with proper packings.
My order was Veg Lahori Masala, Cheese Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken Briyani. The gravy preparation of Lahori Masala was amazing. I enjoyed having it with Cheese Garlic Naan.
Butter Chicken Briyani was made very nicely. I liked taste of butter chicken biryani, it was made brillantly. Next time I'm planning to go for asian & burmese dishes

Just ordered Kung Pao potato last night,let me tell you guys it was so delicious and tasty. The spices were blended perfectly and had a great taste.

One of the best places to have amazing food experience, when I came to know they have started the food delivery process I was quite happy. I was bit concerned with packaging but when the food arrived it was packed with utmost precautions and proper sanitization measures were taken.
Talking about the food, I had ordered Chicken Musallam masala, Sweet creamy gravy with finely cooked tandoori chicken pieces was a perfect combo to hog on.
The chicken tikka biryani was my favourite, had a perfect blend of spices and was cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend to you all.
Overall had an amazing experience here and would highly recommend you to give it a try and don't worry about the packaging as they are doing a fantastic job to keep us safe!
Gymkhana has always been my favourite place to hang out. But due to the ongoing pandemic, gymkhana has not failed me and deliveres great and tasty food. The management has taken the required steps to ensure total safety. The Veg Lahori I ordered the other day along with paneer tikka biryani was super delicious.
Awesome food. I loved the quality of the food. It was also delivered on time as well.
I have ordered the kung pao potatoes and in combo I got chicken Tandoori lollipop and butter chicken as well. I loved the taste of it. It was packed very nicely as well and all hygiene precautions were taken as well.
The food was really very tasty and warm at the time of delivery. I loved their green chutney.

The rider was temperature checked as well at the time of pick up of food from the restaurant as well.
Considering the current covid scenario, the restaurant has proper check on the chef, packaging and delivery guys. They had mentioned the temperature with a slip on the packaging for information.

Paneer biryani: it was a little bit bland but the veggies and rice were perfectly cooked.
Paneer chilli: well made, and the paneer was soft. Just a little sweet

Ordered from Gymkhana 91 and it was amazing. They are following all the guidelines for precautions and safety of their customers. The hygiene is take care of perfectly. Paneer tikka Biryani was super tasty and had huge chunks of paneer in it. Will order again soon.

Ordered couple of dishes out of which i ordered khow suoy too. I must tell you that it made my evening. The taste was splendid and most importantly the packaging. The restaurant made sure that each food portion of KhowSuoy are packed properly in different container.
Keeping the given scenario of covid 19 in mind, the food was been prepared taking all the safety measures and the delivery was also on time.

In the post Covid world, our first order was from Gymkhana 91. Always enjoy dinning here, and this was the first time we ordered in. The food is always amazing and we were totally impressed with the packaging too. Food delivered hot. The Khow Suey is a must order for sure.

Gymkhana 91 made my weekend very special.
It's one of my favourite place for the lovely colonial old club charm.
Situated in prime location of Lower Parel.
Wooden furniture,
Portuguese styled tiles,
A large ticking clock tower,
Victorian arches, more than 130 covers, large tables.
In the topmost level, arrangement for personal parties, events are nicely done.
Was invited for one of the private event there.
I've very nice memories of that event and I've visited many times for the lovely food and happy ambiance.
They have tried to stick to the dishes from Old Bombay.
There also menus from the Newer Mumbai.
It's a famous pub/bar too.
For the current situation, it's not possible to sit there and enjoy the lovely food.
For some personal work, I was near that restaurant.
Am lucky to get 3 amazing meal dishes to take away.
1. Nasi Goreng Indonesian fried rice and chicken fillet --
Mild spicy fried rice, cooked in Indonesian style. With a sunny side up on top. Chicken fillets were awesome.
2. Butter Chicken Biryani -- This is must try. It's an amazing non-spicy biryani, cooked by skilled chef.
Boneless butter chicken pieces and thick gravy mixed with aromatic rice. Fabulous 👌
3. Korean Chicken Pot Rice -- This is one of my all time favourite dish of this restaurant.
Lovely moist pot rice, cooked with exotic vegetables and boneless chicken pieces. A happy meal.

It's absolutely safe to order from here since I saw all these reviews about how hygiene their food is. It was safely packed when the food reached to me. Also the food is sent to us after checking the temperature of the delivery guy.
What I ordered :
• Chicken Dum Kabab (4/5): The chicken pieces were absolutely tender and was delicious in every bite! Properly marinated chicken with an amazing flavour. Tasted well with the mint chutney.
• Paneer Lajawab (5/5): I absolutely fell in love with this one! The paneer was so damn soft and the gravy was so creamyyyy I couldn't resist. Mildly spicy and perfect in taste.
• Chicken Korean Pot Rice (3/5): I am an absolute fan of Pot Rice, hence I ordered this one. The rice had boneless chicken pieces, broccoli, zucchini & chestnuts. This dish was really filling. Burrpp!!

I must Mention that this restaurant has taken the best safety measure to ensure that food is safe ,secure and tasty.
The food was excellently packed and well sanitised before reaching me which was quite prominent from the package.
So i could say without a doubt that the restaurant was following all the safety Norms given by the government.

Coming to the food actually i was quite curious to taste a few of their Appetisers and main course as they were quite famous:-
1) Chicken Taj Kebab:-
Those who all read my reviews know i am a pure vegetarian but my dad loves nonveg.So he gave the feedback
The First look and you would love the look,TExture,Bright Colours and taste also was top notch.
The chicken pieces were nice tender,juicy and topped on small naans.
Overall the right starter for any meal.
2) Paneer Lazeez:-
This was the most awaited starter as i had read lots and lots of this dish.The first look and you could sense the paneer is nicely cooked and marinated.
The taste was actually very different and surprisingly something which i havent tasted before.
Normally you have a paneer tikka starter but this is some new fushion made which just enriches and enhances the review to another level.
Nice Cheese stuffed inside paneer cubes and grilled to perfection....
Really Liked the Dish and i will surely recommend for all Paneer lovers.

3) Lajawab Paneer Lazeez :-
After the Starter i ordered the main course to get the taste of their gravy.
It was nicely packed and delivered so no leakages.
Coming to the taste it was just perfect dish for the main course.Nice tender soft paneer pieces mixed with veggies and served with medium spicy gravy.
The paneer was agian very soft.
It was perfect again with right amount of spices and not over the top chilly or spicy.
VERDICT:-
To be honest i was very much impressed with the Paneer quality in the main course as well as Starters.For all nonveg lovers the chicken tasted well.
I will surely order again as i want to try their other famouse Kuber kulcha and thai curry which is also famous.
Also in lower parel i have visited many places and ordered from many outlets but during this scenario the quality,Quantity,Safety,hygiene and value for money provided by this restaurant is really SUPERB!!!!!

With the current situation everyone is just so unsure about everything and eating from our is just out of the list!
But Gymkhana 91 ensures to satisfy your taste buds without compromising on the quality of food, hygiene and all the other restrictions.
The food was packed really well in 2 brown paper bags along with a letter attached to it with all the instructions about how to sanitise the food before eating and information about the people who handled the food along with their temperature.
Because of all these precautions from the restaurants side I had nothing to worry about but enjoy my delicious food.
The food was as usually great, for a better taste and safety it is recommended to reheat the food before getting it on your plate.
The Panner Chilly tasted great with the gloomy weather outside and Lajavab Shahi Panner along with some rice was perfect.
The Thai Curry along with Rice was a single serving.
So, if on a weekend you want to skip cooking then do consider ordering from Gymkhana 91.
*It is advised to discard the cartons immediately.
Craving from a long time to have Butter chicken and the hell big big big Rumali Roti. I love the place, but since 3 months after the lockdown started I was waiting for this to open but then safety comes in mind. But, whatever I called for was completely prepared by all the hygienic way. The Restaurant keeps on Temp. check of their staff (Cook, Serving staff, Management, also the delivery Executive) I have a picture to show you something which is important and cute too.
Basically, a well cooked food is completely safe for consumption.
Very tightly packed containers of food, well wrapped Indian Breads. Amazed with the perfection they are maintaining.
Hope, the things get settle soon and can come over to have some more.

I loved the food of this place it's really good the taste is awesome medium spicy, the quantity is also good and also the quality of food is the best. Also the delivery is on time.
The precautions they are taking is really upto the mark the hygiene is maintained at very good level as per the rules and regulations, also they will send you the body temperature of the delivery boy.
In food I have ordered aagri prawns, chicken chilli and tandoori chicken lollypop with real juice. The food was best, taste was really good we had a great time enjoying it.

Gymkhana 91 has a rustic wooden décor giving a vintage feel to the ambience. It’s quite spacious having multiple chair and sofa seating. I preferred the table near the window overlooking a bougainvillaea plant in the balcony, giving a warm and inviting vibe to the space. The open bar here is quite eye-catching with a range of spirits lined on its shelf. Overall, the ambience is resplendent!

The staff here is courteous and friendly having a good sense of recommendations as per the patrons’ taste. Our table was managed by Mr. Rajesh who was polite in his approach and was well-versed with the menu. His suggestions were spot on especially the cocktails which were perfectly mixed by Mr. Akshay. The service here is prompt and we didn’t have to wait much for the food to arrive.

1) Turmeric Whiskey Sour: It’s a classic cocktail with an interesting twist to its blend. It is a mix of whiskey, honey turmeric and orange juice with the blended Scotch-Whiskey Black & White. Turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, has made its way from the kitchen to behind the bars after being noticed by bartenders and companies alike. The colour and the bitter taste it adds to the cocktail is unmatched, and it evenly balances out the sweet-tasting orange juice and honey making the drink a delectable affair. The taste of each ingredient is finely balanced as it evenly spread out on the palate. Definitely a highlight drink from the cocktail menu. Highly Recommended!

Appetizers:-
1) Kuber Kulcha: It consists of five mini kulchas stuffed with cheese garlic and chillies along with mint sauce as an accompaniment. The kulchas were extremely light on the bite and with the cheese stuffing, it was a melt in mouth experience. The mint sauce was absolutely toothsome, so much so that we asked the staff to get some more of it. A bite of the kulcha after dipping it into the delicious mint sauce was a sheer delight! A must-try dish!

2) Crispy Sushi Roll: It consists of vinegared rice (with some salt and sugar), tempura asparagus, topped with mayonnaise and chef’s special sauce. It was served along with a small bowl of soy, wasabi and garlic. The aroma of the freshly prepared Sushi Rolls along with the magnificent presentation of the dish was itself appetizing. The eight pieces of Sushi Rolls were crisp and scrumptious with the flavorful taste of the sauce. The dish is a light appetizer which will surely please your palate.

1) Subz Moti Mahal with garlic naan: It basically includes exotic veg. mini patties stuffed with cheese dipped in a creamy gravy. We called for two garlic naans from the bread section as an accompaniment and they were extremely soft, light on the bite and complimented the sabzi. It’s definitely one of the fluffiest naans I’ve had in a long time! The sabzi too was flavoursome and creamy, especially the stuffed cheese patties. Since it’s a North Indian dish, the quantity of the same is enough of two people. Recommended!

2) Mushroom Risotto: Made with Arborio rice, which is short-grain rice usually used in risottos, the mushroom risotto was scrummy overall but lacked salt which was added later and mixed. The mushrooms were minced well and tasted just right!

Dessert:-
1) Chocolate Volcanic with Orange zest: The preparation of the dessert usually takes around 30 minutes so we ordered it while having our main-course and it arrived as soon as we were done. The dessert basically is a classic chocolate fondant with dark chocolate and orange zest inside. The pudding was baked well with no visible cracks on it, although it would have been great if more chocolate was added inside. Coming to the taste, the mix gave out a strong taste and aroma of the eggs as it overpowered the chocolate and the orange zest. I personally would recommend other desserts from the menu over this one.
In conclusion, Gymkhana 91 is a gem of a place in its vicinity having a rustic décor, a range of delectable cocktails, scrumptious servings and splendid service! Definitely visiting again to try the other cocktails.

Gymkhana 91 is a fairly well established place in the busy lanes of Lower parel. It is quite close to high street phoenix mall so locating if is pretty easy.
The decor is rustic inspired yet chic and the ambience is absolutely lively on weekends with live music and even livelier crowd.
What we tried :
➡️Peach Drive : A drink essentially composed of crushed ice and peach spirit, this one is on the minty side and will refresh you in this scorching heat.
➡️Guava Mary : This never fails to impress. Guava Mary was thick in consistency and wholesome in flavours. The mouth of the glass is beautifully sprinkled with red chilli powder which transforms the experience.
➡️Chicken dum kebab : As the name suggests, it is prepared in the manner similar to dum biryani. It is rich in melted cheese and the chicken pieces are well marinated in the right spices. A completely innovative Appetizer, do make it a point to try this one.
➡️Fish in chilly basil dry :
This wasn't something extraordinary. But by general standards, it is a good try.
➡️Chicken bhattiwala : An amazing main course for the chicken lovers. The name is basic but the taste is beyond delectable. Minced chicken pieces cooked slowly in indian spices is a treat to your taste buds.
Tastes best in combination with garlic naan and lacchha paratha.
➡️ Chicken burnt Chilly garlic fried rice : A perfect end to your meal would be this dish from the menu, it is light, low on spices and high on taste. The quantity is more than sufficient for two people.

Bustling lower parel is home to most of the beast places in mumbai. One of them is Gymkhana91 bar & kitchen. It serves modern Indian food and Asian. It's a casual dining place to spend a great time with your friends and family. Interior was made of wooden, simple but classy in look.
In food,
◾Chicken wings - The chicken was juicy and soft. Perfectly cooked with great spices. It was not dry and that was the plus point of it.
◾Chicken Bhattiwala - It was boneless chicken cooked in red thick gravy. Gravy was smooth and perfectly blended. It was excellent in taste. I have never tried like this before. Accompanied with Naan and Kulcha. Highly recommended.
◾Veg Burmese Noodles - Basically it was noodles with coconut milk base and lots of veggies. It was really yummy.
◾Gooey flour less chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream - Soft gooey chocolate pastry had delicious taste. Must try.

◾Lord Browns gift - perfect mix of juices with Jim beamy was amazing in taste. The main 🌟 of this drink was cinnamon. Smoky cinnamon really enhance the taste of it.

The first thing you see as you enter is the stunning vintage decor with wicker sofas and beautiful set up. I went here for a Sunday Brunch which is quite famous.
Their Kulchas are very nice, oozing out of cheese. Also, loved the spiced wine which had a subtle taste of cinnamon. The pork belly was absolutely delicious and was so soft.
Known for it's Sunday brunch and live music, getting a reservation here is a bit difficult so make sure you book in advance.

So when we hear the word gymkhana we instantly have an old rustic place coming to our mind. But Gymkhana 91 is far from this. The ambience resembles more to a fine dining but still manages to give you a bit of casual and hip feeling with its music and decor.
Paneer lazeez and bharwan dingri
For starters, we had the pahadi mushrooms and the paneer.
Both of these being tandoori stayed true to their name.
The charcoaly taste with the cheese stuffing was a perfect blend of creamy and tandoori.
Even though now being a fan of tandoori based paneer, i must say that this one impressed me by not being too heavy as it usually is.
Burmese Curry Noodles
When I was suggested this, I swear my reaction was hell no! Since I am not a big fan of coconut based food. But let me tell you that this one was amazinggg!! loved tht fact that the coconut wasn't overpowering the entire dish but let the other flavours hero as well.
Korean Pot Rice:
This was my personal favourite! The right chinese always brings a smile to my face and I had one the entire time i ate this dish. It was delicious and I loved it . must try for chinese lovers
Tomato cream Pasta:
We had the pink pasta. In my opinion, it could have more flavour to it but the pasta was cooked well
Veg lahori and garlic Naan:
This mix vegetable is on a sweeter note with cashew based gravy. People enjoying sweet and not spicy gravies would enjoy it
Brownie with icecream:
Being the only eggless dessert, I didnt have any choice with this one! But I am glad i didnt! Loved this dessert! The brownie was too tasty and was perfect end to the entire course!
Pina colada:
I tried this for thefirst time and i fell in love with it from the first sip!

This place is located right next to High Street phoenix and is easy to find. The vintage stairs leading to this place instantly give you vibes of entering an old gymkhana. It is a cute place and has spacious seating area with another floor to it. There are a couple of stairs leading to booths which gives the booths an elevated look. The staff was very attentive and extremely courteous.
Fish
I can't believe how amazing this dish was. I'm not huge fan of seafood but this was a huge surprise for me. The quality of the fish was really good. It was extremely soft and they successfully maintained the balance with chilli basil. It was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this dish!
Chicken skewer
Chicken skewers were a little chewy as they should be. The chermoula went really well with the harissa sauce which comes on the side and the presentation of this dish was very appealing.
Goey chocolate
I am a huge fan of goey cake. I've tried it from so many places and I must say the goey cake here didn't disappoint me. It melted right in our mouths the moment you take a bite of it. It comes with ice cream on top which makes for a great combination. It was absolutely delicious.
Pina Colada
I tried this pina Colada cocktail which has a rum base and is sweet in taste. It was a perfect blend of coconuts and pineapple It was made to perfection. I absolutely loved it and highly recommend cocktail lovers to try it out!

Its located near Pheonix Mills and it's on the first floor. There are two seating areas, one is down where the live singing happens and one on the top where it's nice. The food is good.. we tried Kung Pao Potato, veg bao, chicken bao, nachos etc. The best part was the live singing..the performers were extremely good and they made the entire experience memorable. A good place to spend a good time.
The place was good....and we went for lunch so we had all the place to ourselves. The food was good and even the staff was very friendly. They even recommended the dishes. Except for the cheese chili dimsum, all the dishes were fine.

Cranberry Pomegranate Virgin Mocktail : A whole lot of refreshing cranberry flavour with pomegranate seeds.
Lajawab Shahi Paneer : This is my FAVOYRITE!! The Paneer was really so, lajawab jiska koi jawab nahi. Cottage cheese cubes tossed in rich & creamy tomato gravy. It was perfectly blend with the masala and the panner was soft filled with butter. oooohhh its just mouth watering while describing it.
Chicken Tossed In Oyster Chilli & Veggies : Chicken is my favourite. This is what something i tried in new an Asian Mains. It was delicious and the oyster was perfectly blended into the sauces and it was a perfect mixture of healthy & tasty.
Murg Taj Kebab : This something i thought would be just an kebab but as the name says TAJ Kebab it was an Boneless charcoal grilled chicken served on mini garlic naan. I Was in just love with this.
Korean Pot Rice : HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Well cooked soy butter rice with tasty stir fried veggies in some spicy Korean sauce (not too spicy) was something I’d love to have over and over again.
Last but not the least some deserts, Carmel Custard it was incredibly smooth and silky custard in a delicious caramel sauce.
Lets talk about the services & staff : THE STAFF i have been to many places, but the kind of services they have been putting is just fabulous. They assisted us so well, politely & recommending us and guiding us in proper manner. I could not just stop myself by tanking them again and again. Silken tofu in chilli garlic - tofu is something I tried for very first time it's basically similar to cottage cheese and roasted nicely along with great coating of chilly garlic. Superb flavour of spices loved it.
Masaledar kadai murg - made in Indian spices medium spicy in taste and good in quality and quantity. Chicken was amazingly cooked and good in size. If you like Indian spices you must try this.
Cheese garlic naan and rumali roti - soft and cooked nicely cheese was stuffed well. Butter was nicely put. Soft yet good in size.
Coriander pot noodles - flavours of all green veggies and especially coriander was tasting so well. It was served in stone bowl and was was so hot even though it took long for us to eat. Portion was amazing and chicken were Also put nicely.
Darsaan - fried noodles along with vanilla ice cream and honey on top sprinkled with black sesame lovely desert..

The ambiance of the restaurant is too good and the interiors are superb. It was an amazing place with everything perfect. To serve our palate they have Modern Indian, Asian & Continental Cuisine. Polite staff with their great suggestions is mark able. Also upper deck they provide for parties.

Had a lovely lunch here with my hubby today. Gymkhana 91 charmed us with its nostalgic appeal and old world ambience. Right from the arched windows to the no-nonsense wooden furnishings, the interiors closely mimic most Gymkhana-style restaurants in Mumbai.
We ordered a Virgin Spiced Apple Hot Toddy and an Alonphonso and Cucumber cooler while we decided what to have for appetizers. The hot mocktail was flavorful but the cool one totally delighted us - very refreshing after traveling in the sun.
We chose to do our lunch a bit differently today, so we decided not to have mains and only do with starters, sushi and dimsum.
We tucked into a platter of Crunchy Asparagus Roll. Vegetarian sushi is such a life saver for foodies like us who crave Japanese food without the mandatory fish. Our sushi came with some wasabi mayo, a garlicky sauce that was the chef's special, chili vinegar and soya (to mix the wasabi in) There was also gari presented as rose on the sushi tray! 🌹 The vegan sushi rolls were delicious, even better with the pungency of the wasabi. We also loved the wasabi wafers and the tempura garnish on the sushi.
Next, we had Truffle Oil Infused Edamame Dimsum. These steamed delicacies were perfectly done, and quite appetising with the sesame dip. I thought it was cheeky to let one edamame bean pop out of every dumpling, but we enjoyed the dish.
I'm a mushroom fan, so I had to call for one dish wish nushrooms. We picked the Pan Grilled Stuffed Mushroom Buns and I hogged 2 of the 3 baos that arrived. Even my husband was all praises for this one! The mushrooms stuffed inside were delectable but we liked the smooth baos even more. They were steamed and also pan fried to give that shiny coat and brown spot at the centre. Take a bao! (Pun clearly intended 😁)
Our final appetizer was Paneer Lazeez. Since hubby's a paneer fanatic, we don't leave any place without eating one paneer item. This grilled desi item had a Western twist to it. The soft and huge paneer cubes were filled in with mozzarella. Can you believe it! That was some cheese overload! We were really full. I thought the accompanying shashlik bell pepper, tomato and onion slices were not as tender as they ought to be.
We didn't have to do any selection for the dessert since this place has only one eggless option - Hazelnut Brownie with Ice Cream. Classic and yummy! The vanilla cream went well with the nutty brownie, and we both relished our final dish.
We're definitely returning to have some of their other yummy items again!
I am in love with this place! One of the best Sunday brunches in the city! I visited Gymkhana91 for a Sunday brunch while they had a live band performing and what a performance it was. The drinks are amusing and so is the food! Dumplings, caramel custard and srilanka’n curry are recommends. Go for it!
