A first for us, visiting a premium whisky lounge. Although I’m not a fan of whisky this place was so appealing I had to visit! Situated inside The Orchid Hotel near Mumbai Airport this place is a delight for whisky lovers with more than 99 premium whisky brands in their bar.
This place gives of a little bit futuristic neon vibes with pink and light blue colours dominating the decor. With the bar on one end and tables across the floor this place is as good as it gets.
They even host live music every now and then, please check with the lounge before visiting. Their drinks section is quite huge with a menu as extensive as it can be. There’s a liquor or cocktail for everyone!
The service is also super fast, staff is very courteous and helpful in guiding through the menu. The dish presentation is also quite neat. Our food was on the table within a few minutes of ordering.
Coming to the food we had a few cocktails and a few veg and non veg starters. The cocktails were really good, they were strong punchy and had a good flavour. Same for the food the starters were really good. Overall we had a really great time!
Merlins Karaoke Bar is one of the best karaoke bars in town. It has 99+ whisky options to try out from. This place has a very rich ambience. The service is quite good. Many cocktail and mocktail options to try out from. A good munching starter is available here. It is inside the Orchid Hotel in Vile Parle. The dishes and drinks I tried here were:
1) New York Sour : A rich whisky sour with amazing flavours, must try.
2) Cinderella Mocktail : A mocktail made up of pineapple and orange juice. It had an amazing presentation and taste.
3) Fish Fingers : A perfect snack to munch in with the drinks. Fish fingers were perfectly cooked and served with french fries.
4) Chicken Tikka : The traditional and ever lasting chicken tikka served with green chutney and salad. Just perfect.
It was truly a mind blowing experience visiting here. I highly recommend visiting this place once with your buddies.

I visited Merlin's Karaoke Bar this weekend with my better half and here I am sharing my experience.
The lounge is located in the 5 star premium property of The Orchid Hotels near Mumbai Airport.
Starting with the ambience. The interiors are eye catching with a comfy couch and lounge chair seating.
The bar is mesmerizing and they serve 99 kinds of Whiskeys. They have a wide spread of options in the Cocktail Menu.
We were attended by Jay and Allen. They were kind and served us with warm hospitality. The service was prompt and they helped us well to decide drinks and starters as per our taste buds.
We started our night with Rob Roy which was a whiskey based cocktail. Just how I like it.
My partner tried their bartender special LIIT which was made with a mix of different white spirits with a twist of cranberry juice and beer.
We started our meal with Cheesy Mutton Seekh Kebab and Malai Chicken Tikka. Both the starters were marinated and grilled to perfection and complimented well with the green chutney.
In mains we loved Extravaganza Pizza. It was a thin crust pizza topped with exotic veggies and mozzarella cheese.
You can enjoy IPL or any sports matches with your partner along with drinks and appetizers here.
They have Live Gigs and Karaoke throughout
Warm hospitality, crafty cocktails and mouth watering appetizers.. couldn't ask for me.
It was a lovely experience for me and my partner. Will surely visit again very soon.

Merlins Karaoke Bar is one of the best karaoke bars in town. It has 99+ whisky options to try out from. This place has a very rich ambience. The service is quite good. Best thing was enjoy your drink with live Ipl match and live singing.Many cocktail and mocktail options to try out from. A good munching starter is available here. 1. Gardeners daughter: A rich whisky sour with amazing flavours, must try
2. Cinderella Mocktail: A mocktail made up of pineapple and orange juice. It had an amazing presentation and taste.
3. Manhattan:- This on is one of the best cocktail based on mix whiskey.
4. Long island tea :- the mix of 5 drinks seriously mind blowing.
5. Chicken nuggets : A perfect snack to munch in with the drinks. Chicken were perfectly cooked and served with multiple’s sauces .
6. Chicken Quesadilla : The traditional and ever lasting chicken served with green chutney and salad. Just perfect.
7. Amritsari paneer:- first one is quality and quantity both are perfect and taste also.
8. Dragon spring roll:- Best presentation of the roll and little crunchy.

If you enjoy whisky, you must visit this establishment. The karaoke establishment inside the Orchid Hotel in Vile Parle East is called Merlin's. This location has a wonderful atmosphere and the sitting is ideal. They also have a unique beverage counter. There are more than 99 options accessible if you say whisky.
The best feature of this location is the live music and singing performances. People become automatically indulged in the surroundings as a result. The food was absolutely delicious and came in a variety of forms.

Visited Merlins karaoke bar and it was an amazing experience. The vibes here at this bar are just amazing. The live karaoke adds sparkles to your night!! 😍
We had some amazing drinks. They were refreshing and were made with perfection. The presentation was also great 👏👍
We had Murg Tikka and chicken nuggets for the starters and they were soo delicious 😋😋. The tikka was perfectly cooked. It was a perfect blend of all the spices!!
Also we had chicken Bhuna roll which was too yum 😋😋. The stuffing was soo delicious. Still can't get over its taste!! 😍🥰

Today I visited the 5 star hotel Orchid located near Sahara airport. From all the outlets within orchid I visited their famous Medlin Karaoke bar. This place is at a great spot if you’re around the Mumbai airport. Also closer to the Vile Parle station with a rick fair of 50 rupees. Now coming back to the Orchid Hotel: The place can be best described as LAVISH. I mean their fountain ⛲️ must be the tallest of all I’ve seen in Mumbai as it flows right from the rooftop of the hotel. Medelin bar basically consists of some amazing Karaoke nights, live musical nights, and something interesting to try is their Whiskeys.. they have a massive amount of 99+ varieties available! I wish with two of their chilling cocktails named Fallen angel(Gin based)and the Berry sangria- gave me in a really great mood. We also tasted their Dirty Shirley(Vodka Based) and Devil martini(Vodka Based) were also really impressive, crafted beautifully with great flavors and a great options to go for! Apart from this we tried their Chicken Tikka pizza, Cheesy Lamb sticks and Chicken Quesadillas. My fav were the cheesy lamb sticks.. the place is really nice especially to have some amazing corporate nights, groups, The place is suitable and renowned for their snacks and drinks… they don’t have the provision for a main course but obvious being a bar. Overall the place is fun and a must visit atleast once for the experience it provides!
Merlin karaoke bar is best bar I have ever visited. They have all types of drink included. I have tried many of them. And the food was outstanding. It was best food experience ever. In starters they have paneer zafrani tikka, jalapeños popovers, dragon spring rolls and bruschetta. it is best food in that area. In cocktails I have tried many lifelong island tea, Margherita frozen and mai gui was the best. All should try I out once in a life. You will feel very happy.

It's located at the lobby level of The Orchid Hotel. The atmosphere here is amazing. They also have Live Performance and Karaoke which will make your evening more special.
We visited here during evening time, we ordered MurghTikka, Chicken Pakoda and Bhuna Chicken Rolls along with Signature Drinks.
Overall our experience was amazing, will definitely visit again with friends.
