PANEER TIKKA (5/5):- Panner was soft,the marination was spicy, it had bit smokey flavor of tandoor and it went well with the mint chutney.
Tandoor momos:-Very well stuffed momos tandoored in spicy marination you should definitely ordered if you are a tandoor fan.
Mexican pizza:-This was bit average thin crust pizza with lots of cheese taste was little blended.
Panner pasanda:-The sabzi was creamy and was rich in flavour with thick gravy and panner sandwich which had smashed potatoe kind of stuffing.
Sizzling Brownie:-We are very particular about our desert and this one was good brownie was spongy overall it had a good taste.

Spice Republic located in Ajanta estate market Lane in Borivali west and which is well known in it's surrounding. Being a Vegetarian I would prefer all the vegetarians to visit the place once. It is one of the well known place for vegetarian food..
They offer a variety of dishes mixed from different cuisines and with excellent taste. They too offer some nice Beverages. They have a nice food section and beverages section too.
The Ambience too is fabulous which is an old Lane theme. With some great quotes written on those old traffic. Which gives a different look to the place and we loved it. The music played in background was nice with a some mixing of old songs too.....

Being a hard core non-vegetarian I was quite in a fix when was in Borivali for a brunch and I truly did not want to go for some Indian food or Thalis. Was looking for some fresh take on Veg food and Spice Republic popped up on my Zomato search. Situated on the first floor near Borivali market this had a nice rustic and quirky ambience with ample of seating. The décor consisted of unique items and brightly coloured seating. 1. Dahi ke Kebab: Nice and crisp tikkis on the outside but when bitten into smooth soft masala dahi on the inside. That’s the perfect way to dahi ke kebab. The flaour was beautiful and I truly loved it..
2. Corn Sabudana Kebab: This was a nice twist on the classic kebab on skewers and sabudana wadas. Sabudana and corn kebab on skewers coated with semolina on top for that nice pan fried crisp texture was both creative and delicious.
3. House Special Pizza: Thin crust pizza loaded with creamy spicy tangy sauce and loads of cheese along with some cherry tomatoes and veggies. It was a decent take on thin crust pizza and that load of sauce definitely made it a delicious messy affair.
4. Desserts: We had the life and death by chocolate which was a fun sundae full of icecream, ckae, chocolate ganache and a lot more. Highly recommended. Secondly we had the Kala Jamun with icecream which was great too.
5. Refreshments: They have a wide range of mocktails which are quite refreshing and fun. So one need not worry about beverages here.
Overall, when in Borivali and looking for some super cool fusion vegetarian food head straight to this place and you are bound to have good time.

A good veg multicuisine place near borivali station. The restaurant is upstrairs. The vibes and ambiance is good. Coming to the food, had mexican bean tortilla soup, the soup is amazing and a must try but the only this was that tortilla was missing. In appetizers had rajma galauti kebab and panner chilly. Panner chilly was nice though but was a little dissappointed with rajma galauti as it was not soft and mouthmelting, it was a normal fried kebab you can say. In mains i had just a mexican rice which tasted well, but a bit dry. I had buttermilk though and my friend had mojito, mojito was nice and buttermilk was love. Kalajamun with icecream was indeed nice to end my meal with.

For starters we ordered
Bhakri and nachos chaat:
This is new dish and was recommended by the chef. It is basically a fusion dish which had crunchy bhakri with small pieces of nachos on it and onions and tomatoes, this was a nice change from the regular dishes and was very nice in taste if you like chaat.
Cheese Gilhari Kebab:
The kebab was covered with sesame seeds and filled with cheese and potato mash.
Peri Peri Sizzler:
The sizzler had chunks of paneer which was infused in peri peri sauce and served with chilli rice and red gravy along with lots of veggies and potato wedges.
Triple Schezwan Rice:
Chinese at this place is also nice as the place served a very tasty triple Schezwan rice which had the regular Schezwan rice along with manchurian gravy.

Now, talking about the food, we ordered 2 starters, 2 main, 2 beverages & 1 dessert. Everything was amazing in the aspects of taste, presentation, service etc. For the starters we had ordered "Paneer Chilly" which was spicy in taste, made with loads of capsicum & the paneer was really soft & cooked real nice. Secondly, we had ordered "Cheese Gilhari Kebab" which was fully covered with Sesame seeds. The kebab were fully loaded with mashed potatoes & veggies & the cheese in between. It was medium spicy in taste.
Now for the mains, we had ordered the most preferred dish for the lunch is "Rajma Chawal" it was presented in a different way as you can see in the picture. The quantity was really good for 2 people. It was medium spicy in taste. If you are a person who loves less spicy food then Spice Republic is a perfect place for you. Secondly, we ordered " Hummus with Grilled Pita Bread" the hummus was really authentic in taste served with lots of pita breads, salad etc.
In beverages, we ordered "Deconstructed Peach Basil Caprioska", it was basically a soda based peach mojito which was really refreshing and chilled. The taste of the peach & basil was very nice. Secondly, we had " Hazel Dream" as you can see in the picture it was presented in an amazing style. It was a milk based drink.
For the dessert we had ordered "Life & Death by Chocolate", it was basically a crushed brownie loaded with chocolate sauce & served with vanilla ice-cream. The combination of both the things was super delicious & the quantity was also good.

Had been to this place a few days ago for dinner with my family.
Place has got decent ambience, good food and good drinks but poor staff!
We started by ordering drinks: Black Beauty Kala Khatta, Jeera Masala and Virgin Mojito. All of them were chilled and refreshingg!
For starters, we tried their Basket Chaat and Dahi ke kebab. Basket chaat was nicely made and presentable and tasted super delicious and chatpata while dahi ke kebabs were soft and soothing and tasty! Loved both the starters!
Later for mains we tried Veg Kolhapuri with Butter Naan and Laccha Paratha. Sabzi was really delicious, nicely cooked and gravy so so amazing. Also parathas and naans were soft and full of butter. Norh indian is their usp! Don't miss out kn it!
Later we tried Oriental Sizzler. This was quite average! Veggies not cooked properly, tasted pretty bland. And in all it turned out to be little disappointing!
For desserts we went for their normal brownie with icecream and kala jamun with icecream. Jamun was soft and tasted pretty well with vanilla icecream and brownie was good too!
Also this place serves the best of chhole bhature! Don't miss on it!

Tex mex fondue one of the best dish.
Lastly we tried life and death by chocolate.I would definitely recommend this spot.

This is a multicuisine restaurant which offers global veg cuisine from Chinese, Mexican , Italian, North indian, you will find here everything. Coming the the ambiance it is high appreciatable. It is amazing looks like an automobile world. I loved the intricate detailing which is done in the washroom as well the interiors. Chairs match the ambiance. The service was great. Staff has good sense of knowledge of the menu. Mr Rishab and Anuj made sure we had a great time and they were our hosts. We tried some mocktails deconstructed peach Basil caprioska and desi boys green apple which were sweet as well as a bit tangy. Then we opted for few starters cheese gilhari kebab. A traditional sesame topped kebabs infused with veggies and cheese served with sauce. Vegetable tandoori momos- These were fried momos, little spicy served with salads. Another one was fusion confusion , this was made of cottage cheese marination of indian spices and served in tart like shape. Tex mex fondue - One of the highly recommended in main course. Flavoured with Mexican spices, assorted veggies and bread chunks. Lastly we tried our best and most desired dessert life and death by chocolate. The name justifies it completely. Vanilla ice cream, brownie, cookie and cashew ka combination. What an amazing experience we had. I m totally in love with their food. Would love to visit again

Spice Republic is a multi cuisine restaurant located at Borivali, Mumbai.
The all-day pure vegetarian restaurant offers a mix of global food, one can enjoy soup, salads, starters, chaat, mains, pizza, sizzlers, fondue and desserts in indian, chinese and italian cuisine.
So here is what i had -
SOUP :-
SWEET CORN -
Corn soup made with corn kernels, carrots and french beans. The base was made with cornflour and i believe there was too much of it !
APPETIZERS :-
KUNG PAO PANEER -
Cottege cheese tossed with bell peppers, onions and scallions stir fried in chilli garlic paste.
Paneer was soft and fresh, the dish was super spicy and garlicky !
SPRING ROLLS -
Spring rolls made with a stuffing of cabbage and carrots, deep fried to perfection, served with schezwan sauce.
The spring rolls were absolutely crispy, i loved their schezwan sauce alot !
DAHI KE KEBAB -
Shallow fried tikki made with hung curd and mild spices, served with coriander chutney.
The kebabs were way to sour for my liking.
SIZZLER :-
CHEESE BALL SIZZLER -
Cheese balls made with veggies and cheese, served with schezwan sauce, mexican rice, potato wedges and grilled vegetables.
The sizzler was like a complete meal, i liked their cheese balls due to their chunkey size and cheesy flavour.
DESSERTS:-
LIFE & DEATH BY CHOCOLATE -
Crumbled brownie served with vanilla ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce and dry fruits.
Really nice, the brownie was warn soft and gooey, tasted delicious with cool ice cream !
Overall, i had a nice time.

Borivali has really become a food lovers paradise and one of the reason is this beautiful restaurant Spice Republic located in Borivali West. This chic looking place with a very off beat decor and style of appearance really disconnects you from your routine. We visited this place on Valentines Day, it was decently crowded but the staff attended us well. We really wanted to try something new and creative so we asked the staff to help us out with our order.
To start with some thirst quenchers we tried two mocktails, Cranberry Kaffir lime Caprioska and Deconstructed Peach Basil Caprioska. Both unique in their tastes were in fact tangy and fruity which was superb for the palate. Next we ordered from their new introductions, Fusion Confusion which was a really off beat dish made from cottage cheese marination minced in Indian Spices cupped into tart like servings but quite bigger and wholesome. other one was Cheese Gilhari Kebab, a traditional sesame topped kebabs infused with cheese and veggies inside served with a particular sauce.
For the mains we tried our super favorite Green Thai Curry with Rice, we go head over heels for places that really pull off a Thai curry well and this one did more than well.
Other mains for the evening was Chole Bhature, a craving that is timeless and evergreen for us. Coming to Desserts Chocolate Soil was a surprisingly awesome choice which was surreal chocolate soil topped on a slap of icecream with chocolate sauce on it.
Spice republic is gem for all vegetarians just near to borivali station.Ambience is cool & service was quick.Staff is prompt.They also have many jain options with them!Food was delicious

5:- Cranberry Mojito- the Taste was good & chilled Mocktail Having enough Portion size The Cranberry is My favourite flavour so I personally Loved it.
6:- House Special Chicago Pizza- This was a thin crushed Medium Size pizza Having spicy Sauce & melting cheese with some veggies on top The pizza is good in taste.
7:- Chocolate soil:- this was the dessert for the day it have a Small spoonge Cake pieces In melted ice cream This tastes Really good.must try out this Recommended Dessert💯.

Happened to visit this spot last weekend, was looking for a vegetarian spot to dine, this spot stands unique, right from lip-smacking dishes to decor. A spot to enjoy with family, spend your time here with their signature dishes.
”SPICE REPUBLIC” is a pure vegetarian restaurant serves north Indian and Chinese mouth-watering dishes. Located at Borivali west which is also a paradise for vegetarians. It is located nearby station, the menu consists of various options along with mocktails.
The Ambience is based on a theme which is old traffic roads and vehicles. Some of the quotes related to the theme on the wall, spacious spot having a comfortable sofa seating arrangement. Service was excellent as the staff was prompt. Especially MRS. Rishabh has done a good job.
WHAT I HAD
MOCKTAILS
1)BLACK CURRENT CAPRIOSKA- We kicked off with this luscious mocktail, a mixture of jeera with soda went well, tasted well. Nice refreshing mocktail to try out, the presentation was on point.
2)KISS ON THE BEACH - Yet another superb combination, orange juice along with cranberry juice, tasted on point. A bit sweet, served in a jar.
STARTERS
1)FUSION CONFUSION- this was something interesting to try out, a combination of paneer along with rajma and cheese stuffed to perfection. Crunchy and topped with cheese and veggies. Tasted well, served with nachos. Something different to try out, the quantity was sufficient. The presentation was excellent, a treat to all vegetarians.
2)MEXICAN SHOTS- Veggies along with salsa and olives stuffed to perfection. Topped with cheese, tasted delicious, the combination went well. 3 shots were sufficient, served with nachos.
MAIN COURSE
1)MEXICAN GRILLED PANEER- This consists of Indian paneer had a Mexican twist, paneer grilled to perfection. Had a good balance Mexican spices. Tasted on point, served with rice. The gravy too was on point, the quantity was sufficient. A treat to all vegetarians.
2)SMOKY CHIPOTLE- Loved it! This consists of signature smoky chipotle sauce mixed with exotic vegetables. These vegetables were served with butter rice, tasted scrumptious. The combination was delightful to have it. 2 cheese rolls were served with rice, the quantity was sufficient. The presentation was excellent.
DESSERT
1)LIFE AND DEATH BY CHOCOLATE- Quite a catchy name, hot brownie was served with along with vanilla ice cream. Had a hint of chocolate sauce, the combination went well. Tasted pretty good, the presentation was on point.
On the whole, a pretty good spot to visit! All the dishes tasted well and service was on point. This spot is a paradise for vegetarians. I would definitely recommend this spot. Overall I had a great time at this spot.

Spice Republic is located just opposite to Merwans and easily accessible from Borivali Station Platform Number 3. The place is quite spacious which can accommodate approximately 50-60 people at a time. The decor is based mainly on vintage cars & bike theme. The ambience is quite cozy and soothing. The Hygiene is Maintained overall good but the plates that were served had dust on them so will advise the management to keep it clean as far as possible. We had visited for lunch and it was afternoon time then too only 1 server and 1 waiter were available, so hoping when I visit next time this problem will be resolved. Coming to the food,

1. Fusion Confusion : Nachos basket infused with paneer, veggies and their sauce
2. Dhokla Chaat: Cold Chaat made up of pieces of Dhokla, chutneys and just like regular bhel.

Cheese Gilhari Kabab was something new I had, ps: Is a good option for someone who love sesame seed (तिल). Dessert was really good and overall a good experience.
Spice Republic has perfect blend of spices and delicious fusion dishes.
The staff is courteous, good ambience and good music.

1. Virgin Mojito - All time favorite and classic 🤩
2. Brownie shake - delicious with Brownie crunch in the shake
3. Fully loaded Nachos - 3 different type of nachos topped with cheese, mexican beans and veggies

I visited this place on a Friday lunch time and found it a beautiful gastronomical experience with. It is a quiant place with nice decor and ambience. Valet Parking is there which made it helpful in the bustling Borivali locality. Now lets go to what we tried here:
1. Classic Frappe : This was super cool coffee with Vanilla and chocolate properly blended , the sugar was also adequate to make it Perfect sweet, surely RECOMMENDED for Coffee lovers🔥🔥🔥

3 Veg Momos : These were an absolute delight with the delicious taste of Momos which were perfectly cooked, stuffing in the momos was flawless and the chutney was also yummy Surely RECOMMENDED 🔥🔥🔥
4 Fusion Confusion: This was cheesy nachos served in the form of a basket with beans and cheese, spring onions, jalapenos, cabbage and multiple sauces, red to be specific, i would recommend the staff to have the sauces a bit warmer though i felt the taste was good but the gravy slightly cold for our liking.
5 Khandvi Augratin : As a Khandvi lover, this was something I instantly fell for. It was Khandvi dripped in Cheesy White sauce with a plethora of vegetables namely zucchini, gherkins, brocolli and crisp breads which were awesomely yummy, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
6 Cheese Gilhari Kebab : These were Kebabs filled with a mix of vegetables and cheese and gravy type sauce served alongside to make it delicious, the only thing which could have been changed is the sesame covering on these Kebabs to be reduced to make it taste more better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔥🔥🔥
7 Smoky Chipotle : This was Thailand in Mexico , brilliant and something very unique i have lately tried.
Rice served with Coconut gravy and the gravy consisting of veggies and Cottage Cheese, the rice was perfectly cooked and were tasting yummy without gravy as well. Alongside we had 2 rolls / kebab sized consisting of paneer and veggies, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
7 Chocolate soil : Unique combination of Mawa Cake , Chocolate cake and Vanilla Ice cream , something which turned out to be better than what i expected, Surely RECOMMENDED 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The place have amazing and historical ambience and attractions which are used as decor. The staff is polite. They serve pure veg food, its a not alcoholic place. But they have nice collections of Beverage's.

"Pink lady" which was beautifully presented.
"Fusion Confusion" and "Jalapeño and Cheese Garlic Bread" was in Starter.
In Main course, "Dragon noodles" was best and "Moong Dal Kichadi with Exotic veggies" and was sweet in taste.

So the place is located near borivali station and can be easily located. It is on the first floor and ambience is quite great as they have seating which are quite antique and also the music is good. Coming to the service quotient, we asked a lot of questions which were answered quite gracefully and were taken care of very easily.
Talking about the cuisine the place serves continental, chinese as well as north Indian but all these with a twist of their own. So we ordered the following-
Mocktails-
Desiboyz- All green apple lovers should order this. It is quite refreshing.
Kiss on the beach- It has a combination of orange and cranberry making it simply wonderful.
Black beauty kalakhatta- Our childhood favourite kalakhatta flavour in soda with a hint of lemon. Surely recommended.
Brownie shake- The shake tasted great but we wanted more flavour and bits of brownie in it. It tasted just like any other chocolate shake.
Starters-
Fully loaded nachos- The quantity was humongous. It had three tyoes of nachos topped with beans, jalapeños, cheese sauce and salsa. Recommended.
Kung pao paneer- classic kung pao paneer with pieces of paneer in kung pao sauce topped with peanuts and cashews. Not too spicy and was perfect.
Cheese gilhari kebab- I have no clue why it is called gilhari kebab by the way. It was filled with cheese. The sesame seeds or til ruined it for me. Also the chutney served with it had no taste whatsoever and they shoukd work on it's quantity. So a big no-no for this starter.
Main course-
Cheese ball sizzler- It had cheese balls, potato wedges and sautéed exotic veggies served with mexican rice topped with housemade schezwan sauce. The sauce was great and also the quantity was wuite good for two.
Desert-
Chocolate soil- It had basically plum cake pieces and vanilla sponge floating in vanilla ice cream topped woth chocolate sauce. It was something unique and tasted awesome. Recommended

Spice Republic is a fantastic pure veg restaurant. The service and food are equally good. They have very different kinds of items on their menu which is worth trying. All the dishes are fairly priced. Definitely a place worth visiting again with family.

I visited Spice Republic today for lunch. This restaurant is very close to Borivali station located on the 1st floor of Ajanata Estate.
The service is quick and the staff is well trained. The ambiance is nice with very comfortable seating arrangement. A nice Pure Veg restaurant to visit with family.
Coming to the drinks and food we ordered
Margarita - Nice slushy strawberry flavor drink served in a fancy glass.
Deconstructed Peach Basil Caprioska - Fantastically made with the right amount of sweet and sour taste. I loved it till the last drop.
Fusion Confusion - A different style of nachos serving style. The basket style nacho base had paneer, beans, iceberg lettuce, and cheese. It was super tasty with the right combination.
Jalapeno Poppers - Served with thousand island dip in shot glass. Super tasty and made well.
Vegetable Tandoori Momo - I loved the taste and the tandoori flavor. Usually not a fan of Veg momo, but loved this one. wouldn't mind trying this again.
Moongdal Khichdi Risotto - This was the showstopper of the day. Super creamy and cheesy with veggies. Highly recommended.
Life and Death by Chocolate - Just a perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note. Chocolate pastry crumbs served with Vanilla icecream and nuts.

This was proper Italian style soup and was pasta based. It wasn't very tangy but was a bit spicy so I enjoyed it. It had chopped veggies and mini pasta pieces.
📍CHEESE GILHARI KEBAB
I personally didn't like this starter. It had vegetables and cheese stuffed in a seasame tikki but the seeds were too much to give a proper taste of the stuffing.
📍 MEXICAN SHOTS
These were 3 small cups having Mexican mixture with nacho chips on the side. The sauce was very creamy and it tasted really well. RECOMMENDED ‼️
📍 CRANBERRY MOJITO
The taste was good, it was quite chilled with crushed ice and soda but the flavour of cranberry could have been a bit more.
📍ARABIC FALAFEL CHAAT
This was a fusion of Lebanese and Indian cuisines. It had potato, falafel, tomoato & onion pieces in a spicy green chutney. RECOMMENDED ‼️
📍HOUSE SPECIAL CHICAGO PIZZA
This was a thin crust medium sized pizza with spicy cheese sauce and melted cheese with little veggies. Veggies could have been a bit more but overall it was good in taste.
📍 CHOCOLATE SOIL
It was the dessert we ordered and I really liked this concept. It had the normal sponge cake pieces onto melted ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce.

Last week i visited this place with my friends . We all loved not only the place and service provided by the staff but also the food. The place has a very beautiful ambience. Service provided by the staff is good. We ordered Paneer Tikka,Nachos with cheese and salsa for the starter both of the things were good. We also ordered Arrabiata Pasta and peri peri sizzler both of the dishes were very tasty. Last but not the least for dessert we ordered chocolate soil which was just yummy😋!!! We selected Spice republic for our lunch due to the ratings as well as the variety of cuisines that it has on its menu. The restaurant is located on the first floor. Some unique decorations inside and the ambiance inside are very good. So we had ordered 3 types of drinks - Hazel Dream, Black Currant Caprioska and Orange Muddle. For the food, we had Nachos with Cheese Sauce and Salsa, Republic Rocks and Mexican Cottage Cheese Shashlik as sizzler.
Starting with the Nachos first, the usual crispy nachos with 3 colors namely red, yellow and black, The yellow one was by far the tastiest and the crunchiest of the three. The salsa sauce was slightly on the sweeter side with all those tomatoes. The cheese sauce was tasty but would have been better had it been a little thicker. But the overall package was very good.
The republic rocks were a combination of cheese balls with corn stuffed inside covered with bread crumbs and deep-fried. It had a little sauce over those balls while was served with a combination of honey schezwan sauce. The cheese balls tasted amazing with all the cheese stuffed inside. And the sauce made it taste even better.
Coming to the 3 drinks, the orange muddle was a combination of fresh orange juice mixed with some soda and with plenty of ice. An amazing orange soda. The black currant caprioska was a mixture of black currant juice and lemon juice. They also added mint leaves to make it taste even more interesting. Lastly, the Hazel dream was a combination drink of hazelnut, coffee and chocolate served over a designer bowl with white emanating smoke. All in all the three drinks perfectly complimented the food.
Lastly, coming to the sizzler, the Mexican Cottage Cheese Shashlik had a combination of cottage cheese, Mexican styled noodles, some amazing veggies and potato wedges with the special sauce. The noodles were slightly on the spicier side but the taste was amazing. The potato wedges were crispy and were freshly fried. The stir-fried veggies were a combination of cauliflower, carrots, babycorns, etc. A very unique and amazing sizzler. Thus, all in all, we were very happy with the taste and quality of food and would definitely recommend trying out their menu.
It been very nice place, I have ordered Mexican fries , peri peri sizzlers and cigar rolls it was very delicious, staff was friendly and there valet parking also and service was very fast.

This place is heaven for all the vegetarians out there. I genuinely haven't seen such a vast menu for a pure veg restaurant. Coming to the food, one of the most authentic and tasty food. There are literally no words to define how happy I was to end up here.
Favourite starters- Paneer Makhani Kulcha with cheddar cheese dip. It was definitely the best innovative tasty thing I've tried. The Jalapeno Poppers were full of liquid cheese and I was drooling all over it.
If you love the Thai Soup smell and love veggies, go for the Tom Yum soup.
Next thing I loved here was the Smoky Chipotle which had a rice portion along with veggies and paneer and two Chipotle rolls.
We tried the Bubble Gum shake and Watermelon Mojito (recommended).
At last, Chocolate soil was something recommended by the staff and it turned to be the most unique dish. At bottom with a layer of ice-cream, it was topped with spongy small pieces of cake and had proper Chocolate content for a perfect dessert.
Overall, this easily makes it to my Top 5 vegetarian places with some amazing menu and genuine food.

Spice Republic is a pure veg restaurant located on the first floor in Ajanta Estate, market road in Borivali West. Nearby here is market and Borivali station is also very close from the restaurant.
Thus restaurant serves u soo many different varieties of food. Here u can get North Indian, Chinese, Italian, Mexican and also fast food.
Ambiance here is lit and so many things in this restaurant are made from the water pipes which used in building's and there are so many things which are very old as a show piece which u'll surely love.
I went here with my mom and we loved each and everything about this restaurant.

For main course, we went for Jucy Lucy sizzler. You have an option of rice or noodles with the sizzler. Worth a try.
Ambiance: From outside, the first floor located restaurant looks good. The interiors are nice. Be careful of choosing the right place. We were at a corner table where the AC was not sufficient (faulty design). The restaurant is neat and spacious. The place was crowded and hence a little noisy.
Service: Staff provided efficient and elegant service.
Parking: This could be a little tricky as there is not dedicated parking available. Could get difficult to find parking for a 4 wheeler.

Spice Republic is located close to borivali station and right opposite the famous merwans cake shop. It was truly a delight for vegetarians. This restaurant / cafe has good ambience and music. Suitable for family outings with good decor.
They have a good range of mocktails to choose from. I really liked the presentation of each mocktail and each one had a unique taste!
For starters.. I'd recommend the mushroom brusheta.. A perfect replacement for the usual garlic breads. I loved the fries and fondue.. Chinese chili fries and pizza pop fries.. Would go for both and the fondue was delicious for all cheese lovers. Mexican shots.. Something new.. And yummy.. Filled with cheese and sauses. Pizza and pasta were good. The sizzlers- Go for Tandoori planner Tikka sizzler or Mexican cottage cheese sizzler. Both are very tasty.
Deserts are also quite amazing. I tried the life and death by chocolate - filled with chocolate syrup, ice cream, brownies and nuts😍. And another unique desert was fried ice cream.. And surprisingly it was delicious!!

Spice republic, which is located close to Borivali railway station West, serves a vast variety of pure vegetarian food which includes cuisines like Mexican, Italian, indian and continental, and also having a vast variety of mocktails to choose from.
it is located on the first floor of a building and has only interior seating. the interior is huge with a very retro theme to it. the chairs and sofas are colourful and the walls are beautified with funky graffitis, totally retro style. yellow dim lamps add to the overall aura of the place. I am really quite impressed with how they have done the interiors. Full marks for that.
Coming to the food we tried the following-
1. Desi boys enjoying tall summer- this drink was supposed to be a flavourful concoction of Apple juice, Sprite, lime etc; but unfortunately the green Apple had a very overwhelming flavour which kind of suppressed The other flavours. 3\5
2. Bubble burst- the presentation of the drink was really eye catching and so was the colour of the drink. unfortunately the taste did not match up to my expectation. 3\5
3. Cheese Kurkure- basically this appetizer consisted of a spicy and cheesy stuffing inside all purpose flour made into cylindrical tubes and deep fried. This was really nicely made and was super crispy, but again, the amount of stuffing was too less and majorly i could taste the shell. Besides, instead of serving it with their sweet and spicy sauce, they can think of other alternatives like Chipotle mayo or something similar. 4\5
4. Fusion confusion- this was definitely one of the most innovative dishes I had till date. tacos were shaped into a cup or tarts, into which a filling containing Salsa, veggies, paneer bhurji and lots and lots of grated cheese was stuffed to give a deliciously lip-smacking starter dish. The dish looks so beautiful that you just wanna keep having more and more. the quantity is too good for a starter. 5\5
5. Republic rocks- this was another star dash from this place which was highly recommended by the server. A mixture containing cheese and veggies was stuffed inside all purpose flour sheets, rolled into a ball and deep fried until Crisp golden. it was served with their sweet and spicy sauce with the garnish of cabbage and mayo. Lovely dish. 4.5\5
6. Tex-mex fondue- this Mexican fusion of classic fondue was served in a very beautiful way. the fondue was creamy, spicy and mildly Tangy. The accompaniments included croutons, veggies, nacho chips and potato wedges. Overall I quite liked this dish. 4\5
7. Cafe mocha- i asked for double shot of coffee and it was quite nicely brewed and served hot. 5\5

This place has beautiful ambience with pleasant music and great service. Apt place to visit for family meals.
Its a child friendly place and has spacious seating. The place is well lit and the service is pretty quick. I loved the dessert at this place.I would pick this place to just go for desserts too!
We were hosted by Mr. Saif, helped us picking dishes of our taste. Food is delicious and they have a lot of variety.
Its a vegetarian place and serves Jain food too.Valet is available.

Being a hard core non-vegetarian I was quite in a fix when was in Borivali for a brunch and I truly did not want to go for some Indian food or Thalis. Was looking for some fresh take on Veg food and Spice Republic popped up on my Zomato search. Situated on the first floor near Borivali market this had a nice rustic and quirky ambience with ample of seating. The décor consisted of unique items and brightly coloured seating. The staff was good and helped us with their new menu suggestions. Overall this is our take on @Spice Republic:

Food we ordered:
1. Dahi ke Kebab: Nice and crisp tikkis on the outside but when bitten into smooth soft masala dahi on the inside. That’s the perfect way to dahi ke kebab. The flaour was beautiful and I truly loved it..
2. Corn Sabudana Kebab: This was a nice twist on the classic kebab on skewers and sabudana wadas. Sabudana and corn kebab on skewers coated with semolina on top for that nice pan fried crisp texture was both creative and delicious.
3. House Special Pizza: Thin crust pizza loaded with creamy spicy tangy sauce and loads of cheese along with some cherry tomatoes and veggies. It was a decent take on thin crust pizza and that load of sauce definitely made it a delicious messy affair.
4. Desserts: We had the life and death by chocolate which was a fun sundae full of icecream, ckae, chocolate ganache and a lot more. Highly recommended. Secondly we had the Kala Jamun with icecream which was great too.
5. Refreshments: They have a wide range of mocktails which are quite refreshing and fun. So one need not worry about beverages here.
Overall, when in Borivali and looking for some super cool fusion vegetarian food head straight to this place and you are bound to have good time.

Spice republic is one of the best places when it comes to veg food .it's just 10 min from the stn .the Ambience here is quite sassy with some fancy interiors and dim lightings.the food here is quite good for the price.the quantity as well as the quality of the food is Damm good.the staff here is quite friendly and helpful.

Signature cheese garlic bread- Italian bread topped with loads of cheese and garlic butter ,it was medium spicy.
Alfredo pasta - It was a white sauce pasta topped with veggies.
Republic rocks-it was one of the best dishes over there would definitely Suggest you to go for this.
Cigar roll- Cheese roll rolled in fill and served with schezwan dip.
Pyramid fondue - It was a cheesy dip with som veggies and potato wedges overall nice but not that Damm good .
Mains:
Paneer tikka masala and naan: This is one of the best combo when you love cottage cheese and prefer medium spicy .
Desserts:
Black current kulfi- this was the first time a tried it and it turned out to be Damm good
Life and death by chocolate- This was one of the best desserts there which was full of brownies topped with chocolate ice cream and nuts .

A veg restaurant in the heart of borivali where you ll find maximum veg ppl around in that locality. Let me tell you this is not some regular/ordinary veg restaurant serving some north indian/Chinese dishes. It has fusion , it has flavour, it has something different in every dish which people can enjoy.
The interiors have some great motivating and brain grinding captions which impressed me a lot.
Went for lunch and ordered the following items:
Drinks:
Desi boys: recommended. People who enjoy mojito should definitely try this refreshing drink.
Peru chilly pyaala: Always my favourite and will never get tired drinking it.
Cranberry caprioska: Great presentation and good taste as well
Irish Frappe: They have good frappe/coffee options in their menu. This one was upto the mark
Food:
Mini naan bombs: well made circular bombs of naan which had filling of veggies cheese and paneer. Good dish.
Fusion confusion: Recommended ..As the name suggests there is lot of confusion as to what are we eating. Such surprise to our tongue and palate is really appreciated. Nachos in a cup form with multiple fillings within.
Tandoori vegetables: The only dish out of the lot which I found very ordinary.
Khandvi AU GRATIN : Its all about fusion and combination. My favourite gujarati dish khandvi with a twist. Highly recommended if you wanna try something new.
Jucy Lucy sizzler: A big paneer patty with rice, veggies and potato vedges. Quite filling
Dessert:
Carrot Halwa Mouse: The fusion doesn't end. It continues with the dessert as well. Recommended..gajar halwa with vanilla icecream on top.
Rabdi kulfi: Available with different flavours. We chose the gulkand flavour. The presentation was outstanding within a cart. Also the kulfi was great.
Overall a lovely place with very soft spoken staff. Had a great time. A must visit .

I absolutely loved this place, they have so many cuisines and various different fusion dishes with super awesome coolers. I felt it little expensive for few dishes. I went here with a huge group of friends and we hogged on to multiple dishes.

It was a cheese blast which had cheese balls encrusted and fried perfectly alongside served with sweet and spicy sauce giving the tangy flavor.
Pizza pop fries
It had delicious fries topped pizza breads seasoned with vibrant italian herbs and mexican black olives.
Chinese chilli fries
Chinese savor fries with spring onions along with sesame seeds and served with cabbage slices.
Burgers
Vada pav burger
It was like a vada pav stuffed between burger buns. Similar to any other vada pav.
There was one another burgee which's name I don't remember but it was just like any regular burger with mexican taste. Both the burgers were served with potato wedges.
Mains
Dragon rice with gravy
This was unusual platter of tasteful rice w hich was served with thick gravy around cupful of fried chinese rice. There were dry fruits in rice with good amount of veggies.
Smoky chipotle
Served with a huge portion of smoky chipotle sauce, it relished the way of having rice.
Khandvi au gratin
lip smacking amalgation of gujurati and italian cuisine where small pieces of khandvis were baked with exotic veggies and cooked in ample spread of mozzarella cheese.
Mexican cottage cheese shashlik sizzler
Extra ordinary sizzler with fries, paneer gravy, rice and salsa. Fries and salsa was mexican touch to it.
Dessets
Carat halwa mosse
Gajar halwa was spread in the form of mousse topped with fresh cream which looked so appealing. The taste was almost at par of gajar ka halwa. Worth a try!
Fried icecream
A scoop of ice cream fried which made it thick and crusted and dazzled with chocolate syrup.
