I don't think this place required a review! One of the oldest restaurants in Vile Parle East, I have been going/ordering from this place since childhood. Never disappoints. Reasonable rates and decent food. South Indian food and North Indian is what it's most well known for. Very quick service and always crowded with people! Quite accessible as it's just opposite Parle East station. Few dishes I would recommend here would be: Idli and Vada Sambhar, Dosas, Cheese Garlic Kulcha, Biryani, Falooda. Starters are moderate and not much variety. The staff is very friendly as well.
Simply loved this place. I have visted this restaurant several times by now. All the dishes are tasty. Price justifies the quantity and quality of dishes. My favourite dishes are Idli, all types of dosa, chole bhature , pav bhaji, paneer makhanwala, veg Kolhapuri, hydrabadi biryani, watermelon juice.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick.

I ordered masala dosa and idli sambhar....idli was very soft and sambhar was delicious ....Masala dosa was very tasty and tempting....The quality and quantity was best....The food was also delivered on time and taken care of hygiene....
Love love their food. Their dahi pakoda curry is my absolute fav !! Thick and creamy with soft crispy pakodas. The dahi vada is abit expensive compared to other Places but is worth it. I've stored it for two days in my fridge and it has still been yummy and soft and no tummy upsets too. The cheese sada dosa is loaded with cheese & sambar and chutney are quite delicious. Worth the price and worth its name. It's been there for years in parle and a saviour in this pandemic.

The mouth watering mysore masala dosa is the most ordered dish here . The filtered coffee servered here will make your day.
It was a great experience. Food was tasty and quantity was great. Had got 1+1 on Zomato gold so totally worth it. Also, service was quick and also board games are available here for fun. Overall a decent cafe.

This restaurant is big enough also having upstairs sitting arrangements along with AC.
They serve many cuisines like south Indian, Punjabi, Chinese etc. But it's famous for south Indian food.
I ordered Mysore masala dosa here, it was big in size having ample of stuffing along with some veggies and chutney. They served it with coconut chutney and sambar.
Secondly I ordered a of plate samosa. They served two samosas in a plate along with green chutney and sauce.

Rama Krishna is a very famous restaurant in Mumbai, Vile parle. I love the food over here. I had recently ordered Dal khichdi and pav bhajhi. It was yum and mouth watering. I would like to recommend this place to everyone.

Love the crispy dosas, butter idlis, onion utthapas, upma and not to forget filter coffee.
They also have an AC section on the first floor meant for family gatherings and big groups.

Hotel Ramakrishna is located near Ville Parle station. This restaurant is pretty famous for their vegetarian dishes. We went to this restaurant for breakfast and we had sambar idly, onion uttappam. I just loved both the dishes. Ambience of this restaurant is decent and service was good.

We had SADA DOSA, RASAM WADA, PATTI SAMOSA and VEG CUTLET.
I will prefer you to try their rasam wada and patti samosa.
Their filling in patti samosa is something you can only get here.

So have grown up eating dishes out here, stayed just beside this restaurant, so used to order every second day from here.
Their must try is medu Vada, dahi Vada and biryani u must try this dishes and of course they too serve north Indian food so try tat too.
Whenever u go here this place is bustling with people's so getting place here is a task so be prepare to share ur table with other foodies.

The place is right opposite to the Vile Parle railway station. You would get the one of the best south indian and fast-food items here. The quick service adds a point in their bucket. You can come here to have a good breakfast with your friends after your morning exercise. I too had come here with my friends after playing football and we had a good time here.
Items I had:
1) misal pav- the famous breakfast of mumbaikars. The misal was well spiced, topped with farsan and coriander. One of the best breakfast items apart from the south indian varieties.
2) onion uthappa- the uthappa was well cooked. Not too crispy but soft and likeable.
3) dahi wada- the curd was smooth and sweet. The wada soaking this curd made its taste even better.
4) bread butter- very simple dish served with some sugar. Best eaten with some tea.
5) tea and coffee- I would recommend the tea and coffee of this place. The flavour, aroma, it's just perfect!

Made a nostalgic visit to Rama Krishna along with my school mates after our morning excursion at Juhu Beach. We sat in the ac section and were pleasantly greeted by the Manager whom we have been seeing since our school days. We ordered Idli Vada, Samosa, Dosa, Sabudana Vada & washed it down with Filter Coffee. All the dishes were excellent but a special mention on the sambar which was wholesome & delicious.

Typical quick service restaurant ,located near a suburb station, having full rush serving fresh veg. food . Visited the place on couple of occasions - North Indian food on first visit and South Indian -Chat on 2nd , good preparation of food and efficient service .
Traditional north food. Amaze to have here.they are so good in naan and paneer makhanwala. Superb dish .waiters are polite too. Must try this place.

Though the place was packed we thought the service would be bit slow. We were quite pleasantly surprised with the service and the attitude of the attendants. It was very quick. Also their quantity too was real great.

It's a really good restaurant to have veg food. Their are specialty is fast food snacks. They have over it of dosa idli and chat options. Located on the vile Parle station Road so it is easily accessible the only drawback is that there is no parking. The staff is really good and the service very fast. Food is excellent and the quantity is worth the amount that you pay. All the items are very reasonably priced. The filter coffee is a must have at this place.

Great selection of food, paper masala dosa was so delicious paired with the coriander chutney and sambar. Upstairs with the air conditioning is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy some fantastic food.

This is an old hotel in vile Parle. People still visit this place from 12-15kms away for weekend south indian savouries. The entrance is very confusing I had to cross the floor of hotel rooms to reach the restaurant. Apparantly they had one more way to reach this restaurant. Nevertheless I hovered over the menu to realise I should start with ghee sada dosa ( butter sada dosa was also an option). Then I ordered Mysore masala dosa. If you want to see a huge monument like structure on your plate order paper dosa. Mosambi juice helped me to quench my thirst. Overall experience was great!

Its my go to place for food. Its decent and an affordable place for anyone who likes South Indian food. I have tried a lot of dishes at this place but a few that I really like are the Dosa's, Uttapa's, Pav Bhaji, Filter Coffee and surprisingly even their Veg Kofta.
They have a normal setup below and an AC lounge on the first floor. The staff is friendly and the orders are served quickly.

Very old restaurant running sucesfully since quite sometime, however they have managed to upgrade themselves from time to time and kept themselves in race with the oncoming new challenges.
Have maintained their food quality and service efficiency over the period of time.
I personally found their pricing to be a little on higher side but then with services offered and their location it's kind of justified.
Can expect oneself to have a hearty meal and be out within 30 minutes.
Giving one star less because of parking problem. Initially when they must started, vehicle ownership was a privilege and roads were not that congested but in today's scenario it does become a draw back. If possible management should consider making alternates.
