Very basic typical udipi place but the food tastes amazing! The sambar and coconut chutney has been consistent and very good for years. Pretty Hygienic. They accept cash only. Parking is generally available in the lane opposite. Not suitable for wheelchair as there are a few steps at the entrance.
It's one of the old world places at chembur still standing. Nothing much has changed since past 30 years. No a/c . No piped music. No hullabaloo. Open view to the street outside. It's a relaxing place to sit and observe chembur life. Food and service is good.

It doesn't have the energy that it used to have in the pre-Covid days. Greatest disappointment was the absence of their signature dish - Pav bhaji and its variants.
