Nicely designed interiors, this place offers Lebanese food which attracts lebanese food lovers. The food was different and good. Can be visited to try something new
It's a very nice place for middle Eastern or Lebanese cuisine. Food was really good and premium quality. All the staffs were very courteous, helpful and nice. I found the ambience to be little dark for my choice (personal preference. Not necessarily bad for everyone). I would recommend booking in advance, especially if you are going during weekend. Also while booking you must insist booking one of the sofa seats as the other tables are little uncomfortable and dark.
Surprisingly good labanes food in and around Kala ghoda, we had tried Thier walnut humus and beetroot humus with warm pita, Kastaleta(lamb chop),tamer cake for dessert it was all excellent And yeah! Excellent service will be back soon.
Rue du Liban, Kala Ghoda, serves traditional Levantine cuisine in a contemporary way. What I ordered: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
A cold mezze spread with giant pita breads paired with -
Hummus: Creamy chickpea purée - basic, but delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Beiruty Hummus: Chickpea purée with marinated cherry tomatoes, spring onions and parsley oil - the description was more intricate than the actual flavours in it. ⭐️⭐️
Shanklish: Goat cheese aged and coated with za’tar mixed with cherry tomatoes, onion, parsley, dukka, and olive oil - full of exotic spices and flavours, this one is a must order! ⠀
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⠀⠀⠀
Batata Harra : Fried potato cubes sautéed with red chili, garlic and coriander. A must order for all potato lovers at any Lebanese restaurant! ⠀
⭐⭐⭐⭐️⠀⠀⠀
⠀
Falafel : Chickpea croquettes topped with radish, tomatoes, and pickled chilies, served with tahini and shatta- a spicy red sauce with a pungent taste. Crispy and delicious! ⠀
⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐⠀⠀⠀
⠀
Halloumi : Roasted halloumi cheese with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and pomegranate in a lemon and olive oil dressing. Halloumi is a plain, semi-hard cheese with a rubbery texture. This dish is only for those with a palate for subtle, bland flavours.
⭐⭐⭐
⠀
Rose Mint Lemonade : Sounds basic but this drink was probably the star of the night! A minty sweet lemonade with a strong aroma and flavor of fresh rose - must try!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⠀⠀
⠀
Beklewa : Crunchy traditional Lebanese phyllo with mixed nuts, served with mastic icecream. Mastic icecream is prepared with the sap of the Mastic tree traditionally found in Greece. Tasted as unique as it sounds, I was instantly a fan! The beklewa in itself was too sweet, heavy for my taste, but the ice cream was definitely the saving grace!
⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️ ⠀
First visit to Rue Du Liban, and exceptional in every way !
It was a weekday evening, so not too crowded, about 50% of the restaurant occupied. We ordered a whole range of starters and some mains as well (significantly over ordered !) and desserts, and every single item was perfect. The service was top quality and faultless. The place has a good, cozy, somewhat Parisian ambience which goes well with the cuisine and theme.
The only minor negative is the pricing : it is an expensive place to dine, more so for liquor but also for food. Our total billing was easily in the 5* hotel restaurant range. But I guess all good things come at a price...highly recommend Rue Du Liban and we will be back soon.
Nice place for Lebanese cuisine from Sobo perspective. Better options available from Bandra onwards though. Staff was courteous & service was quick. Food was delicious but not mind blowing. We had usual fare - Halloumi, Zataar bread, Falafel & Shish Touk. The portions weren't great compared to the prices.
Outstanding. The finest Middle Eastern restaurant in South Asia. One of the best restaurants overall in the country. Eclectic, rich-Arab-meets-Haut-Parisien-Café decor. Well informed, Knowledgeable staff. Great Wine & Beverage programme.
I love this place for the freshness of the ingredients, their authenticity of the dishes served up and love the vibe - it's feels like a quasi-retro place out of the 1920's era. Only one suggestion - the table lamps have got to go. They've expanded their menu from when I visited last. I look forward to coming back to try the new offerings.
📍Rue Du Liban at Kala Ghoda offers contemporary Lebanese food. The sophisticated ambience adds to the overall experience. Even though the prices may be a little steep, the exemplary quality of the food and service make it worthwhile!!🤩

Some of the best dishes:
1. Hummus+ complementary pita bread
2. Mouhamara
3. Tabbouleh
4. Manakeesh Zatar
5. Manakeesh Khodra
6. Halloumi
7. Dessert- Beklewa
Absolutely delicious food. The hummus was perfectly made and came with the most fluffiest warm bread I have had. The Shish taouk (chicken kebab) was also awesome. The ambience is sophisticated. Prices are slightly higher, but it's all worth it.
A classy & elegant place tucked away in the bylanes of Kala Ghoda area. A wooden door in this very French looking building opens up to a different world altogether, almost a yesteryear elite club vibe. Though the name & place looks very French form outside, it is a Lebanese place serving some good Middle Eastern food. We ordered Maujadara & Batata Harra for our vegan friend to try. The batata harra was delicious! We also tried the Shish Taouk - classic spiced chicken grilled to perfection. We ended with a dessert - the Ossmallieh - beautiful rich rose ice-cream sandwiched between semolina baked pastries - the crunch & creaminess together was just delightful! The prices here are on the higher side for the portion sizes.

The Hommos and Labneh were just amazing. It was something straight from Lebanon. Best Hommos in town! The interiors and seating arrangement was perfect!
Never thought Lebanese vegetarian food could ask taste so good. This place is a must visit if you like Lebanese cuisine.
Very Nice ambiance and amazing food
One of the authentic Mediterranean Cuisine. Fattoush Salad was nice and Beiruty Hommos ,Khallaj Manakesh ,Bombay Jallab are worth to eat. one of the nicest harrisa sauce was served with falafel.
Best this all was served jain and was one of the nicest jain Mediterranean food
A super cool Place for Lebanese lovers, located at Fort, Kala Ghoda. And just as fancy as the name sounds, is the ambience of this place. Totally in love with their lights and arrangements.
Went on a weekday for dinner.

For the love of Lebanese!!
lets start with the feel-A perfect lighting , you might not have to worry about service as they are prompt and make your dining experience mesmerizing.
Food- Hummus was perfect blended puree, (I asked for extra olive oil drizzle) , eventually went for repeat , next was Falafel which was served with Tahini again good portions just a suggestion it can run too dry can be lil moist .. taste with hot bread was well kept .
Peach ice tea along everything went very well.. I couldn't try desserts as I had already stuffed myself with good quantity of food! but next time ..wouldn't mind to give Falafel a skip a go for baklava
Overall - 4.5/5
Excellent Food Amazing ambiance !
An amazing place. The ambience is very beautiful. We tried beiruty hummus, which is one of the best hummus. Another dish we tried was Mouhamara. Very nice flavoury dish. Jibneh arayes, basically Lebanese pizza. Tripoli ice coffee is worth a try for coffee lovers. Something new and interesting.
Unique Flavours, masterfully orchestrated. The ambiance, space and decor adds to a great experience.
Absolutely fresh flavorful and outstanding taste. Superb a must visit.
Heard raging reviews about this place and that's how we landed here.
The ambiance is excellent, dimly lit and the interiors look fabulous in the minimalist lighting.
They do not serve alcohol, thus ordered for a mocktail, Kalaghoda Spritzer. As suggested by the staff, this drink was absolutely refreshing, surprisingly tasted very similar to Sangria.
We ordered beiruty hummus, batata harra, the grilled halloumi salad and zaatar manakeesh.
The hummus and manakeesh were average while the batata harra was excellent. The halloumi salad was perfectly made the and the pomegranate along with it gave a perfect balance to the taste of halloumi.
Definitely a go to place for someone looking for good ambiance and decent food!
Got attracted by the Lebanese tag, everything from the service to food was flawless , authentic and awesome tasting food I’m sorry don’t remember the names, we had Babuganesh a Potato side dish and a chicken main dish all stellar , The Baklava was the star . The decor could do with some originality
RUE DU LIBAN

SHRIMP PROVENÇAL
It was a Non Alcoholic preparation
Where prawns were really good size , really soft and fresh
The Garlic and Olive oil sauce was really very delicious
SHISH TAOUK
Out of all this dish this Dish was a bit average compared
It was bit dry but matched well with the Garlic sauce served
LAMB ARAYES
A pita bread filled with minced meat with Arabic spices
KASTALETA
Lamb Chops - was just A Wow the meat was so well cooked
FARROJ MESHWI
The Chargrilled Garlic Chicken
Was a perfect big size Male chicken served with a garlic sauce with a Lebanese taste and touch
Good size and really nice
BEKLEWA
A Bit Sweeter taste but served well with their Mastic Ice cream
HALAVA FONDANT
This was a Hot lava cake which was superb , though it should have been served with Ice cream we had to Order a scoop of Ice cream which was served with the Bekleva and was amazed to see the scoop costed 300++
Ambience Amazing ; Staff is Friendly ; Food Was Delicious.
Everything from the food, ambience and staff was on point. We went for lunch and due to being quite empty the service was prompt and the staff extremely friendly. We ordered the classic hummus, felafel, halloumi bread and shish taouq. We stuck to the classics as it was our first time there and being just two people couldnt order too much variety. The hummus was very smooth and delicious with khubz that was straight out of the oven fresh! The Felafels were perfect.
Although the portion vs size issue remains, it is extremely steep for fine dining standards as well.
Thr halloumi bread was disappointing and would not recommend that. The Shish taouq was also average, many places in Mumbai do a better marination and the chicken was not as soft either.
We also ordered a tonic water and orange based mocktail which was delicious.
Overall would recommend for the mezze and authentic flavors but definitely they could improve and up their game to be the best Lebanese restaurant in the city and give the others a run for their money. If you are price sensitive or have a large appetite, have a look at the menu before you head there!
A good fine dinning Experience if you are a Mediterranean / Lebanese cuisine like us!
An amazing ambiance with courteous staff and a mind-blowing food experienced
Their baklava is a must!!!
Lebanese Fine dine restaurant serving top-Notch food.
They have a Valet as parking is difficult in that area.
We were there for dinner and I feel brighter illumination would serve the need of the diners better.
Decoration and ambience is classy and sophisticated.
Crockery used is porcelain and metal. Good.
Average is Rs 1500/- pp.
Portions are small and each dish suffices 1-2 people. Pita breads are delicious and supply is unlimited and free.
Recommended for good food and if you wish to splurge.
We had the following :
MOUHAMARA : Good , tasty.
Mutabal BEETROOT : this is a cold hummus , tasty , different and worth having.
HUMMUS LAHME : hummus Wth Mutton mince. Good . Try it.
Labneh Meizeh : Goat cheese topped Wth pista and mint leaves. A little sour taste and not to my taste. Avoidable.
FATTOUCH SALAD : this portion is large and tasty.
Shrimp Provençal : shrimps in a little bland masala but worth trying.
HALLOUMI : grilled halloumi cheese Wth pomegranateand garnishing.this is a special dish not always available in the regular menu. Very good and tasty.
FAIRUZ CHICKEN MANAKEESH : Lebanese Pizza , similar to tandoor roti , topped Wth chicken. Delicious and worth trying.
KAFTA MESHWI : Lebanese lamb seekh kabebs. Average.
SHISH TAOUK : bland chicken seekh kabab. Not soft. Avoidable.
DESSERTS :
Osmallieh : mastic icecream sandwiched between fried thin vermicelli. Wth rose taste. Good
Kunefe : best I have had outside of Turkey. Very well made , not too sweet, yummy. Must have
BAKLAVA : more of Mithai than baklava. Served Wth icecream. Avoidable at this price.
Best place in Mumbai to have Labenese food. Try Hummous Beiruty, Mouhmarra, Labenah, Breads ( Must Have ), Fattoush Salad, Halloummi Salad and Arabian Coffee.
Rue du Liban was perfect for the quick light dinner I wanted, so here's the list of what I ordered. I must say every single item was delicious and remained authentic in the true spirit of Lebanon. Few restaurants (I can count maybe 1 or 2) in Mumbai give you that good Lebanese spicy flavour and Rue du Liban definitely tops this list.
Tip: We called for a variety of accompaniments (mezze) to the pita and made it our meal, it makes for a great share-plates food experience!
I was delighted to know that the pita was complimentary and could be reordered as much as we pleased. It is the softest, warm, light pita bread I've ever seen.
1. Mouhamara: the best I've ever had-the perfect blend of sweet and spicy
2. Falafel: classic, can you go wrong with this one? I'd suggest giving this a skip only because there's so much more the menu has to offer!
3. Fattet Hommus Blaban: absolutely EXCELLENT ! The crispy bits make it all worth it! A lovely difference from the regular hummus.
4. Motabal Baba Ghanouj: smokey and aubergine-y? Yes please. I'm not a huge fan of aubergines in general but this dish is beautiful and smooth!
5. Mujadara: at first I was unsure of a pure lentil based dish but it went beautifully with everything else on the table!
Overall, I would go back to try more! It is on the more expensive side but the decor and food experience justify the cost, for me.
Good food must try nice ambience one good place for lebanese food ........... Good food must try nice ambience one good place for lebanese food ...........
Kavita Hurry Vivek Hurry
+4
Great food, good service, makes up for the lack of liquor. Worth a visit for sure. The Pita bread is one of a kind! Freshly made and served hot!! And the grand finale is Bakhlava and Pista icecream🎉
We had an amazing meal at Rue du Liban on August 3,2019. We personally congratulated the chef Mr Chadi for a very tasty meal . The service was also excellent. Thank you , will come back soon .
Lovely ambience, courteous staff and great variety of food! Choices for vegetarian were fantastic specially the salads. Great job guys, look forward to coming back soon!
The ambiance was good servers were knowledgeable about the menu . You need to introduce some vegetarian main courses which are absent at this point
The quality of food was excellent can’t complain about anything
Great place with lovely ambiance prompt service and great Lebanese food. There pita bread specialy is outstanding with the options of dip's and mezzes. Loved the Hallomi and shish too. The server explained the menu well and the sercice of food was pretty quick. Will come back for more.
Lovely food and authentic flavors. Gentle on the pallet and tummy. Highly recommend you spend time over every dish. Great service. Unobtrusive and great recommendations!
So this place is an absolute favourite and become a cult to visit every month. The staff , to begin with, are all so very warm and enthusiastically show concern to every detail of the guest requirement. So my first impression turned out pleasing.
Almost all dishes on the menu seem to be worth giving a try(although I'm still at it)
Hommus | zaa'atar | falafel | tamer cake are all delectably delicious . The cake (tamer cake) was moist and outstandingly worth it.
Overall go for it if u like middle eastern cuisine .
Amazing Lebanese place! Loved the food here. We were crossing by this place and decided to give them a call for a table for 3 at around 2:43pm. Their last order time was 2:45pm and the staff was so courteous and polite, they told us to come in even though it was late. We got seated and placed the food order at one go.
We just ordered the basics - some Hommus (as they spell it in their menu) and Falafel. They came along with some freshly made pita bread. The taste was ‘out of the world’ amazing.
I believe in order to see if a restaurant is good, order the basics, if they screw up the basics, other things in their menu can not be any more tastier.
Ambience did not disappoint either, exquisite setting with a good amount of velvet in their decor giving a very warm and royal feel. Would definitely visit place again to try other things on their menu like the “Mouhmara”. Another amazing dish I wanted to try but couldn’t.
Excellent restaurant! Authentic food, elegant decor, extremely courteous service! The orders were cooked to perfection. The khubz (Pita bread) and the mezze were all simply excellent. In fact, everything we ordered was so good that we left nothing on the table!
Drinks: we ordered a rose mint lemonade which was excellent. Actually a nicer version of the Soda Rose.
Bombay Jallab was average (it’s almost like tamarind infused water).
Food: Fattet hommos b’laban was very good. This is served with Pita bread which comes fresh from the oven. they served complimentary additional breads. Would definitely recommend this.
Fatayer B’Sabanekh was average. It’s basically samosas ( non fried) made with spinach filling.
Dessert: Ossmallieh - very nice - it’s like an ice-cream sandwiched between a firni.
Nice ambience. The place looks a little old though. The restrooms are extremely well maintained. Nadeem, our server, was extremely good - very polite, smiling, ready to help. The overall experience got enhanced a notch due to Nadeem.
Went to Rue Du Liban for a family dinner.
We ordered:
1. Hommos- Traditional Good old Hummus which came with bottomless pita bread
2. Wark Inab B'Zeit- Rice wrapped in grape leaves which was a completely new and unique dish that we loved
3. Shanklish- A cheesy and herb laden accompaniment to the wonderful warm and soft pita
4. Halloumi- Akin to Panner, a middle eastern cheese dressed with rocket and cherry tomatoes
5. Fattet Hommos B'Laban- Boiled chickpea mixture with some pine nuts, garlic yogurt and fried pita chips was an easygoing dip with the pita
6. Jibneh Arayas- Cheese stuffed Pita which was a crowd favourite
7. Manakeesh Khodra- Pita topped with a thick tomato paste and cherry tomatoes and herbs which was the least favourite among everything we ordered
8. Baklava- Sweet, Flaky, Nut laden pastry layered with Icecream
9. Kanafeh- A cheesy baked dish topped with some crunchy crushed Katafi pastry bits and baked to yummy gooey perfection
Loved the food, very very satisfying and authentic.
We also tried a couple of their mocktails, Bombay Jallap being our favourite!
Would love to visit again!
Great place for good food lovers. Very good food and preparation. Whatever items we ordered was just too good- fresh - tasty..... couldn’t be better. Must visit again and again.
Ive been looking for quality Lebanese in this city for a while now and can safely say this is good. They have all the traditional dishes that many restaurants skip. They have fresh ingredients. Best ive had in this city. Definitely going again.
The food was great ordered vegetarian food. Ordered totally different things like steamed cauliflower purée .Pumpkin crack wheat shell with stuffed spinach. Haloumi .The interiors was nice. The service was good. Must go visit restaurant
The environment and vibes of the place makes you happy. I personally love dark kind of environment with less light. Interiors gives you that royal feel which is the most attractive part of the restaurant. Last time i visited this place i did not click pic.
Yesterday i visited again i have clicked pics, so i tried with Mouhamara and hommos beiruty. Should definitely give a try to Mouhamara, i tried for the very first time, puree of walnut, it was delicious. Its a must visit place.
It is a bit of expensive (over priced) restaurant. Just two dish for 1530. Pictires have been uploaded below.
Best Levantine - Eastern Mediterranean cuisine in Mumbai. One of the finest i have ever had in my many visits to various restaurants across the world as I love this kind of cuisine. Superlative service. Highly recommended!
Excellent food! Loved the Beetroot salad, Lamb kibbeh and grilled chicken wings. Do remember to ask for their freshly baked pita bread which is on the house. Highly recommend the semolina with Rose ice cream.
A really beautiful place with great great ambience. Really cute restaurant. Very courteous staff. And the food of course to die for. We had Hummus Beiruty with pita bread which was fresh and hot. A salad and babaganoush along with a main dish of chick peas we ordered. I can easily say this was the best Lebanese/middle eastern meal I have had in India. Service was quick, though it's a fine dine we were in and out in 40 minutes flat. Will surely go again. Bar has still not started which is a minus otherwise it's perfect.
I visited this place with my husband. We ordered Hommos Beriruty,Rose mint lemonade n Baklava was excellent. Lovely ambience. Best Lebanese food I ever had. Overall we had a great experience, n looking forward to going back.😊
ONE OF THE BEST PLACES OF LEBANESE FOOD . THE MEZZE WERE AMAZING AND EACH & EVERY DISH WERE DELICIOUS INCLUDING THE DESERTS . YES IT IS LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT WE WOULD VISIT AGAIN SOON .
Amazing food! Excellent service. The waiters are so welcoming and ready to suggest. Decor is nice and spacious . Lovely restaurant. Has been on my to go list for the longest time.
Fabulous food, lovely ambience! The hummus with the lamb mince is to die for! Can’t wait to visit again. Great stuff . Lovely cocktails too.
The swanky, superbly appointed Lebanese place in Kala Ghoda is the perfect impress your date spot! From the moment you enter this restaurant oozes romance with its dim lighting and well appointed burgundy couches, the seating is intimate and has great nooks for chats.
The dishes that standout Hommos and way you like it, the star is the fresh pita that is amazing by itself, Samaka Tajjen, a must try for all fish lovers, Batata Harra is not a unique dish but it is so well seasoned it is a comfort dish for the table. Soujok and the Kafta Meshwi are a lamb lovers dream, super succulent and flavourful! Finish your meal with Beklewa, It is 1 of the best versions I have had, very rich but completely worth it!
This is a must try for middle eastern food lovers and for anyone looking for that intimate date night spot to wow!
Pricing is on the higher side when compared to Bayroute and Maffys however they do not deviver on this kind of ambiance.
**I have found Zomato Customer Service & Care to not value the customer. I choose to utilize this platform only for reviews and restaurant information**
Very average food, nothing too wooowwyyy about it but super awesome staff.. v v friendly and smiling people and that’s what makes this place happy. Drinks are good.. my 4 star is for the dessert. Don’t eat too much main course just have all the desserts possible.
We were roaming Kala Ghoda Area and searching for different cuisines.
We stopped at Rue Du Liban, A Labanese Cuisine.
Ambiance is absolutely breathtaking.
Must must visit place if you want peaceful conversation during dining.
They have tried giving Candle light effect
and they succeeded.
We were skeptical about the menu at the start, but it turned out to be so mouthwatering.
I am vegetarian so I ordered veg only.
The food was so yummy.
Very different.
We ordered Mushroom Hummus, Falafal Pita bread, Lentil soup, and beverages.
All were 5 stars.
In the end, we ordered desserts, the best part.
Everything is freshly baked. They perpare by their own
Pita breads were freshly baked by them only.
Ice creams were so mouth-watering. No extra sugar, freshly prepared.
Please do visit.
And not too expensive, take care of your pocket.
Visited on a weekend a bit late in the night. It had ample seating thus assuming reservations won’t be necessary. I parked the vehicle in the Kala ghoda parking and walked about 70 metres to reach here. Would recommend everyone with a vehicle to do the same in case you don’t have a driver
They do specialises on Lebanese. Thus we started with Hummus and pita bread and followed by certain succulent kebabs. Overall the quality was great and the food tasted wonderful. The service was prompt
I had been on the lookout for a really good restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine and after trying a couple in South Mumbai, this one has consistently checked all points. You must try the classic Hummus and tum. The kebabs and fish is just mouth watering. And they got it right with the vegetarian cuisine as well, which makes me stress free cause the most exhaustive food critic my vegetarian husband has something to make his taste buds tingle.
A hidden gem that serves authentic and flavorful Lebanese cuisine. The warm ambiance, friendly staff, and mouthwatering dishes make it a must-visit destination. From creamy hummus to juicy shawarma, every bite transports you to the vibrant streets of Beirut. A true culinary delight in the heart of Mumbai.
Beautiful place with spot on ambiance. Had calm, cozy, and a lovely vibe. One can definitely plan a date or a girlfriends get-together! ✨️
And has a very kind and supportive staff, thank you so much for your service. 😊
It's a great place to entertain friends on a weekend. The food was tasty and well presented. I'm glad everyone liked the place and had no complaints.
We Parked at Kala Ghoda and walked down.
The place is comfortable for Family, Friends and Colleagues. All groups.
Food is out of the world, surprises you with presentations and flavoursome. All options available. We had a 3 course Lunch for three and the bill was around 5500/- I would say not that expensive given the ambience, location and food experience.
Staff is hospitable, service is prompt and courteous. I personally needed more Light, but may not be a norm.
Closes at 3.30 pm and they take their last order at 3.
Fantastic food. Loved the presentation, taste, ambience and service. Overall if your craving Levantine cuisine this is the place. Order the hummus, kebab and dessert ofcourse. Bill for 4 with two glasses of wine-10k. Will be back-100%
One of the best Lebanese food I have had anywhere in the world. Excellent atmosphere (like a Parisian Restaurant ) and great service All the foods were served beautifully A must restaurant to go to if you enjoy Lebanese food
Lovely little Med/Greek food place in kala ghoda. Don't let the foreboding door fool you, the food is awesome, cocktails good and the staff friendly and attentive.
A place like this is always judged on their hummus and it stands the test! :)
I use to feel Lebanese food is very underrated. But the food i ate here just changed my way of looking at Lebanese food, i loved the fact that it has been served as authentic food and not customized according to Indian consumers. A very good fine dine place to visit with your loved ones.
PS: please do try there desserts they do taste heavenly.....
Our experience at Rue Du Liban was quite enjoyable. The food was a highlight, with each dish impressing our taste buds. The portions can be quite small so order accordingly if you’re sharing. Their warm mezze and grills are especially good. The attentive service added to the overall positive experience, making us feel well taken care of. The atmosphere is lively and relaxed. Rue Du Liban is a must visit for those seeking a delightful Middle Eastern culinary journey in Mumbai's vibrant heart.
We visited this place in the new year. We had reserved ahead and found a nice table. We were with a kid and had a nice time. The service was quick and the food was good. Being vegetarians we were wondering if there would be enough options but we were not disappointed. We ordered a Hummus dish and a Haloumi dish both were very good. Definitely recommend though one star reduced as we believed portion size could be bit more.
Decided to try a Levantine restaurant in South Bombay ( for the love for Mediterranean food)..... and boy! the food was awesome ... We started with a Mezze Platter and the zatar bread was out of the world and so was the Hummus, and Mouhamara. Also ordered some kebabs which were well made and tasted sumptuous with the bread. In the next course we ordered Shawarma, ( mind you, it is not the wrap most of us are so used to....) tasted pretty good. Everything was top notch until we ordered ....something called Kibbeh ....with a citrus sauce... didn't work for us 😪 ...( can't say it was bad, but I guess not for everyone). Now to undo the weird taste ... entered the quintessential Beklewa ...and Mouhalabieh. The ambience is great, the food is super....and if you are lucky you may spot some who's who of Mumbai
Amazing food ! Every dish was delicious. The portion are small for the cost of it but it's worth the experience.
This restaurant has a limited but exclusive menu and the service is above par. Its divine for non vegetarians where people should try out mutton dishes here. The manu card has different names but the waiter will help you with the choices to make based on your requirements. The service is fast and you would mostly get a place even if you go on time. There is limited parking space available here so better park your vehicle at the kalaghoda parking space and go walking to the restaurant. The price is above average but the food is awesome.
Visited here all the way from Delhi and reality was beyond expectations. Great food, ambience and staff. Plus points for the restroom which is really good. Really enjoyed my time at Rue du Liban. Definitely recommend and please have a reservation before you come here.
This is the place you are gonna love if u like Lebanese cusine!
I went there with my lebanese uncle and a japanese friend with a kinda doubt how would it be, but the food was extremely Goooddd or say A1. It was so close to the taste of Lebanon .
Yes, prices are little acute on the expensive side but it’s totally worth it.
If u are a food like me you would struggle to come out of the hangover, its that addictive!!!
The place is pretty luxurious with very limited seats, go walking since the roads are so beautiful with west buildings.
One can get the table easily.
2000/ at least to full fill to appetite
Must try:
- Hummus, Pilaf, Fattoush, Tabbouleh, kibbeh, and Manakish. (Still there are so many)
Also these foods are very healthy.
Hope u like my review
