One of the best places I've been to, in a while. Be it in terms of quality, taste, ambience, everything. A bit expensive but absolutely worth it. Would definitely recommend it once to everyone who likes food that is a combination of health, taste and all things nice! :)

A really nice quaint place. We made a mistake while changing the timing but they still accommodated us despite the place being full and won us over there. The roasted tomatoes and the tibetian soups were just spot on. The hummus were really well made and the pizzas were just the right amount of cripsy. the dimsums could have been a bit better. waiting for them to open up a place near town. overall a very satisfactory meal and surely would recommend it.

Mumbai desperately needed a place like this .. the massively fast pace life in a polluted city like Mumbai needs place to satiate soul, and Sante Spa Cuisine does just that ..
The place debunks "what's healthy is not tasty" belief, their menu looks carefully curated and the food is a delight for anyone who prefers a healthy lifestyle

In fact delight is the experience one takes back not only from the food but also from calm ambience, wooden cutlery, soothing music and warm service.

Point to be noted - They have a all Veg menu with good Vegan, Gluten-free options and some nice Wines to pair with

I personally like their Quinoa Salad, spinach n beetroot humus, breadbasket with assorted butters, pizza and smoothie bowls ..

Totally recommended to people looking for a cozy healthy yet tasty meal !

Sante is a French word that means health and the theme of Sante spa is healthy and hearty food. This place is recommended for vegans, vegetarians, keto diet followers!

Started off with Vietnamese chilled salad roll, looks like a sushi but isn’t, stuffed with veggies like cucumber, carrots, rice noodles and rolled up in crunchy rice paper. Quite healthy and filling for a salad! The coldness added more depth to the palate.

To quench the thirst we opted for charcoal aerated lemon soda which was delicious and so was the mint lemon juice! Very refreshing!

Next we called for sour and spice mushrooms dim sums, they looked appealing and chestnut and carrot combination worked well.

For mains we settled for Soy Tofu and mushroom rice, the brown rice is perfectly looked and tofu and other veggies added flavours and bite to the dish.

Lastly for dessert we were spoiled for choice and settled for jamun cheesecake, the cheesecake had a lower layer of crumble that added texture and the jamun sauce made an impact!

The staff is pleasant and the decor is pleasantly refreshing, overall this is a place for healthy food loving people, people looking for fries and burgers will probably be disappointed.

Most of my life has gone in a dilemma about choosing between delicious food and we'll, healthy food.

Imagine a world where you didn't have to do that! A world where everything delicious...was well, healthy!

That's @santemumbai for you! Located in BKC, everything about this place is Serene and everything served at this place is as healthy as it can get.

The dishes here are made super thoughtfully and prove that it is possible to perfect a combination of healthy and yummy!

The Zucchini Kebabs and the Gnocchi in the pictures were my favorites from what I tried!

Sante has been my favorite for healthy but yummy food since a while now and i have taken several people with me time and again for trying out new dishes everytime!

The service has always been superb and pretty quick too! The menu is so diverse and there are a range of options for vegans, gluten free diet observers, jains and keto friendly too!

The ambience is cozy and simple. Minimalist decor and a peaceful painting of Buddha that i never fail to ponder upon!

Coming to what all i have tried:-

1) Homemade nachos
2) Beetroot and spinach hummus
3) Charcoal hummus
4) Pan seared zucchini kebabs
5) Carbon dimsums
6) Crunchy chlorophyll dimsums
7) Roasted tomato and garlic broth
8) Tibetan Thukpa
9) Creamed asparagus soup
10) Farm fresh pizza
11) Green thai curry
12) Whole wheat spaghetti kale pesto
13) Arabiatta pasta
14) Vegan warm mushroom, oyster and pearl millet
15) Activated charcoal and coconut milkshake
16) Refreshing apple beetroot and carrot juice
17) Dark chocolate buckwheat slab
18) Valhorna chocolate pie
19) Salted caramel mud cake
20) Watermelon mousse rabri

phew!!! Every single item has been superb and upto the mark. The millet and refreshing juice were the only weaklings but all in all we have always had a great time there!!!

My most recommended dishes are nachos, hummus, dimsums, farm fresh pizza and the desserts which are oh so dreamy and mouthwatering!

I highly recommend this place if you already havent! Even if you are not a health freak, Sante will leave you speechless and wanting for more! I promise.

I've been to Sante twice now , the following review is a combined review of my experience there these two times! It's located just next to Busago in BKC. The interiors and the music is very comforting!

Sante spa cuisine specialises in 'healthy food', mind you healthy here is in inverted commas because healthy is and will always be a subjective concept. Their menu is divided into various parts (eg : vegan food, alkaline food, etc).

The menu is quite extensive and hence you are offered a lot of variety in vegan food which is pretty rare ! :)

Coming to the food, we tasted the following :

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad : If you love crunchy salads you should try this one! It's on the sweeter side though. Consisting of walnuts, apples, sweet limes, cranberries and feta , it's health on a plate. My plus one absolutely loved this.

Homemade Nachos : They serve Khakra as nachos which is definitely a healthier alternative. We wish there was more cheese on this one though. Full marks for the flavour factor here. :)

Piri Piri Cottage Cheese Steak : Well cooked cheese steak topped with ratatouille and served in a broccoli pesto. I was looking for some carbohydrate to break the monotony of this dish maybe brown rice or millets would pair perfectly! :)

Shammi of red lentils : All my non vegetarians reading this will know that Shami kebabs are usually made with meat or fish but Sante (which serves only vegetarian food) has put their own twist on the dish and made it with red lentils! It's definitely a good option for vegetarians who haven't experienced the non vegetarian ones! The kebabs melted in the mouth and were served with khakra! I absolutely loved the chutney on the side. Could do without the berry emulsion though (it's kinda sweet for the dish). If you love ghee you'll love this dish! :)

Vietnamese chilled salad rolls : This one is from their salad menu. The rolls are made of rice and filled with rice noodles, carrots, cucumber and sprouts. They are dressed in sweet chilli basil dressing (which was amazing btw) and are served cold. My plus one absolutely loved this. :)

Farm Fresh Pizza : Their pizzas are made from a ragi/nachni/finger millet base and use no maida. What was surprising was the base had the perfect crunch and was pretty thin. Wonder why we even use maida! The pizza was loaded with tons and tons of veggies and no I'm not exaggerating here! It lacked flavour though. It wasn't as flavoursome as one would expect.

Dark chocolate milkshake : This restaurant offers negligible processed / junk food so as soon as I saw something resembling junk I ordered it! The dark chocolate milkshake was heavenly! It was super thick and super yum! Highly recommended. :)

Activated Charcoal lemonade : Well activated charcoal has no flavour of its own after a point so it basically tasted like lemonade and was a fairly refreshing drink! :)

Watermelon Juice : Very fresh, very tasty! Must have.

Coming to the best part! Dessert :

Chocolate Pie : Gluten free chocolate pie with French chocolate is all the heavenly goodness you need ! An absolute must have! :)

Coconut and palm jaggery ice cream : This was delicious! The coconut, the jaggery complimented each other extremely well! :)

They sell homemade cookies as well.

They have definitely fixed the issues I had with them the first time around so this time I'm going with a 5 instead of a 4! :)

Although quite a few options on their menu were unavailable, especially customers weren't getting pizza served due to some technical issue! Here's hoping that's a one time affair.

If you're looking for vegan, gluten free food options you know where to visit! Please head to Sante right away. :)

The place is breath of fresh air. The menu in itself is so innovative and the food is remarkable. From soups to desserts, they provide a wide range of variety of healthy and delicious food. We loved the spinach, beetroot and olive hummus and the soups were fantastic.
I tried chilled Avocado soup and it grows on you gradually. The presentation in itself was appetising. We ordered pizza and with whole wheat base it made us less guilty to consume every morsel of it. Though one can definitely pin point difference in taste but the change is on better side.
Finally the desserts. Who knew that buckwheat can make such amazing desserts. Dark buckwheat Slab and Salted caramel mud cake won us over. We liked valrhona chocolate pie slightly less.
This place offer it’s menu in different variations. There is vegetarian food, non vegetarian food, vegan options, alkaline food etc.
The cutlery was of wood.
Everything just enriched our experience.
It was little cramped but it was Friday evening and we loved it!

Until I visited this place, I dint believe that healthy organic food can also be tasty. The vibe of this place is so serene and calm. Its a tiny place which was fully occupied. What I ordered: 1.Spinach and Beetroot Hummus (INR 340): This is a must must have!! Its is served with khakra chips and is so tasty! I totally recommend this dish. One of the best hummus I have ever had.
2. Roasted Tomato and Garlic Broth (INR 270): Again a winner!! Hot and refreshing!! Highly recommended.
3. Farm Fresh Pizza (INR 530) : Since the food is organic, the base is made of ragi. The pizza is full of veggies but since we are not used to that taste, I dint enjoy it!
P.S. They do have Jain options on the menu.
Had a great time!

My ⭐favourites⭐ were :

1️⃣🥗SALADS : MEDITERRANEAN QUINOA (4.5/5)
⭐MUST HAVE ⭐

This was so light and well balanced it had Kale, lettuce, quinoa, cranberry, walnuts ,Apple orange & Feta. The bitterness of Kale was well managed with the sweetness of the fruits and acidity of the feta. Portion was massive good enough for 3 people
After having this felt light and refreshed

2️⃣ 🍷DRINKS : DARK CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE ! (4.5/5)
⭐MUST HAVE FOR CHOCO LOVERS⭐

Amazing taste no added sugar only dark chocolate and soy milk. Must have

3️⃣ 🥢STARTERS : SPINACH & BEETROOT HOMMUS !
(4/5)

If you are a hommus lover this is a must. The spinach flavour was my favourite. The Hommus was so smooth and tasty. It was served with multigrain Khakra

4️⃣ DIMSUMS :  CARBON DIMSUMS! (4/5)

This tasted really weird on the first bite however in the second bite you get to enjoy all the flavours which are in it. The stuffing is mushroom tossed in black bean and garlic.

5️⃣🍜 MAIN COURSE : WHOLE WHEAT SPAGHETTI KALE PESTO (4.5/5)
⭐MUST HAVE⭐

This was my favourite of them all. As soon as the dish came it let out some wonderful aromatics. The wheat spaghetti as well was a wonderful surprise don't really come to know the difference.

↪️Other dishes/drinks which I tried are :

1️⃣ 🍷DRINKS : STRAWBERRY SOY SHAKE (3/5)

Tasted like a fresh melted strawberry ice cream.

2️⃣ DESSERT : SALTED CARAMEL MUDCAKE (3/5)

Tasted just like a gooey brownie with a drizzle of caramel and a caramel chard. Quite overrated. Whole wheat was used as the base.

⚠️One misconception I would like to clear is that everyone thinks that this is an all vegan place which is not true

This place has a colour coded menu which includes the following
1) Normal Food using healthy ingredients
2) Green Tea varieties
3) A special page of moringa based items
4) Then a page for Vegan Food
5) Non Alkaline menu means non acidic food items : Ingredients in this don't cause acidity

🕜TIMING : it is open all day long from 11 am with the last order being taken at 11:15pm

They have their own bakery as well and the reason why they call it a spa is this place serves you healthy food and takes care of your internal body.

💡AMBIENCE : 3/5

Other than the lovely Buddha picture and music quite average

👨‍🔬SERVICE : 4/5

Special shout out to Kiran for serving us so well and explaining all the dishes in detail. He was well mannered prompt and knew the menu inside out.

💺SEATING : 3/5

Ok ok . Chairs and sofas

↪️Food quality and portions : 4.5/5

The food was tasty along with being healthy and some of the portions were massive. After enjoying such an elaborate meal did not feel heavy at all.

🍺DRINKS : 4/5

Cold hot you name it they have it. Plus they use only Khansari sugar which is unrefined and healthier.

💰PRICING : 4/5

₹1000 - ₹1200 pp🤑

🍽️CUTLERY : All the plates are made of neem wood and the straws out of banana leaves. Really eco friendly

📍LOCATION : Close to Sofitel Hotel opposite the NABARD building

↪️WILL I VISIT AGAIN : YASSSSS ✔️

Went there on a Saturday night with my husband. Loved the ambience of the place. Our server for the night (I’m forgetting his name, will edit this as soon as it comes back to me), was extremely knowledgable and gave us all the right suggestions for ordering.
In appetisers we ordered for beetroot and spinach hummus and sweet potato bake.
Both the dishes were fantastic. We literally inhaled them. The portion size was good too.
Despite being almost full, we wanted to try something else too otherwise it is just injustice to the place to not try more.

We called for a farm fresh pizza which had a multigrain ragi base and a lot of veggies on top. Felt that the pizza sauce was a little less, making the dish a tad bit bland and dry. Although, we added some olive oil and that really improved the dish. The taste of the base was amazing!!!!

Since there’s no option of a 4 and a half stars, I would want give this place a 5 star and will definitely be coming back for more.

Visited Sante Spa Cuisine for the first time. From the moment we entered, the staff was extremely polite and courteous. Went with a group of 4. We ordered the bread basket with different flavoured butters, and black hummus as starters. The bread was divine. Soft, fluffy, the kind that melts in your mouth. It was easy to tell that it was freshly made the same day. Our waiter informed us that everything (bread & butter) was made in-house. Followed the starters with a mushroom pizza. Their pizza base is made of ragi. It came nice & crispy. Every bite had a crunch. For the main course, we ordered a kale spaghetti, thai red curry, and a brown rice lentil risotto. The risotto is a must have! Spaghetti was good. Thai Curry was the only item I didn't like (but I don't like Thai curry anyways). Had a chocolate mudpie for desert. Had very less sugar and lot's of chocolate. Possibly the richest chocolate cake I've had. Would go back just for the cake alone. I like the focus on healthy eating. Didn't feel overly bloated after the meal (despite overeating, I think) Throughout the meal, the staff was attentive, gave us excellent suggestions, and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Great experience. 10/10 would visit again

I had come here with some friends for a nice relaxing night out, and someone suggested Santé. Their menu and overall concept seemed interesting (I really wanted to figure out what exactly 'Spa Cuisine' meant) so we decided to give it a try.

The ambience was very nice, and we were led to a table overlooking the live kitchen. The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Firoze, and it seemed like we just had to raise our head for a waiter to appear.

We started things off with their activated charcoal hummus, and selection of breads, as well as their 'Activated Charcoal Fresh Lime Soda". The food was great, the breads had an assortment of dips and spreads, my favourite was the mushroom one.

The drinks were another matter. It looked super weird, but once we had a sip, I was convinced that it was one of the best fresh lime sodas I've ever had. (Pro-tip: Activated Charcoal makes things black. Nimbu Paani included).

We followed the starters with the Pizza Fungo and a salad the staff recommended. Both were amazing. The salad had just the right balance of flavour and enough crunch that it satisfied even the salad-haters in our group. The pizza was awesome, and the ragi base made it much lighter and crispier than a regular pizza, and the toppings were generous and mouthwatering.

For mains, we ordered the Brown rice and lentil risotto, the Thai red curry, and the whole wheat spaghetti with kale pesto. Three mains were enough for four people, and while the kale pesto was the standout for me, the others were wonderful as well. I think all the plates were wiped clean by the time they were taken away.

The risotto may seem like a fancy name for Dal-Khichidi (it is), but it's the best damn Dal-Khichidi you'll ever eat! Too good!

The Thai curry ranks third only because the other two were sooo good, but was pretty good itself. They cooked it just well enough that the veggies didn't get soggy like they normally do in some other places.

For dessert, we had the buckwheat slab. Between four of us, we finished it in less than three minutes. It was that good. Not too sweet or too bitter. And the raspberry jam that comes with it really goes well in combination.

Overall I'd give it 5/5. I couldn't find a single to complain about. They seemed to be doing good business too, we came in early on a weeknight and it was pretty full. This place is really driving the whole healthy and organic food trend to the next level. I just hope they open another property in South Bombay soon. Great job!

Dieter’s menu - mostly everything (skip the sugar)

after my tryst with the pune outlet, i was overjoyed with its branch in mumbai, and it out-did the Pune one for me. The menu is quite interesting, has modifications for vegans, detox and low carb options. During my multiple visits there, I have tried almost everything on their menu and its difficult to pick a favourite. I throughly enjoyed their charcoal hummus, chlorophyll dumplings, peri peri cottage cheese, spaghetti with kale pesto and smoothie bowls. If you are in the mood for a little treat, opt in for their salted caramel mud cake. The staff is well informed but the service might be delayed on busy days.

Different kind of food . It was nice but didn’t find it very exciting. Yes healthy food is good but they could also have other healthy options that could have been tastier. Firstly it’s a small restaurant and the tables are packed very close to each other so one hardly gets privacy to talk. The service was disappointing. Since the menu has all the fancy names I would have expected better help from the staff but they were not geared up to handle. Since they do not have aerated drinks and even the milk shakes are or soya or coconut milk, I asked for simple basic fresh lime in water(sweet) . Which the staff still didn’t understand and got some green concoction. I finally had to tell I want simple “nimboo pani”. The beet root spinach hummus was tasty and the pizza was good too. If you are a health freak and not fussy on food then you will surely enjoy this food - else don’t go . There are plenty of options if you are looking for Vegan meals

Spinach and beetroot hummus

Salted caramel mud cake

No wonder sante spa has such high rating on Zomato. It really is a great place for healthy food lovers. The variety n twist they have in their dishes is really commendable. Their chef is a craftsman.

As always I asked for the recommendations from the server and they suggested their top favourite and we ordered mushroom and hummus and Upma made from quinoa n broccoli. Both these items were finger-licking good and super healthy.

I can surely say it’s a safe haven for healthy food lovers without having to choose just Salad as food option. The activated charcoal drink was awesome and a must. It’s unique and again sugar free. Our bill for 4 items ( 2 starters, 1 drink n 1 dessert) was 1200. We couldn’t order main course coz we were stuffed. I am definitely going here over and over to try other food items especially pizza and so on.

I found the cost decent. Plus, the service and suggestions they servers provide are really good. So you could rely on them. Service is quick. Ambassador is dimly. It’s a great dinner place.

This place was really very good. Though it wasn't that huge of a place, the ambience was very cute. The staff was amiable and gave a lot of suggestions to try on new dishes. Here are the following recommendations made by the manager himself and trust me they were mouth watering:
1. Thupka - soup with different veggies and finely chopped mushrooms with a tinge of hot and sour taste.
2. Hummus and spiced mushrooms - I don't usually like Hummus but the this one was too good and the mushrooms were a perfect add on the toast with a garlic taste. Must have for the mushroom lovers.
3. Lentil risotto - pink sauce based risotto of Lentil with cheese which gives a delicious smell of pink sauce pasta but also a healthy eating.
4. Caramel mud cake - without dessert the meal is incomplete so we tried the mud cake which tasted the same as home made cake. For the ones who are thinking to not cheat on their diet, it's healthy enough and you would miss out on something so delicious.
5. Coconut almond cookies - these were a complimentary dish for us only because we voted today as it was state election. This was a very sweet gesture from their side.

Sante spa cuisine was an bewildering experience where they offer a blend between the Santé (Health) and délicieuse (Tasty).

To begin with, the ambience was very pleasant and one could fraternize here for long hours without any hustle.
Talking about the food, we began with the Dark Chocolate milkshake and a Activated charcoal Lemonade where both of which were some of the best beverages we had.

Their Beetroot and Spinach Hummus with khakhras were something new for the healthy touch.

Carbon dimsums and crunchy chlorophyll dimsums were unique. The Buddha Bowl was one hell of a Salad Bowl.
Taking to the main crust, the Pizza Ratatouille is a must have and the Piri piri crusted cottage Steak had it's flavours exploding with every bite. Whole Wheat spaghetti, Kale pesto was rich in both health and taste.

After all this, we still had to try their desserts and see how Sante-friendly they can be.We ordered Salted Caramel Mud cake and Low Fat Jamun Cheesecake. Even though we were replete, we couldn't avoid such delicious desserts.
Overall it was an wondrous experience at Santé spa cuisine,BKC.

I fell in love with the place as soon as i entered. You will feel relaxed when you enter boz of the aromatic fragrance of camphor and it will give you the feeling of spa. I loved the small pretty corner and cozy ambiance. Staffs are friendly in nature and service ke very courteous.

Let’s begin with what we order :-

1. Southern Spice Cottage Cheese
Cottage Cheese ( Paneer ) low in fat sautéed on pan with southern spices totally gluten free served with watermelon chutney and some greens on top !

2. Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums
Dimsums made of tapioca flour stuffed with broccoli pakchoy baby spinach basil steamed to perfection.
Highly recommend for dimsum lover.

3. Vietnamese Chilled Salad Rolls

To be very honest i did not enjoyed much boz of rice noodles was a dry.
You can avoid this salad rolls

4. Garlic Roasted Veggies
Vegetables sautéed in butter garlic served with rich creamy spinach sauce/gravy. It was best dish of evening but just minor mistake it was little more salty.

5. Salted Caramel Mud Cake
Made with whole wheat flour used jaggery for sweetener instead of sugar and himalayan salt drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
Highly recommend

Our Review: 5 / 5

@santemumbai is located at the First International Financial Centre at BKC. They have a soothing and calm ambience with pleasing lime green lights good enough to lighten your mood. At the entrance, they have a station for detox water which is served with a slice of orange. We started our evening with “Shammi” of Red Lentils, Tomato and Brocolli Scramble and The Buddha Bowl are all really appetizing in taste. Coming to the main course, Asian Heritage Purple Riso is just a perfect mix of vegetables who would have thought vegetables could be made so lip-smacking. Their Whole Wheat Spaghetti is a must-try because they have prepared it in such a way that it is healthy and not at all compromising on the taste. They offer a variety of unique healthy combination of beverages. We tasted their Hot Turmeric Latte, Thandai Milkshake and Holistic Juice and all of them tasted really good. Finally, some healthy desserts, Salted Caramel Mud Cake and Virgin Coconut Oil Toffee are to die for...

When I saw this beautiful place I was so excited to try the healthy options they have it here. I was really amazed by the beauty of this place.

The best thing is they also have vegan menu. That just creates whole another awesomeness to this place. Let's not forget they even have Jain options available.

So the things about their menu is it looks big but basically it is well segregated. So the brown colour indicates the entire menu and the later coloured part indicates the beverages, vegan, and so on segregation.

I really loved the service over here, Swapnil who assisted us was very generous in explaining everything about this place.

1. Activated charcoal lemonade: such an amazing concept, if you wanna try something new do try this out.

2. Pink lemonade: regular lemonade topped with beetroot syrup, this is so cool to try out healthy things.

3. Sweet potatoes bake: I really feel this is good replacement for potatoes and healthy as well. It was served with sour cream and it was so tasty.

4. Mediterranean phulka burrito: oh I really enjoyed this and it was so filling it was filled inside wheat phulkas which is again an healthy option.

5. The Buddha bowl: coming to such places and missing on salads not accepted. You really need to try this one, so many veggies just tossed in a bowl with such an excellent dressing.

6. Low fat jamun cheesecake: any which ways cheesecakes are not that sweet that's why they are my favourite. Having it with jamun was something new to me and it was so good.

I highly recommend this place even for other things which I didn't try I can vouge this place is good.

Just like the name says - spa cuisine for internal body feeling good on the food.
The movment you enter the restaurant it smells of camphor. The table has authentic style of brass glass, leaf straws, rustic wooden crockery etc
The place is full even in weekdays.

Now the menu - it is a vegetarian restaurant with vegan and alkaline menu.
Their beverages are energetic with options of all kind milks. Activated charcoal lemonade was mind blowing.
Even the pink lemonade was something very different to tongue.

Avacado salad was topped with multigrain

Pizzas had stone grilled bases of raggi

Beetroot and spinach hummus served with multigrain khakara chips

Stir fry broccoli mushrooms were light n tasty.

Dimsums was crunchy made with tapioca flour.

Located at first financial centre BKC

A healthy tasty n so many varieties at one place.
A must visit and m sure of going more.

What a soulful place to spend time in!!
The food is veg, but so amazing and HEALTHY!!! (I never thought such a combination existed ever before btw ;) ) We went there for lunch between work, but in that limited time we tried so much and feel in love with the place
What we ate?
Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums - Thanks God I read the name after I ate it, because the dish was much more appetising than the name (I mean ‘Chlorophyll’, really? That’s out of a science lab)
Southern Spiced Low Fat Cottage Cheese Saute – It was suggested by the guy, and we thought it was the safest one on a menu that read ‘Greek’. But frankly, it was just average
Beetroot and Spinach Hummus – While the guy suggested this, we were reluctant, but reviews said it was well known so we went for it. Oh, it looked so CUTE, yes CUTE J like ice cream, and we ended up ordering extra khakras.
Farm Fresh Pizza – I wudnt say much becoz people hv spoken a lot about it. It was as the name says – FARM – FRESH!!
Tibetan Thukpa – so refreshing, and so spa-like
The Dark Chocolate milkshake is heaven for all chocolate lovers J
I am definitely going there again and this time with a lot more time at hand, to enjoy the ambience,

About the place-
Santé spa is located at first financial centre at BKC. It is one of the most authentic & healthy pure veg restaurant which also serves Jain food. The ambience here is so simple and pretty. The restaurant is dimly lit with lamps rightly placed on the table. Right from the colour combination of the restaurant which is green and white to the rustic wooden crockery takes you close to the nature and makes you ready for engrossing in the pure scrumptious food served here.

The staff is very welcoming. Mr. Swapnil who took our order and was very helpful in selecting various dishes from the menu according to our preferences.

Prior reservation is recommended. Inspite our table booked in advance the place was full when we arrived. So better go before time. Coming to the food it focuses on vegan, gluten free diet. There are different sections on the menu. First is common for all, second one is for vegans & third part if for Santé alkaline.

What we had??

ENERGETIC BEVERAGES

Thandai Milkshake-
On of the classic Indian drink which is loved by everyone. It was thick, delicious & garnished with almonds. The taste of spices in the Thandai was perfect. Highly Recommended.

Pineapple, Spearmint, Spinach & Black Pepper-
All the above ingredients were used to make this healthy drink. It holds lot's of nutritive value. A must order if you're on diet and want to order something refreshing.

SALAD

Mediterranean Quinoa-
Yummy salad made with lettuce, slices of apples, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese and quinoa. This was available in Jain. Feta cheese just enhanced the overall taste of salad. It was creamy and cheesy too. Definitely a must try.

Southern spice low fat cottage cheese saute- (Jain)
Cottage cheese were sauted in podi masala, along with Tadka of Indian Spices. The best part was that it wasn't spicy at all & served with Watermelon chutney . Yes you heard it right, they have watermelon chutney which we tried for the first time. It was amazing.

Shammi of Red Lentils:
Small soft tikki made from red lentils and authentic spices served along with Khakra, baby lettuce crisps, broccoli chutney, berry emulsion ghee rich. It was the best thing that we had here. If you don't try it, you are going to regret it for life..!! It was soo good that Rahul kept a portion of it to have in the last so that he can enjoy its taste for a longer time. Highly Highly Recommend..!!

Farm fresh pizza-
Thin crust made of ragi & topped with olives, Jalapeno, sun dried tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli & cheese. If you love lots of veggies on your pizza then you should order this. It was fully loaded. Since it was more of healthy pizza some might won't like it. It was good for us.

DESSERT

Salted caramel mudcake-
Mudcake made from Whole wheat flour, jaggery, caramel & pink salt. Its not like a pastry. Its a layers of soft cake slices with salted caramel in between. It was served hot and was yummy..!!

Sante Spa Cuisine – Honestly, The place to be to enjoy your guilt free lip smacking meal.

This Healthy spot is located at Ground Floor, First International Financial Center at BKC.

An absolutely MUST VISIT place for your Organic, Healthy as well as super delicious dining experience from the Nature. Sante Spa believes, when you use good ingredients to make your food you will have a great meal. Also they say, Healthy eating should always be about enjoying everything in a balanced manner, which I follow myself.

Sante Spa offers freshly made salads, wholesome smoothies, cold-pressed juices and handcrafted breads. Also really delicious appetizers, Ragi base pizzas and a variety of balanced main courses which have an option of vegan, gluten free, amino rich, protein rich and high fiber.

I do not like ending my meals without desserts. I want to highlight, Sante Spa desserts are made of natural sweeteners like organic honey, jaggery and stevia. Hence, I can no reason to skip my dessert, Isn’t that amazing.

The cosy and Vibrant Ambiance with some healthy food makes this restaurant a must go place. Every time we look out for restaurants with really delicious and variety of cuisines. This one was really a healthy one.

The restaurant has nice sitting and friendly staff makes this place more beautiful. The salad and healthy drinks are one which never seen before. The place can be easily found on Google maps. They have a lot of options in drinks, salads, munchies, appetisers, mains & desserts. I went with my friend for a lunch & had few dishes.

From their healthy menu we had,
Farm pizza: one of the best pizza ever had. The ragi base along with all fresh and crunchy veggies were really amazing. The taste was good.
Salted caramel mud cake: the best combination of Caramel and cake. The taste was fantastic. The portion was good and the presentation made us more tempt. The cake had proper sweetness and the Caramel was giving really good taste.

Along with the food also ordered, drinks and being indian food lover, tried their thandai. The amazing flavors and good texture. A must try thandai..

Overall had a great time with friends
All were amazing. Definitely recommended for all health conscious people.

They have an interesting menu and the one which would give you all the nutritions you require for the day. Before, I say anything further it's important for you to know I'm a hard core non vegetarian but this place with their healthy yet exquisite vegetarian food has impressed me and I look forward to visiting them again real soon.

It's a cozy and warm place which has a bustling kitchen especially during lunch hours and dinner hours. Hence, reservations are a must!

The service is excellent. Sumeet was an outstanding host to us. He recommended such drooling food with such exotic flavors that we were legit food zoned. He has definitely earned an extra brownie point for the whole team.

The food is healthy yet exceptionally delicious and well presented.

I WAS WONDERING THAT NOW A DAYS THERE ARE SO MANY RESTAURANTS .

BUT ARE THEY REALLY HEALTHY?

DO THEY PROVIDE VEGAN/PH BALANCED/JAIN FOOD ALL AT ONE PLACE?

DO THEY USE ORGANIC FOOD?

AND ARE THEY PRESERVATIVE AND ARTIFICIAL COLOR FREE ?

TO ALL THIS QUESTION THE ANSWER IS "SANTE' SPA"

THE AWESOME FOOD I HAD AT THIS PLACE IS AS FOLLOWS:-

BEVERAGES--

1) THICK MANGO MILKSHAKE- MILKSHAKE WAS REALLY GOOD WITH QUANTITY AS AS WELL AS QUALITY AND BEST FOR MANGO LOVERS. IT KIND OF HAD AN MANGO JELLY TOPPED

2) DARK CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE- CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE WAS VERY CREAMY AND CHOCOLATY.

THE NEW THING IN THIS WAS THE BANANA LEAF STRAW TO DRINK THE MILKSHAKE.(THEY ARE REALLY CONTRIBUTING FOR OUR ECOSYSTEM AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

THERE ARE MILK OPTIONS TO HAVE WITH SUCH AS - ALMOND MILK, SOY MILK ETC.

STARTERS--

1) SOUTHERN SPICED LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE SAUTE - THE YUMMY PANEER STARTER IS SO SOFT AND GLUTEN FREE WAS SERVED WITH UNIQUE WATERMELON CHUTNEY WAS UNIQUE.

2) "SHAMMI" OF RED LENTILS - THE KEBABS WERE SERVED WITH CRISPY KHAKHRA WITH STRAWBERRY JAM TOPPED ON IT AND CHUTNEY WHICH WAS MADE IN GHEE AND GLUTEN FREE.

SALADS--

1) ASIAN QUINOA EDAMAME AND APPLE CAKE - WELL THIS SALAD WAS SO WELL DECORATED AND PRESENTED JUST LIKE A CAKE. IN THIS SALAD THERE WERE GREEN AND RED APPLES, BEANS, RED AND YELLOW CAPSICUM , THE TASTE WAS SWEET AND TANGY AND A BIT SPICY . SOMETHING NEW TO TRY..

MAIN COURSE--

1) FARM FRESH PIZZA- THIS PIZZA WAS NOT THE ORDINARY PIZZA. THE PIZZA BASE WAS MADE OF RAGI IT IS A THIN CRUST PIZZA WITH TOPPINGS AS BLACK AND GREEN OLIVES, JALAPENOS, SUN DRIED TOMATOES . THERE WAS CHILLY OIL AND MIX HERBS OIL FOR PIZZA ALONG WITH TABAS SAUCE.

DESSERT--

1) VALRHONA CHOCOLATE PIE- THE PIE WAS OATS FLOUR BASE WITH DARK FRENCH CHOCOLATE. THE HEALTHY AND TASTY AND YUMMY AND THE BEST CHOCOLATE PIE I EVER HAD .....

THE WATER THEY SERVE HERE IS DETOX WATER FLAVORED WITH CUCUMBER OR MINT ETC.

THE INSTRUMENTAL SONGS MAKES AMBIANCE SO NICE. THE STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND NICE.

THE PLATES LOOKS LIKE SHOWPIECE BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY NEEM WOOD PLATES WHICH IS USED FOR FOOD ,THEY ALSO USED CLAY PLATES.

LIKED THIS PLACE SO MUCH AND THE FOOD AS WELL .... FRIEND THIS PLACE IS REALLY WORTH TO VISIT FOR THEIR UNIQUE AND HEALTHY FOOD.

This Pune based restaurant has opened its new outlet in BKC with the intention of making your meals delicious but healthy. This lime green and white themed restaurant looking casual and breezy is a great spot to grab a quick lunch in between a hectic workday. The best part is nothing here is oily greasy or generally unhealthy. The focus is on organic healthy produce with ingredients that are locally sourced and nourishing. Think smoothie bowls, soups, hearty breakfast fare, salads, bakes and even dessert all completely guilt free. The 'Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Kale Pesto' and the 'Beetroot and Spinach Hummus with Multigrain Khakra' are worth trying.

Sour cream, scallion, burnt garlic, gluten free.

Sante spa is very good place to try out healthy food.
I visited this place on a weekday the place was pretty crowded they serve pure healthy and vegan food.
The meaning of Sante means healthy.
Everything is very pure and healthy out there the ambiance is very soothing and relaxing.

What we ordered for
*Appetizer*

1)Beetroot and Spinach Hummus with Multi khakhra- The hummus had no colour it and it was freshly made with beetroot and spinach pure. The multigrain khakra was a perfect combination with Hummus

2) Shammi Of Red Lentils- This dish was served with multi grain. They served beetroot tikkis with it that just melted into the mouths.

3) The Buddha Bowl- All raw veggies was served in a bowl and was topped with jaggery mustard sauce

*Main Course*
1) Homemade Green Thai Curry served with Brown rice- This is the most recomended dish. The thai curry was filled with veggies and it had good thick texture. This thai curry was perfectly spiced.

The food which reduces the meat and fat consumption and also provides other required nutrients in proper proportions.

Now I come to specifically this place.

The menu comprises of large variety, some are specially vegan, some are alkaline ( opposite to acidic), to maintain the pH level and some are normal items like salad , healthy bowls etc.

The ambience is superb.

Sante is a French word and the meaning is “Health” so how about having a meal which is a very healthy, yet delicious meal... Yes, now a days people are getting into healthy lifestyle, avoiding junk food, getting into every day exercise regime and avoiding sugar, oily and fatty foods... But, what if I tell you that we have got you some really awesome place where whatever you order will be healthy and freshly made... So, you can indulge in some delicious desserts and pizzas without any guilt...

100% Natural At sante they care about what we eat. They do not use preservatives or any artificial elements.
Always Fresh
Sourcing from the best of the local farms, and the dishes are freshly prepared for us.

Organic Products, their products are organic and healthy. It reflects on the quality. Wholesome, fresh and nutritious combined together produces the best quality of food that is brought to your table. Even the plates used for starters are wooden and the glasses used for water are of copper.

The spa cuisine menu comprises of freshly made salads, wholesome smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wide variety of starters and entrees. The juices are mostly detox, chlorophyll and matcha rich, energizing and refreshing. There are appetizers, ragi base pizzas and a variety of balanced main courses which have an option of vegan, gluten free, amino rich, protein rich and high fiber.

The restaurant also has different types of shakes made with soya, almond, coconut and fresh A2 milk. There are guilt free desserts made of natural sweeteners like organic honey, jaggery and stevia and khandsaari sugar, which is known as the best quality sugar and first produce. The menu is curated to suit the food palate for all age groups from infants to senior citizens.

I was here to review their menu. And as we arrived manager Rakesh explained us everything about sante spa, that how they look forward in making every single dish so delicious and healthy and according to the need of their guest.. They have a long extensive menu specially curated by Chef Shailendra... They have many varieties in vegan food also...

So, we tried our meal with some hot healthy soup... A creamed Asparagus soup was very subtle on flavours and was very light... the taste was extremely delicious and was very mild too.

Next was some very delicious appetisers and drinks which are the best from the menu... highly recommended are hommus... We tried all three beet root and spinach and black hommus... the hummus is served with multigrain Khakra chips and is great option for vegans.. the black hummus was from activated charcoal and chilly spiked... Loved the beet root one the most...

The another best starter was Shammi kebabs made from red lentils served with triangles of Khakra mixed with Indian spices the kebabs were melt in mouth Shamima.., and the salad, and broccoli chutney accompanied with it makes it more delicious....

We also ordered nachos.... Nacho chips are homemade multigrain khakhra with Monterey jack sauce and spicy salsa served with stir fry vegetables and baked... Didn’t like the idea of khakhra as Nacho chips as it got soggy very fast and we didn’t enjoy that crunch of Nachos...

The best part from our dinner was the Pizza we ordered as main course... Yummiest pizza ever and that too healthy pizza.. We ordered pizza Rosso stone grilled bases of ragi flour topped with olives, jalapeños, sundried tomatoes and cherries... the combination of cherries and jalapeños was very good.. That sweet and tangy and little spicy taste on a ragi base pizza was totally a worth of indulgence...

From beverages we ordered activated charcoal
lemonade and activated charcoal and coconut milkshake... both were amazing... love the lemonade little more... we also ordered some flavoured tea.. the flavour burst of berries was very soothing and therapeutic... it’s really very relaxing and soothing to your body... ordered Irish coffee too but unfortunately their whipped cream had spoiled and we had it without cream... but tasted good with hazelnut flavour and they serve it with khand saari sugar..., the best quality of sugar.

We also had Asian Heritage purple riso with crunchy vegetables and thai green curry..

The desserts at Santespa Cuisine too are guilt free and you can indulge yourself in all of those yummy sweet desserts without any guilt trip... We ordered two of them and loved the Valrhonab chocolate pie, it was a oats flour based topped with rich dark French chocolate ... I loved the creamy texture of chocolate which melted in the mouth... and pure coconut and palm jaggery Icecream too tasted yummy...

We really had an awesome experience at sante... Thank you for hosting us...

⚜️⚜️Santé Spa BKC ⚜️⚜️

A heavenly place for all those who love to try vegetarian option. The staff was courteous and informative. They'll explain you from A-Z what Santé Spa is, how all the health factor is important for them and other information. The water is served in copper glasses again keeping in mind how beneficial it is to our health. The service was outstanding.

The ambience of this place was attractive. They've used a good amount of light green and white color in their ambience and seatings. The beautiful design of the yellow lights is again something that caught my eye.
They got ample space with bright seatings so comfy to have a seat and enjoy our time.

The menu comprises of a large variety, some are specially vegan, some are alkaline (basic, opposite of acidic) to maintain the pH (potenz of Hydrogen) & some are normal items.
They are colored accordingly green, blue, white, etc.
Such efforts are taken to curate the wonderful menu! Impressive!

We had two DRINKS :-
• Activated Charcoal Lemonade
• Dark Chocolate milkshake

The Charcoal Lemonade was black in colour but had a refreshing taste. It's a good drink to have in the hot afternoons.
Maybe the chocolatey goodness is what you crave for, so for all the chocolate fans they do have a yum drink known as Dark Chocolate milkshake. Suggested by my friend, indeed a great suggestion!

FOOD
• Beetroot and Spinach Hummus with Khakhra Crisps
• Carbon Dimsums
• Farm Fresh Pizza
• Chocolate Matcha Truffles
• Virgin Coconut Oil Toffees

•The Hummus were the best vegetarian one I've ever had. Perfect in taste. Just couldn't get better than that. The Khakhra Chips went along with the Hummus really well. Totally enjoyed this delectable dish.

•Carbon Dimsums were pretty unique, the charcoal black color is what caught my eye.The fillings were pretty good in terms of taste.

•Farm Fresh Pizza was having a great amount of veggies topped on it. The pizza was quite filling and will be good in taste when served hot.

•Chocolate Matcha Truffles
These were made of extra dark chocolates and sprinkled with Japanese Matcha powder.

•Virgin Coconut Oil Toffees
These were colourful Toffees which were rich in protein and to name a few the Toffees included Strawberry,Vanilla,Chocolate,Beetroot,Orange & Khandsaari sugar.

Overall it was a superb experience!

Food - 10/10 Service - 9/10 Ambiance - 9/10 VFM - 7/10 What stands out - The health aspect of each and every dish Went here on a Monday night for dinner and this place was full. The restaurant is fairly large and very well made. The seating is pretty comfortable and enough privacy for every table. One very important thing about this amazing place is that they have taken a lot of care to make this eco friendly. From the cutlery to lighting, everything is made using bio degradable material. They haven't used any plastic anywhere in the restaurant. Full marks for that. The menu is quite complicated as they have put a lot of focus on unique ingredients used in place of other cheaper popular and unhealthy options. For Eg. they use Nachni base instead of typical bread base for pizza. We loved the concept and the result of the experiment. The food is tasty and healthy. There are very few places that offer this kind of guilt-free experience. The service is to the point too. Kaneesha the owner, personally goes to individual tables and explains the concept. There are very few people so passionate about their offerings. We called for the following. 1. Beetroot and Spinach Hummus - 9/10 2. Moringa and Pineapple chowder soup - 8/10 3. Mediterranean Quinoa Salad - 10/10 4. Farm Fresh pizza - 10/10 5. Dumplings and Dimsums - 9/10 6. Peri Peri Paneer - 8/10 7. Activated Charcoal lemonade - 10/10 8. Spinach and Pineapple (mocktail) - 8/10 All in all this is a very unique restaurant that focuses on health aspect of food. Definitely worth a try.

From Pune to Hyderabad and now in Mumbai - I am talking about the amazing new restautant opened in Bandra Kurla Complex at the First International Financial Centre - Santé Spa Cuisine. Located right besides Smoke House Deli, Busago and Masala Library you will find this restaurant which promotes Honestly Healthy! Santé in French means Health. And Spa Cuisine is actually a Spa for your body from within, because you are eating so healthy. The best part is that the ingredients have been handpicked and chosen so well that you don't compromise on the taste one bit, at the same time enjoy a guilt free indulgence at Santé Spa Cuisine. Chef Shailendra Kekade who has also been the executive chef for Pune outlet has been the mastermind behind this and he has indeed done a fantastic job of curating an amazing menu which you can enjoy. The restaurant has plenty of Vegan and Gluten Free options besides vegetarian which is again not very common, so a treat for them as well. Moving straight to a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes that I tried - We started with some Energetic Beverages - Chilled Vegan Turmeric Coco Latte, Activated Charcoal Lemonade, Pineapple Spinach Spearmint Black Pepper and Activated Charcoal with Coconut. All of these in tasting portions. Out of all, I personally loved the Vegan Turmeric Coco Latte - a brilliant combo of turmeric and coconut. Also the Activated Charcoal Lemonade was really nice. Moving to appetisers - we started with the "Star Dish" of the evening - Beetroot and Spinach Hummus served with Multi-grain Khakra. I loved both the vegan hummus made in virgin olive oil and the mutli-grain khakra was too good. The combination was to die for. Being a Gujarati, it was the first time I enjoyed Khakra so much other than the usual way we are used to have it with ghee, etc. Again a brilliant fusion of Lebanese with Indian food. Next we jumped to Asian cuisine - Dimsums and had two varieties of it - Carbon Dimsums and Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums. Charcoal Dimsums were activated charcoal tapioca steamed with black olive & hot black bean with garlic. Again something healthy and can be had to detox your body! Chlorophyll Dimsums, as the name would suggest green in color and had vegetable filling - broccoli, pok choy, baby spinach. I personally preferred the later one. Moving away from starters, we tried couple of Salads. I personally don't prefer eating salads, but was open to trying on chef's special recommendation. We tried the Mediterranean Quinoa Salad and Spaghetti of Vegetables. The Quinoa salad besides quinoa of course had Apples, Walnuts, Cranberries, Rocket Leaves with Feta cheese. Tasted really nice, something you must try! After the Pizzas - we tried three dishes which are completely different from each other - Bajra Riso, Red Thai Curried Vegetables and Swiss Vegetable Roestii. Gluten free Riso is rich on protein and has a very distinct taste! Swiss Vegetable Roestii was given a healthy spin-off - had grilled vegetables with some cream made of very little cheese. Out of all, I preferred the Red Thai Curried Vegetables which came along with steamed brown rice and coconut based gluten free vegan gravy! Finally we ended our meal with a wide range and variety of desserts. We started with 3 different ice-creams (couple of scoops) - Black Wasabi, Almond Muesli and Pure Coconut and Palm Jaggery! I loved the Almond Muesli and Pure Coconut & Palm Jaggery ice-creams. Not so much the activated charcoal and Japanese Wasabi combo! I had an amazing time at Sante Spa Cuisine, one which was so unique and not comparable to any of the other places visited! A must visit for all those who also believe in a healthy lifestyle or for ones who are looking for a change to their regular routine and give their body a much needed spa / break from the junk they have practically on a daily basis. All those in BKC, or travelling to BKC - a must visit!

Sante ! I really dont know where to start writing about this place as it left me speechless as soon as I opened the menu as it was 4 menus culminated into 1! I have never seen such an elaborate array of dishes & meticuously crafted amalganation of health food ever in my entire life . They have everything you can imagine which comes under the health food category . It took me a good 15minutes to only study & understand the menu . This place is eco friendly as they use wooden plates & straws made of leaves . The ambiance has a soft vintage feel to it being located in posh Bkc area of mumbai . We tried the beetroot & spinach humus served with baby khakra which was so tasty what we ordered 2 repeats . Their assorted steamed dimsums are simply spectacular & a Must try ! Served in bamboo steamers the covering is soft melt in the mouth with crunchy vegetable filling inside . The tall dark hot chocolate was lip smacking yummy which I ordered a second repeat . I have to mention that the staff here is once of the Best I have ever come across till date .They know the entire menu like the back of their hand & are exceptionally polite & patient to explain you minute details about the dishes . I was touched by the exceptionally warm hospitality of the staff who took extra care to ensure I had a memorable time . If you are a health freak then you simply Cannot miss a visit to Sante .

Sante Spa ♥️ I finally visited Sante Spa which was on the top of my wishlist since such a very long time. I have fallen in love with this place altogether. This place has such a soothing ambience and a very lovely decor. We had such a great dining experience. Due to heavy rains they were short on their Staff but Mr. Feroz the Restaurant Manager handled everything so nicely. He suggested us some really nice dishes and gave us an excellent service. We tried the following variety from the Menu: ***BEVERAGES*** We tried Dark Chocolate Milkshake and Activated Charcoal Lemonade. Two equally different but equally good drinks. I loved thier Dark Chocolate Milkshake a lot, it was heavenly. ***APPETIZERS*** In appetizers we went for Ibiza style Avacado Salad, Shammi of Red Lentils and Crunchy Chlorophyll Dimsums. They have such heathy options in their Menu and we loved all the three appetizers especially the Shammi Kebab and the Avacado Salad. ***MAIN COURSE*** Main course was perfect with respect to the quantity as well as flavours. We loved the Farm Fresh Pizza which had such a lovely thin crust, just the way iike it. And then the Green Thai Curry with brown rice was a winner. ***DESSERTS*** In desserts we did not opt for the traditional ones. Instead we went for their Smoothie Bowls and tried the Superfoods Green which consisted of Matcha, Avacado, Pumpkin Seekds and Dryfruits. An amazing yet unconventional dish. Not for everyone, only for specific tastebuds. A overall great experience and surely recommended to people looking out for good food. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Value for Money: 5/5

One might think such food might not suit the Indian Palette taste but Santé definitely proves we can also enjoy non nitrogen attractive and unhealthy food. My entire dining experience was amazing though one of the waiters did drop Soya sauce on my polo. I would definitely recommend you to have the home made bread basket with home made butters and Jam. I loved the soup. Reminded me of the famous Boudin Bakery soup. We had the tamato and garlic broth. I dint enjoy the cottage cheese starter that much. The charcoal dimsums were different. We loved the avacado salad also. Must order is the pizzas. They are different and unique. Very healthy.

its a rustic theme deli which serves you world cuisine which are prepared fresh in the kitchen with organic staples and commensurate oil with olive oil, butter with house churned unsalted butter, food here is made all fresh with zero preservatives. a total of 181 delicacies are available to savor. the ambiance is subtly done, to make it vibrant, pure and calm looking. they have made the use of renewable materials to decor up their cafe. staff is well known about the whole menu and makes sure that every guest visiting comes to know about sante spa well and the motive why is it opened. coming to food here is my verdict, i found the presentation overall to be decent and minimal yet elegant and picturesque. taste wise all the delicacies that i had tried were tasty and made from purest raw ingredients. CREAMED ASPARAGUS SOUP- this was earthy, warm and filled with flavors. there couldnt be a any other way to start my meal. FARM FRESH PIZZA- being made out of ragi base, i was looking forward to much on this. it had rich, vibrant toppings with fresh mozerela cheese smeared well. taste wise not all heavy. tasty and busting with flavors of veggies and cheese to accompany it. BAJRI ROTI BURRITO- the tortilla made out of bajra flour was grilled to make it crisp and then filled with sour cream, veggies and scallion to give a mexican taste with rustic staples won my heart. a must try when here ChARCOAL DIMSUM- a shear picturesque palate served with soy sauce . they were carbon black to look at filled with vegetables were explosion of flavors on a mouthful bite. i could hog on for more and more. ACTIVATED CHARCOAL LEMONADE DARK CHOCOLATE HOT CHOCOLATE these are my favorite drinks that i tried here. the lemonade was balanced well in terms of acidic taste and hot chocolate was warm, soothing and bitter yet sweet to taste. lemonade aire up with their farm fresh pizza is delight to binge on. it was a decent experience here with warm , tasty and healthy food in amidst of so many restaurants and gastronomical adventures budding in bkc. sane spa truly serves you an experience to savor.

you’d like to take along⁣ is different kind of spa. It’s a place where they’re focused on serving food that is good for you!⁣⁣ One visit and it’s sure to become your go to place when you want to eat right without compromising on some amazing flavours. All ingredients used here are 100% organic and the bistro also offers vegan and gluten-free options! The restaurant has an unmissable aroma of camphor and immediately reminds you of a spa, staying true to their name. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We’d recommended trying their Spinach and Beetroot hummus, Shammi of red lentils and their Farm Fresh Pizza A special shout-out to their Valhrona chocolate pie, it’s probably one of the best desserts we have had in a while.

Located amidst the glass buildings of BKC, Santé Spa Cuisine as the name suggests is a restaurant that combines taste with health. They offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes that leave your taste buds satisfied. Apart from the food, Santé focuses on an overall healthy and eco friendly environment. The decor of the restaurant is all eco friendly, the walls are covered with bamboo sticks and the lamps are made of recycled cardboard. The walls have art that depict our chakras and the music played is relaxing. The water is infused with tulsi and the glasses are made of copper. The quarter plates are made of Neem wood that acts as a disinfectant. Santés aim is to help you connect better with your inner self. We started our meal with the beet root and spinach hummus served with Khakra. Both the flavours expressed their uniqueness and paired perfectly with the multigrain Khakra that Santé prepares themselves. The consistency is good and we’re sure you don’t miss out on this one. Next we tried their charcoal basket with their in-house churned organic butters. It was super interesting to see bread served in black considering there was no artificial colour involved. The butters were creamy and flavourful. Beverages: We tried their Dark Chocolate Milkshake and the Pink Lemonade. The dark chocolate milkshake was gluten free and invoked only organic chocolate. It was definitely one of the best chocolate milkshakes we’ve had. You can’t tell the difference between a regular milkshake and this one so there is no compromise on taste. This is perfect to indulge in when you’re craving something chocolate but don’t want to cheat on your diet. The Pink Lemonade was one of its kind. Super refreshing and super light too. The unique thing about the drinks is that they’re served with straws that are made of rolled up banana leaves. Entrée: The piri piri crusted cottage cheese steak was served in pesto sauce made out of broccoli. The spicy piri piri and the creamy pesto balanced each other out perfectly. The cottage cheese was well cooked and marinated. The presentation was beautiful. Desserts: We went for the Valrhona Chocolate Pie and the Chocolate Matcha Truffles. The Valrhona chocolate pie was a crumbly chocolate cake that was gluten free. The flour was made of oats and it was topped with French chocolate. We highly recommend all sweet tooths to try this delicious yet healthy treat. Inspired by Japanese delicacies, the Chocolate Matcha truffles had a melt in your mouth consistency. They’re fluffy yet soft. The dark chocolate and matcha powder go together perfectly. The vegetables are grown organically in Indian farms and cooked in an open kitchen at Santé to maintain transparency. Santé is not exactly what you call pocket friendly but for the value it serves you in terms of quality of its ingredients it’s definitely worth a shot.
