When you visit a place like Lima you are in for a culinary treat. The peruvian food that they serve here is some of the best I have eaten. The presentation is beautiful and the ethnicity is brought out completely. I am a big fan of their chimichangas and drinks. The last I visited here I also tried some food that was being introduced for a new Cruise liner called the "Q". Lima is definitely a place that I would keep visiting and insist my friends also try out.

LIMA... a wonderful dining experience that introduces you to a complete new cusine its best form. For the lazy ones, who do not wish to ready further, I can assure you that this is one of the finest places I have e been to. If you want try a different cusine, with it flare and fuss then this is the place to be. Just go for it. Let begin my detailed analysis of this restraunt. LIMA (as the name suggests) is inspired by the look, feel and flavours of Argentina, Peruvian and Mexican food. Everything about this place speaks volumes about the food the culture, the cusine and everything around the region it represents. 1) Ambience 5/5 The interiors are nothing but stunning. The first thing that caught my attention was the green celing, adorned with simple yet contrasting floral pattern. The walls l, a bright blue colour giving it a very celebratory feel. The seating is divided into proper table and chairs and the other with a comfy couch giving it that lounge feeling. Make your pick, be comfortable and just enjoy your time here. The best part about this place was the music that suited it's concept, adding that extra ommp. Loved it. 2) Food 5/5 Food food food ... Glorious food!!! The cusine of LIMA has been designed to emphasis the flavours of Argentinian, Mexican and  Peruvian food. So here's what I had. # Tortilla, served with 6 dippings of Chipotle Mexican, Sour Cream , Tomato Salsa, Green Tamato Roasted dip and Frijoles. # Chicken Tostadas # Fish Enchiladas #Prawn Taco # Chicken Kochugang #Zucchini Tiraditon # Chilli and rosemary Seebass ceviche - # California prawns civeche # Lamb Cumin # Steamed Seabass # Pork Belly Desserts * Yucca Treslech - Visually stunning. A piece of Yucca cake topper with ice cream and layer on a bed of creamy sauce.. wow this was yummmm.. * Enamorado A baked chocolate dessert served with a biscuit crumb. 3) Drinks # Pisco Sour A very Mexican drink with a spicy punch. The presentation was simple yet striking. Passion chilli and Rosemary Sour Served In a cute glass, this drink had all the elements going for it. Yum!! Mango and Passion fruit Colada - Similar to a melted ice cream flavoured with coconut, passion fruit and  Mango. I was in heaven. 4) Service The service was excellent. I felt well pampered throughout. Apart form the great service what I loved is that each one knew what they were serving. 5) Overall There are very rare occasion that you visit a restraunt and come out in awee of it. LIMA had all the qualities going for it. The food, the ambience, the flare, even the music was just spectacular. Perfect to enjoy a quite meal or a family get together.. Bon Appetit!!

A different but good experience. Amazing cocktails...And love that they differentially price most of their cocktails based on choice of alcohol brands. The food was hit and miss. Mostly hits if you eat meat and fish!! The vegetarian options can be uninspiring...And yet the best all round dish was the zucchini tiradito (the crunchy quinoa makes it). The service is really very good. Warm and attentive. Definitely going to go back when they have host they're taco festival next.

Lima is located in BKC and it is easy to find due to it's amazing location. This restaurant was started by Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar and now Chef Siddharth is the star here and hence every dish here as amazing unique flavours. The ambiance is rustic, vintage with wooden chairs and tables arranged in a very clean manner. The lightings are dim with old chandelier on the ceiling. And trust me this is a perfect place for a date. They specialise in various global cuisines hence the menu is huge and well made with nibbles, small & large plates, street food and various other offerings from their amazing Brazilian Churrasco grill and now I am fan of their grill as the taste of everything that comes out of it was outstanding. However more veg options would be wonderful. Prices are higher but who cares as the food here is a treat to your taste buds. The service was quick and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Jason our server for the dinner who patiently explains every dish to everyone. What I Ate - Tortilla Chips With Dips - Well seasoned crisp tortilla chips with 6 amazing dips tasted really good. The crispiness of the chips was amazing and each dip was made to perfection. Chicken Gochujang - Tender chicken pieces in Korean chilly paste known as gochujang looked stunning due to its perfect texture thanks to Churrasco grill. The taste was really different yet best due to the flame touch of the grill and the hint of honey does the wonder so this was an excellent dish. Calido Prawn Ceviche - Ceviche is a popular Latin American seafood dish made with adding lime or other citrus juices. This was prawns made with pickled garlic, rice vinegar and lil amount of turmeric. The taste of this was completely out of the world, every time you eat the prawns you feel all the amazing flavours at once in your mouth. Seafood lovers do try this dish for sure. Corn on the Cob - Corn out of their brilliant grill which had a rub of chipotle and other spices. I am a corn lover and I really enjoyed eating this due to the smokiness in it. Vegetable Pizzette - Argentinian oval shape pizzette topped with artichoke, corn, bell peppers, jalapenos, baby arugula and loads of cheese. The base was perfect and the toppings were fabulous. No more words to describe hence a must try again. Mocktails : All the mocktails were excellent. Purple Drink. Passion Fruit and Mango Colada. Peru Cremolada. So Lima is a must try place if you want to eat some amazing authentic Latin American, Peruvian, Brazilian and Mexican dishes as every dish here is full of flavours and the meal here is an experience in itself.

This place was in my bookmark from so many months and finally hit the mark. Lima is a luxurious casual dine restaurant and it is here to impress your a partner on a perfect date and to impress your client as well. It's a restaurant where you will get the combination of delicious food, professional services and classy ambience. Let's start with cocktails :- 1. Lalakero - A sweet and sour in taste drink with the base of gin. Lalakero a orange in color and is a mixture of fresh melon juice with gauva and with the base of gin that make it sour and hot. 2. Passion, chilli and rosemary sour :- Pink in color, sweet and spicy in taste that's the deadly combination is of this cocktail. A mixture of rosemary, passion fruit and Amarillo chilli with the base of fine pisco, that makes it so smooth. Food :- 1. Frijoles negros:- As the name is typical so was the dish soo typical and unique. Amazing start to have. Frijoles is basically a Mexican dish. Frijoles negros is warm refried beans cooked with sour cream dip which crispy and crunchy tortilla chips. A must recommended one. 2. Tinga mushroom:- Soft, a bit crispy mushroom dipped in tinga sause and sour cream and onion on the top with the base of crunchy small round bread. It's a nice sweet dish I must say with superb presentation. If you love mushroom should have it. 3. Tacu-tacu taco :- I loved this dish. 3 pieces and decent presentation, not so heavy not so light. A nice Peruvian dish with the base of soft tortilla, dressing of nice spicy refried beans tossed with amazing salsa criolla and aji Amarillo. I must say you should have this dish. Other dishes we had were Quinoa and mint which is a salad and corn on the cob which is basically a sweet grilled corn rubbed with Chipotle. Coming to Ambience:- A rich casual dine luxurious place given a fusion of Persian plus American look. High dining tables with round tables and some luxurious chairs and amazing walls. A perfect place for date with your partner. Small lanterns you will see on your table if you go for dinner and deem lights giving company to deem music. Service:- Amazing and professional in itself. The staff is well knowledgeable with the dishes and friendly as well. Neat and clean in work with the smile to welcome you and serve you. A must go and hunt place for a casual luxurious dine.

Lima, located at BKC is another brain child of the fantastic chef, Atul Kochar of Benaras of London fame. Very few restaurants, if any in Mumbai, serve South American food. Lima does so and quite brilliantly. The place has a nice ambiance and the large ceiling to floor glass walls, give the place an amazing feel. We tried cuisines as varied as Mexican, to Peruvian, to Argentinian. The Tortillas made by Lima are outstanding and served with the dips made the perfect starters. Yes , some of the names are difficult to pronounce, and are toungue twisters, but trust us, the food will leave your toungue longing for more. Yes , most of the dishes have a bit of chilly spice to it, but then that is expected with South American food. The Mocktails were great and food outstanding. If you like South American food then you should head to Lima. If you are one of those who has never tried South American Cusine, then there is all the more reason for you to head here. Prices are a little steep, but then for the ambiance, the taste and Chef Atul Kochar brand, it's something that one has to accept. Recommended by 3Foodiots Lifestyle

Exquisite menu of Peruvian food which I have not seen in India before. Everything that was recommended to us was fresh, delicious and had a medley of tastes. Try the Quinoa salad, lamb tacos, of course the fish ceviche, chicken on a stick, lamb gravy with Chinese influenced fried rice. But you can ask Amit Bharadwaj, CEO and an Exec. Chef himself, for his excellent recommendations and you'll come home happily satiated and coming back for more.
